I like Subway and actually eat here quite a lot. Had you asked me about the service a few weeks ago and I probably would have rated it a three star... But the last few times I've been, they have some motivated employees who are very friendly and polite. I've been doing online orders and that's been working out very well. The app took me a while to fully get used to, but now that I have saved a few sandwiches that I order regularly on my list, it's actually quite fast and easy to order now. I really like it! ... And it automatically changes if I go into another city or a different Subway. Use the coupons if you can It brings the price point below $10. Otherwise you're spending about $15 per person. Pricewise and the quality of food this place is 5 Stars for me. A++

I used to go here all the time to get my Subway, and they never really messed app my order. Especially when I used to get it done through the drive through the only issue is that when you do get it done through the drive-through it honestly takes ages, but it's okay, because they hook you up and it's a good sandwich.

I love that they have a drive through, but they've messed up my order a few times. Other than that good service. Mostly friendly.

Went between 1pm/2pm.. used the drive through. Ordered two sandwiches and pretzel 🥨 and when we asked to make it a meal the girl got mad and was completely rude. One that is your job to take orders as they come. Two where was your customer service training?!? She went on to ask what chips we wanted so we told her… the girl never gave us our chips!! We told her why she got mad when again it’s her job to take orders and make them and provide good service..we cot charged for a full meal and didn’t even get our full meal.. overall don’t go to the drive through.. even at night time it’s is awful.. just went downhill.

I ordered from Uber Eats and...while I got the foot long pretzel they didn't include the cheddar cheese dip. The foot long churro is not only cold and stale, there is hardly any cinnamon and sugar at all...tastes like gross bread.

Going to this Subway feels like stepping into a time warp. I went inside and watched them make a sandwich as if they were crafting a fine work of art—one slice of cheese at a time. So, I thought, 'Maybe the drive-thru will be faster.' Nope! It was like they were flying to the moon to pick up the ingredients. I swear, I aged a year waiting for my sandwich. Please, for the love of sandwiches, can someone speed things up?

At 7:40pm on Dec 26th, a lady was helping me who was a bit older and could not multitask, and got irritated when I needed more things than just sandwiches on my order. She attempted to make me wait behind 4-6 people to get the 2 footlong pretzles and I told her I was not going to let my food get cold for 2 pretzles that I already mentioned to her 3 times.

I love eating here and do at least once a week but for some reason starting last week subway decided it would be a good idea to remove all of it's mobile coupons which its used in the past and been the sole reason i come to subway (footlong meal $18 -> $10) without the coupons there is no reason to choose subway over other options and will not be eating here anyway! The people want the mobile coupons back subway

Overnight employee was rude, twice in a row. Let it go the first time but not the second, he gives attitude and just says "here" when handing the sandwiches over. I still said thank you to which he didn't reply instead gave me a face. I don't know the name of the employee but he is an African American man.

Do you know how disappointing it is when you’re hungry and you’re expecting the sandwich you ordered online to be just like you ordered it and open it to find a white cream slathered all over the sandwich. Ridiculous, I will not be ordering from this location anymore. This is not Subway this is Subpar. See the pictures. Disgusting.

This place is puttin out bum AZZ sandwich’s. The bread won’t be toasted. It’s stale and hard. 7 drops of mayo. Guy at the window looks like he licks the knife. Then when you keep calling they won’t even answer the phone because they know their in there building you some BS. I’m sure everyone trying to complain and they’re tired of hearing it. Bread so dry might as well be a biscuit. I’ll never come back to this location. Junk

I was in the drive-thru and waited 1 hour before getting my order. Luckily, I checked before driving home. They messed up on my order. Went back and demanded my refund. They refused at first. But I wasn't leaving til I received my refund. And finally I received it. There was a rude customer who wanted to interfere & involved himself in the middle of the dispute. People in that area are very rude. The older women employees are very rude. Bad drive thru customer service. You have a better chance receiving faster & accurate order if you walk in. You will be waiting forever in the drive-thru.
