Picked up dinner the other evening and had a great experience. I used the app to take advantage of coupons, ordering BOGO French dip sandwiches along with two beef and cheddar sandwiches as part of a 2-for-$7 deal, plus a small curly fry. We were eating within 15 minutes of arriving home, and everything was still fresh, warm, and delicious. The sandwiches were generously portioned with meat, and the fries had the perfect crunch. I’ll definitely be returning.

If my wife and I are in Paris we usually will grab some "Arby's" before we head home. Nice clean place and the window people are great! Wish they could lower the prices some? But that's everywhere these days......They call it Bidenomics?

The drive thru workers are very pleasant and efficient at their jobs. Order always accurate and produced after a very little wait time! Also, coupons are accepted nearly all the time, including those that have already expired for customer convenience and affordability. Highly recommended!

Nice new Arby's. Friendly staff, food is always hot and out fast. Never have to wait long. Always clean inside. Can be pricey but happy hour 2-5 have discounts. Crinkle fries are great, hot and crispy.

Arby's is always good, but not all Arby's are created equal. Some locations are more generous with their meat on their sandwiches than others. Jalapeño poppers and gyros are good, but the good Ole roast beef is still our favorite!

It was ok. Nice to see potato cakes back. I believe it's a little pricey for what you get.

My beef & cheddar has been wrong on three consecutive visits. Usually undersauced if they remember the sauce at all. Last time it only had sauce on one corner and was incredibly salty. I know the place is fairly new but there's lots of room for improvement.

I just wanted to state how tired I am of this old lady at the window around 12 every day not saying a word, just scowling, and throwing my food at me. Very rude!

Impossible to communicate with anyone in drive-thru without repeating yourself 5-6 times for each item. Most of the younger crew members are rude and not welcoming at all. A real disappointment considering how much we anticipated it's arrival!

Food was fine. Friday night crew was so loud. I totally get it that they are all kids working for min wage but they are absolutely clueless on the amount of noise they make that carries out into the dinning room. If it was drive thru or pick up only, no problem, but it's not. NOBODY wants to go into ANY restaurant and spend money and listen to workers bickering loudly back and forth. Use your common sense and be aware of your surroundings. I know it's just fast food, but really??? Drive thru girl was the loudest and she hid when I called them out on it. 🤦‍♂️

I’m just gonna start going to the places that don’t forget to add the most important part of the sandwich. Guess BK will inherit my every other day habit of fast food lunches.

Pls tell me why my chicken slider tastes SOUR. Like the chicken strip was soggy, and squishy. And my curly fries tasted like coffee..? “Fresh curly fries.” We waited 15 minutes and the food was trash, Fries were cold. Dr pepper was fire tho lmao.

My family has been through the drive-thru 3 times. Never once have we gotten the correct order. Today we only got half of the stuff we ordered. We spent $30 & ended up only getting sliders & an order of fries. We were excited to have a different option in Paris, but no more. We won’t be back.
