Jacqueline was employee cleaning tables and sweeping, she was very kind and help with refilling our drinks and getting small things we forgot to get at the counter, we order ice cream and my daughter dropped hers and an employee who was going on break turned around and went to get her another we really appreciate that!! Thank yall so much chick fil A we always have an enjoyable meal here!!!

This Chick fil A restaurant is nicely decorated and super clean. There was a significant line to order inside but the line moved quickly because there were two cashiers taking orders from clients. Our food was ready really soon and we enjoyed our meals

Amazing staff walking around and keeping the seating area clean. The woman who took our order was friendly and helpful. However, my husband ordered the chicken deluxe sandwich combo and it has pickles. The description on the menu board didn't mention pickles. Just a suggestion - you might want to add it to the menu board.

I placed a curbside order for a Chick-fil-A sandwich after work and was left waiting an unreasonably long time, despite all of the curbside parking spots being completely empty. During that time, an employee clearly saw me waiting, made a face, and chose to ignore my order instead of assisting me. I eventually had to ask a delivery driver to check on my order, and he informed me that my sandwich had been sitting out long enough to become cold. He was kind enough to offer to replace it with a fresh one, which I appreciated. However, that does not excuse the lack of attention and professionalism from the staff. I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service I experienced. Being visibly ignored while waiting for an order is unacceptable, especially from a company known for its customer service standards. This experience was frustrating, disappointing, and far below expectations.

I ordered through the Chick-fil-A mobile app for curbside pickup at the Palmhurst location. After a very long wait, my order was brought out, but I immediately noticed that two medium drinks were missing from an order that included seven drinks total. I called the store and was told the missing drinks would be brought out to me. After waiting an additional seven minutes with no follow-up, I had to get out of my car and go inside to ask for them myself.Once I arrived home, I called the store again to request the first name of the person I had spoken with in order to file an official complaint. She refused to provide her name, stated she was one of the managers, and only mentioned that another manager on duty was named Gloria.While unpacking the food, I then discovered that a kids’ meal was missing entirely, except for the drink. I called again to inform them that I would be returning. Overall, this experience was very unorganized and far below the level of service I expect from Chick-fil-A.

I’m a Doordasher. I came to pick up an order for a client. Waited an entire hour, being ignored, and passed over in favor of school orders. When I finally forced them to confront me, they told me the order I came to pick up was already picked up. They wasted my time, ignored me, and didn’t even have the decency to check if I needed any help, all for my order to be gone. I had to force them to tell me that the order was already gone.

Wrong order I call to complain bout my order which I order 30 piece chicken nuggets meal and only got 13 not even in the menu a 13 piece dasher blames chick-fil-a cuz they only pick up orders I called chick-til-A and only gave me the run around …for me both are to be blamed for .Either wrong order or dasher just ate the rest of the nuggets .if it was for me no ⭐️ at all

I just ordered food from there around 8:45 4/18. To start with the drive thru, the person outside taking my order was complaining to have someone switch with him. He said it right in front of me and then decided to ask what I wanted to order. Not a good Chick-fil-A welcoming. Then when I finally got my food, the fries taste as if they got the bottom of the barrel. It basically wasn’t fresh. I’m pretty sure these fries just sat there for a long while and that’s what I was given. They were way too crunchy and chewy at the same time. I didn’t finish them. And the sandwich felt it was done the same. Maybe this was already cooked and left in a heater section for a long while and that’s what I was given. The bread had many soggy areas. Because I was hungry I just forced to finish that. I should have just reversed back out of the dive thru and left after hearing the guy at the drive thru complain about switching places. This is a real experience and I’m writing this review the same day.

Extremely upset with ChicfilA. I’m a teacher so I only have a 45 minute lunch. Chick-fil-A has forgotten my salad dressings twice and it’s frustrating when you have 20 mins left for lunch and no dressing for your salad which you ordered/asked for. I asked for the dressing to be delivered to my campus so I could eat during my conference and this wasn’t possible because it was a curbside order. So, I had to go without a lunch for today. Thanks Chicfila Caved in and started eating my dry salad only to find MOLD on my chicken.
