Preguntas frecuentes sobre Fika Café
Opiniones de Fika Café Pachuca
Excellent place. Very pleasant and aesthetically pleasing ✨ perfect for couples or friends. I went for breakfast. Their menu is extensive and the food is delicious. I ordered chilaquiles suizos with chicken and a biscuit with jam; 10/10. The owner is always attentive to any customer's needs. I highly recommend this place. Very nice and reasonably priced.
My experience at this restaurant was extremely satisfying, and I wholeheartedly recommend it. From the moment I arrived, the place felt pleasant and welcoming, with a well-maintained ambiance that invited me to enjoy my time there. One of the most remarkable aspects was the warmth of the staff, who were always attentive, friendly, and willing to help—something I particularly value and that made a significant difference to the overall experience. While the space isn't especially large, the restaurant makes efficient use of it, creating a comfortable and functional atmosphere. The staff was constantly attentive to the diners, asking if anything else was needed or if any service was required, which conveyed a sense of genuine and well-organized attention. An element that significantly enhanced the visit was the presence of live music. During my time there, I had the opportunity to enjoy a band playing Beatles music, which was an extremely pleasant and enriching experience, perfectly integrated into the ambiance and significantly elevating the evening. Regarding the food, the variety is adequate and the prices are quite reasonable in relation to the quality of service and the overall experience. Generally speaking, I can't find any significant negatives to point out. My only practical recommendation would be to make a reservation in advance, since, due to the limited number of tables and the size of the space, arriving without a reservation could make immediate access difficult and negatively impact the experience. In conclusion, this is a restaurant that offers a complete and well-curated experience, where the service, ambiance, and value for money make a visit well worthwhile. It's definitely a place I would gladly return to.
Fika; Fee-ka / Swedish A moment to appreciate the good things in life, like a cup of coffee in your hand. A pleasant place with a minimalist aesthetic, with a fairly extensive menu and seasonal dishes. Currently, in September, I would recommend the marzipan latte; I would describe it as exquisite. Something I like about Fika is its portions. The small latte is approximately a 6 oz cup. I decided to pair it with a berry crepe, which is 10/10. Something extra not mentioned on the menu, but which surprised me, is that the crepes come with a scoop of ice cream. It's a delicious extra I wasn't expecting. The average price is $150-$300 MX. They accept cash and cards. 💳 Ideal for sharing a brunch date or with friends (3-4 people).
Very cute cafe. Their espresso was delicious and exactly what I was looking for. Spouse had a soccer cheap that was fantastic. The space is great with tasteful decorations. I had an amazing egg white omelet and pastry. What a wonderful hidden gem.
Very! Good food, and VERY! Good service ☺️👍 the bathrooms are clean and it's overall great, MUY bien
I really enjoyed the coffee, both the flavor and the atmosphere, which is pleasant and welcoming. It's a great place to sit quietly, chat, or simply relax. The food wasn't the best, but it wasn't bad either; it was adequate and complemented the experience well. Overall, it's a good place to enjoy a good coffee and have a pleasant time.
The place is very nice. It has an extensive menu. I've tried several dishes from it, and they're delicious but nothing special. It's like Toks food; you definitely won't go back for the flavor. The chai is delicious, and they have cocktails and beer. I recommend it for a coffee and a chat. The service is very good.
Fica Café and Bar A Good Option in Pachuca Fica Café and Bar, located in Pachuca, offers a relaxed and modern atmosphere, ideal for enjoying a variety of drinks, from coffees to cocktails. Its menu includes light options such as sandwiches and salads, with a simple but well-executed menu. It's a comfortable place to hang out, whether for a break during the day or a night out. While it doesn't stand out for its exceptional dining experience, it's a pleasant option for those looking for a relaxed atmosphere and decent service in Pachuca.
It's a "nice" place, very much in the Condesa style, which makes it quite eye-catching, especially since there aren't any similar concepts in Pachuca. It's the typical nice brunch spot to enjoy with family or friends. The menu is varied and promising, with lovely presentations and seasonal dishes. The first time I went, the food was delicious, so we wanted to return. The second time, the service was much slower and the food was just okay. We went back a few days ago and I can confirm what several reviews have mentioned: - The wait is slow not because of lack of space, but because of the sluggish service, which is also quite mediocre. - The prices are high for Pachuca, but not outrageous. - The food isn't bad, but it's not a great culinary experience; the dishes sound interesting, but the execution falls short (like the egg fondue on the Christmas menu). - The overall cleanliness is just okay; the glasses and plates smell musty (or like xoquío). We wouldn't go back.
I think it's more than a place to eat, it's a good place to spend an afternoon with a friend. I used to enjoy their chipotle enchiladas, but the last few times I've been, the tortilla was quite hard (like they overfried it), and even the dishes were cold. The waiters once got my order wrong and were too stubborn to admit their mistake. The service is veeeery slow and not that great. The prices are reasonable. I think it's one of those restaurants that describe most places in Pachuca: nice presentation and location, but the food doesn't offer anything special and is even borderline mediocre.
The quality is still good, but they're short-staffed in the kitchen and the waitstaff lacks attitude. I understand there's a line to get in, but once you're inside you realize it's not because of space, but because of the preparation times. I only saw 2-3 people in the kitchen.
Negative experience, two key points: poor service and lack of flavor. The most important thing in a restaurant is the food. I ordered a hamburger and didn't even enjoy it. The meat was more leathery and fatty than anything, and the potato wedges were flavorless, the worst I've ever had. Another important point: The waiters weren't attentive to the table. Every time we needed anything, they were always nearby; they were chatting or doing other things, anything but serving. The receptionist really lacks experience in welcoming customers. The place is nice, and the terrace is very pretty, but it's not worth it.
Very bad experience, hair and mold. I was really looking forward to visiting this place because of a recommendation. I went with my mom on May 9th for Mother's Day. When they brought my dish the first time, it had a hair in it—I don't even want to know what it was because I had already tasted it when I noticed. I asked the waiter for a replacement, they prepared another one, and the bread in this one had mold on it. It was so obvious that no one could have missed it. This speaks to poor handling of their products or a lack of supervision when receiving supplies (because they told me the bread had just arrived), and of course, poor hygiene among the staff. Because of this, I lost my appetite. I left without breakfast, disgusted, and their solution was "that they would check with the chef so it wouldn't happen again"—in other words, there was no solution. I don't recommend this place, and although the food is very tasty, I wouldn't risk my health.
