This is a nice little pub ..great food n a relax atmosphere, the elder gentleman works very hard, I would come back here :)

Brilliant spot for breakfast or lunch. The food is excellent and it's not at all expensive. The staff get to know their regulars and are so nice.

We came here for some food and a drink just passing. But the food was that nice and the young guy that served us was nice and polite very accommodating so we came back again the lady was ok looked a bit narked at times could have been a little friendlier maybe the weather lol on a whole would i go back yes i would thank you young man 🙂 keep smiling

Great place, fantastic value for money 2 sausage, 2 bacon, 2 egg, 2 toast, beans for €3.99 cannot complain for that price, drinks are resaonable too. I spend 20 euro and had red bull, orange juice and a pint with x3 breakfast. Sell good draughts for a pint too. Only two people working here and gets busy in mornings so can expect some stress they are only human. Very kind to us and my daughter the lady gave her a free toy will be visiting every morning of our stay.

Me and my girlfriend were walking along and came across the cutty sark. At first we were hesitant but don’t let the looks fool you. We ended up coming back here 3 times! The food is delicious, prices are very cheap compared to other neighbouring restaurants for the same quality of food. The workers are very friendly and respectful and the service is quick and cheerful. My favourite was definitely the apple juice 🧃 Thank you for your kind service🙏

Hubby had a full breakfast one afternoon here, he really enjoyed it although the lager was poor but we returned one morning after as the breakfast was good and tasted great. On second visit we ordered our breakfast and was asked if we would like a drink with it, which we declined. The older lady that served us was not to keen when we said no drinks, once she bought breakfast out and asked us again would we like a drink, we replied no she rudely loudly tut and huffed as she walked away from our table, no manners very rude. Once eaten I suggested hubby paid what we owed and let's get moving, so he went in too pay who we assumed was the owner, hubby even gave a small tip 1 euro for rude and bad service, as he walked towards me he shouted back at the owner THANK YOU, reason being there was no p's and q's very rude no table manners and no respect for tourists. Needless to say we would never eat there again cause of the way we were treated, although the young staff that was there the previous afternoon was very pleasant and good manners, shame youre employer can't take a leaf out of their book, MANNERS COST NOTHING

Rude and unwelcoming

The owner was mardy we didn’t order a drink with our food then preceded to snatch the menus from the tables. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

Was going to visit one day but the lady who works there was quite rude as I left my bike on the public sign post and public street close to restaurant to use cafe on other side of the street where there are no suitable posts for my bike... A very bad impression and unnecessary from her...

Food was bad, beef steak was chewy like gum. Chips didnt have salt on them. Customer service was ass.

No puedo hablar de calidad de los productos, pero si de la falta de amabilidad y de profesionalidad, porqué la buena señora (utilizo este término por mantener la educación) que sin dar los buenos días prácticamente nos hecho del local al pedir dos cafés,al parecer no podía perder el tiempo en ese servicio. Que vergüenza para el turismo.

Al leer “cafetería” en su letrero he entrado a por un café y sin casi dejarme terminar la frase me han echado de malas maneras diciendo que ahí no hacían cafés y que lo fuera a buscar a otro sitio. Ni hola ni adiós ni disculpas. Hay un sitio de zumos naturales justo al lado donde te atienden estupendamente y me han hecho uno de los mejores cafés que he probado

Was really looking forward to some good wholesome English grub as advertised what I got can only be described as dog food ,,,the sausages were no way British ,,the eggs were from a budgie ,,and the bacon was burnt hard and hardly any meat ,,the tea was to cold ,,,never again

Appalled at the customer services here. Only nice when giving you your bill. Sausages were basically chippy ones, full of gristle. 1 butter square, when asked for another for the other toast, they scowled. I asked if my bacon and mushrooms could be swapped with a sausage and extra hash... nope I have to pay. So I told them ok, leave the bacon and remove mushrooms please. They did opposite and left mushrooms and no bacon.... and when I did get that bacon it was still oinking. The beans were watery. The customer service shocking. Might be value for money but at the end of the day, you get what you pay for

Wouldn’t recommend. The rude older lady who is the waitress or maybe even the owner needs to get some manners. She was visibly annoyed I didn’t order a drink and then tutted as she walked away. Came back and sarcastically said ‘one drink for one’ when handing the drink to my partner. The funny thing about it is the place was empty… it’s not like we were taking up precious seats. Learn some manners and maybe you’ll actually get some customers. Rude.

We visited in April and had breakfast the owner offered us a glass of orange juice which we presumed was included in price. When we went to pay we were charged 12 euros for 4 thimble full of orange juice. Not wanting to make the same mistake when we visited today we said no to the orange at that point he Refused to serve us 4 breakfast's and told us to leave. We're all in our fifty's and couldn't believe his attitude. Our advise is avoid this place there's many more enjoyable places to eat, his loss. If you could award no stars then that would be too many.
