The waitresses were cordial and attentive to detail, and the BBQ was exactly as we had hoped.

Best smoked beef brisket I've ever eaten! Side dishes were good as well. Staff members were attentive, prices were fare and reasonable, (fed a family of 5 for $75), and the facility was clean and neat. Definitely my new "go to" for BBQ. Update... recently in a pinch for quick dinner for 4...I got 2 lbs pulled pork and 1 quart beans made a few sides at home... fantastic! They make a great and affordable meal option!

My husband loves this place. He really loves the salad bar. I've had the baby back ribs and smoked chicken and both delicious. The have the best garlic bread. Oh yeah, free ice cream cone on your way out, another os hubby's favorites.

Go for the salad, stay for the ice cream cone. It used to be one of my Sunday stops, but somehow their meats don't taste the same, and the portions are getting smaller and thinner.

I came in on a Friday night. They were very busy. My waitress was Tawny and she provided the upmost best service I have ever experienced was very attentive empty and the food was great. The environment was very clean. She recommended me different things on the menu and I ended up going with the wings and I loved them, and from now on, I will come in and request her. I have been there a couple times before and she has not waited on me and the experience just wasn’t the same without Tawny. I will continue to be back and like I said I will request Tawny and also the food is amazing and I love how clean it is in there. Oh, and I also love the ice cream machine.

This is the greatest Tires Plus in Orlando Florida. The staff is always kind courteous and they really go out of their way to help everybody. Even people with exotic cars. Make sure to make an appointment for service. I always drop off my car and take a uber home. Let the mechanics do their job. Highly recommended for any automotive need or repairs.

The salad bar was very fresh and well maintained. The fried okra was the best Ive had in a long time.

Dustin's is hands down my favorite Bar-B-Q spot. I've tried their ribs, chicken, brisket and Cajun shrimp. Every single meal had great portions, was fresh, and flavorful. I was shocked how succulent their Cajun shrimp was on my last visit. Their prices for dinners are also reasonable. I definitely recommend this Dustin's location.

First time on that side of town and stumbled across this place right off of the 408! This place rivals any bbq in the area. My wife commented on how nice and clean it was and how good the salad bar was. Go try it if you're in the area!

First time in here and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The atmosphere is more relaxed and homey compared to the chain bbq restaurants. The server was very friendly and you can taste the home made goodness in the food. Sunday special for the full rack and two sides was awesome.

We live very close to this location and it’s always an amazing stop for a delicious & filling meal! Dustin’s reminds me of home in the Midwest/southern BBQ restaurants I’m used to. The servers are always extremely pleasant, they have a salad bar, drive thru, and free ice cream after the meal is such a treat! I will say, one time we visited, it was towards the end of the night and they ran out of ice cream base and did not refill it so we missed out. But we definitely continue to return!

My husband and his friends have been at Dustin BBQ last week and my husband was telling me that the food was great and the portion you would not be disappointed. I got so excited and yesterday we passed the Dustin BBQ I suggested to go there to eat lunch. Our Waitress name Francia was very friendly and informative about the menu. She suggested the special before 4 pm. Francia also explains the different flavors of BBQ sauce and gave us some sample.. That was nice of her. Next time we'll try the Salad bar. Francia Customer service was exceptional.I will give Francia a 5 stars. And we will be back again. Thank you 😊

This place was so cute! We didn’t know what to expect as we were from out of town. We ordered dry ribs and brisket… this was the BEST brisket we have ever had… so moist and the ribs were incredible too! Highly recommend! They even give you free ice cream on your way out! Such a sweet place!

The waitress Lizzie is the absolute best very sweet and attentive to your needs and the food is wonderful couldn’t ask for any better barbecue! The cooks certainly outdid themselves the sliced pork the baked beans Mac and cheese are all excellent and the salad bar.

Great food, fast and friendly service, and welcoming atmosphere. Some of the best corn bread I’ve had in quite a while, and the fried okra starter is really good, with generous portions not only on the okra but on the accompanying Ranch dip - with wooden skewers to make it easy to share without having to grab with hands. Really tender pork. Had a great time, and I look forward to visiting again.

Even if it was busy, the waitress Amanda was very attentive to our table, respectful and gave us an astounding service! The food was awesome and worth the money. I have the slow cooked Brisket with mac n cheese and fries. Would definitely go again!

The Dustin's on East Colonial Drive in Orlando has the best food and amazing service! Our oldest son got married this weekend, and we asked Dustin's to cater the dinner. Jessica was very helpful and knowledgeable about the process, and offered suggestions that I hadn't thought of. The catering team was prompt and friendly and the food was fresh and delicious! If you are having a big event and need a caterer, they are the best and worth every penny! Thank you Dustins from the Thompson Family!

This was a delivery order. It was “okay”, but not great. It probably would have been better served in the restaurant. The meat flavor was somewhat lacking in BBQ flavor and slightly overcooked. The rather small serving of potato salad contained potatoes that certainly needed more cook time and the baked potato side I can’t comment on as it was left out of the order. Upon calling about it, I was told they had run out of them and had tried to call “20” times concerning the error. When asked what number they called, it certainly wasn’t mine (it was an area code somewhere in Philly). French fries were subbed for the potato. The bread was pleasantly crispy and flavorful. The BBQ sauce was VERY good. Our plates - 1 sliced brisket and 1 combo brisket/pulled pork were BOGO so, with that in mind, it was affordable. Heads up to the restaurant- didn’t need the plastic ware…might help keep your prices down to ask (on top of the GoGreen world of today).

Overall, a good experience for lunch. The staff was friendly and efficient. The food was good but I felt the portions were on the small side for the price. I had sliced pork with fries and slaw. They do have a salad bar which I would have opted for but I thought it was pricey for an add on salad bar. Anyway, I would eat there again.

I don't know how everything except, the brisket was nice and hot. My server even went and got me more fresh cut brisket and it wasn't even warm. I even gave her a piece to feel and she was shocked. It was at room temperature. Sad.

Food was good, but cold/warm. Sweet potatoe was amazing, salad bar ok. A little bit of food dropped in other containers of food, most probably by careless customers. Cinnamon was caked up, only one side for the price? The soup was terrible, and it had pieces of BBQ chicken in it. Please dont put leftover meat in the soup, not good! Girls were awesome, and the food was OK. I've visited other times when it was 5 stars. Maybe because this time was a little late. I went about 8:45. I will definitely go back. Nobody's perfect, I'll give them another chance to impress me. I have been cursed with the most sensitive palad, meaning I can tell every ingredient. That's why I don't eat at home, my wife can't cook worth a damn! I hope she don't read this! Honey, if you read this you can keep the house. Just let me get the dog and my fishing poles!

The food was delicious but for the price of the brisket the portion size was a bit underwhelming.

Love the salad bar n soup. Food is great. I did notice servers have designated areas, n if one server is extremely busy the other servers did not help that server out. Our server apologized for slow service but we knew how busy she was n that was fine. I just feel they should help each other out.

We go to Dustin's when we feel like having Ribs. They're so good. The salad bar is good also. The service is always great. We've had many different servers and they were all good. We also take out frequently.

Fresh, hot and fair prices. The taste was really good on the meat and variety of sources were nice. I like that the meat comes without sause so you can added to your taste. I would have given them 4 1/2 stars but there was no way to do 1/2. The reason for the 4 stars it that the baked beans were too sweet for my taste so I took a star. Also the restaurant was very clean.

Had the baby back ribs with sliced pork. My wife had pulled pork and salad bar. Definitely prefer the pulled pork over the sliced because the sliced seemed to have alot of fat in it, but the ribs were really good. Will be back for the ribs.

Honestly would have given 3.5 if possible but then there was ice cream.... This family style bbq place was pretty good. Dustin’s reminds me of a cleaner more up to date Sonny’s BBQ. There was plenty of well lit parking. The service was great! My server Miles made good suggestions. Miles was very friendly but not awkwardly friendly to the point it seemed fake. He kept my sweet tea full and the food came out in good time. Miles checked on me periodically to make sure everything was good. I had the “Super Combo” which was not so super. Don’t get me wrong the food was good, hot and seemed fresh but it lacked flavor. I prefer smoked meat that doesn’t require bbq sauce but the sauce could be a welcome addition. I had the super combo with chicken, ribs, pulled pork and brisket. All the meat seamed sort of dry and required bbq sauce. I chose Mac n cheese and baked beans for my sides and the meal came with toast. The Mac and cheese was typical restaurant style and definitely not up to bbq joint quality. When I go to a bbq joint I typically expect the Mac n cheese to be like momma made it. The beans were good and so was the toast. In addition I had the soup and salad bar. I had Brunswick stew which was pretty darn good! Typically I don’t like Brunswick stew because of the overly tomato based soup flavor but this was great. All the salad bar stuff was at the right temperature and the potato and other salads were tasty. There was a corn salad that seemed very bitter but I’ve never seen it before and wasn’t sure if that was to be expected. Unfortunately it slipped my mind to ask. The sweet tea was great and not overly sweet. My check ran almost $30 which seemed a bit high but I had plenty of leftovers for lunch for the next day. A real plus was the free soft serve cones they offer. I would probably come here again on a Monday when kids eat free. Over all I had a good experience but I would like more flavor on the meats and a new Mac n cheese recipe.

Good experience. I ordered a sirloin and it was good. Price is fair , my other half really enjoyed his ribs. My biggest complain was the salad bar did not have a good variety of vegetables and ingredients to put together a great side. Another thing was the waitress never came back to do the refills. But I will come back , and try it again.

They have some of the best wings but they're not on special anymore. Soup & Salad bar is good but not worth $17 I've cream machine hasn't been working in months.

The food was delicious and the service was amazing, although when I went to the restroom there was no AC and it stunk. There was also urine on the floor but you kind of expect that and find that everywhere.

The meats are all very good! The sides are not too good, the okra needs more breading on it (that's how make my own famous okra) the cole slaw is green mush with no dressing on it, and the French fries are not golden brown----they are pale and very dry........

I ate it because I was really hungry but the brisket was really sliced thin and it was dry. My friends pork was also dry. The salad bar was great with a lot of selections and the service was great. The restaurant is clean and well maintained and the lunch prices were reasonable. Meats at Sonny's are juicier and thicker portions!

Food is quick to leave the kitchen. Simple and tasty. Quick tip: for bbq sandwiches, even if it's tastier to have it on garlic bread, you're better off ordering it on a regular bun. The highlight of the meal was the salad bar.

The pulled pork bbq sauce was amazing! I ordered the pulled pork dinner with French fries, green beans, and garlic bread. Neither garlic nor butter were visible on the bread, but my dining partner said they tasted "so-so". The green beans did not taste canned, and had some small pieces of meat mixed into it. That dish tasted good. The French fries were bland, but I dipped them in a yummy honey mustard sauce, which improved that experience. The pulled pork was not served hot, and did not have much flavor. The bbq sauce, and the service from Vanessa saved the day! I will give the restaurant another chance, because it was squeaky clean, had superior service, great music, perfect indoor temperature and atmosphere, and the free ice cream was a nice touch. Fyi: they have a drive-thru, indoor ordering area for take out, and a salad bar.

We decided to go to Dustins in Colonial for dinner tonight seeing that it was advertised kids eat free on Mondays. We love a deal especially with three toddlers. We ordered a pulled sandwich meal and the salad bar with meat option and two kids meals. Upon paying at the front counter my wife reminded the person do kids eat free tonight? The server said yes, be right back with a manger to fix the check. Manager Cherese was very stern and said “no dinner plate was ordered, no free kids meal.” My wife said oh ok, I thought it was any entree but that’s fine. She just walked off no apology no concern at all. Upon thinking about the situation further, I called back to just see what exactly what the policy was. The first person answered the phone, I  explained the situation. She was very apologetic, seemed genuinely sorry for the confusion and said kids meals should have been comped for the confusion. She sounded like management material. However, after being forwarded  to the actual manager, Cherese, she was very short, rude, and dismissed me at the end of conversation. She very sternly said policy is a “ dinner plate” not just any entree  ordered to get the kids meal. Ok, that’s fine whatever, sign out front just says entree. I called to clarify so others would know. So I suggested to change the sign. She did offer kids meal next time, but I feel like the situation should have been addressed in a different manner. Like I said before she dismissed the whole conversation and rudely hung up without even saying anything. That’s not the point, the point is never eat here if you think your kids will eat on mondays for free or your looking for Hot food this is not the place. On another note, been here 3 times and will be our last, food was bland, lukewarm.

Came here for the first time to try it out. Salad bar was good, and so was the sweet tea. But that’s about it though. Service was sluggish and we went without refills for close to 10 minutes at a time. When we finally got our food, we found the crispy chicken in the chicken sandwich was only frozen thawed chicken tenders that were “worse than McDonald’s” according to my partner. Pulled BBQ pork was mid tier, with very little flavor on its own. We found it overpriced for mediocre food at best.

BBQ is substandard. Almost fast foodish. Only go there for the salad bar. Last time I went there I ran into an old friend sitting at an adjacent table. I discreetly asked the server to give me his check. Paid cash for both tabs and a pretty substantial tip. Come to find out later, the old friend I bought lunch for claimed he was still charged for his food/tip in its entirety. Guess that server made out well that afternoon. Wish I remembered the name. Anyway not finding out until a few weeks later and not knowing the servers name led me to conclude it would have been futile to report to the manager. Lesson learned if I ever try to be nice and pay a tab, I'll just not pay cash next time but its still shitty nonetheless. The food is too crappy to warrant following up.

Super disappointing. Spent $50 on 2 meals and there was barely any meat on the baby back ribs. The mac and cheese was bland. They didn’t even provide bbq sauce. I was the only one in the drive through and it took 15-20 minutes to get my food.

The food to value ratio is not there I paid $17.99 ,unknowingly, for a hamburger patty and a salad. That is absolutely ridiculous. The waitress was good enough to give me a bun. But what I paid for the amount of food I got was INSANE. The food was delicious. It's a shame I can't ever go back because of the portions . Also got chicken strips so I spent like $40 bucks for dinner. Got 3 chicken strips, a hamburger patty and a salad.

Usually 5 stars. Not today, unfortunately. My entire meal was wrong except the beverage. The meats, the sides, and the bread. I'm pretty sure the guy behind me in the drive thru got my food, and I got his. I tipped, too. I just ask that the food I receive is correct as I ordered it. I couldn't return and did not eat half the meat selection that I received. The lady was very very nice but got my food wrong.

This is what $12 buys you. Taste was fine, but not worth it. Won’t be going back to get served a sauce cup of baked beans and not even enough meat to make a full sandwich.

I gave 2 stars but really, nothing was good. First time we came in to Dustin wax into the one in Melbourne. Food was amazing! Best we have ever had! Than we discovered the one in Orlando since our daughter lives close by. We took her to launch yesterday. And it was Disappointing! Very!! Food was not good, service was not good, And the atmosphere was not happy either. Food came in wrong. Some of the portions were wrong and the waitress was not gracious about it Chicken was raw, and the brisket was greasy. Pork was dry and cold. This is the second Or third time we come to this location, and it probably the last time. Very disappointing ☹️.

I have waited for a while to eat here. Since I know how restaurants work, I usually wait for the hype to pass to get a true experience and perspective so I can share it with others. Well this week was the day. I did drive thru, the young lady at the window was excellent, but for drive through where you see a customer for a very short time it truly doesn't give a true experience. Here is my problem, after I waited this long, the price and the portion ratio cannot be justified. What you see on the picture below, a tiny portion cole slaw and a Soda is what I got for $14.95! Soda was $2.89, that means that there is $11 left, the cole slaw cannot be $1, but will give it for arguments sake, so I have $10 left, I will give $2 for french fries that means I paid $8 on that portion of meat, beef, not brisket or even pork, beef. This is outrageous in my sight.

Do not order take out BBQ. I ordered a $19.99 2 meat dinner plate, plus $.45 for a baked potato, plus $1.50 extra for brisket. The total 'sandwich' came out to roughly $24. My husband also ordered a 2 meat meal, our total was $52 with 1 small coke, take out. I got 3 paper thin slices of sliced pork, and 3pc of 1" wide slightly thicker slices of brisket. It was not enough to make 1/2 of an ordinary sandwich from anywhere. I am a small woman and now I have to go back out to get more food. What a joke. Save your money, Publix will give you 4x more meat for a $7 sandwich and it tastes better than the $24 '2 meat dinner' that if you scrunched everything up, would fit into a side dish container with extra room to spare.

UPDATE: Do not try to order takeout in the designated area inside, because you'll be standing there forever like an idiot. It wasn't busy and there was only one car in the drive through. I'm not begging for anyone to take my order, or to accept my money in this economy.... There are plenty of places around that will appreciate your business! Definitely not special or outstanding enough for me to go back. The food was surprisingly good even though it looked pretty bland. I loved my brisket plate. They let you order from the lunch menu all day. I wished the coleslaw would come in a bigger size, because it was delicious. Self seating felt a little bit odd, but we didn't have to wait long to be served. Our waitress was super friendly, and the dinning room as well as the bathrooms were absolutely spotless. My favorite part was the free ice cream on the way out the door. The only thing to complain about was that it was extremely hot inside the restaurant. but not sure if the A/C was broken or if it was their standard temperature. Definitely give it a try if you're in the area!

We ordered Family Style Platter and spent over $80. It was not good and we couldn’t finish it-much of it went to waste. Everything tasted old like they gave us yesterday’s ribs. The brisket was dry and had no flavor. Disappointing especially after spending all that money.

They charged 17.29 for 2 slices of brisket. Those guys are selling potato and bread. They are giving brisket as a side. I hope they get bankrupt so that "dust" goes "in" their business. The servers are nice. I hope they find a job in a different place. This place does not deserve those servers.

Very bland bbq. Expensive, no sauces on table except one. Usually BBQ places will have a tray of different sauces to try. Very little meat on the pulled pork sandwich. Asked for more sauces got a bottle where the cap was not screwed on tightly which completely ruined my meal as it came gushing out when I went to poor it. After server saw the mess she offered more fries great thanks that what about the rest of the meal. Went to register to check out told cashier she said quote "that's been happening lately with salt and pepper but barely the sauces" was expecting to have my meal comped. I continued to pay full amount they she's said would you like to speak to a manager after I paid. Way to late for that. Will never return to Dustin's BBQ don't waist your time to many bbq places to choose from.

Arrived at around 7pm and found a table. All the booths were full along the windows. A waitress walked passed us, picked up dishes at booth across from us, and then came back and straighten chairs behind us. We waited 10 minutes and left. As we left, my husband asked the waitress what color his shirt was (bright teal) or if it was invisible. Not one of the four on duty said I apologize and is there anyway we can make it right. We visit Dustin's often but will have second thoughts. At this rate, it won't ve open long. Hope this is addressed

7 pm -After food was delivered no waitress came to check, 6 oz steak ordered Med, was raw purple in center raw. After being sent back 20 mins later we got a lower priced steak well done. Manager took steak off bill but charged us for garlic bread,half piece of corn on cob, shrimp as sides that were included with meal. Also asked if we wanted meat to take home and cook as she was gonna throw it out anyway. Took it, threw it out. Never going back. 🤬

My wife and I went to eat at Dustin’s BBQ for the first time and waited for over 20 minutes to be served. Two usual customers walked in and two servers immediately served them first and didn’t even acknowledged us. The establishment was almost empty. Never going back here again…

there was an entire piece of garbage in my potato salad and the server told me they couldn’t do anything about it. “it’s not my fault so i can’t comp the dish”. yes it’s an accident im sure but i found trash in my food. it was disgusting and the food was nasty. the server Tawny was rude the entire time and didn’t even say hello when we got there just asked what we wanted to drink. as soon as she saw me leaving a 0 tip she tried to offer me free side items or something but why would i want more potato salad when there was garbage in it? and the salad bar was super upcharged and nasty looking. food sitting out all day. i can see why the entire place was practically empty at dinner time on a sunday.

Loved Dustin's but I won't be ordering from here anymore. They sent off a raw burger with a piece of metal inside. Didn't notice it until a few bites in and almost swallowed it. Very dangerous and I'm extremely disappointed.

The service and staff were fantastic. The down side... the "food". It tasted so absolutely commercial grade. Honestly, I had expectations going in; quality smoked BBQ has homemade recipes FOR EVERYTHING. This really tastes like a "fast food" grade or attempt at BBQ. The place gives the vibe of "hey, we're just here to make money."

We had a rare occasion in the area and wanted good bbq. We ordered take out.. st. louis rib dinner and 1/2 rack baby back rib dinner. When we got home and opened up the container we were extremely disappointed. The St. Louis ribs were dry ( looked like they were left over from lunch)and extremely small. We called the restaurant and talked to the manager Kiley. I was told that they sell the ribs based on weight. I wanted to send her the picture of the ribs so that she could see for herself..she said I could "take the photo and show it to her the next time we came in"...sorry but there's not going to be a next time. $18.99 for what? You decided but for me, we won't be back!

Place is clean. Wait staff seemed cheerful and nice. My husband ordered a rib & chicken combo. The ribs were so thin my pinky finger is literally thicker. They basically served him bones. I ordered the chicken breast meal. It is prefrozen chicken breast for $13!! We ordered the salad bar. It all seemed well. We ate an entire plate of a good salad. I got a bowl of soup tha5 was delicious! Then I made a plate of the different pastas & salads, ate some of everything. Asked my husband to try some & that's when we realised there were tiny hairs in the macaroni salad & broccoli salad as if someone shaved their beard in it as they were prepping. About 4 hours later I couldn't get off the toilet & still can't almost 24 hours later. Absolutely disgusted.

I like to visit new (for me) BBQ places every so often, even as I have a favorite one in town. Yesterday for late lunch I chose Dustin's as I was driving by, on East Colonial, in Orlando. As I entered, a server greeted me and indicated I could seat anywhere. I did so and, well, that was the extent of my experience... Noboby bothered to drop off a menu or come by the table to bring some water or even say "hello, I'll be right with you." After waiting a good five/six minutes like that, looking around and being hungry, it seemed obvious I would get no delicious bbq. So, I have no idea whether the food is great, but the service sure was otherwise. And I sure will never know because Dustin's is crossed off my "places for BBQ" list.

Booths where gross ripped up upholstery with hair and grime in it I couldn't really sit. The sides taste like they went to the dollar tree next store and I'm pretty sure I got food poisoning.
