In my opinion you can’t go wrong stopping here to grab some food. My wife grew up in Santa Maria and this location is new here. We were driving back to our house and stopped to grab some food. I got a milkshake my kids got some ice cream cones we might even throw some chicken McNuggets in there. Maybe even a cookie. There’s a ton of parking here at this location so that’s super nice. The staff was very friendly while we were there. They had a couple issues with our order and I was a little questionable and how it was going to turn out but like Chick-fil-A does they always make things right. My son was really excited to because we’ve been driving for a couple hours that the kids play area was open. I’ll definitely come back here again.

Chil-Fil-A always delivers and this location is no different. The interior design is very modern at this location, the staff are extremely welcoming and helpful as always, and the chicken is sensational as per usual. Makes a great quick bite if you are stopping for a meal along the Pacific Coastal Highway.

We ate in and the sitting area was very dirty. BBQ sauce on the walls and the worker was walking around just hazardous spraying the cleaner while people were eating.

I really like chick fil a, but it is always so busy. They usually get the food out as fast as possible. Just wish the building was a little bit bigger with more seating available.

Great taste, service needs more attention. Order a coffee and they forgot it, I had to go and tell them after I had already finished my lunch. The cup was overfilled with no space for the cream.

I never had a problem before. The food is always great and tasty. Just want to make everyone aware in double checking the food before eating it. There was a bug on my lettuce.

Would normally give 5 stars everything but can’t stand blue cheese!! The label said none on there but tons of it on a pick up order.

Location consistently misses items in orders. Misses a salad here, nuggets there, a whole sandwich missing despite double checking the order at multiple points in the drive-thru. Other company’s with less checks have a better order accuracy.

Update: The service at this Chick-Fil-A is still subpar. I came in with a mobile order, and they handed me someone else's food. Then my order got messed up. The drive-thru line agitates me, so I never go through that line (only breakfast tbh). Some of the employees (Michael, Miranda) are awesome and have excellent service! Breakfast is good though. Previous: Chick Fil A is not what it used to be. Some of the employees are rude to the customers and they keep forgetting stuff. This is not great service that the restaurant demonstrates. Fries are usually half-full and chicken is dry. They gave me regular instead of diet soda, in which I have a sugar limit and sometimes it makes me feel dizzy. Please improve your food and customer service. I used to like it, but I don't. It has gone downhill.

I did not go here this week. I will say I have gone in the past but do not like soggy "fries" and serving a hot sandwich in a foil bag makes it soggy and undesirable to eat. Sorry guys but I'm being honest.

Update: 12/14/24 My husband came in three times this week and 2 times his market salad was completely wrong... He called corporate, they give him a coupons for the troubles and now the coupon isn't reading... Update 9/7/22 Whats going on Chick fil A?? Yalls got my salad wrong 2 times in a row now!!!!! 1st salad had wrong dressing and no fork! 😡 2nd one, no spicy grilled chicken, on top of that my chicken isnt cut AND missing all the fruit?!?!? Where all my strawberries, apples, and blueberries?! Yalls skimpin' on the portion too. I know you could do better. I noticed you guys are forgetful and always give us half full fries..

This location has been going downhill recently they make lots of mistakes on the orders I ordered a salad and they couldn’t be bothered to slice the chicken and they didn’t provide me with any knife. It was a major inconvenience because I got my salad in the drive-through and I was on my lunch break so that was fun. Edit 05/23/2023 (attached receipt) They did the same thing again to me today. I was handed my $14+ Salad and the chicken was not sliced and they didn't even have the decency to give me a knife. So back thru the drive thru I went for a second time making me late to return to work. They just took the salad from me and cut it without apologizing and the Manager was the one working the window. They should have apologized and made me a new salad IMO, but I guess that is too much to ask.
