this KFC always has nice personable people behind the counter. I've always gotten great food here too.

Food hot and delicious chicken the way we like it. We asked for all white meet in our 20.00 fill up we got it. Had to pay dollar and some change extra but well worth it.

A beautiful thing you can do is filling out a survey after getting your receipt to get a free go-cup with an order of a medium drink. The people working there were really kind and helped our group choose what to get.

I have to say the workers are so nice and polite I would recommend people who love kfc as much as me visit oswego the service is great and even if a small mistake happens they more then compensate for the small intrusion so go enjoy the best counter service and enjoy a nice talk with with are best workers risking there lives during this pandemic bless yas for working hard and staying strong

Their chicken is so awesome. I always get the dark meat and they had what I wanted. Like everywhere else, prices have gone up. A bucket of 12 pieces alone is $29.99. It was a gift for my father so I paid it. I'd like to know where the inflation is only 15% bc my costs have def gone up more than that.

I went for a quick lunch one day. The gentleman who was at the front cash register was absolutely amazing. He was helpful and patient. He had an awesome attitude. He made the usually rather bothersome chore of ordering from a bored twenty-something at the fast food counter a relatively enjoyable experience. Worth going to. Food was as expected.

Everything was good except the biscuits they hard as a rock and they ran out of butter for them biscuits need help don't taste the same picking someone up

They were out of fries and Mac 'n cheese. Otherwise everything else was right and tasted great.

One of the better KFC restaurants in the Central NY area. Food is consistently cooked well and service is prompt and friendly.

Now they offer a drink bag and the food was better than before but also a little slower but with the money

The sides were great, the chicken sandwich was great, even the service was great. But the Bucket of fried chicken was a little soft and bland, still a good place to eat just try something a little less soaked in grease.

Good food, biscuits are excellent. Sure better than Popeye. Love that they give a decent military discount.

The employees are always nice and kind but they doess up orders often, sometimes they even forget to give forks or the biscuits that come with your ordered food.

Was pretty good. Price on other hand way out of control. $42 for a 12 piece bucket of chicken is insane. Would prefer a sit down dinner over a $42 takeout. They are pricing themselves our if business. Cannot afford to go back again.

Small dining area, but clean and new.

Their food is just as good as it always has been but their prices are outrageous. We spent over $85 on three 8 piece buckets and 4 mashed potatoes and gravy. That breaks down to just over $10 for 3 pieces of chicken and potatoes . but at the end of the day it tastes good so if you're willing to pay the price it's well worth it.

Very good in fast food standards. More calories then anybody ever needs like literally ever. I love the mashed potatoes and the Mac and cheese. As well as the potato wedges but only like every three years.

Could be better. My main problem is they constantly keep changing the menu and prices. The 2 for $5 wraps were great but that didn't last long. The famous bowl had barely any chicken (like 4 small popcorn chicken) and you can tell they changed that recipe of the chicken because I used to LOVE that bowl and now it doesn't taste the same. Like I could make it better myself. Overall I love the chicken sandwiches so I keep coming back for that. I just wish they would keep somethings that I really like on the menu!

The server we had was conscientious and careful with our order. Her friendliness was appreciated. Our "bowls" were hot and good. A couple of my pieces of chicken were a little grizzly but I just put them to the side.

Visited here for the first time, guess this is a normal American KFC but being English we had to figure out what we wanted as things were slightly worded different, you get things called biscuits with your meal which are basically our version of a scone. Their meal lay out is different where as we get chicken and chips as a meal then you get sides coleslaw, gravy, corn etc as a side. Here you order the chicken and get a certain amount of sides and chips are a side so we got for example 16 chicken pieces and only two chips and 2 coleslaw for 5 people. You can obviously get more fries just seems odd they do it like this. This restaurant was nice and clean and they served us as quick as they could with all the questions we kept asking lol.

Food was great! 45 minute wait in the drive thru however the bumped our medium soft drink up to a large for the wait!

Drive thru took forever...but the food was good. 1 of my 3 tenders was a half tender..but it was good. So 3 stars.

Although I still enjoy KFC I wish I didn't have missing items from time to time. Tonight- no biscuit. A few times it was no cookie. And why not be more consistent with what's included: plastic ware, butter, honey, napkins!

They now put meals in a box. By the time I got home my fries were as soft as mashed potatoes. Limp fries are not good. They need to rethink this box thing.

It's KFC, but sometimes you get those cravings for that original crispy chicken recipe or the Nashville hot. You know then that these 3 stars jump to a 5 then. The Smokey bbq tastes like the lays bbq chips. It's quite weird and not as good as the Nashville hot. The workers here have been really nice to me. Thank you guys for making me feel welcomed.

Food is from a huge chain... That's great. The place desperately needs a remodel or thorough deep clean. That said the employee addittude and moral was high and certainly appreciated.

It's good but what do you expect? I don't care if KFC is the 2nd biggest fast food franchise. There are better fried chicken joints. But if KFC is all you have, then It'll have to do.

Its KFC so there is a certain amount of mandatory quality that the Colonel enforces to make them stand out amongst the fast food industry. I'm sad to say that there seems to be a just a bit of that Oswego misery that seems to ruin the idea of everything else that would normally be wholesome sleeping into the cracks of their mortar. There is hope for Oswego KFC though as long g as they dont accidentally recruit any of the local Taco Bell's rejected.

I ordered mobile and the time I was supposed to receive my food was 5:27 pm. I went through the drive thru, and the guy told me to park next to the blue truck, they were waiting on the chicken. No problem, until I was waiting 20-25 min for 4 pieces of chicken. The thing was besides me and the blue truck people, there wasn't anybody else there. No cars in the parking lot or drive thru. It doesn't take a half an hour to make processed chicken. I'd have to say terrible service!!!!

Food it very good but men’s bathroom looks like it has not been clean in a month toilet had dry pee on it and floor was nasty and garbage over flowing

Their service is fast and efficient but they could definitely benefit from more employees or something because trash needs to be taken out more and tables need to wiped down more often. I've come in and had to ask for a rag to wipe down my own table. Some of their seats are uncomfortable and they'd benefit from replacing old seating.

Very accommodating staff wanting to serve you. Cons really small parking lot if you prefer to dine in or just don't trust the drive through LOL 😀. Older restaurant but Good experience overall. This location is getting a remodel soon so it should improve.

Every time we order food WE NEVER GET UTENSILS! How is anyone supposed to eat mashed potatoes, coleslaw, anything without a fork or spoon? This is ridiculous.

I ordered 2 regular and 2 extra crispy with fries and mashed potatoes. The food was not warm at all. And 2 pieces of chicken was more bone then chicken.was disappointed. The biscuits were good.

Foods always greasy. Friendly staff they make the the experience nice. Just the chicken needs to no be so greasy.

Always takes forever to get your food, and everytime I have been there, they were out of something I had asked for. Staff seemed bothered to be there. Food all over the sides of the containers, some not closed right, and if you bring it to their attention they seem irritated.

Went in the drive thru. Cashier said my card wasn’t supported and asked the manager for help. Card still wasn’t working and when they handed it back to me, it had a huge crack and was broken. The manager claimed it was already damaged and I’m 100% sure wasn’t when I first handed it to them.

During week stopped at around 5pm. Had to wait 15 min. for 8 piece original recipe meal ($40). Their prices have gotten ridiculous especially since their chicken parts have gotten smaller. Will not be paying their prices for mediocre chicken again.

The food/meal that I had bought was not worth the price I paid. I was hungry and there wasn't much meat on the leg and thigh. I had expected better food than what I had been given. I doubt I will be coming back.

Floors were dirty when walking in we get our food and sit down and there is dry sticky soda on the table. The chicken was soggy and wet not crispy at all. Service was nice and respectful though that’s a plus

Did not get what I asked for. Had to return and after issue was still not resolved called to speak to a manager that made excuses and said my husband was lying. It was my first and last trip to this store.

We got 3 $7 dollar meals but got charged for 5 $7 meals, the chicken tenders were gross not even crispy and cold , the mash potatoes balls were the same gross and the fries were so salty couldn't eat them either all and all we are done going 👎🏻👎🏻💯

Terrible service. We walked in to order and were asked to move our 12 foot trailer because the parking spots are for employees and customers. We were customers but will not be back. They told us to move to someone else’s lot.

Pot Pie. The (Chicken?) pot pie was terrible. The crust was overcooked and dried out as well as the inside. The chicken was stringy as in chewy type stringy. There was very little gravy and the crust was hard as a rock. "ABSOLUTELY THE WORST POT PIE" I ever had. WHEN I WENT BACK TO RETURN THE FOOD THE MANAGER TOLD ME THAT THIS IS NORMAL, THIS IS THE WAY THE CRUST AND THE INSIDE ARE SUPPOSED BE??? I did get a refund for the pot pie. I won't order it again. *Update* they mailed me a $25 voucher because I called corporate KFC and told them how bad the food was. *So when I tried to use the "voucher" to purchase a 12 pc dinner that was on the menu they told me I could not use it because the voucher was not valid for online purchases and that 12pc dinner could only be purchased online. The entire KFC experience is totally dysfunctional. Do yourself a favor and don't go there 👎👎👎👎👎

While the remodel makes the place look great the food I got today was awful. I got the new Mac and cheese bowl and the chicken was as hard as a rock to the point I couldn't even eat it. The service was awful to the man running the counter was rude to me and wouldn't even speak to my wife while she was trying to order, his name was Pedro. Add to that my wife paid but the man hand her the change and practically forced me to take it from him by multiple times aggressively putting his hand in my direction instead of my wife who was paying and had The money. After we got our food I went back up to order a side of gravy for my wife (which she had ordered originally and they had forgotten) the man rudely said "the mashed potatoes come with it already" and then I had to show him money so he would let me buy the side of gravy.

Chicken wings worst Ive ever had yet paid more than any pub price. Chicken pieces far over breaded with a lot of fat grizzly skin. Im sure the Colonels homemade chicken wasn't anything this terrible. Too bad they done have any grilled chicken. Service was very good though Best Ive had in any fast food establishment but food very lousy

Went through the drive-thru to buy a 12 PC legs and thighs bucket with no sides Was charged $36- an exorbitant price. We will not be returning. Could buy 5 whole rotisserie chickens for the same cost elsewhere. KFC prices have basically tripled, so I do not expect they.wil be doing business much longer.

We waited in line for almost ten minutes before the people ahead of us were finally finished ordering. When they were done, we were still not greeted. The guy at the counter turned around and was talking to the people in the kitchen. The floors in the dining room are sticky, ewe. The entire time that we have been in this establishment, we have watched and witnessed only one person wearing gloves, this includes the person battering the chicken. The food pans were covered in disgusting food mess that is gross and very visible by customers. As a food service manager, I know that all of this is beyond unacceptable. These people are lucky that the Health Department hasn't been in here yet! I just watched the cashier coughing and then not watch his hands. Food safety, people. What in the world!!! Ugg

We waited for ten minutes, A couple came in behind us and then they walked right back out. Being really obnoxious about it got in their car, drove all around. Ordered from the drive-thru and were served 10 minutes before my wife and I saw the customer in front of us to get their food. It's ridiculous to go inside a place and have no interaction with the customer. They said nothing to us and then the guy acted like giving me a large soda. Was upgrade somehow for making me stand there and waste 30 minutes of my time waiting for food while he served people one right after the other in the Drive-Thru. Horrible place. Horrible service never go there

Just spent 60 dollars here for 3 meals with large sides and got home one whole meal is missing and no receipt. I won't ever go there again.
