Such a fun bowling alley! Id try to get a reservation since there are only 10 lanes, but we were able to walk up around 430. Def a fun, "retro" experience and a great addition to the resort with wonderful staff.

We had a fantastic snack while bowling! We ordered the sampler platter that came with wings (bbq), cheese curds (ranch), garlic knotts (marinara), and a couple of carrot and celery sticks. Everything was fresh and tasted great. Once we ordered our food arrived fairly quickly. If there had been a boneless option we would have opted for that. A few more veggie sticks would also have been nice. Overall, we highly recommend!

Every time I go there I have an absolute blast! Gianfranco is the one always taking care of my orders and he provides an extraordinary service, the food is amazing, I love how they change the menu so there is always something new, also, the bowling is so fun that I'm considering making it a full time hobby 😂

Once i entered this bowling alley i said, Wow! What a bowling alley.” I thought i would never do a review on a bowling alley, yet here we are. The food was amazing, and so was the balls of the bowling alley! Lol🤣🤣Would definitely go to this bowling alley again!!! P.S. ¡Disfrutamos de un refrigerio fantástico mientras jugábamos a los bolos! Pedimos el plato degustación que incluía alitas (barbacoa), queso rallado (ranch), nudos de ajo (marinara) y un par de palitos de zanahoria y apio. Todo estaba fresco y sabía de maravilla. Una vez que pedimos, la comida llegó bastante rápido. Si hubiera habido una opción sin hueso, la habríamos elegido. Unos palitos de verduras más también habrían estado bien. En resumen, ¡lo recomendamos encarecidamente!

Bowling at Cabana Bay resort! The lanes are nice and it is real blowing. Love the theming and atmosphere.

I celebrated my daughter’s birthday here twice. It has been my go to when family and friends come down here. Now, forcing people to come personally to reserve to come back at a later time cant be called service. No reservation over the phone aceptes anymore. The lanes mostly out of Maintenance and the food not been the best were never an issue to me. So if you are not staying in the hotel, you are pretty much not welcome. They offer to call you, but they won’t, so don’t bother if you are local. Here is their new policy in case you don’t believe my words. I waited almost an hour just to see multiple lanes available. It was good while it lasted like most places in Florida that don’t need local business. I am local and I know one thing or two.

No where online does it say you need to make reservation in person same day needless to say we couldn’t bowl but we did eat there drinks where ok wings are good worst mozzarella sticks I’ve ever had pretzel bites were hard had no salt cheese was out of a can Do not recommend for food quick service has better food

If you have big parties do not go here. We had reservations for 8PM to eat and then bowling at 9PM. It took them 30 minutes to take our order after we complained. Food starting arriving at 8:50 and well after 9PM. They were bringing food before we received our drinks. We received wrong orders and some of us didn't receive any food at all. They were bringing orders from other tables as well. Terrible service and Universal Hotels should be embarrassed. Poor hospitality.

We made a reservation for 12 and were told when we got here there would be no food. Would have been great to know that coming here on an empty stomach. So not cool! They are ok with you getting all the alcohol and no food! Way to ruin the whole experience.

Bad business people here. $80 for a short bowling window and the management cut off my 5 and 4 yr olds second game in the 7th frame due to time. Their offer to make it right was to move our lane but charge us for additional time. Not to mention they request gratuity for the server on lane time not just food and service Bad business people here

Esta bonito. Pésima la cocina, la carne de la hamburguesa recalentada y quemada. Me vendieron dos pasteles, diez minutos después me dicen que solo tienen uno y que vuelva mañana por el, vuelvo al día siguiente y me dicen que ya no hay que me devuelven el dinero, pero en vez de darme el dinero me lo depositaron como crédito al cuarto, únicamente el costo del pastel sin los taxes y el 15% obligado por ser para llevar. Al final me quede con la impresión que estaban molestos, no sé qué les pasa a estos gringos, que quieren sus propinotas solo por su linda cara, Jajaja 🤣
