While the food was just okay, I wanted to leave a review to say how wonderful Jill was! She was working during breakfast time and each time she was so helpful, attentive and kind! She always smiled and asked everyone if they need more drinks or anything else! I will only come back for her

My partner and I have just returned from an amazing week in Orlando. We stayed at the Rosen Inn. During our visit, we frequently dined at the Boardwalk Buffet restaurant, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The cost per person was exceptionally reasonable. Oh my goodness, the breakfast buffet here is absolutely incredible! They have a wide variety of cereals, cakes, and American classics. And guess what? They even serve Mickey Mouse waffles! Can you imagine that? On some days, they even had baked beans, which made my British heart flutter with joy. The atmosphere is super positive, and the best part? You can refill your drinks, whether they’re hot or cold, or even soda. It’s a delightful experience! Dinner was served buffet style, offering a wide range of appetisers and entrees. The desserts were delicious, and the drinks were refillable, making for a satisfying meal. The food was absolutely delicious, but that’s not the only thing that made our experience so great. We were greeted and taken care of by such lovely staff members that we had to give them a shout-out! They were absolutely fantastic and made our day. A big shoutout and thank you to Shay for being such a lovely host in the evenings! A big thank you to Jill for her exceptional care, positivity, and friendliness. She engaged with us warmly and showed genuine interest in us as people. Jill is truly an asset, and Boardwalk should never let her go. We will be back again in the future

Consistently good food and service. Love the homestyle cooking on offer here and the servers are so welcoming and friendly. Great variety and the freshness of produce is evident. Fantastic restaurant for a value hotel

Ate here 2 separate times. First was for Breakfast. The food was exceptional service was great!! Second time was for dinner, Food was good but not exceptional. Server was mediocre at best.

While staying the area, checked around and found this place. We did not stay on the premises, but walkin's are welcomed! The breakfast buffet for 2 people came to under $30. Now to the food! There was plenty to eat! You can also make yourself waffles as needed. The food was good, but not hot enough. By the time you got back to your table, except for the grits, it was slightly warm at best. The best part of this place was the service. Everyone there was friendly and were ready to help with anything you needed. Was it worth it? Yes for the amount of money you spend it is worth it! And you can bet we will be back when we are in the area.

Powdered eggs, flavorless canned fruit, the standard hotel breakfast. The Mickey Mouse waffles were good, because you make them yourself (standard for American hotels). Staff was nice and kept things clean. Not worth the cost and we'll find local place in walking distance for the rest of our stay.

This isn't really a "buffer restaurant" but a typical American hotel breakfast with eggs, waffles and pancakes. Good to have an affordable breakfast with your kids but no more than that.

Not much selection for the price, and not very good 🤷🏼. But it was downstairs

Place is mid at best... people/staff are very nice and its clean....but the food is blah... nothing special at all. At least its fast and you can get in and out of you are on vacation and don't have time to wait.

I decided to eat hear instead of walk 8 minutes down to the restaurants from the attached hotel. I should have walked. I got here 10 minutes after they opened and all the food was already cold and everything tasted like it came out of a can with no seasoning. The chicken was dry and the pork was full of oil. I hate waisting food but I left most of it on my plate and ate a couple of rolls.

Food was bland and not fresh. Chicken dry, fish looked like it was 2days old. Beef smelled weird. Not much variety in salad bar, but was the only decent choice out of everything. Soup was a joke. They need to step up asap.
