Ottimo brunch in centro a Palermo, servizio impeccabile.

Io e una mia amica abbiamo pranzato in questo locale qualche settimana fa e ci siamo trovate benissimo: il servizio era ottimo, con camerieri veloci e cortesi che ti spiegavano minuziosamente tutte le salse e la scelta degli ingredienti, il cibo era veramente eccezionale, con ingredienti ricercati e molto saporiti, sono rimasta particolarmente colpita dal sapore di una salsa incredibile ideata e creata da loro, con semi di senape di Digione e 5 mieli siciliani, veramente particolare e deliziosa, da provare assolutamente. Io quel giorno ho preso un'insalata che si è rivelata veramente ricca, con anche uovo sodo, tonno scottato e pomodoro. Il tonno era morbidissimo e ti si scioglieva in bocca, l'uovo cotto alla perfezione, insomma era un tripudio di sapori e una porzione veramente abbondante, poi, abbinata a delle patate al forno con la salsina descritta sopra, era veramente stratosferica. Ho assaggiato anche le patate dolci e la maionese al tartufo della mia amica che ha preso l'hamburger Blufi, e niente, non ho più parole per descrivere la bontà di ogni cosa assaporata in questo locale. Un'esperienza sensoriale!

Su via Maqueda qualcuno che si distingue un po' dai soliti locali per turisti nei quali la "bolognese" 🤦‍♀️ fa da padrona e viene propinata quasi ovunque come se fosse una tipicità locale! Anche se non è particolarmente "tipico", se almeno a mezzogiorno non ci si vuole "sfondare" con fritti, o piatti oltremodo pesantissimi (per quanto buoni) che ti tagliano le gambe e si ha voglia di una buona insalatona, ben confezionata, bilanciata nel gusto e completa, qui è perfetto! La qualità del cibo, la presentazione e il servizio, con tovagliato in stoffa e buona posateria e personale molto gentile e disponibile, danno la "marcia in più" al locale! Altra nota positiva: servizi igienici puliti e curati!

Tutto top! Siamo andati in una serata di pioggia... Pensavo di trovare pavimenti sporchissimi e invece, Otto mi ha colpito in tutto e per tutto. Portate eccellenti, personale di sala cordiale e disponibile a farti vivere un' esperienza sublime anche nel più semplice cambio di posate per la tipologia di piatto. Servizio veloce e cortesia. Torneremo a provare la colazione!

Charming and nicely decorated all day breakfast and brunch place. Group of 5 from fr, USA, canada, Nicaragua, tried salmon from the grill, poached eggs with bacon and avocado, smoked tuna, club sandwich, arancina, strawberry raspberries smoothie bowl, caramel vanilla & pistachio milkshakes, juices & a side of fries. Smoothie texture is more of a milkshake than içaï, bacon lacking flavor. All dishes were excellent (taste and presentation).

Great breakfast!! They have lunch and dinner options too but I only went for dinner. It has an upscale vibe to it, so it's a bit expensive. It's also in a very touristy area but also close to many other experiences. I got the gluten free eggs and toast. The others got the breakfast extradionaire and LOVED it. It's a tower with bread, meat, cheeses, and toppings. They got a little something different with each bite. We very much enjoyed our food and talked about going back but it was a bit to expensive for us to go back.

We made a reservation in advance, which worked perfectly. The service was quick, and we got a super delicious breakfast. The restaurant is right in the middle of the main tourist street, so it’s quite busy and touristy — but I’d definitely go again anytime.

Very good restaurant on the tourist strip. The dishes were good looking and good tasting, and the service is top notch. My sardine and toast appetizer was very good. And the chicken Caesar Salad was also. Very good wines by the glass, and fair prices for full sized spritzes. Pretty good prices overall (not the lowest but that's good), and a good variety of dishes to please most diners. I like one or two others on this strip, but I'll definitely be back to Otto's.

I challenge you to find a bigger burger. I got a double and it was crazy. We ate here 3 separate times twice for dinner and once for lunch. The service was very good, the food was exceptional ( also recommend the steaks) and the restaurant is also very nicely fitted out.

Otto Breakfast and Grill was a great find for us. We had a most wonderful b'fast and enjoyed it so much we went back for our dinner that evening before heading to the airport. The only reason not giving a 5 for service was the length of time we had to wait for our food. When it did arrive, everyone was served together which was lovely as we had had a week of meals being served in various places in a staggered manner with some ppl finished eating before others began. Staff were mannerly, professional and friendly and very obviously took pride in the exceptionally lovely food they were serving. I wud say to all, do go to Otto's and just allow extra time because the food and drink are all worth the wait!! Cheers to very mannerly Guisseppe and all the polite smiling lovely staff who served us. We left Sicily with great memories of a wonderful eatery..... Ottos!

We had an awesome dinner at Otto. The beef quality exceeds any we have had in Europe. My husband loved his steak and I had a burger with an incredible brioche bun and roasted onions. We both enjoyed our cocktails. Truly an excellent choice!

It can be challenging to find a breakfast place in Palermo that doesn’t only have sweet pastries, but also something savoury like sandwiches and eggs. When you come across Otto don’t look any further. Otto is just the place! Everything is prepared the moment you order it, they have a very big menu and all the dishes are so tasty. I recommend the poached eggs, clubsandwich and pancakes. Also the staff is very polite and competent. Mohini really stood out for me. She has a great work ethic, acts quickly and is a very kind lady.

Sono passato tante volte davanti questo locale, che si trova vicino al teatro Massimo di Palermo, ma non mi ero mai fermato. leri sono riuscito a fare un pranzo da Otto e appena entrato si viene accolti dal un personale molto gentile e da un ambiente moderno arredato con gusto. Il menù offre sia colazione/Brunch/pranzo/Cena,io ho preso due uova poche', un club sandwich e un croque madame. Le uova erano buone ma il pane tostato e l'insalata ad accompagnare erano un po' banali,sembravano buttati li a caso. II Club sandwich era leggermente troppo bruciato e si sentiva anche un leggero odore di bruciato abbastanza fastidioso. Il croque madame è stata la cosa migliore, davvero ottimo. Il conto finale è stato veramente salato, considerato che ho preso 3 cose più un acqua (3 euro) e il coperto (3 euro) e ogni piccola aggiunzione al piatto costa parecchio, il prezzo finale di 44 euro lo trovo davvero eccessivo anche per un posto che si trova in centro. Locale buono che consiglio, ma non per tutte le tasche.

Siamo stati in questo locale per soddisfare un'improvvisa voglia di dolce e bere anche qualcosa e non siamo rimasti delusi. I pancakes e le cheesecake erano molto buone, ed anche i cocktails non erano male. Dovrebbero però lavorare un po' sul rapporto qualità-prezzo dei pancakes che non ha molto senso dal punto di vista di un cliente, visto che ormai le bakery all'americana sono un po' ovunque ed i pancakes sono facili ed economici da preparare. Torneremo sicuramente per provare i piatti a base di uova.

Siamo stati in questo locale per un aperitivo. L' accoglienza e la cortesia del personale è stata ottima. Abbiamo ordinato 3 cocktail e un prosecco . I cocktail di media fattura che comunque non ci hanno fatto dire how. I salatini d' accompagnamento di quantità veramente minimal che in quattro abbiamo avuto difficoltà a dividere. Prezzo nella norma. Location elegante e pulita.

The 5 of us had a really good breakfast there. We all got versions of eggs on toast with a different topping. I got bacon, others got ham, cheese etc... we shared a pancakes with blueberries. The scrambled eggs on toast with bacon hit the spot. They were cooked very well. The pancakes were cooked too perfection light and fluffy! To drink, we have various coffee drinks like espresso and cappuccinos. One thing to keep in mind is if your particular how your eggs need to be cooked, you need to let them know that otherwise they may not meet with your expectations. Also, if you try to get fancy with your coffee, you’re really gonna need to make sure they understand what you want.

First of all we waited over an hour for our food without anyone in the staff saying anything for us. And when the food came it was really bland! Especially the sandwich with eggs. It looked nice but tasted nothing. It feels like the chef have not tasted the food they send out. The poached eggs were perfectly cooked though and the fruit salad was nice!

Posso solo dire che i piatti sono presentati in modo molto bello, perfetti per fare foto. Anche gli antipasti erano buoni e hanno creato delle buone aspettative. Tuttavia, la bistecca come piatto principale è stata davvero deludente. L’abbiamo ordinata a cottura media (media cottura), ma risultava comunque dura e troppo cotta; nessuno di noi due è riuscito a finire la propria porzione. Inoltre, il ristorante non era particolarmente affollato quel giorno, quindi consiglierei di prestare maggiore attenzione anche alla pulizia: le ragnatele sul muro erano chiaramente visibili. Speriamo che in futuro ci siano dei miglioramenti.

Disappointing and a total ripoff. They overcharge for mediocre food and sloppy service. Would not recommend! I went with a friend for brunch. We were sat and then waited ages until we managed to get the waiters attention to order- they were in fact just staring out of the glass doors with their back to the floor rather than walking the floor to check on customers. We ordered one portion tacos and 2x poached eggs with 2 extra ingredients each and orange juice. The tacos (12 euros) were tasty but ridiculously tiny- only 2 and smaller than my pinky finger. The eggs were average, the hollandaise sauce was too thick and tasteless. We paid 70 euros. Utterly ridiculous. Never again.

The staff were friendly, but my experience was unfortunately quite disappointing. I ordered mozzarella arancini but was served ones with cheese and ham instead. When I cut into it, I also found a hair that had been fried into the arancini — which was completely unacceptable! I raised the issue straight away, as I wasn’t willing to eat the rest of the meal. In the end, I only paid for the water and bruschetta. A real shame, as I had high hopes, but hygiene and accuracy in the kitchen need serious improvement.
