The staff was most helpful, even in an extreme circumstance. I had lost my glasses that minutes before and couldn't read the menu, the server not only help me with the order but brought my food, and I never even had to ask.

Awesome food, tastes great and they make it really quick. They even take phone orders making it ideal for people on lunch. Beware though, packed on weekends. They make amazing burgers, my mouth waters thinking about them. My favorite place :)

Dennys was super busy, so we came over to primos, and we were able to sit right away. The food was delicious and great for the price point. Service was superb they were quick, sweet, nice, and very helpful. The atmosphere is very laid back.

Primo Burgers has been around since I was a little kid. I would visit the one in Mojave Desert all the time until they closed recently. Decided to try out this location in Palmdale and to my surprise! This place is even better. The staff were very friendly and provided A+ service. The food was on point and still at a very affordable price. The cleanliness of the restaurant and large menu of items you just can't go wrong here. Wow. I found my new go to spot in Palmdale. Check them out for yourself.

Haven't been here in a while and I was pleasantly suprised with the food. My salad was crispy the chicken perfectly seasoned it included a hard boiled egg cucumbers, tomatoes and some cheese but I did pay extra for avocado I wish it came with it..Oh and their ranch dressing is really good..

Asada fries, burritos, burgers, breakfast, sandwiches... There are so many options so I'm not sure why the name specifies just burgers. Portions are substantial, the food quality is awesome and the price is pretty good for what you get.

It was my first time with family and wasn't aware of location. I'm use to attending other restaurant in the area but sister in law didn't want to wait in line at other restaurant which was long. Very impressive.

I stopped for a drink, smelling breakfast being cooked and decided on an omelet. Cooked to perfection. 14 buck, and 5 minutes later it arrives with a smile from host. All i can say is great taste, value for your money and healthy portions coffees great. I went back following day, different order same 5 star rating. Eggs over easy, perfect, hash browns perfet.

Update 12/21/24 Got 3 breakfast burritos ordered them with ham sausage and bacon There wasn’t any sausage in all 3 and barely bacon and ham. Very disappointed, I’ve been coming here for years and this was the skimpiest burrito ever. It’s pricey and not what I was expecting for the price. Came here for a breakfast burrito, it’s one of my favorite breakfast burritos of all time. This place has always been a gem, still is. It’s very face pace, it’s clean, high energy customer service. The food can be a little wait, because it’s not a fast food restaurant. They cook good food. Call ahead ordering is accepted here too.

The nicest employees! I came here after my wisdom teeth surgery, afraid I wasn’t going to able to eat anything off the menu. The cashier was so kind and funny and offered some suggestions. I ended up getting some soft pancakes and scrambled eggs which were delicious. My bf got a cheeseburger which he loved. Super tasty homestyle burger with a crazy amount of fries. Came out to less than 20 for both meals, priced very fairly. I’ve been coming here for years now and I still very much recommend Primos! 😼

I love coming to Primo Burgers for breakfast! The prices are great and the food is delicious. I always order the pancake special or the French toast special, but make sure you go before 11:00am to get those specials.

Pretty Good if you like well seasoned and cook fast food they usually pile up your plate with your order pretty cool spot!

I've admittedly only have had breakfast here, but the Primo's breakfast burrito has never done me wrong. Primo's has survived longer than virtually every shop around it, which points to its consistent tasty and affordable options.

Whenever I go to another similar restaurant, I end up reverting to Primo Burger. I usually get very good service; I'm very satisfied with the food presentation and the food is usually tasty.

Pretty good fast food you get out of your car for but pricey. However the few times I have been to a fast food lately it was pricey. Especially after Covid 19. Ok all. stay safe

Usually everything is great. But tonight we paid for 3 French Fry's and only got 2. Didn't discover it until we got home. But otherwise service and everything is great.

Breakfast burritos are 70% hash browns. I hate when restaurants do this, but its not to to bad. A little less potato would be good. Otherwise i enjoyed this place.

I have eaten there for décades. there is à new employée almost every week. I order thé same food item every time. They get thr order mixed up or messed up. They always do correct le you catch It priorité To leaving.

My family comes here for breakfast when we're too lazy to cook. For years we used to get their breakfast special, nice portion size, for a really good price, approx. $5.00. Now we pay around $6.50 and we get less :( Still like their breakfast and most of the people that work here are friendly but when it comes to the price, we won't be eating here as much any more. (PS: Hamburgers could use some help).

The pastrami was very good and tender but the fries had too much salt. Overall a good meal. I had the combo and two of us were full.

The food is good at a reasonable price. They offer a wide variety of options on the menu. The service is very friendly. I would definitely go back to this location.

Onion rings and zucchini always overcooked. Cook said it was because of the breading type. As a retired chef. I know the instructions with every box. Says golden . Not burnt umber.

The food is great. But if you come towards end of shift they really half do it. Had a chicken sandwich 30mins before closing good first few bites center was still ice cold. Soon as I walked out they locked doors and finished there day. Had food other days there and it was good. I dont trip though, when it's time to go home everyone wants to go home.

Decent, as most Primo Burger locations usually are (as far as the food/service is concerned, anyways).The only issues I had were with the physical location of the restaurant, which is not very conventional, or even that accessible, especially for a restaurant that expects (I'm assuming!) to generate the same volume of sales I have seen at other Primos branches. And secondly the inside dining area is cramped and awkwardly configured, so take it to go!

They are the best primo burgers in the best location they wear burritos but I don't know what type of chicken meat they use in it's really not Everything else that I tasted from there was nasty Even their fries besides their wet burrito kanye estada

I liked it! Very 9n point with everything the one problem was they announced my order number to low to hear and only once. I had to go to the counter to ask them a few minutes later if they had called my number and the lady said that they did and she knew my order and it had been sitting there long enough to get somewhat room temperature but it still tasted really good so I'm not complaining about that just wouldn't mind if she said a little louder I would have liked to have got my food hot.

Lunch is good but breakfast to go is no good. When I order breakfast to go it didnt feel like anything was in the bag. So I checked it and it was pretty small and not worth the price. But I saw some people breakfast eating there nd it was big. The zuchinni is good here

First time there, food was good, service...needs coordination & other improvements. Hard to get ur own table! While I waited for one someone else came in 10mins later and easily took one as the other party got up to leave. I wasnt about to argue that I've been standing waiting for it!!! 😑

I love the food but their customer service NEEDS TO IMPROVE. While everything has gone up and is understandable they lack common sense. If I buy four separate combos I get four dressings, but if I buy the four combos all together in one transaction they charge me for three dressings because it only come with one. MAKES NO SENSE🥴. Servers say, that is what they are told to do.

If u want good food you have to go in the morning or early afternoon. I went today in the evening and my Carne asada burrito was straight garbage. I've never had a grosser burrito. I will stick to the morning and early afternoons at least they have a cook that knows how things should taste. Not this disgusting garbage we can't even eat and for 10$ a pop the burrito shouldn't be so bad that I have to throw it away

There food is good. However, they don’t know the difference between over-easy, over-medium or a fried egg. Also the bacon I got today was freezer burned and looked powdered and the styrofoam container had burn holes. The young girl that initially took my order...doorknob

The food is decent, The only reason it has three stars is it seems like such an inconvenience for the girls that work there to have to take your order or even interact with you it's just kind of sad. I have ordered in person twice and over the phone once unfortunately all three experiences with the waitresses or the girls taking your order just seemed like they had something better to be doing.

The place has chairs tables that have not been cleaned for it looks like a long time,the floors are filthy dirty,the bathroom is dirty nasty and very unsanitary,we got a fried chicken dinner the chicken was old and dried up,we had to wait for our food,other couple arrived and got their coffee first when we had paid and already ordered before them and other people got their drinks first,seems like they are short handed the owner should have more people work their so the place gets cleaned up I am still going to call the co of la health dept and have them inspect the food and the storage freezer,the kitchen is nasty and the chef is a non talking non friendly person i tried to ask him a question and he acted like i was not there wow really,i will not go there ever again till they redo the rest and it is and has been redone,it is dire need of repairs and a good cleaning,seems like they all dont care if it clean no one cleans the tables the floor the bathroom and the front would be nice if the owner added some lattice or something to help keep oit cool the inside is hot and has no air con except the back when you order your already sweating i can imagine the workers how they feel terrible food and a terrible rating

I have been coming here for years, not sure if they are under new management their customer service is horrible! I called to place an order for pick up the lady that answered my call said I was taking too long to order to callback because they were too busy. I tried calling back and they never answered my calls!!!

So I ordered a bacon breakfast burrito. The bacon was so chopped up I couldn’t taste the bacon when I told them that I couldn’t taste the bacon they told me that if I wanted more bacon they would have to charge me for a extra side of bacon. I will not be coming here for a breakfast burrito.

One of the employees has given me a hard time not once but twice on my visit to primos. Corrin needs to work on her attitude and customer service, she always has an attitude with me and she is rude. I hate leaving a bad review cause I enjoy the food, but the service makes me not want to come to this location. Do better primos, do better Corrindog.

Went to Primos today Thursday the 26th ordered a Pastrami sandwich it was horrible. The bread was hard and cold and barely any Pastrami in it. I will never go there again.

First off who thinks pico de gallo in a breakfast burrito is any good. Second when a customer clearly says NO SALSA don’t add pico de gallo to it. Second week in a row my order is messed up and goes straight to the trash because of it. I have an idea, COMPLETELY REMOVE THE SALSA from breakfast burritos UNLESS somebody specifically says add salsa

Called to place an order and was told they don't give prices over the phone. WHAT?? Long story short, The chili cheese fries w pastrami suck and was Hella salty with little chili and cheese. I should've went to doublz

$18 for two small bacon breakfast burritos, few pieces of bacon taste mostly unseasoned hashbrowns and flaky tortilla, they tried to roll it to make it look bigger got a flat burrito with space all around the inside, went in the morning think it would be they're top priority.

It was ok. My friend had to use his food card and they were giving him problems about it. I mean he was embarrassed enough. I think they treat people different yhat use food cards. The employees don't realize those food cards could potentially pay thier wages. They should be Xtra courteous all things considered.

Picked up a phone order paid over $50 . Food was good. Only problem is I ordered a combo breakfast burrito that was very small with almost nothing of meats no cheese I called spoke to a girl named Caron who said to bring the burrito back and she will have a new one made. . So my son took it back same girl Caron picked at it with her fingers and then with a fork and gave it back to my son and said she can not give him a new one and turned him away. I called back spoke to her again she said she picked at it with a fork . I tried to explain that was not professional for her to pick at the burrito she tried to justify herself. I ask to speak to the manager she said his name is Carlos and he was busy to call back later. I will call back and let him know this was very poor customer service and I will not be returning to Primos. I was a loyal customer and very disgusted and disappointed.

I’ve bought food from Primos for over 20 years. I have never been as dissatisfied as I have been for the past couple of years about this location. Absolutely RUDE service!!! I have a family of 6 and each one of us gets an individual meal. It’s not chump change and I know I didn’t ask for a side of attitude and rudeness. It’s sad that they lose loyal customers because they can’t get the employees under control. Asking for a manager at this location is absolutely useless. (I’ve asked) I worked at a Primos as a teenager and I know for a fact if the owners were to be made aware of this it would be taken care of. I hope they do because as of today, the lost a customer!!!!

2 cheeseburgers & 1 order of fries... $19!? I think not! Cheeseburgers were more lettuce than meat. Bread was soooooo soggy from the sauce they put on the burgers. Burgers made it to the trash, fries were edible. Wish I could give 0 stars & get a refund

If I could give them zero stars I would. I literally just ordered some chicken strips from them and they are absolutely disgusting. They were like something out of the freezer section. If I wanted Dino nuggets I would have bought them from the grocery store. I'm never eating here again.

I've given this place so many chances but the quality of the food continues to be ... Chorizo and eggs looks like they spread out about 4 table Spoons of mixture with a Tortila; tasteless waste of $10 P.S. they put mixed vegetables in their orange bland tasting rice; it's awful. Carne Asada was dried out as usual. They forgot my sour cream, tomatoes and lettuce. 😞 Even let a tip. Anyway, I promise I'm NEVER going back there. This is the last straw. Don't take my word for it; go try it out yourself. They have plenty of items to choose from. The Pastrami isn't too bad when they actually put meat on the sandwich.

Food was decent, but my overall problem was the service. The lady rolled her eyes in front of us because I said I had two separate orders and she had to input the food into the register again. It was a very uncomfortable encounter and no customer should feel that way.(The person that I am referring to is the one that has been there for quite a while already.)
