Very rude people. They didn't let me use the restaurant even though I used Drivetru. They asked for a receipt and I refused. You're just an employee there and you can't make rules in the name of Burger King as you wish.

I walked in at 10 pm and asked if they were still open. The woman (Latina?) at the counter was staring down at the register and didn’t respond. I waited for a moment and asked again, but she continued to ignore me. When I asked a third time and cheerfully said “Hello?”, she finally looked up and snapped at me: “Can’t you see I’m busy?” I was shocked — I’ve never experienced such rude customer service. We simply turned around and left immediately. I will never set foot in this place again.

When I ordered a large burger, they made me small ones, and I told them I ordered a large burger. They responded very negatively, "Please, pay attention to the seller." 😡😡😡 10.29.2025 Today was the second time I was here and I was absolutely convinced that I will never come here again. The woman working here looks like a Spaniard and is very rude.

The staff is very rude, when I am ordering from drive through( the Spanish guy he said his name is Joe) he said he doesn’t want to take the order. Each and every people in this branch is very rude I don’t know why the management is not responding tho this issue, it happened me twice. Such a worst store I haven’t seen ever and the people as well.

Only the drive thru is 24 hours, a fact not indicated online. I went through the drive through on my bike after the car in front of me. Waited, but no one took my order, so i went around the side. Turns out, the one person who seemed to working there just ignored me because a bike isn't a vehicle, apparently. Even though i have to obey the say traffic laws as a car. She didn't seem interested in taking my order until i pulled my phone out. Oddly, when she gave me my burgers, they were already cold and the cheese not melted. Are they microwaving already made burgers, I wonder?

I don't understand this store. The lights are on but when I stop in, Noone comes to the eindow. This has happened on numerous occasions since I'm working in the area. Can anyone tell me if this store is actually open or is it just run by another lazy human collecting a paycheck?

Although the map indicated 24-hour service, I arrived at the store at 10 PM to find the door locked. Only a small window for the service driver remained open, with five or six people waiting outside the window and no one inside – it seemed like only one person was working in the kitchen. I left without ordering anything.

These people are insane. They just toss anything in the bag with out no care. No way did i order a whopper and they gave me a jr. then the fries ? 6 fries. There’s obviously clown business going on at this establishment. Yall gotta fix up quick .

While I was placing a mobile order from the parking lot before heading into New York, my pregnant wife went inside to use the restroom. As she entered, a young child politely held the door open for her. Suddenly, a female staff member—an African American woman—ran from behind the counter and aggressively told my wife she couldn't use the bathroom unless she made a purchase. My wife calmly explained that we *were* placing an order. Instead of showing understanding, the staff member refused to listen, dismissing the situation entirely. When my wife pointed out she was pregnant, the worker callously responded, "I don't care." Then, without provocation, she accused my wife of being racist. Let me be clear: my wife is not Caucasian—she is brown—and even if she were, that would not justify this kind of treatment. Her appearance shouldn’t trigger anyone’s assumptions. This encounter was offensive, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. We are disgusted by the behavior at this location. No one—especially a pregnant woman—should be treated this way. I will continue to report this issue and leave reviews until we receive a formal apology from Burger King.

The service is very bad. The lady when she answered you to take your order She look like she wanna fight with you I think she hit to work at night. I hope she change her shift to daytime because no respect yelling, and give me advice how to make order without no respect to customer. Please be nice to customer and the last thing they are very very slow. I’ve been waiting on my car to take order almost like 15 minutes come on guys this is busy city I wanna go to work and I am hungry

I placed an order through the app (which went through), but was greeted with a hand-written "closed" sign. No idea how to get a refund. Meanwhile there's a big "open 24/7" sign in the window. Just be honest and list the hours you're actually open.
