We visited this place to eat breakfast here and were very pleasantly surprised by both the quality of the food and the staff. The staff was super friendly and the service was much better than in most of the coffee places we have in Europe. We ordered a V60 coffee which they prepared in front of us and told us about the coffee like its origin, flavour profile etc. Overall on of the best experiences I ever got in a cafe. Definitely recommend visiting! ❤️

Very good cappuccino. Ask for "italian style" to get a proper cappuccino. Unfortunately only medium and large sizes, no chico. But the taste was quite good and I haven't found any better coffee in town. Friendly service as well!

Stopped in here for a quick breakfast while doing laundry down the road. The fruit plate was yum, the juice delish. I judge a cup of coffee by strength, velvet, and if you need sugar or not. The cappuccino mediana size was strong and tasty, no sugar needed, and the milk was close enough to velvet to earn a 5 star. Great service as well.

Had a late breakfast/early lunch here. They were out of the juice that I wanted, so I told the waiter to surprise me with a mixture of a few diferent juices, and the result was delicious. I ordered hotcakes, and they brought me three huge ones - very good. Others in our group ordered shrimp dishes and they were very good also. We ate outside and the location is very nice. We had my wheelchair-bound mother-in-law with us, and the waiter helped us get her wheelchair up into the restaraunt so she could use the restroom. What a super waiter!

Definitely, a "must visit" place at downtown Palenque. Waiters are too kind and offer good suggestions on what to eat. Food quantity is more than enough. Music is kind of cool, a little bit high sometimes, but they adjust the volume. Just ask for it.

Amplia variedad de productos en un lugar bonito acompañado de los sonidos de la ciudad. Sólo recomiendo pagar con efectivo porque cobran en 5% de comisión por pago con tarjeta de débito. También sugiero mejorar el sazón, solo un poquito más de sabor. Fuera de eso la atención es excelente.

La comida es muy rica y la atención es muy buena .. la espera es algo pero vale la pena .. en temporada de pandemia lo recomiendo

The coffee is delicious and reasonably priced. The place is pleasant but could be cozier with some music and candles. There aren't enough bakery options. The restroom is clean. The service is good.

Muy bueno todo pero el detalle esta en que te ponen la propina en mi caso les consumí 440 pesos y me agregaron 100 pesos de propina y así esta en el recibo total 540 se agregaron más del 20% de propina sinceramente eso se me hace de pésimo gusto q hagan algo así

In terms of food, I ordered chilaquiles divorciados with a fried egg on top, what I can rescue from that is the egg, it was good and the part of the green chilaquiles, however the red ones did not taste so good, it seemed that the sauce was from a can, the coffee could be said to be the best, and the worst, the service, it was only a young man attending who was very friendly, when I asked for the bill, they took a long time and I was very close to paying without checking the ticket, when I checked it I realized 2 things; 1) that they already include the tip ($ 29) and they don't tell you, it's simply on the ticket, if you notice it is when they tell you that it is not mandatory, that it is only optional, 2) they had indicated that there were two chilaquiles when I had only ordered one, when I noticed it I told the waiter and he went to change it, and another 20 minutes for them to bring the correct ticket, and what do you think? The amount of $29 per service was still shown, meaning that they intend to get the salary of the young man who serves from there or so it seems, the tip is not even proportional to the consumption, in addition to all this, the prices you see on the menu are without VAT (it says so on the menu but at the bottom) and I don't know if the service was slow only for me who was alone because there was like a meeting of 4 people from something related to the government or important people, I suppose they served them quickly

I ordered a cappuccino, but got something like a latte with cinnamon on top which was not really great. The milk was sugared although I wanted normal milk and the extraction was way to weak. I would not recommend it. Cappuccino 2 out of 10

No cuentan con las bebidas que vienen de carta, tuvimos q mejor preguntar q q tenían xq era un ( no eso no tengo. Eso tampoco) lo más molesto es q anotaron en el ticket la propina , una propina se gana definitivamente de esos lugares q no recomendaría el q solo vayan y te voten las cosas no amerita q se ganen propina

Nos hicieron esperar más de 30 minutos, y cuando llegó lo que pedí, se equivocaron y me hicieron esperar aún más, aparte, su chocolate me hizo mal, a mi y a mi acompañante.
