Big Deal Burger

This is what they sent me after paying 40 bucks for these big deal burgers. I called and asked to speak to a Manger and they refused and then hung up. I will be there in the morning to see them.

I ordered here from Uber eats, they offered a buy one get one special however I'm guessing they did the sale to get rid of old product. The bread was hard stale, I asked for Onion, tomato and ketchup but none came on the sandwich and the lettuce was wilted. The fries were served in a plastic bag which made them soggy. When I tried to call the company, it came up as dickey BBQ pit. Do NOT eat here.

I ordered 3 burgers they sent 5 wings instead of the 3 burgers. I called no one answered. 45 bucks for wings. I don’t even eat chicken. Really disrespectful. DO NOT BUY EVER

Do NOT recommend! Burgers are greasy and buns were soggy completely messed up our order through Uber eats, and no one answers the phones when calling to speak with someone. not worth it.

I give this place no stars, we placed an order online of almost $80 here at work and never received an email to confirm the order was placed. However they did take our money. What happened to our order?? Also, there is no wayyyy to get a hold of a live person on the phone to at least find out what happened to the order. ( Guess I will just have to dispute this charge )

I ordered the Royale Grilled Cheese burger with seasoned fries and all I received was cold, soggy, unseasoned fries, and a burnt, cold grilled cheese sandwich. Never ordering from this place again.

Ordered through delivery service at work, probably 2 dozen orders. Get message half hour after it was due to arrive, sorry, order cancelled. Judging from other reviews this place is a JOKE at least when it comes to deliveries

Ordered fries and a couple of sides. Both missing, Uber refunded. Upon opening the 2 burgers, all the "premium" toppings missing.

Place an order online not only did I get two completely different sandwiches with no drinks or fries it's literally impossible to get a hold of this place to call and find out what the hell is going on never again bro
