From the moment you walk in, this place is absolutely welcoming. The staff are all smiles and warmth. When we mentioned we would be eating outside because we had our pooch with us it immediately started a fun little conversation and it continued the entire visit (about dogs). The food was incredible. It truly hit the perfect spot for a lunch bite on a weekday. We didn't want to eat anything too heavy because we knew dinner would be quite large. Rosewood did not disappoint in the least. Perfect portions, tantalizing taste, amazing atmosphere -- we could notnhave asked for a better lunch experience.

We had an excellent experience at Rosewood Local Eatery! The person who took our order was very sweet and guided us on which gourmet dog to try (we went with the pimento cheese… to die for). My husband had one of the bowls and I had a wrap. Both were very fresh and tasty. You HAVE to get one of the Almond Joy cookies. So, so good. Atmosphere was also great! Very cute interior in downtown Paris. We’ll be back!

Update! Their new sweet and sour bowl is one you simply cannot pass up! Gotta keep this place at five stars and two thumbs way up! WOW!!! Absolutely blown away not only by the asthetics of this hidden gem, but the food just.hits.the spot! 5 star customer service as well, and the modern architecture of the place brings in a very relaxing vibe! The hot dogs were the best I've had in quite awhile, and you can't have the dogs without the homemade kettle chips! Who knew kettle chips and honey mustard paied so well together! Definitely a frequent stop we'll be making when we come to town! So very well done!!!

Best chicken salad sandwich and chicken ceaser salad in Paris Texas! If you love a good chicken salad sandwich on a croissant you have to try it out. If it had swiss and bacon it would have been a La Madeleine's sandwich when they were in thier prime. The ceaser salad was the first one I believe I have seen in Paris that was made with the correct ingredients. The staff couldn't have been nicer! Very welcoming. The place was super clean and nice. I feel really bad that I didn't get pictures but I will be back and update this post. That will not be the last time I eat that sandwich.

We had pimento cheese hot dog and grilled corn hotdog and they both were very very tasty! We will be back for sure when we drive through Paris! Hands down 5 stars!

Oh my FREAKING, DANG, GOODNESS! Yes it is actually that good. To say it’s a treasure for Paris Texas to have this local spot! How lucky are y’all. My wife and I drove over from Bonham and I was so impressed. The food is such quality and the flavor is insane. Listen Big City Food has nothing on this place. This place would sell out and lines down the street in any major city. Do your taste buds a flavor, pun intended and check this place out. You will not regret it.

This place is fantastic if you are driving through Paris. My wife and I had 3 different dogs and each one was better than the last. The dogs were full of flavor and the sauerkraut was perfectly balanced with the chili and mustard. We also had the nachos and however they make the cheese is how I want cheese moving forward in life. 10/10 customer service too. The staff was warm and friendly and made sure we had a great dining experience. Highly recommend.

8/20/22 update I genuinely like what they're trying to do here. After eating here again I don't feel their menu and quality of food was a good as the first time I ate. Hopefully the continue to work through things always trying to be better. Cool little place, pretty simple menu. The nicest people.
