Our waitress Amy was awesome, she was very attentive and checked on us regularly. I love the atmosphere. My daughter loved all the animals too. Unfortunately the food was not really good. My husbands steak was cooked wrong twice and the other items like the shrimp had no flavor. My python pasta was very dry as well. I would still recommend this place especially if you have kids. It’s quite cold in there so wear a jacket.

This was the first time that ever I visited the Rainforest Cafe and I totally loved it. The food, atmosphere, and service were excellent. I had the Caribbean Trio dish (rice, steamed veggies, fried chicken breast, bbq ribs, and shrimp). Lots of food on one plate and it was delicious. Looking forward to visiting again. Gluten-free options are available plus 10% discount with AAA auto card.

Ally was the best server, so kind, so patient, so friendly. She was attentive and thoughtful in making sure we were taken care of, all while being down hecka servers tonight and managing to serve a crowded Thursday night. She even went above and beyond and let me add cream to my lemonade. She even rinsed out our cups to take home too!AND put them in separate bags for us! Wow! Thoughtful! -Also, if Rainforest Cafe started hosting jungle themed raves after dinner service, I think they’d make bank.

Danny was one of the best servers we have ever had. His patience, work ethic, and overall adding to the atmosphere made our stay for my and another person’s birthday truly memorable. As for the restaurant, I have never been to such a well themed place. The animatronics and food was thought out and fit in with the rainforest. I especially appreciated the thunderstorms, as it added to the immersion. The amenities were also incredible. Complimentary photos (Full photos have a cost, but there is a free mini sheet photo). And balloon animal making truly makes Rainforest Cafe an enjoyable place to stay and eat. For anyone looking for a local Ontario restaurant for the family or just for an immersing experience, I definitely reccomend Rainforest Cafe at Ontario Mills.

Amazing experience with our server Emily V. She was super helpful and recommended some amazing dishes. The food was phenomenal and the portion sizes were large— we couldn’t finish our dessert we were so full, which is a great thing! Emily gave us no fuss even when we had asked for so much from making sure our souvenir cups were the ones we wanted, letting us order more food, getting us to go boxes, and even cleaning our cups to take home for us! Phenomenal dining experience, we even were offered photos as part of our meal despite how busy of a night it was. Emily made sure that despite the business, we were still taken care of. Thank you!

From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was so fun and immersive—between the animals, waterfalls, and thunderstorms, it felt like we were on an adventure instead of just going out to eat. What really made our visit unforgettable was our server, Maria. She was absolutely fantastic—friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome. She took the time to explain the menu, made great recommendations (the Volcano dessert is a must!), and checked in often to make sure we had everything we needed without ever making us feel rushed. Even with how busy the restaurant was, Maria always had a smile on her face and made us feel like a priority. The food was delicious, the kids loved the fun environment, and Maria’s outstanding service took it all to the next level. We’ll definitely be coming back—and we’ll be asking for Maria again! Took my granddaughter there for the first time. They are definitely under-staffed. Our waitress was great, however it took forever to get seated (we had a reservation), our appetizers came slow and the food was delicious, but cold. My granddaughter wanted the sparkling volcano. She loved it and she loved all the animals. That's all that truly mattered.

Great place to bring the kiddos. Food is decent. I wanted a burger and I asked our server Amy and she said they're pretty big... Omg she was right. They're big and very filling. Amy was great bcuz our son wanted a refill on his soda and she asked us if that was okay. She respected the fact that us parents may be watching our kids sugar and calorie intake. Rainforest Cafe has an amazing, immersive atmosphere that really makes it a fun family experience. I do think the animal features could use some updating! Overall the vibe is still enjoyable & unique. Our server, Amy, truly made the visit she was amazing, lovely and her service stood out in the best way.

My personal tip is that the "featured"/"limited time" menu items are the way to go. I ordered the Cajun Steak (topped with Creole butter) with Bourbon glazed shrimp (served with Cajun rice and vegetables). The favor of every item on my plate was outstanding, very fresh, and cooked very well. I also ordered the Rainforest Ricky to drink (non-alcoholic), which was refreshing and delicious. Similar flavor profile to a POG juice. My husband requested a full order of the Chimi-Cha-Chas (southwestern egg rolls) and the Panama Punch. The flavor of the Panama Punch was good but he said he wished it had just a little more alcohol to round out the flavor. The quality of the free glassware that comes with your drinks is very nice. We love tiki and kistch and really enjoy the environment of the cafe (we come here any chance we get), although it's a little on the pricey side. "Thunderstorms" are every 15 minutes, but it feels closer to maybe every 20 minutes, but that could just be my luck on timing. Compared to the Rainforest Cafes I would go to back in the day, this one is on the smaller side but it's so fun to be able to visit. On busy days/times (especially around lunch time), the wait can be over an hour, but during slower times, they can seat you right away.

We recently visited Rainforest Café for a friend’s son’s first birthday celebration. She had made a reservation in advance, but there was still a short wait before our group was seated. The jungle-themed atmosphere was fun and entertaining — definitely a hit for kids and families! 🐒🌧️ I ordered the chicken quesadillas and bruschetta, while my wife went with the beef taco salad. Unfortunately, the food didn’t live up to the lively vibe. I never thought anyone could mess up a quesadilla, but mine came out dry and lacking flavor. The taco salad was just okay — the beef wasn’t seasoned well, and the overall taste felt flat. 🌮😕 My wife also purchased one of their collectible bottles, but it was leaking. When we brought it up to the staff, instead of offering a refund or credit, they just replaced it with another bottle. A small gesture of customer care would’ve gone a long way. ⭐ Final Thoughts: Rainforest Café is worth a visit for the unique jungle atmosphere and family experience, but don’t expect much from the food. It’s more of a place for the ambience and fun décor than a great dining experience.
