I always enjoy myself at this Chuck E Cheese. Most of the staff is friendly, nice, and happy to help out. The games are usually all up and running with no problems, and there's got to be like 70 different games or something. I've frequently seen their technicians working on games or other repairs and stuff. So, I always feel pretty good that everything will work. When something has broken, they've always helped out when asked. Their prize wall and counter always has fun stuff stocked. The smaller items change each time I've gone. Makes it hard to save my tickets. The food is pretty good. They put a garlic butter on the pizza crust, and it's pretty tasty. I always find myself licking my fingers afterwards. The salad bar is good, but there used to be more items a few years ago. There's no more eggs, mushrooms, or beets. There used to be some other items, but it's OK as there still lots of other things. I really miss the eggs though. Weekends can get pretty busy, and that's where some cracks show. If there's lots of birthdays, and they're understaffed, then some stuff suffers. Their POS system for the cashiers is really slow (not the store/employees fault). So a line often forms. Their salad bar can run low quickly, and nobody can refill the empty things. Lines form at their prize counter because they might have one or no people other than one cashier. Their birthday girls seem to ONLY focus on doing the birthdays, and not taking out overflowinf trashcans in the show room, or cleaning the beverage area. Not sure if it's all because there aren't enough people, or they're not well trained, or they just don't care. Most of the staff still tries hard to make it easy even then.
We celebrated a Birthday there and I was honestly it surprised me - for the price- great deal! Kids had a blast - got another month free to go play after- its clean, the food is good, fresh salad bar, the staff is very helpful and all around great experience!
Came here around 9:30pm last Friday to pick up a pizza since our kids absolutely love Chuck E Cheese 🍕. That's about 30 minutes before they closed. Manager Jesus said that wouldn't be a problem and it definitely wasn't. After I ordered, he gave my son a cup for any drink and a 15 minute play card while we waited for the food. My son was ecstatic with the freebies and so was I. Thanks so much for the hospitality Jesus! That was awesome!
my daughter loves coming here. we are a member and it is worth the price and the activity. with a membership you can also use it at different chuck e cheese places.
Very clean place to visited at Chuck E Cheese Pasadena , Friendly and nice staff too…
Surprisingly clean considering its for kids 🤣 staff friendly and nice and the games aren't too bad. Great place to rent for a birthday only $100 - and if you dont wanna rent a spot then just come in for games and pizza 😀
If you are craving pizza and character nostalgia head over to the Chuck E. Cheese in Pasadena. This is a large location filled with end-to-end games and activities. The pizza is quite delicious and the employees are friendly and professional. We will make this our family location from now on.
I have always enjoyed bringing children to Chuck E Cheese. They have always had great games and rides for people of all ages. Along with their activities are, of course, their food. They offer pizza, salad bar, dessert, sandwiches, chicken wings, fountain drinks and beer. Our food experience did not start off great. Our food came out cold which was surprising because they weren't that busy. However, Ms. Claudia came out and redid our order and it was great as usual. The staff member Erik was extremely helpful and very pleasant. And our curly hair, scary masked staff member was extremely helpful as well. Update: My family and I have been back multiple times since this particular post for events like Halloween, my son's birthday and just to hang. I have to say that the staff ( Kayla, Yaki and Stacy) always went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a great time.
Kids had a great time and it nice that you check in with your kids. Place was safe but I would either eat before you go and don’t order the fries. It’s pricey and you don’t much for the price. Also my fries was under cooked so I did not eat them.
Chuck E. does a good job offering children a safe place to play. The mix of games allows a balance between traditional skeeball tube midway games and newer electronics. Everything is geared towards earning tickets that are redeemed for prizes. The one price for time is a far better system than the old school each game is x number of tokens. My only suggestion is there should be a simpler way to redeem tickets for prizes than the wait in line forever while 5 year olds try and make up their minds which penny plastic spider they want. All and all its a good place to visit. We did not try tge food.
It's a great location. Easy parking and free wifi. Seating is set up so that it is easy to keep an eye on your kids. The crowd here is very friendly. My daughter makes new friends in the first 5 mins. The 4 stars is because I think the bathrooms could use maintenance and be slightly bigger.
Like most CECs ~ more than a few games are either 100% broken, or not 100% operable (missing pieces, mechanical glitches) ~ don't know if that is something "corporate" is supposed to fix. I will say that this location is kept very clean, the staff is attentive to safety, food is passable, and the mascot interacts well with the kids.
I like this location, bigger than most and has a lot more games. Food is great, customer service is good. I have a big issue with the ventilation. I have come here many times and it’s unbearable hot. The air conditioning seems to not work in the big kids section. It’s really disappointing. I’m also giving Chuck e Cheese such a low rating due to its insane expectations on the number of points to be earned and how unrealistic the point system is. We can be there playing for over 2 hours spending $200 on games alone and we end up eligible for a plastic ring or a mini eraser. It’s pretty unfair and upper management really should make some changes here .
I had an unpleasant experience with an employee. She was rude , in a bad mood , looks like she hates her job . She ruined my day at chucke. E .Cheese . She upset my children. Everyone else was so nice even the custodians cleaning up the place were all nice guys very friendly and respectful. I think her name was Emma by the way . She is the reason i won't be coming back in a long time
Place was cool. Clean. But fries were way too soft. Almost raw …. Should spend More time in getting quality out instead of volume….
Good time for most part beyond the kids that families dont pay for the adventure zone area I pay for my girls to enjoy the area and for them to be bullied or pushed out cause to many children without adventure pass go running to jump
Reserved for a birthday party for my son. Place the order for the food online and chuck e cheese confirmed on the phone the day before. Day of party they forgot to bring out a whole pizza and then they stated it was not charged but I place the order online and paid for it. Manager was no help. Had to wait over 25 mins just to check in for the party, you would think they would have a separate line for party check ins. Very disorganized. Long wait for food and drinks. I would not recommend having a party here and that's a bummer because my son did have fun playing overall experience very poor.
Very poor service quality. Chaotic and very poor management. There was no one at the entrance to stamp hands. I saw numerous people walk out with children unverified. The after about 10 minutes of waiting a guy with colored hair and facial piercings finally walked up nonchalantly. Then I waited another 25 minutes in line to place my order and get my kids points. There were 6-8 employees at the counter but only two on registers. The workers seemed unconcerned with the growing line that was blocking the showroom. I saw the manager walk out a couple of times but also seems like she could care less. I’ve brought my kids here for their birthdays and I’ve noticed a considerable decline in service quality. I even asked a couple of the other employees if they could help and they just laughed and said no sorry you’ll have to wait. Now I’m waiting another 20 minutes for my pizza writing this.
Horrible service if it was possible to give negative stars i would , my daughters and i were discriminated by a girl named Emma. While my daughters and I were in line to cash out their tickets a line formed behind us. The girl Emma was attending the food line and ignoring us in the line for prizes. I realized she was only taking care of people on that line so I told my daughters , we need to get in the other line so she can attend us. As soon as we got to the front of the line she saw us and decided to help out the line for prizes. I told her "we were in front of them but you were only helping this line out so we moved to this line so you can attend us." She responded to me rudely saying " I can't be monitoring the lines" with attitude rolling her eyes. My daughters got sad and disappointed. Never coming back to this chuck e cheese again. 👎👎👎
They require you to purchase their “special socks” for $10 before your kids can jump in the bounce house. It’s really nothing special just socks with anti-slip bottom.
