Tip: Visit for a quick breakfast before heading to the parks. Be aware that service might not always be the fastest.
I tried this place for all my days during my stay in the Hotel near by (Delta by Marriott) .. I used to order hot cappuccino and egg 🥚 muffins and my wife ordered hot coffee latte ☕ my daughter loved ❤ the hash browns ... the service is super fast and they have nice welcome smile 😃 all the time
This is a great place to have your morning coffee and sit down with your friends, talking, laughing, meeting, and relaxing, the staff and management is so polite and nice, Here they are each and everyone are so wonderful we (Seniors) to go there daily and spending every morning together We recommend to everyone,
One of the best Dunkin in the area for sure, from a true blue New Englander. Staff is very nice, service is quick, and great music (yes really.) I did not encounter any of the problems listed with the one star reviews and I have been going for the last 4 days every morning.
I visit this location for first time on Tuesday and i received great customer service, cashier Isaiah was really helpful and provided information on different food and drinks, helping me to have a great experience.
Food was very tasty. Sometimes you can go to a busy location and the food isn’t always that good. This place was fresh and staff very nice. Loved mini bites.
While on our vacation, I was in NEED of some coffee, and we went to the closest Dunkin to our hotel. Had quick service, got exactly what we ordered. My iced coffee was amazing and just what I needed. Went through the drive thru and took maybe 5 minutes total.
Very nice place, excellent service. Brooke, the attendant, is very friendly.!
Visited the area for a few days. Been here twice during that time for a quick breakfast before the parks. Not the fastest service, but it was still efficient and good. Breakfast sandwiches were good and didn’t get nuked in the microwave. English muffins and bagels still remained soft. Caramel lattes were good and as expected. If you’re in a rush, not the place to be, but they’re still not bad on time in general. If you use the kiosk to place your order, it will quietly arrive on the kiosk/mobile order stand, so look for your items there.
Awesome crew!! Fast and friendly service, I'm GRATEFUL for your service! Happy holidays! 🎄🎊🦃🦃👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻🤗🤗🤗🤗👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻☕☕☕☕☕☕
Good service, the lady that got our order spoke spanish so it was easier for my family to understand. You have an easy entrance inside dunkin’ to go to the gift shop on the left side of the store.
Good quality. The cashier spoke spanish and it helped to make us feel more comfortable at ordering. Breakfast and coffee it's a fast, delicious choice.

The latte are always perfect. The regular staff is always consistently friendly and genuine. They maintain a clean and reliable environment.
The new manager Kailey is great and respectful. One thing I will say is, she needs to improve on her frozen coffee making... other than that awesome manager!!!5/5
Stopped by on Dec 5th (11:49am) and had a great conversation with Kayla and the other lady working, very polite and professional ! A true credit to Dunkin Donuts !

Spacious lobby with some self order kiosks. They made our drinks quickly considering how busy they were. Friendly staff. Would come again
Food was good...drinks were not...typical Dunkin experience...always a craps shoot when it comes to quality control. I got an iced latte with mocha and it was basically milk with some chocolate flavor (after I stirred in the mocha that was stuck on the bottom)
I needed a pick me up, so I stopped by to try the viral Cookie Butter Cloud Latte. I have heard so much about it and honestly my curiosity got the best of me. I ordered it with oat milk but decided to risk it by keeping the cold foam on it (I’m typically dairy-free). It was definitely tasty, made well, and aesthetically pleasing, but I don’t get all of the hype. I couldn’t taste the cinnamon notes, and I personally felt like it could have been a bit sweeter (just my opinion). I also thought it quickly became watered down as the ice melted. Maybe the oat milk threw things off, but I don’t know. Customer service was great though! The woman that took my order was friendly and made my drink quickly. I can’t speak for the breakfast items or the donuts. That seems to be what most of the negative reviews are about. We don’t live in Orlando, but I would definitely visit again to try more coffee drinks if we’re in the area. Visited: December 29, 2025 ~4:00pm
We showed up about 15 minutes before closing because I was really craving a rainbow sherbet cone. I told my husband to just get our daughter the same in a cup, but he insisted on asking for a milkshake instead. I literally warned him, “They’re going to hate you for making them dirty the milkshake stuff this close to close,” but he’s stubborn. Sure enough they told him no. He came out with my sherbet cone (yum!) and a chocolate cup for himself. As soon as he stepped out, they locked the doors.. before actual closing time. I get it, I’ve worked in restaurants before and totally understand the end-of-night routine, but now I’m stuck sharing my ice cream with a grumpy toddler and dealing with a grumpier husband. 😅

I haven't had iced coffee this good in a while. I got decaf with Caramel and almond. The bathroom was clean. They have nice looking ice creams. Small location but they offer ample eating areas and ice cream sheet cakes.

Good service but pay attention to the cleaning.
Staff was very nice. The tables could be cleaner, especially around the sides. The metal framing and shelves around the windows could also use a cleaning. (It's the little things.) The washroom (men's) needs help: toilet seat was dirty underneath and in disrepair. The food and drink was fine. The best feature was the helpful and friendly staff. They would benefit from some supervision and training.
My first Dunkin' Run! Since it was my first time here, I was a little overwhelmed with deciding what to order. We Ordered: -The Bagel Special, 2 bagels with cream cheese for $4 -An Original Iced Latte with a shot of french vanilla -2 Cappuccino Blasts -An original glazed donut. Truthfully, the bagels were not the best, they were pretty dense and hard. As a Canadian, I definitely wouldn't recommend them, since we're pretty used to softer chewier ones. However, our drinks were delicious! They reminded me a lot of Ice Capps. Big shout out to our server Cynthia, who was so kind & helpful. She had some great recommendations 👌 Overall it was a pretty good first experience, I think I'll definitely try it again next time I'm state side. I can definitely see how "America Runs on Dunkin' "
30 minutes for 1 coffee between 4 people working... 2 stars only because the coffee was good. Get it together ladies! Having a bad day is understandable but the day is what you make it. Not my first bad experience here.
I have to say, many people working at DD done seem to be too happy but these ladies seemed REALLY unhappy. It’s quite the transition going form Disney properties to non-Disney properties but this one was an eye opener. I had to go back for more creamer as I don’t think they actually prepare the coffee the right way, more like eye ball it than measuring.
Outside tables dirty. Ice Cream only had half buckets of only 5 flavors to choose from. When we we're checking out one of the workers who we're restocking was putting cases on the counter while we were doing our transaction. Very unprofessional. Won't be going back.
Freaking SLOW 45 minutes for 2 orders. Lots of customers but horrid expedition. More orders for sandwiches than donuts that this place can't handle. 1/7/18 No one is working the counter.!
The new cup lids don't stay on the cups!! So annoying! Either they don't close properly or staff don't close them all the way. Twice I tried to pull a cup out of a tray and spilt coffee everywhere. This happened at a Starbucks recently where the employee himself happened to spill the coffee while serving the drink. He threw it away and made a new one. At this location, the employee looked the other way.. It happened right at the counter. They didn't apologize nor offer to add coffee. Picture attached where newer lids barely stay on.

The is no friendly service here. Everyone looks like they dont want to be here. The cashier lady with the gray hair needs more practice giving great customer service. She made us feel like we were making her work to much when we just ordered 4 drinks and a donut that was placed upside down in the bag. I guess it dosent matter how they put it in the bag at least its i the bag
Visited orlando on vacation in August. Literally took 20 minutes to make 2 drinks with no other customers. Only 2 workers. I asked the girl what flavored iced coffees they had and she laughed and said she had no idea? We don't have dunkin in my City so it was all new to me. She couldn't answer any questions and the guy working there started making his own drink and announcing it very loudly and making jokes interrupting me trying to place my order. When I did finish, she started sweeping and talking to her friend that showed up and was laughing about how she was picking up the coins she was finding while cleaning. Didn't even attempt to make our drinks. The guy finished making his own drink and went out of view for a bit then came back and asked what we ordered and she asked him to make it while she continued talking to her friend. When he asked her why she laughed and said she didn't know how to make it. They just started laughing and bantering for a while. I went to wait in the car with my baby while my husband stayed inside because I was starting to get annoyed at their lack of professionalism and how long it was taking. Absolutely ridiculous.
This location does not answer their phone. I went in this afternoon and ordered 6 of the same donut. After seeing the cashier put the wrong donut in the box, I questioned her politely. She then denied it straight to my face and in front of two other staff members. Bold face lied to my face in front of them. I got home with mixed donuts because I trusted what she said. I suggest management check the cameras as to what happened. I won't be back. Triple check your orders and your change back. Dishonest is dishonest. As a restaurant manager, I would term an employee that lied to a guest.
Don’t waste your time and money here. Much better Dunkin not too far. Walked in and waited at least five minutes while the staff talked. Received our food and drink 10 minutes later and it tasted terrible. Milk spoiled?!?
I placed an order… the ice coffee drink and breakfast sandwich were both great. Afterwards I asked for a cup of water to take my medications and was told that there would be a charge. Unexpected and Ridiculous!
They didn't have my full order. They only had 1/2. I requested a refund for the dozen and agreed to pay for a half of dozen. The cashier decided to refund it in cash ( she insisted although i paid with a card; she was later told doing it that way would cause her drawerto be short). A dozen is 12.99 a half of dozen is 7.99, however, she only gave me .99 cents back. The math doesn't add up! She gets the manager, which is fine. However, the manager had an attitude. Seemed annoyed that I was questioning the amount and trying to get it corrected. The manager refunded the amount to my card and then I paid for the half dozen. I hadn't been to dunkin donuts in a long time. Unfortunately that will me my last time! Also we ordered a grill cheese sandwich. HORRIBLE! DRY! HARD and the cheese wasn't even melted!
I've never encountered such a lazy and inattentive staff in my life, and I'm from NY. It does not take nearly 40 minutes to serve 6 donuts. When a customer asks help the staff should not ignore and put they're back to customers that have already paid and are waiting on their order. All tourists should stay FAR away from this place. If I was the owner I would fire my entire staff and start over.
There was a family of 4 who didn't speak English. One girl was out front. She called Alex. After a minute Alex came out and started ringing that party in. She rang in 1 coffee roll and walked away. Now the line is about 10 people deep. These people kept trying to order more and more. Noone opened the 2nd register. Two girls are working now and it's been well over 10 min. I'm getting frustrated. I finally said can I please just order a tea. A nice girl I wish I knew her name was fantastic. I left and this party was still ordering after 20 minutes. Very poor customer service and a customer leaving said to me "You have alot of patience. ". I'm telling you those people still in line were starting g to leave and I didn't blame them at all. After all that me tea is delicious.
Not very friendly no hello no good bye. The lady with the long ponytail at the register was very rude and unpleasant and her hair was swinging all over. Please get someone else at the register who is clean and customer friendly!
Went there and the customer service is awful the girl at the counter didn’t even look up and was sweeeping the floor, we literally stood there and no one said anything and there were multiple people standing there w no service as if it was closed Definitely skip
As I enter the building 45 min before they close they are mopping and mad because she going to have to mop again. I know this because that’s what she yelled as we walked up to the teller. Yall just hire anyone I guess. No damn customer service. And yall lost business.
This place is sooooo slow. They also don’t seem to know how to make lattes or read an order. I submitted a mobile order every morning for 6 days. Same order. Nothing crazy. 5 of the 6 days it was completely screwed up for one reason or another. For example one day my hot lattes were made iced. Another day the extra shot in each latte must have all been put in one latte, as it was impossible to drink it was so strong and bitter. Another day they ran out of pumpkin swirl mid order. Another day they made all three lattes the same pumpkin spice, when only one was supposed to be pumpkin spice, the other to being different flavors. Speaking of the orders, I ordered in advance, via mobile ordering. They were never ready when I arrived 10 mins later, I always waited an additional 5-10 mins for them to be completed (if not remade entirely because they made them iced instead of hot) The only day my order was correct was the day the manager was making it.
Walked in to order, the woman at the register was on a personal phone call on speakerphone and scrolling Instagram while hunched over the counter. I stood right at the counter for about a minute and she never looked up or even realized she was at work. Glad I didn’t interrupt her call at least…
No gluten free option, you have to wait inline for 20 minutes so they can tell you they don’t have gluten free options. The staff need to in improve their customer services skill. Specially the 2 older ladies. They are extremely rude, they mess one drink from out party and they scream at us. Worst attention ever. Horrible experience.
It suck’s to say, but this is one of the worst Dunkin’s in Orlando. If you order an ice coffee with light ice; why does it come out not filled? I asked the woman over the counter if they could please add more milk, (she had no issue adding more milk and to add insult to injury I hear the workers in the back saying “I told you that needed more milk, their not gonna like it” Not only was it not filled, but honestly it tasted horrible, as if they used the bottom leftover coffee from the bag that’s been sitting out way too long. I’ve personally worked for Dunkin’ Donuts in the past and when someone would order a beverage with light ice, I’d have the decency to at least fill it up at least with a little extra milk or some ingredient containing in the beverage. The food is still cold and it’s sad to say I find this out when I get home; I thought at least that should be good, felt hot in the bag, but my toasted mini bagels were freezing on the inside and my sandwich is cold to the core. It’s just a bad experience when you pay good money for food, then have to come home and critique it and make it better. This is not the first time I’ve come to this Dunkin, but it will be the last. For a location so close to Disney and in a Tourist environment, I’d expect better, Please do better.
I am a big fan of Dunkin’ but not in this place! Bad service! Modest attitude! Being annoyed with customers! I came by and I didn’t like the Employee attitude! She barley understands the order. Never come back to this store!

They really don’t care at all. Went two days in a row for breakfast both times i had to send back my toast because they “forgot” to put bacon on it. I bit into a bagel bites that was completely frozen on the inside. When i sent back a hot drink because it was supposed to be iced, she poured the hot drink over ice in-front of me and then topped it with wiped cream. Needless to say it, tasted very bad.
The manager's service and the wait time were appalling. I watched as she had three confrontations with guests while I was waiting for my order. They kept running out of basics: plain bagels. cinnamon raisin bagels, doughnuts. Everyone working and visiting there was frustrated and annoyed. It was the worst Dunkin' experience. Many of the customers were talking to each other: we had never seen a Dunkin' run this poorly. If this store were in the Northeast, it wouldn't make it and would be out of business. However, because of its location, even though it's horrendous, it continues to make money. Do yourself a favor and go to McDonald's.
Let me start off by saying that if I could give zero stars I would. The manager here is the worst I’ve ever seen and should certainly seek a job that is NOT IN ANY KIND OF CUSTOMER DIRECT CONTACT. We ordered our drinks via the kiosk. I wanted a caramel frozen coffee and it recommended 3 pumps of caramel. I never worked at Dunkin so I assumed that was the normal amount. When I got the drink it was overly sweet. I talked to the woman who appeared to be a manager, but it was hard to tell with her wearing an Aeropostal t shirt and a hoody and no name tag. She proceeded to argue with me that it was because it was made with almond milk. I explained that I understood that, but it was overly sweet. She continued yes to get loud and argumentative and refused to remake it. I told her I couldn’t drink it because it was very crappy. She offered me a refund and said that if I didn’t like it I could get out of the store. I left because I refused to be talked to and treated like garbage by a low class horrible manager. I did not receive my coffee OR a refund. She essentially stole from me.
Wow — one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered a drink that was overly sugary (and these drinks are already sweet to begin with, so that was disappointing but manageable). The real issue came with the food. I ordered a turkey sausage and egg breakfast sandwich. On the app, the picture clearly shows it on an English muffin, and the default option is an English muffin. But when I picked up my order, both sandwiches came on croissants. I politely asked if they could switch the bread to an English muffin. The manager snapped back that the sandwiches come on “all different types of bread” and that I should have specified, even though the app and photo clearly showed otherwise. She agreed to “fix it,” but when I got it back, one still had croissant bread. When I pointed it out, she snatched the bag out of my hands, said “it’s gonna be a wait,” and walked off. Eventually, I received the sandwiches again — only now they had Swiss cheese added, which I hadn’t ordered. At that point, I was honestly too uncomfortable to eat them and scared they had spit in it. The manager’s attitude was so hostile that I threw the food away. It wasn’t just a mistake — it was the dismissive and aggressive way the situation was handled that left me completely shocked.
