Apan's Pulques are the best in the area, as their products are 100% local and they have a menu of exquisite, always fresh cured foods. Obviously, the typical snacks that accompany the delicious pulque are a must. Their sopes and tlacoyos are delicious. I must add that this is a space open to free expression and is committed to promoting art for the cultural expression of the area.

Nice place to have a drink with friends, not too noisy, they have music (Alexa), the only downside is that if you want a song and you're on the other side of the place you have to shout and that's a bit awkward, good pulque, on the occasions I've visited they always have different flavors, seasonally they had cempasúchil, the prices are affordable and the staff is friendly, they don't have their own parking, you have to find a spot on the street.

Light, subtle flavors, a slimy texture with 30% cactus slime, 10% water, and 60% pulque. Excellent for introducing someone to the world of pulque, and great service.

This place is a good place to try pulques and it's cheap. The blackberry pulque is definitely a must-try.

A very nice place with very affordable prices. The girls are super friendly and the atmosphere is great. They have an Alexa that you can ask for any music you want.

I give it 4 stars because the place is nice for a pulqueria. It's a cool pulqueria, and I think it's a good place for your first taste. However, the pulque isn't that great. I give the pulque 3 stars and the food 3. The tlacoyos are the kind you can eat in two bites. At the end, they gave me some complimentary chicharrones, which is a plus. A good place to hang out.

It's a good place overall, except the pulque is very weak, perhaps watered down. And the service isn't great; you have to go to the kitchen to find the waitresses to get something else. The last time I went, the table was dirty, and the cloth they used to clean it smelled musty. :( They have good prices and a delicious flavor, but the above points lower their score.

I had previously given it a good rating and review, but lately their pulque is not the same (taste and consistency). I don't know if they dilute it, and sometimes it tastes like it's been stored for days.

The pulque is quite deficient; it's clear they adulterate it with water, and they add sugar to the natural pulque "to make it sweet." As for the cured pulque, the medicinal flavor makes it clear they use concentrates, not fresh fruit, to prepare them. As if that weren't enough, the pulque they sold us gave my partner a gastrointestinal infection.
