Definitely a go-to anytime you see one anywhere. No less was my experience here. Great food, fantastic service (long drive-thru line), and overall easy to get in and out of (No pun intended). Definitwly a good location and recommend others to come grab an animal-style burger meal.

I love this In-N-Out location, it’s probably my favorite one. The service and quick and great, the food is great, and the atmosphere of the place is a great, whether you go with friends to eat and chat or just to park and eat during lunch. Highly recommend.

I had been to in n out in Las Vegas for the first time and it was outstanding..This one in Ontario was delicious.. fast.. and the employees were neat and uniforms pressed.. young men were cleanly shaven and the place was spotless.. I give IN N OUT ONTARION 10⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I've eaten there 2 times today😆. I even got 2 plain hamburgers for my Chihuahua TuTu♥️♥️🐕🐶 burgers were big. The staff is always friendly and efficient, even when the drive-thru line wraps around the building (which it often does because it’s that good). The burgers are fresh, the fries are hot, and you can’t go wrong with a Neapolitan shake. I love how this location maintains the classic In-N-Out quality while also being one of the friendliest spots around. Whether I’m grabbing a quick bite or stopping by late after work, they always deliver. Highly recommend going Animal Style if you haven’t already!

Great In N Out, but they only offer outdoor seating. This is a historic location being the 34th store and has some cool memorabilia on display by the bathrooms. Bathroom code is 1984# for the year this location opened, which I thought was a cute reminder. Tons of parking and next to some other food options if needed.

Even at mid-afternoon this place was packed. The drive-thru had 8 to 10 cars, and the dining area was 80% full with multiple people in line putting orders in. Even with all this commotion the staff was friendly, the service was fast and efficient, and the facility was very clean and well kept. The food was as expected... Delicious

Went there after the truck show with the family. Ordered 6 combos and one was wrong. This was a first for me in 55 years of going to one. I could have missed it when they read the order back due to the noise level there. It was a small mistake and was charged correctly so I did not worry about it, plus the better half says I need to cut back on what I eat. Every thing else was good.

Great taste of In-N-Out burger, at a location that was busy at dinner time but not swamped or overwhelmed. Staff are friendly and I got my burger & fries in just under 9 minutes. Restaurant was spotless, and even the outside tables (where I ate) looked like they were frequently cleaned. Parking not an issue at all.

Their burgers are always fresh and made the way you like them! They offer the best tasting drive-thru burgers and they have Gluten free options as well. Instead of a bun, they sandwich in between lettuce. Since they only cook fries in the oil, they are also gluten free as well!

Always friendly staff and delicious food. The drive-thru can stretch into their very small parking lot which can be difficult to maneuver.

It's IN-n-Out, it's great! Food at this location is always tasty. My most recent visit was amazing. Yes, there was a wait but there's always a wait for in n out. Just be prepared for that when you plan to come. I always order it the same 3x3 with Whole Grilled and Whole Raw Onions ads chopped chilis. And a Lemon-up! If your ordering it to go... get it in a box with a lid to keep it warm.

My first time here. They sure don't have much of a menu! Burger, fries, soda and shakes. That is it! Fresh cut potato fries and a pretty good burger. It was far from the best burger ever but it was pretty good. No complaints from me. The fries are pretty good, too! I'd go back. The place was kept clean and really busy. Not a long wait for fresh-made to order-food. I give this place a thumbs up.

First-time visit to In-N-Out. The burger was surprisingly light and not greasy, causing no heartburn and easy to eat before a flight. The pickles were balanced rather than overwhelming, unlike McDonald’s. Fresh potatoes were being cut right before frying, which was great to see. Most impressive of all, staff even came to the table to check in which is something unheard of in fast food.

In N Out is a MUST HAVE for anyone visiting Cali! I’ve definitely missed it since moving out of state. It was my families first stop for food once our plane landed. Their customer service is always top notch and wait times typically aren’t too bad. They’re good at keeping the line moving if you go through the drive thru. Highly recommend trying their animal style fries! It’s not on the menu but definitely an item you won’t regret ordering!

I had the double-double, fries and a chocolate shake. Love the food. More importantly, I love that they include Bible references on their products. Mine has Nahum 1:7 on the burger wrapper: "The LORD is good, a stronghold in the day of trouble; he knows those who take refuge in him." I also had Proverbs 24:16 on my fries, "For the righteous falls seven times and rises again, but the wicked stumble in times of calamity." And I had Proverbs 3:5 on my drink cup, " Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding.". Great food and great words in one place. I love that!

I really like In-N-Out Burger. Food is always fresh and great quality. Burgers, fries, shakes. Simple and easy. That invention about protein style burger is just PERFECT! And let’s talk about it. I ate maybe 2k protein style burgers 4x2(4meatx2cheese) and having that experience always order my burger extra lettuce because there is no bun and with one leaf of lettuce is hard to eat. But today I got just pieces of lettuce leaves. I know you are in rush and all that, so slow down. Nobody is angry for extra 30s of waiting time but if you build my burger like that is like 😑 Bro… Anyways, IN-N-OUT BURGER is best and you can’t find nothing better in my opinion.

Grew up in SoCal and moved out of state 11 years ago so it’s been a LOOOOOOONG time since I’ve had some In-N-Out. Always hear that it’s the best thing in Cali and a must have for anyone visiting. In all honestly the food was indeed very good but I can’t say it’s the best thing in Cali. I will say that the food is priced very affordably and doesn’t break the bank like all other fast food restaurants. So if you’re looking for a bite to eat that won’t break the bank and enjoy some amazing sit down atmosphere I would highly recommend.

Got in on a delayed flight and needed dinner at 1am. The food was slightly less than the usual In-n-Out standard, but we also got there 10 minutes before closing. Still worth the reasonable price for the quality, and grateful they keep the hours they do.

This is the first time not giving a five star review to any In-N-Out Burger I visited. The food was great the restaurant was clean but something about the service was off. First when they were taking our order a person seemed not interested and didn’t really listen to my request when I asked if we could get our milkshakes at the end or if they had to give them to us at the same time with our meal. Not a huge deal but he just wasn’t wanting to listen. Then they messed up our order and when I went back to tell them she kind of looked at me like she didn’t believe me and it took her about a minute to decide what to do. I told her I could bring her the tray If she didn’t believe me. She finally said OK we’ll just make you a new one. But it took over 12 minutes to get it. People that were in line waiting to order received their full meals before I received my replacement burger. Other than that everything else is great including the food as always.

I was craving an In-N-Out double double with fries, a Dr Pepper and what I should not have, a half chocolate and half vanilla shake. The burger was really good and this is the first time I enjoyed the fries. The fries were not dried out as usual but moist and crispy a little. The half and half shake is always a go to for ice cream through a straw. Was a good experience this time. Cuddos In-N-Out!!

As someone who does not live in California, In-N-Out Burger was recommended as a place to eat. I will say that the food was quickly served with pleasant service. I do not discount pleasant service at all. The food was hot. The food was good. At the end of the day in and out burger reminds me of a steak ‘n Shake mixed with a Wendy’s. So I will say that the reputation must come from the service that is provided and that is a wonderful thing. However, if you’re visiting from out of state and looking for some amazing burgers, I’d say make sure that you plan a visit elsewhere. If you are looking for service that is amazing, this is the place to be.

Honestly? In-and-out is a California culture thing like how Texas is crazy about Whataburger. Burgers are decent. It's a good, decent burger. Nothing crazy, nothing to rave about, but it's decent. Fries? Fries are horrible. You could try to season these all you want, but it's like trying to throw salt on cardboard and eating it. Drink options are decent. Pretty affordable place with a simple menu, but I definitely prefer going to a Five Guys over this place.

2 stars deducted because they forgot my chopped chilis and when I ordered the Flying Dutchman with whole grilled onions, the man said it already comes with onions so that when I came the next day, I had a whole bunch of chopped chilis and two patties with cheese, no onions. Very interesting 2 days. No consistency with ordering the Flying Dutchman’s. You have to tell them verbatim what you want and if they give you a spiel on how to order, ignore them and have them follow your order because the next guy won’t follow it. Otherwise, great food

I understand this is one of the busiest in n outs but this is the one closest to our house but every time we go they get our order wrong and we wait over 20 minutes for the food, no matter what time we go. We went last week and I'm think I'm done with the one. It's just ridiculous at this point .

35 minutes in drive way for "fast food", I would have left if the parking lot was larger. But unfortunately it was just a tight small little place, I would have never waited soo long when there are so many choices nearby. I've waited at in and out with larger lines that move faster than this.

For a Friday night with seldom customers. The food should've been pushed out faster than 10 minutes. The vehicle in front me ordered 30 seconds before me. Got their order 4 minutes later. This location needs to pick it up and move with a sense of urgency.

I am not a big In-N-Out fan by any means. I frequent any location maybe once every 4 months or longer but I have never had a bad experience at any location but this was all around a bad experience. The bread was so toasted that it was burnt along with the super extra well fries. Very disappointed and will not be coming back to this location.

This has never happened in the past but can clearly see that customer service is not a priority anymore. It is a normal routine to see car lines wrapped around waiting to order, so I decided to go inside to order. After waiting for over 30 minutes and seeing that there was no longer a wait inside the restaurant nor any cars outside, I realized that they where calling numbers that had passed 90. I asked if my order was accidentally given to another customer or skipped, they responded "can you just give us 5 minutes?", I asked again if my order was skipped, the response was "your order receipt was probably accidentally lost", lol. I had my family waiting in the car and the manager, "milli vanilli" with the biggest artificial smile came up to me as says, "we were going to make your order but I understand you wanted a refund"... Common courtesy would probably be to make it right but apparently wasting people's time and have them wait for over 30 minutes is a "who cares-its just a brown person l" attitude now.

My visit to In-N-Out burger at this location was not pleasant. First of all the wait time was ridiculous for such a small order. 18 minutes?? Oh c'mon this is not acceptable for a fast food chain. Second of all, the burger patty was flavorless and dry. Bread bun was stale and hard, and the lettuce did NOT taste fresh. Third of all the milkshake was straight up waste of money, no consistency in the strawberry flavor whatsoever and it's so runny as if it's literally just melted "strawberry" ice cream. Overall I wasn't satisfied with the quality as my stomach began to hurt 10 mins after consuming the food. This location specifically has let me down with its flaws. In conclusion, will not be visiting again. Other locations are much better with their shakes as well as the juiciness of the patties. What a letdown.
