The wings are pretty good, I wouldn't say they're the best, the service is 2/2, the location is quite good and there's parking. Everything is very clean and the food is well-presented. The staff is very friendly.

The food is good and reasonably priced; the bill came to 700 pesos for two people: a hamburger, ribs, cheese sticks, three beers, and two orange sodas. The service is good, but a bit slow to bring what you order. I had to ask three times for a drink, even though it was Friday and not very busy. The atmosphere is great because a retro music band was playing—the kind of music I listen to—which added to the ambiance. They added almost 200 pesos to my bill. All in all, it's a place I recommend and would return to.

Visiting this branch is a gamble. This last time, they refused to turn on the outdoor heater, saying they were out of gas. Other times, it's been dirty bathrooms, issues with the dips, not having the beer I want, or the fries arriving cold and soggy. If you don't like noise—there are screens and music inside, and the inflatable for kids is running outside—this place isn't for you. The food is acceptable; I should also mention that they made me move my car because a 3B truck was going to pull in. This branch doesn't live up to the chain's standards. Go somewhere else.

We ordered 1 kilo of wings and the flavor was okay, pretty basic, nothing special. The service was good, the waitresses were attentive even though we went at a time when it was empty and it took a while to serve the food. They have good music and the decor is nice.

On my last visit (March 2021), I was truly disappointed with the facilities. Initially, the QR code menu didn't load, and the physical menu is in very poor condition. The service is friendly, but that's about it. More attention needs to be paid to the restroom fixtures. I think people in the region shouldn't get used to places that aren't interested in improving their facilities and service.

Had a great experience here on Friday and then on Saturday we came back and it was horrible. We had a different waiter the 2nd night, they were out of beer (huh?) and they served us cut up chicken breast instead of boneless wings. We ordered fries and then got a basket of some chicken and tons of fries. He said they were out of vegetables which is fine but we would have ordered something else than fries if we knew we were going to be swimming in them. Then the waiter forgot to bring me dressing for half an hour and whne we asked again he said the kitchen was closed. On top of that he tried to overcharge us 130 pesos. I can't believe how different the experiences were.

Tuve una mala experiencia con el personal hoy, específicamente un joven que me atendió con una apatía y no me ofreció una promoción que era idéntica a lo que había ordenado del menú. La dije al pedir la cuenta si podía aplicar la promoción y me dijo que no porque yo había elegido lo del menú, diciendo que él me la ofreció en un principio y no quise algo que fue mentira. Quizá se le olvidó mencionarla, si lo hubiera reconocido no estaría escribiendo esto pero prefirió mentirle a un cliente en su cara. Llegué a las 3:40pm, nunca volveré.

🚫 Good taste, bad impression Wing's Army Orizaba offers a good atmosphere and acceptable food, but it neglects one essential detail: the men's restrooms. The toilets are visibly dirty, and that ruins the experience. A restroom speaks volumes about the respect a place has for its customers. If they don't take care of the basics, what trust can there be in the rest? Hygiene isn't optional; it's part of the service. I hope they take care of it, because dignity is also served in silence.

How sad! My first time at an all-you-can-eat wings buffet and they don't explain any restrictions. I've been to the wings buffet at Wing O before and it's the same thing: if you don't want fries, they won't bring them, but you can still enjoy the wings. Disappointing. Misleading promotions. If the servers explained the restrictions, I would have saved myself the trouble of getting up and going somewhere else. It's better to order à la carte and eat more of what you like. I WILL NEVER RETURN.
