Very clean,friendly and nice place to eat and the employees are very inviting. Always my go to for a quick bite and take food home to the family.

Quick stop for lunch with my brother I had never been here before. We had tacos and a drink.

Enjoying a to-go order of classic fish tacos. I had forgotten how superior these are to any fish taco out there. It's the fabulous real corn tortillas used by Rubios. Excellent meal!!

Delicious chicken quesadillas and flavorful mahi mahi tacos! The fish is outstanding and very fresh..I wanted the shrimp but they were about to close so had a choice between beef or chix. The salsa bar was still very fresh and this was about 10 min before closing. A young man, Stephen, the manager was very friendly and welcoming despite close to shuttering up for the night. I love the Rubio's chain and frequent the Torrance and Marina Del Rey since I live by the beach, but whenever I go up to the mountains, this Rubio's Palmdale hits the spot every time.. Their salsa bar is the best ! Tuesday is Taco Day..craving their shrimp trio already! Always consistent Faire and have healthy options.

Rubio's is hands down my favorite Fresh Mex chain. All of their food is fresh and tasty. From the Fish Tacos to the Burrito and the Chopped Salads. I can eat here almost everyday for lunch. I was never a fish taco guy, but their fish tacos are my favorite Friday lunch. If your health conscious there are still plenty of fresh and tasty options that will meet your diet needs and fill you up.

Rubio's is our go to when we choose not to cook.. Today, We tried the Protein Bowl with Salmon and Grilled shrimp, and the Rainbow Bowl. It was delicious! Rubio's has many new items added to the menu... There are several Bowl selections to choose from.

Great fish tacos and the rice that come with it. The fish is tender and moisted while the nice crsipy crust outside makes it very nice texture and tastety. The only thing is there is no graceful way to eat it while fully enjoying the tacos. Just dig in and get lots of nakins. Top with the self-serving sauces and pickles makes great pairing. Quick, easy, and tasty. It really is a good alternative to burgers for a quick lunch. Too bad they are only serving CA, NV, and AZ.

I love this place but man today I ordered a chicken burrito especial and I got an all rice burrito what the heck ?!!!

Ordered the lobster langostino bowl with extra lettuce mix and didn't get any lettuce. Ordering takeout from the app hasn't been up to par lately. Always check your orders before you leave because they always forget something on your order!

Went there 2/20/25 and they messed up my order ordered two burritos one chicken and one steak. They gave two steak burritos I ordered and paid for cheese. They didn't put cheese inside. Their cooks don't understand English or the menu they need to hire people who can understand customer orders. The wait was about 30 minutes. This business has went down hill. You have to HIRE people who can Read the orders correctly to spend $60.00 and have orders messed up is ridiculous.

I waited 10 minutes for one burrito and then I watched it sit on the corner for five minutes. There was absolutely no line when I walked in and while they talked for 5 minutes about the order they were bagging mine sat. I watched the employee who took my order see it was done and instead of handing it to me she went on break. Seems like customer service and taking pride in what you do are out the window.

Awful. My husband got there at 8:30pm and specifically said NO dairy and they completely disregarded that and added dairy to everything. The cheese and cream sauce was all over the food that I could not eat because I am allergic to dairy. They also said they were out of things we asked for like guacamole and Mexican rice. If you say you're open till 9pm then don't be rushing to kick people out the door at 8:30pm. I just paid for a meal I cannot eat. So my husband had to drive all the way back out to get a refund for the meal because they are officially closed. Never again will I be coming here.

My daughter took me to this place and I was not pleased. I ordered chicken burrito with extra cheese, I received a steak burrito with cheese on the side. Both of our orders were wrong. The wait was too long.

DO NOT EAT HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY $15 FOR NOTHING BUT A BOWL OF RICE!!! At almost $30 for 2 people you’d expect a decent amount of meat in the bowls. I had about 6 shrimp in mine and my wife had about 2 teaspoons of chicken.

This place has slowly gone down hill. The outside dining area was clean, upon walking in the dining area was clean and the salsa bar was a disgusting mess. I stepped up to place my order to go. In an attempt to place my order, two shrimp trios with beans, rice and a bag of chips for both and a salad. When I asked to repeat the order he only place an order for ONE trio 😡! So I reiterated the order and he acknowledged it was correct. So I started at the salsa bar which was a disaster! It wasn't even busy as you can see from the short clip and videos. The special hot sauce in the plastic containers suited on me, everywhere 😡! Anyways, I retrieved my order, left and drove two hours home. Thats right, two hours. So we sat down to eat and they're FORGOT the chips. I checked the receipt and yes, I paid for it! 😡 Times are hard, groceries are expensive and gas is ridiculous! So when I spend my hard earned money eating out I want what I ordered! This is the continued problem at all restaurants! Order accuracy! THEY NEVER GET IT RIGHT, NEVER! It's my fault for assuming as I shouldhavechecked everything over! So, here's one for you...,remove the tipping gratuity option on the computer when utilizing debit or credit. Everybody wants a tip but nobody wants to work for it, everybody wants that big hourly pay, but nobody wants to work for it. This is completely unacceptable, the overall experience was garbage! The salad was good in the trio was good, it would have been nice to have chips with all of the salsa I took from the salsa bar. What a waste! My over all impression? The food was good, the place overall needs consistent cleaning, especially the salsa bar! This is the third time I've been shorted something. When I called-2 times ti speak with a manager there was NO ANSWER! Bottom line, everybody wants the easy money and nobody wants to work for it! The individual taking the order wasn't paying attention! The tipping culture has gotten out of hand! There's a freekin' tip jar everywhere! Why is it the. Customers responsibility to provide the employee with a living wage? It's the employers responsibility, not the customer. I write a book on tipping in the 90s, tipping has been abused! Basically out of control!
