(6/10/2023) One of friends wanted to try here, and it was pretty good in opinion. Great places to have chatting with friends, and service was nice and fast compared to others. Ordered couples item on the menu, and I liked Maui Burger and Salad because of not heavy (Maui Burger) and fresh (Salad). Also, Sweet Potato fries was decent as well according by my friends. Overall, probably came back with my friends to try other sandwiches or burger when around the area, and I recommend Maui Burger because Grilled Pineapple is a good match in a burger.

This is the upscale chain of The Habit and the burgers are restaurant quality and worth every penny! The meat is melt in your mouth and the fries are hot and crispy. All the servers are polite and got my food to me quickly. Free parking in lot.

I've been many times and have had many burgers and sandwiches. All of them are good. Try the basic Hook burger first, then try the Maui and Hickory burgers on return trips. Each burger is creative and tastes unique. They've got salads and other foods, too. I'd highly recommend ordering ahead.

Tried this place out today I just was walking by and decided to go in upon entering I was immediately greeted by two very nice staff members after looking over the menu I ordered the hook burger with fries. I sit inside the restaurant and ate my food the burger was good it was just bland and I had to season it with salt and pepper that was on the table the fries are good they're just regular fries and they're lightly seasoned which is great. I like that they offered a water cup. I will say that the price is expensive about $18 for a combo. I feel like they should provide meal deals or something for more low income customers. I will go back to try there sandwiches and shakes.

Food was delicious however I'll never go back because everything is sold separately unless you get the meaI combo which is $18. I ended spending 70 plus dollars for 2 lkids meals, 3 burgers and a side of fries.

Hook Burger – Pasadena: A Great Burger with a Side of Noise Hook Burger in Pasadena has quickly become one of my favorite spots for a quality burger. The star of the menu for me is their Maui Burger. The combination of flavors, from the perfectly grilled pineapple to the tangy teriyaki sauce, is spot on. The patty is always juicy, and the toppings are fresh, making every bite a delightful experience. However, as much as I love the food, the atmosphere could use a little adjustment. The music is consistently too loud, which can make it challenging to have a conversation. It slightly detracts from the otherwise pleasant dining experience. If they could tone down the volume, Hook Burger would be a near-perfect spot to enjoy a meal. For now, it's still worth a visit—just be prepared for a louder environment.

I wouldn't say I was hooked but overall the place was better than average. I had a mushroom burger, California burger, and a hickory BBQ burger. Also me and my colleagues shared a trio which included a set of regular fries, potato fries, and onion rings. Two sides were included including a thousand Island style sauce with a hint of horseradish, and a ranch sauce side. On average the burgers cost around $10 each, and overall the prices were pretty good. The decoration and atmosphere for top notch, and the service was about average for a place that is fast casual. It's a good place to get a fast burger for lunch, but it isn't a gourmet style burger place. Overall 4/5 and would probably come back if I was nearby.

I love this Hook Burger location. It offers a lot of benefits most other burger locations in the area so not. There's seating inside and on the patio. I prefer to sit inside because the benches are more comfortable. The service was great too, they're kind and welcoming. The burgers are amazing and the fried are crispy, just the way I like it. When all things considered, it's a great value and a very pleasant establishment.

Pretty good and affordable burgers. Not the skimpy kind, but the thick as a hockey puck burgers. Lots of good varieties of burgers. Fries were ok. A bit dry and I had to use ranch and ketchup to eat them, but they looked great. The onion rings looked and smelled good. It may have been a 5 star review if not for the fries.

I ordered the mushroom burger. Under performed and over priced. Patty no larger than a meatball, mushrooms sliced so thin and sparsely populated they added no flavor. Bland burger overall. The highlight were the onion rings 5 stars for the rings. Crispy and flavorful, how onion rings should be.

The ingredients were fine. But they removed some nice touches that caused them to stand out in positive way before. For example they used to have a shiny toasted hamburger bun as the menu states. Now it's a standard cheap store bought cold bun they just through on. They also used to serve the fries in a cone shaped metal container. Now it's just in a standard cardboard container. I realize Hook Burger is a fast food restaurant. But the quality has gone down. Makes me sad. 😔

I didn't appreciate the fake patriotism of having some used up old flag in the dining room. They should do the actual patriotic thing and give it to a local boyscout troupe to be dismantled and burned. It makes me want to puke when corporations do this kind of trashy display, so disrespectful.
