Great VIetnamese place in Orange County, there aren't many good Asian eateries in Orange and this has to be one of my favourites. They serve bowls that are not too pricey and very filling. They also do catering. The servers are super nice and the vibes are super chill. I highly recommend the pork belly as it's house made and fantastic. I would definitely come back again if I had the chance. I heard they have a place in Irvine too.

Found a new fav spot 😍 Easy to find and lots of parking spaces available. Love the interior decorations! ☕️ Vietnamese Coffee Strong flavor and not too sweet! One of the best Vietnamese coffees I’ve tried! 💛Passion Pop This blended passion fruit drink was the best hands down! SO MUCH passion fruit flavor 😍😍😍 🍜 Garlic Noodles with BBQ Chicken This is for the garlic lovers! There’s a nice kick and spiciness from the green aioli sauce. The BBQ chicken is tender and a little crispy on the outside. The skin is crispy and fragrant like Peking duck 🤤 🥖Banh Mi Soft and crispy baguette and tender pork belly with crunchy skin 😋 and the carrots were nicely cooked, not too soft or hard 👌🏻 Flavorful and not too salty. So many different flavors just in one sandwich! Staff was friendly and the service was quick! They also have a kiosk for self-ordering. Would go back if I’m in the area!

We had such a great experience here! We ordered the pho, pork belly banh mi, egg rolls, and drinks, and everything tasted fresh and really flavorful. The pho broth was comforting without being too heavy, and the pork belly banh mi had the perfect balance of crispy and tender. The space is casual and modern, and service was smooth. I also love that they sell some of their products in stores so you can enjoy it at home too. Definitely a spot we’ll be coming back to!

We stopped by Saiga in Orange for a quick bite and they had fast service and delicious and healthy food. The pork belly was tender and not too oily and grilled pork was delicious too. We enjoyed the garlic noodles, kimchi fried rice and vermicelli. They also have a lunar new year promo right now and lunch specials. They also have frozen pho at Costco - we definitely want to try it sometime! Pro tip: Their pork belly and garlic noodles and cookie are all delicious!

Taste :4.5/5 Environment: 4.4/5 Service:4.5/5 Saiga is the move when you want Vietnamese food that’s quick but still satisfying. Their bánh mì has crunch and flavor layers, the garlic noodles are rich and comforting, and the vermicelli bowls keep things fresh. Orders come out fast, travel well, and don’t disappoint. Great lunch option in Orange.

IG/TT@eatwkris Saiga eatery in orange is the best spot if you’re looking for something casual and tastes great. Nothing here is over $15 and you can get a 24 hour bone broth piping hot bowl of pho or one of their specialty pork belly vietnamese sandwiches. Just look at how thick their meat is. For something lighter, my favorite item is their grilled pork salad. The meat is so tender and smoky and you’re going to want more of that green sauce.

I discovered Saiga Vietnamese Eatery from a bunch of Instagram videos and had to try their Orange restaurant! However, they have another spot in Irvine that also has a ton of positive reviews! Saiga presents itself as a chill and casual place for quick and delicious dining from a well-varied menu that is mainly popular for takeout, but I couldn't help but notice the fall decorations and the television playing cartoons. Service is very fast and polite--I truly appreciated the hospitality of the server working there that day! We ordered the following (with ratings): Garlic noodles with pork belly : 10/10 (especially with sauce!) Grilled pork salad : 9/10 Combination pho : 8.5/10

Food was really delicious and well prepared. I ordered a bbq chicken banh mi, a combination pho, and bbq chi vermicilli. Entrees were not oily at all and the portions were perfect. I also love how they were placed in the containers. Worth a stop if you’re near the Target area on Tustin St.

Quick, tasty, and kid-friendly — Saiga Vietnamese Eatery is a hidden gem! The garlic noodles are packed with flavor, and the crispy pork belly tastes just like classic HK roast pork — comfort food at its best.🤤 They’ve got great drink options too — from proper coffee (not those random mixed ones!) to refreshing lemonade, super modern vibes. It’s perfect for families: food comes out fast, but it’s definitely not your typical fast food. 😍

Getting out of my comfort zone I had to check out Saiga Vietnamese Eatery in the City of Orange and I had no regrets. There three simple goals here at Saiga Eatery, make it fresh from scratch and serve quickly. With that said I aimed for 4 items. 1. Combination Pho - Which had slices of Fatty Brisket and Filet Mignon. Sipping broth I was impressed with the aromatics and flavor considering they don’t use msg. Which is fine as long as you can bring out the umami, and they did by oven roasting their spices prior to steeping them into the bone broth for 24 hours🔥🍜. With the simple take on herbs I enjoyed adding the basil and bean sprouts to add more flavor and freshness. 2. Pork Belly Banh Mi - If you like the crunch of roasted pork belly and a fresh baguette 🥖 then this sandwich is for you. With pickled and Julianne’d carrots, cilantro, sliced jalapeños 🌶️ and a spread of their homemade mayo and soy sauce on the crunchy baguette, its a perfect combo with their crispy roasted pork belly 🥓🔥 3. Garlic Noodles 🧄 - Wheat noodles in a roasted garlic butter and parsley had a savory and slight sweetness to it. To mix it up a little bit I added bbq chicken and it was nicely marinated and pouring the green sauce it had a savory, sweet and slight kick. 4. Blended Coconut Thai Tea - exactly what it says but in a smoothie blended form. The mixture was a sweet wonderful pairing between the two.

Absolutely loved this place! We had the vermicelli and banh mi — both were so good! Super fresh flavors, perfect textures, and everything tasted authentic and delicious. Can’t wait to come back and try more!

This was my first time visiting their new Orange location. There was plenty of parking, indoor and outdoor seating, and more tables than their Irvine location. Ordering was simple. Pick a protein and then what you want it with. I love their vermicelli bowls because it comes with fresh veggies, an egg roll, and is always so delicious. My favorite protein to order is Grilled Pork. We got their BBQ Chicken Rice Bowl, Grilled Pork with Vermicelli, Coconut Coffee, and Coconut Thai Tea. My favorite was the Grilled Pork with Vermicelli. The Grilled Chicken Rice Bowl came with a side of sauce to spice up your bowl. It was very flavorful and the chicken was not overcooked. The blended drinks were smooth, no crunchy ice. They were leaning mire toward the coconut flavor than Thai tea or coffee, so you’d love this if you love coconut. Everything was prepared quickly and very convenient for people on the go!

Loved trying out Saiga Eatery! The Pork Belly Garlic Noodles were the standout—perfectly seasoned with roasted garlic butter and topped with a green aioli that tied it all together. The noodles were spot-on, and the pork belly skin was crispy, though the meat was a bit dry. Still, solid dish overall! I could crave this!!! The Pork Belly Banh Mi was also really tasty—the housemade mayo, pork belly and pickled carrots were my favorite parts, and everything worked well together in the baguette. Since it does come with jalapeños, the sandwich can be spicy. If spicy isn’t your thing, ask them to hold the jalapeños. For drinks, I had the Iced Coconut Coffee, which had that rich Vietnamese coffee flavor, strong but balanced with a sweet coconut twist—definitely worth getting. The Lychee Lemonade was refreshing but a little too sweet for my taste. Overall, a delicious experience with some standout items—I’d happily come back to try more! Thank you Saiga Eatery!

So excited to try new location of saiga.eatery just opened in Orange. I had my favorite pork belly rice bowl and garlic noodles with bbq chicken , both of the dishes were so incredible with their signature green sauce . I had strong impression with the green sauce which well combined of many flavors and the strong lemongrass flavor that really make every dishes became tasty . For the drink , I highly recommend their lychee green tea which was so refreshing, but not too sweet or over sugar. If you want some energy boost, Vietnamese coffee would be the best option. This is a good lunch spot to stop by .

Tried Saiga Eatery and loved everything! I had the Garlic Noodles with Pork Belly, Pork Belly Banh Mi Combo, Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookie, Lychee Lemonade, and Vietnamese Coffee. The pork belly was crispy and flavorful, the garlic noodles hit hard, and the banh mi bread was super fresh--not dry or tough like other spots. The cookie was rich and chocolatey, and both drinks were refreshing and bold. Quick, friendly service and the ambiance was clean, casual, and modern--perfect for a chill lunch or dinner spot. Definitely coming back for more. Highly recommend!

Saiga Vietnamese Eatery has some of the best pho I’ve ever had. I tried their Pho with Filet Mignon, and the broth was rich and flavorful, with the tender filet mignon making it even better. The BBQ Chicken Fried Rice was another highlight – the chicken was perfectly grilled and had a smoky flavor that paired perfectly with the rice. I also loved the Veggie Egg Rolls, which were crispy and delicious. Every dish was well-prepared and flavorful!

The lemongrass chicken vermicelli bowl had such a wonderful mix of textures and tastes, with fragrant grilled chicken, fresh herbs, crunchy peanuts, and a sweet-savory sauce that brought it all together in the best way.

Loveee everything we ordered here! Pork belly garlic noodles and the pork belly bahn mi was made to perfection! The soft juicy pork belly had a nice crispy outside and balanced well with the flavor and texture of the noodles and in the sandwich! The vietnamese iced coffee and lemon guava green tea were not too sweet at all and were finished quickly! All of the portion sizes for everything definitely matches their prices too! I would definitely come back again!

So excited that Saiga Vietnamese Eatery just opened up location #2 in Orange closer to home! Service is quick, efficient, and friendly. Bahn Mi bread is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside and the grilled pork is packed with flavor. Buttery garlic noodles went great with the green sauce and poor belly had a great crunch. The vermicelli was the stand out dish though. Juicy BBQ chicken thighs with a spicy fish sauce and fresh lettuce was sooo refreshing and addicting. And they cater too!

Saiga Eatery offers a delightful dining experience. Their Vermicelli Bowls, especially with the grilled lemongrass pork, are both fresh and filling. The combination of textures and flavors is spot on. A must-visit for anyone craving Vietnamese cuisine in the area.

EVERYTHING WAS SO GOOD!! The seasonings to the tenderness to the crispiness , everything was perfect. I got the chicken salad and it was perfect . My boyfriend got the chicken rice bowl and the jasmine rice was so nice and fluffy. The lemon guava green tea was my favorite, and the lychee green tea was my boyfriends. NOT THE MENTION the chocolate chip cookie was so delicious!

My friends hav been raving about the Irvine location and I finally got an opportunity to try their Orange location! The menu is pretty simple and straightforward we ordered the Tofu Garlic Noodles and a combination beef pho, for a beverage I tried the coconut thai tea. The tofu garlic noodles were AMAZING. The garlic noodles were garlicky and cooked perfectly al dente, and the tofu was fried with TONS of flavor. I can not wait to go back and order this again. The pho was just alright in my opinion. The noodles and broth were good the meat was just a tad chewy for my liking. I suppose being in Orange County has made a bit of a pho snob. Perhaps I'd try another protein option next time. Lastly the Thai tea was one of the best drinks I've had this year. Now I'm a huge beverage girly so that says a lot, the coconut slush with the thai tea was such an elite combination. I'm absolutely obsessed. I will absolutely be back.

The rice and vermicelli dishes at Saiga are also very good. Portions are generous, and the sides—pickled veggies, herbs—are fresh and vibrant. The meat options are well-seasoned and grilled or cooked thoughtfully. What I appreciate most is that they don’t skimp on the accompaniments; they complement the main component well and elevate the dish. A solid choice for those wanting a more balanced meal.

The banh mi bread here deeply pleased my palate. A perfect bread log ready to be fed into the chipper. I cannot believe they hollow out each bread log here & fill it with pork or chicken or beef or whatever. What a heavenly exercise in fat cow face chewing these banh mi logs can be to the novice diner. I had to chew & chew & chew & chew to get to the end of one pork banh mi here. The service mostly took the form of an iPad. I found the iPad flat, white, and well lit up. Selecting entrees was no problem. I appreciated the accessible, clear menu screen. The pictures showed the entrees looking their sexiest and most enticing. I almost bit the iPad. I found the ambience acceptable. The food prep area could get a tad loud. Sometimes the aluminum chairs sound like gagging rats when they scrape against the concrete floor. Other than those minor detractors, Saiga is definitely worth a dine in. 5 stars.

Perfect to the t, this place is my go to for comfort Vietnamese food! I ordered garlic noodles with tofu and rice bowl with tofu. Cooked to perfection. And don’t forget the Thai tea and viet coffee. Ugh so good!

The Veggie Egg Roll at Saiga Eatery is so satisfying—crispy on the outside and filled with fresh, tasty vegetables inside. It’s light yet flavorful, making it a perfect starter or snack. I really appreciate how it doesn’t feel greasy at all, just clean flavors with a great crunch. Definitely something I’d recommend to anyone, even non-vegetarians.

J

Saiga’s beef pho really impressed me. The broth was aromatic with hints of star anise and cinnamon, and it had a deep flavor that tasted like it had been simmered for hours. The slices of beef were thin yet flavorful, and the fresh herbs on top added brightness. It’s the kind of dish that feels like a warm hug in a bowl.

I had been going to the Irvine location come a while now, but finally happy to see them open this Orange location!!! It’s so much closer to me! Often I just call in for a Bang Mi but this time I tried the rice bowl with bbq chicken and I returned back of course for the Garlic Noodles topped with chicken also! Grabbed Vietnamese coffee and the blended coconut coffee! The meal was for me to eat during lunch and for dinner the portions were great. The sweetest girl helped me! Ambiance had plenty of seating inside and outside. My total came out to be around $28 for two entrees! Which I thought was very reasonable!

Saiga have the best pork belly banh mi & garlic noodle in OC! The pork belly garlic noodle is a good deal with big portion of 10 juicy pork belly pieces & roasted garlic butter noodle + green aioli sauce 😋 👉🏼We ordered - pork belly garlic noodle - pork belly banh mi - tofu vermicelli - grilled pork salad - Thai tea, lychee green tea, guava green tea, Vietnamese coffee They also have the first location in Irvine, the new location is in Orange. They do catering as well!

I really enjoy Saiga and I’m so glad to see them doing well opening this second location with more seating! The quality and taste of the food is on point—authentic, fresh, and tasty. The size of the bowls are pretty hefty too, they’re actually two meals for me! This is a great place for some Vietnamese comfort food!

I tried the Popcorn Chicken with Lychee Green Tea at Saiga Vietnamese Food and it was such a delightful combo! The popcorn chicken was super crispy on the outside and juicy inside, seasoned just right without being greasy. Pairing it with the refreshing Lychee Green Tea was genius—the drink was sweet, floral, and perfectly balanced. Together, they made a snack-and-drink set that felt both indulgent and refreshing. I’d highly recommend this pairing if you want something light yet flavorful!

If you have been to their Irvine location, you’re gonna love it even more here! This location has indoor seating, great music, and a welcoming environment. I’ve tried a few other dishes here, but my fav would have to be the garlic noodles. Since they use ACTUAL garlic in them. And not only garlic salt or garlic powder. The garlic flavor is prominent and bold, so I definitely recommend giving it a try! Outside of flavor and indoor environment and vibes; the service was great and food came out fast, but most importantly, they came out with no issues. I’ve seen other places have food flying out the kitchen but having something off about the order. Come check this place out and feel free to let me know how you felt about this place :)

I had the pleasure of dining at Saiga Vietnamese Eatery, and it was an incredible experience. I tried the Pork Belly Banh Mi, and it was delicious! The pork belly was juicy and tender, and the bread was perfectly crispy. I also had the Grilled Pork Vermicelli, which was packed with smoky, flavorful grilled pork. Their Garlic Noodles were out of this world – perfectly seasoned and just the right amount of garlic. The Popcorn Chicken was also a great side – crispy and flavorful. Saiga never disappoints!

What keeps me coming back to Saiga Eatery is their consistency. The pho is always rich and comforting, the banh mi reliably crisp and fresh, and the garlic noodles—positively addictive. On my last visit, I tried the roasted pork plate, which was juicy with a subtle sweetness that complemented the savory sides. The kimchi fried rice is another can’t-miss, with just the right balance of heat and texture. Whether it’s a quick lunch or a relaxed sit-down meal, this place never disappoints.

The Kimchi Fried Rice at Saiga Eatery is next-level delicious! The pork belly is juicy, well-seasoned, and blends perfectly with the tangy, slightly spicy kimchi. The dish is filling without being too heavy, and the balance of textures is spot on. I can see myself coming back just for this—such a satisfying meal.

Saiga Vietnamese Eatery is my go-to for pho! I had the Combination Pho with both Filet Mignon and Brisket, and it was incredible. The broth was rich and full of flavor, and the meats were perfectly tender. The BBQ Chicken Fried Rice was also fantastic – flavorful and filling. I can’t get enough of their Popcorn Chicken as well – crispy, tender, and perfect as an appetizer. Highly recommend trying this place for some top-notch Vietnamese food!

Food is straight forward with good flavors and most importantly as a mom of young kids, the curbside delivery has been great! This is my go to when I still want good food, something fast and quick and I don’t have to get out of my car. I’ve also have had them cater for a birthday party and they were very accommodating for my early lunch. They were able to prep everything by 11am which is when they opened. Highly recommended.

Came here for lunch today and what a pleasant surprise!! Now I know where to go for Vietnamese food close by. We tried the vermicelli with grilled pork and egg roll and the garlic noodles with pork belly. Both were very flavorful and decent size portions. The coconut coffee was delicious!! I never thought coconut and coffee would go well together but yum! This is a great place for casual dining. The shopping plaza has a Target in it too so that's a bonus! Will come back for the pho!

Saiga Vietnamese Eatery has earned my top recommendation! I tried their Pork Belly Banh Mi, and it was phenomenal. The pork belly was tender and savory, and the baguette was perfectly crispy. I also had the Tofu Pho, which had an incredible broth – rich and aromatic. The tofu was fried to perfection, giving a nice crispy contrast to the soft noodles. I couldn’t get enough of the Egg Rolls, crispy and packed with flavor. For something extra delicious, try their Nuoc Cham Sauce to dip everything in! If you're looking for great portions and fantastic flavors, Saiga Vietnamese Eatery is a must-visit.

Food: 10/10 Pork Belly Garlic Noodles - WOWOW this pork belly blew me away! Pork belly was crunchy on the side and soft and tender on the meat side. Garlic noodles were delicious as well! To top it all off the green sauce pulled the whole meal together. 8/10 BBQ Chicken Kimchi Fried Rice - The BBQ chicken was really soft and tender. They use small grained rice to make this dish. It also came with an over-easy egg which pulled the whole dish together. Drink: 10/10 Lychee Lemonade - The lychee really compliments the lemonade well. I cannot ever go back to regular lemonade! This is the sweeter drink of the 2. 10/10 Lemon Guava Green Tea - This drink would be perfect paired with boba! I am not typically a huge fan of fruit teas but this one I love! It is a little bit on the lesser sweet side. 10/10 Service - Big shoutout to Hao for being so kind and helpful to me in my experience at Saiga!

Why do I love @saigaeatery? Let me count the ways. 1. Banh Mi - this is one of my favorite Vietnamese foods ever and they make it really good. I usually order it with grilled pork. 2. Garlic noodles with pork belly - because the noodles are always al dente with just enough garlic and that green sauce - wow! Plus pork belly perfection! (This visit though I tried BBQ Chicken instead of pork for my protein) 3. Affordable prices 4. The efficient way to order your food and their rewards program

M

Love love love the food here! My favorite thing is the garlic noodle with pork belly. It is hands down the best crunchy pork I’ve ever had. It is so satisfying to bite into the crunchy skin and taste the juiciness of the pork. I also love their lychee green tea. It is the perfect balance to my garlic noodles. They also have a yelp check in reward for a free lychee lemonade! It’s also delicious but my general preference is usually tea. My boyfriend loves their lemonade though! So refreshing in the summer heat. This location is very new and clean, plenty of seating (including outdoor seating with umbrellas). There is plenty of parking and it’s right next to a target. The staff are so polite and hard working too!

The Filet Mignon Pho feels luxurious from the first sip of broth. The 24 hour bone broth is rich clean and beautifully layered with flavor. The sliced filet mignon is tender and delicate pairing wonderfully with soft rice noodles and fresh onions and cilantro. It’s comforting yet refined, making it an excellent choice for anyone wanting a premium pho experience that still  feels  soulful.

The Kimchi Fried Rice with BBQ Chicken delivers bold, addictive flavors in every bite. The house special sauce blends beautifully with the tangy kimchi, creating a satisfying balance of savory and spicy. The BBQ chicken adds smoky richness and the fried egg ties everything together. It’s a comforting generous dish that feels both familiar and unique, perfect for repeat orders.

W
Wilder Brooks

The Garlic Noodles with Pork Belly are insanely good. The noodles are coated in this rich roasted garlic butter sauce that’s super flavorful without being too heavy. The star, though is the pork belly—perfectly slow roasted with crispy skin and packed with BBQ spice flavor. The green aioli on the side adds a nice fresh touch. It’s one of those dishes that sells out for a reason, so definitely grab it if it’s available!

J

A great Vietnamese spot specializing in pho, banh mi, noodles and drinks! The combination pho is excellent with great tasting broth and lots of meat. Another must try is their garlic noodles. I got the garlic noodles with pork belly and this was a great little treat! Last but not least; their banh mi is really good. The baguette is crisp and has lots of fillings!

We got a ton of food My all time favorite is their garlic noodles. Garlicy and delicious it’s definitely comfort food. Their salads are also really good on a hot summer day. Perfect amount of veggie and meat ratio, and so flavorful with fish sauce. Service was amazing; there’s two kiosks you can self order off. The ambiance is a nice and has seating!

The Plain Kimchi Fried Rice is comforting, flavorful, and incredibly easy to enjoy. The house special sauce blends perfectly with the tangy kimchi creating a rich, savory base. The fried egg adds creaminess and warmth that brings everything together. It’s simple yet deeply satisfying great on its own or as a side...........

Saiga Vietnamese Eatery in Orange is a gem! As a fan of Vietnamese vermicelli, I was thrilled with their version—especially the crispy pork belly, which was perfectly crunchy and flavorful. The Garlic Noodles were also a hit, especially with their green aioli. For drinks, I loved the refreshing lychee green tea, which paired perfectly with the dishes. The service was excellent, and our server was friendly and attentive. If you’re in the area, Saiga is definitely worth a visit!

The Tofu Vermicelli with Eggroll is such a fresh and satisfying bowl. The fried tofu is crispy on the outside and soft inside and the vermicelli pairs perfectly with the garlic oil and veggies. The egg roll adds a great crunch, and the mint, cucumbers and pickled carrots make everything really refreshing. The fish sauce is spicy in the best way—just gives everything a nice kick. Super tasty and light but still filling!!!

When you go to this place get the garlic noodles with any meat. Its delicious. You cant go wrong with that. Also the Banh Mi is a great choice also. Will for sure get a good taste on the first bite. For the drinks, if you like sweet, get the lychee lemonade. If not, get the lychee green tea. Dint forget the green sauce, yummy. The workers there were super nice and patient. Theres nice outside seating if you dont want to eat inside. The inside is nice and clean. They have window bar seating also. I like that. Cant go wrong here. Foodie IG: jwardhooper22

Finally visited Saiga Vietnamese Eatery’s 2nd location! And it’s closer to me! Parking: They’re located in a big plaza with plenty of free parking. Easy to find. Ambiance/Environment: I really like their new location. Unlike the Irvine location, this is a bigger space with more seating, open windows, and limited outdoor seating. Very clean inside. They also have a bathroom for customers with a code. Service: It is still self order via the kiosks. If you have any questions, you can simply ask. After ordering, they’ll call your name to pick up your food at the counter (if you ordered to-go). But if you ordered to dine-in, a worker will bring you your food. Throughput was approx. 10-15 minutes. Food & Drinks: We wanted to try something new from their menu. I noticed they’ve added a few new items. 1) Chicken Bowl - chicken served with jasmine rice, cabbage slaw, cucumbers, pickled carrots, and green aioli. I always drench everything with the green aioli. The sauce isn’t too thick or liquidy. The chicken was cooked well and seasoned perfectly. Not too salty. 2) Chicken Vermicelli with egg roll - chicken with vermicelli, garlic oil, lettuce, cucumbers, mint, pickled carrots, & fish sauce. I also drench everything with the fish sauce. They were very generous with the amount of sauce given. The chicken was also cooked well. I liked the skin of this chicken because you can taste its seasoning. All the flavors went well together. 3) Blended Coconut Coffee - This was definitely thick, so I let it sit for a while. The coconut taste came through, but it didn’t overpower the coffee. It wasn’t too sweet. Good for a quick pick-me-up caffeine. 4) Lemon Guava Green Tea - This was so refreshing! The guava taste was strong. It tasted earthy and delicious. Pricing: It could be on the pricier $$$ side, but I’d say it’s worth it because they give you a good amount. This spot is perfect for a quick lunch bite, grab something sweet, or pick up some Viet coffee to stay awake for the day.

Since I love the food at their Irvine location I couldn’t wait to try their new location! Nice little restaurant! The restaurant is very clean and there is plenty of parking to be had. The service is attentive and done with a smile. Their menu includes sandwiches, noodles and rice dishes. All are ready to be eaten in house or on the go! They also offer many drink choices. We chose the garlic noodles with grilled pork (amazing grilled flavor) and their kimchi fried rice with bbq chicken (chicken is moist and delicious). We also had a cafe latte and their lemon guava green tea. The tea is so refreshing!!

The Chicken Banh Mi Combo is such a good deal. The banh mi was packed with flavor, fresh bread and perfectly seasoned chicken. Pairing it with lemonade was the right choice super refreshing and not too sweet. Definitely a solid lunch option and great value for the price

The garlic noodles with pork belly at Saiga Vietnamese Eatery were outstanding—probably the best I’ve had in California. The noodles were perfectly cooked, coated in a garlicky, buttery sauce that was rich and flavorful without being too heavy. Every bite had that addictive umami taste that makes garlic noodles so comforting. The pork belly was just as impressive—juicy, tender, and full of flavor, with crispy edges that gave it a great texture. Together, the noodles and pork belly balanced each other beautifully, making every bite delicious and satisfying. The portion size was generous, and the dish came out hot and well-prepared. Honestly, I could eat this over and over again and never get tired of it. If you’re visiting Saiga, this is one dish you simply can’t miss. It might just be the best garlic noodle in California.

I had the vermicelli with tofu and veggie egg rolls, and it was such a light yet satisfying meal. The noodles were fresh, paired with crunchy veggies, herbs, and pickled carrots that added a refreshing touch. The tofu was well-seasoned with a nice smoky flavor, while the veggie egg rolls were perfectly crispy outside and flavorful inside—a definite highlight of the dish. The dipping sauce tied everything together, making each bite refreshing and full of flavor. It’s a great choice if you’re looking for something healthy but still exciting to eat. My only small suggestion would be for Saiga to add more vegetarian and vegan options, because the quality of this dish shows they could really shine with more plant-based choices. Still, this vermicelli bowl is a winner, and I’d gladly order it again.

Visited Saiga today with my family and we enjoyed the BBQ chicken & pork belly garlic noodles, lychee lemonade, and coconut Thai tea. Everything was flavorful and I appreciated that the lychee lemonade had lychee bits in it. Side note that the green aioli sauce is spicy (in case your littles want to try it). The restaurant (including restroom was very clean) and service was efficient! Definitely give this spot a try. We’ll be returning to try their banh mi & rice dishes.

Came here on a Saturday and it was POPPIN! We got drinks and 2 different dishes. Drinks: Coconut coffee is a slushee texture - flavor is fruity because of the coconut and the coffee more on the sweet side (like viet coffee) Huge generous amount of pork belly on the noodles! They were perfectly tender and crispy on the edges. Garlic Noodles are super tasty and have great chewy texture, super flavorful! Comes with a refreshing lemongrass green sauce. Thai tea very brown sugar flavor and creamy refreshing taste - very sweet but what thai tea isn't Banh mi texture is good! The bread is not too hard where it crumbles or scrapes the roof of your mouth as banh mi tends to do. The grilled pork inside is flavorful and yummy, the mayo inside is really good and the pickled veg is good also (i would ask for extra next time bc they go great with the pork) Egg rolls were super crunchy and tasty! They come with a sweet and sour sauce. Overall a cute little spot perfect to grab lunch at a great price! People were super helpful and fast with service and the food really hit the spot!

Visited this new location in Orange for lunch and everything was perfect! Located in a shopping plaza there are plenty of parking. My girlfriend and I ordered the pork belly garlic noodles which was so flavorful and the pork belly was crunchy without being dried. The grilled pork salad and grilled pork sandwich was so refreshing and delicious. When you check in on yelp you get a free lychee lemonade!

Saiga provides high quality Vietnamese comfort food. All their dishes are delicious with lots of flavor. Everything from their Pork Belly Banh Mi and Garlic Noodles. Vermicelli is very refreshing.

The tofu vermicelli bowl was so fresh and tasty. The combination of crispy tofu, crunchy vegetables, and the egg roll made it really satisfying. I liked the touch of garlic oil, and the spicy fish sauce gave the dish an extra kick. Light, refreshing, but still filling. Highly recommend for a healthier option!

It was my first time coming to this place a little over a week ago! I was amazed at how fast the food came out and how delicious it was. I ate the pork belly garlic noodles and grilled pork fried rice. For my drink, I tried the coconut iced coffee and strawberry lemonade. Everything tasted amazing! I’d definitely recommend the garlic noodles and coconut iced coffee!!! It’s to die for 🫂

Update: Been back several times now. The service and food still is consistent and excellent as the first visit. --------------- MUST GO!!~~ 🔥🔥🔥 Highly recommended. I was pleasantly surprised visiting here today. It was my first time and everything was beyond any expectations. * The food was amazing-- delicious, well seasoned, crispy & juicy pork belly slices, and you can't get enough of that green sauce. There is a wide range of selections for all to choose from, especially with dietary allergies and preferences. * The service-- top notch, attentive, and friendly. I am so grateful for the kindness of the staff member who was at the register at noontime. She was possibly the owner and she greatly helped me and I appreciate it. * Ambiance-- Cozy, cafe-vibe with plenty of seating. * Parking and location-- easy to find and an abundance of parking. Friendly reminder-- This is a cashless restaurant. Can't wait to come back again to order the other items on the menu. I will definitely recommend this place and location to others. Thank you Saiga for the wonderful food and service.

The BBQ Chicken Rice at Saiga Vietnamese Food was amazing! Perfectly grilled chicken—so juicy and full of smoky taste, it went perfectly with the soft rice. The serving was large and very filling, yet still felt light. The fresh veggies on the side gave a great crunch and balance. An absolute must-order for anyone craving something truly tasty and satisfying!

Finally got the chance to visit Saiga's new location today. Definitely is a bigger spot compared to their Irvine location. Got our food within 10 minutes of ordering. There were some tables inside the restaurant for sitting down but there were also some tables in front of the store. The pork belly was crispy and good in both dishes. The green aioli and fish sauce complement its dish. The strawberry lemonade was perfect. Not too sweet and has enough tartness. The guava green tea was a little light in flavor for me.

I went to Saiga for the first time and I Absolutely loved this spot! The food was incredible, we had the kimchi fried rice with BBQ chicken, soft and very flavorful, their brisket pho with rich broth, and crispy egg rolls. The lychee and strawberry lemonades were super refreshing. The space is modern and clean, and the service was friendly and fast. Prices were very low but the portions and quality very high. Everything was a 10/10. Highly recommend if you’re craving fresh, delicious Vietnamese food!

Best experience ever! Food is delish and sauce is out of this world. Pho broth is savory. Garlic noodle with bbq pork with the green sauce is incredible. Thai tea is on the sweeter side but lychee lemonade surprised me with how sweet it was instead of tangy. Highly recommend!

The food and drinks at Saiga are so good! My favorite drink was the Blended Coconut Thai Tea, I highly recommend trying that. We also ordered the BBQ Chicken Banh Mi, the BBQ Chicken Garlic Noodles, and The Lemon Guava Green Tea. Both the Bahn Mi and Garlic Noodles were full of flavor and the food wasn't greasy., I loved it! I felt good after eating it and will definitely be coming back for more! The staff was very friendly, helpful, and the service was great!!

Saiga is a great new fast casual Vietnamese restaurant! We've been to the one in Irvine that's in a warehouse/business office type area, and this new Orange location is a big upgrade. My favorites are the garlic noodles & the banh mi. The BBQ chicken is flavorful, and even holds up well in the fridge for leftovers to bring to work the next day. They have a Chinese 5-spice type of rub for it, and it's to die for. For the drinks, the Viet coffee and lychee green tea were both awesome.

I
Isidore A,

Saiga is a hidden gem in Orange County. Their pho has rich flavor and the fresh herbs really elevate the dish. You can tell they focus on quality ingredients. It is a great place for a quick lunch or casual dinner with friend

Was so happy with how delicious the food AND drinks were here! The store was also very clean and comfortable to dine in. Food didn't take long to come out. I ordered the Banh Mi sandwich with pork belly and the veggies in it were so fresh and the pork was delicious and perfectly cooked. I also ordered the garlic noodles with chicken and they were also delicious and perfectly cooked. For my drink I got the blended coconut coffee and I don't usually like my coffees blended and prefer them iced but the blended consistently was SO good and the taste of coconut with the coffee was perfection. I'll be thinking about this coffee drink until I'm back. If this spot only served drinks I'd still come back just for this coffee drink but I'm so happy I can come back for a yummy meal AND a drink.

A casual Spot for viet food. The pho is bomb here! Tender pieces of filet migon and other cuts of beef and the broth is soo umami. The pork belly was also another amazing dish. Tender pieces with the fat render down really good and crispy skin on top. What a great spot!

Saiga's Orange location offers an excellent and modern Vietnamese dining experience with food prepared promptly and with quality in mind. Tablet kiosks had a simplistic design which made ordering and customizing easy. Facility was clean and the music selection made for a great dining atmosphere. Love me a good banh mi and the drinks were a refreshing compliment. Their garlic noodles were solid as well. Definitely a great spot to chill in or for a quick bite.

Garlic Noodles with Shaken Steak is a must try here. The noodles were rich and buttery with lots of garlic flavor, and the steak was tender and cooked just right. The garlic soy sauce and green aioli brought everything together perfectly. Comfort food with a Vietnamese twist — I’d order this again for sure

This is my first time at the Orange location and I will say it’s definitely more spacious with a lot more seating! I got my usual which is the garlic noodles with crispy pork belly, grilled pork banh mi, and the lychee green tea. My friend tried their seasonal pumpkin spice Vietnamese coffee and it’s so good. I myself am not a huge coffee person but the sweetness of the pumpkin spice covers the usual strong coffee flavor. The staff was also super friendly and served us at our table.

I recently stopped by to Saiga's new location in Orange and few weeks ago, I'm gonna say that I'm impressed with the interior and all the space so people can come and eat inside. My friend and I just recently came by for lunch with some drinks and food. I loved the kimchi fried rice with pork belly and my friend loved the garlic noodles with grilled pork as well. The staff here is helpful as well when it comes to the menu.

Had a really positive experience at Saiga Ordered a tropical slushie (strawberry coconut and pineapple?), a chicken salad and pork garlic noodles Food was on point - seasoning of everything, including dressing, noodles, etc was perfect! Not too salty and not too underseasoned Giselle (?) the lady at the front was wonderfully friendly and kind

The new Shaken Steak Bowl is incredible. The hanger steak is super tender and flavorful with the garlic soy sauce, and it pairs perfectly with the jasmine rice. The pickled carrots and house salad add freshness, while the green aioli ties everything together. So good! The Peppermint Vietnamese Latte is such a treat! It perfectly balances the bold, smooth Vietnamese coffee with a refreshing peppermint flavor. The crunchy candy cane bits on top make it festive and fun without being too sweet. This drink instantly puts you in the holiday mood

I recently tried the Garlic Noodles with Shaken Steak at Saiga Vietnamese Eatery and it instantly became one of my favorite dishes. The noodles were rich and buttery with a deep roasted garlic flavor that wasn’t overpowering at all. The shaken steak was incredibly tender, perfectly seared, and paired so well with the garlic soy sauce and green aioli. You can really tell this is a thoughtfully crafted new menu item—comforting, flavorful, and satisfying from the first bite to the last. Definitely coming back for this again.

Delicious food for a great price and fast service. I tried the pork belly garlic noodles, pork banh mi, thai tea, and guava lemon green tea. The banh mi had just the right amount of crunch in the bread and plenty of pickled veggies, plus they did not skimp on the meat. The sandwich was a good size and very filling. The pork belly on the garlic noodles was tender with a slight crunch on the seared side--just how I like it. Neither of the teas were too sweet, and the guava lemon green tea was my favorite. Everything tasted fresh and not heavy or greasy. The restaurant has ample seating and is very kid friendly, with coloring pages provided for the little ones. Would definitely come back again!

Just tried Saigon OC and it’s my new fave spot! I ordered the BBQ Chicken Banh Mi, BBQ Chicken Vermicelli Bowl, and a Coconut Thai Tea and everything hit the spot . The flavors were super fresh, the seasoning on the chicken was perfect, and nothing felt heavy. The Banh Mi had that crispy bread + tender chicken combo and the vermicelli bowl tasted so light and homemade. The Coconut Thai tea was my favorite. It was creamy, sweet in the best way, and tasted like dessert in a cup. And it paired so well with the food, refreshing and smooth between bites. Overall, the vibe was casual, the food had a genuine homemade taste, and everything was delicious. I’ll definitely be back!

☕️ Café vietnamita ¡Sabor fuerte y no demasiado dulce!

At 1 pm bread was not as fresh. Pork belly kind of soggy. Sandwich was a bit dry and carrots and daikon not as flavored. It's ok for a quick bite. Clean and easy kiosk to self order.

Ordered catering from them for a family event. Food overall was very bland and not too Vietnamese in nature overall given its lack of flavor. BBQ chicken was bland. Pork belly was just okay. Banh mi was below average - would have been better toasted and was never given the option for that when placing order online (which is a seamless process, so a plus there). Garlic noodles were incredibly bland and borderline dry. Was not into the kimchi fried rice at all. Order of Vietnamese coffee by the gallon for the family to share was overpriced when I looked back at the bill. Overall, would not recommend the food quality here for catering unless it's just to get catering service done in an easy and fast way - but not for taste. The overall amount of catered food for the final price was also such that the amount of food was not large or matching at all.

I’m a sandwich junky! Couple months back social media taught me about a Banh Mi sandwich. It looked great, but the places being praised are a bit of a drive, but were added to my “to try” list. Today we bumped into Saige Eatery Orange. I was excited to try! I ordered a pork belly banh mi and an egg roll. Stacey ordered a chicken bowl that came with an egg roll. Order came out quickly and I asked for a “duck sauce” packet, like I get when ordering Chinese egg rolls. She (had no name badge) said that comes when you order 4 egg rolls, but not just one. So I pleaded, “can I get a packet…please?” She said “let me check” and went to the back. She returned and said it would be 65 cents. I was surprised, but gave her my card, because they don’t accept cash, for 65 cents. She ask if I wanted the receipt. I said, “yes, because I want to tell someone why I’m not coming back.” She rolled her eyes. Sandwich was delicious, other than the really large lengthwise slices of jalapeño peppers. Little heat is good for me, but this lit me up. Once I trimmed it to my liking…yum! I’m definitely going to eat many more Banh Mi sandwiches in the future, but not at the place that charges $33 for two people’s lunch and then needs to run a new transaction for $0.65 more for a packet of sauce.

I ordered on uber eats because I am sick and working. Usually the food is fresh but today in my pho the cilantro was black and slimy. The sprouts were also old and slimy. This is extremely unacceptable.
