We have enjoyed three meals at this Wingstop now. The food is delicious no matter what we or our friends have ordered. The service can be slow IF they are hammered. All three times we have eaten in the restaurant, ordering at the counter and waiting on our order. The last time was amazingly fast, actually. Good food and value.

Went on opening day at 7pm it was busy but well worth the 1hr and 15 min wait. the food was great. Just know you guys did a great job since a town of 20k+ all wanted to rush in at the busiest time of the day. I saw a couple of Karen’s complaining but the employees did their best to fill every order. Especially the young African American male at the register he was doing it all and was polite to all the Karen’s and Kevin’s complaining about a long wait. But guess what….they still waited haha we can all play fantasy manager and say they should’ve did this n that but I’m sure they are aware of it and will get better in a month or 2 when the excitement of a new fast food spot fades away.

They had 25 employees on staff and they still had too many orders to handle. It's new to town and everyone is trying to get it. PRO TIP: ORDER, THEN CALL AND TELL THE CASHIER AND TELL THEM TO CALL YOU WHEN IT'S DONE. THE PARKING LOT IS SMALL AND YOU DON'T WANT TO SIT THERE WAITING... AND WAITING.

Food is great. I get the chicken sandwich (mango habernero) with wings on the side (atomic). The service is below average but dining in is nice and calm.

Ordered chicken sandwich combo last night. The chicken sandwich was excellent but the fries were totally iinedible.. We ordered to go, and when we got the food home… The fries were greasy and floppy and not seasoned. It was like they had taken fries that had been sitting at the bottom of the fryer basket and soaked in grease☹️

Food was good! Although it took over 1/2 hour to be ready. Employees still playing Rap music, which is inappropriate for a dine in place.

Consistent inconsistency. There have been times that I go and the food is on point, and there have been times that the food has been sub-par, and the sub-par times have far outweighed the good times. There needs to be a change of management/attitude there, because I'm tired of ordering food, just to find out my chicken is in a pool of grease, I've been given the wrong thing, or I've been shortchanged somewhere.

Waited for over the 36 mins asked about my food and turns out kitchen never received my order…probably got missed somewhere in the laughing chaos. Was told it would be made but I had already waited for ever I just got my refund. Bad night.

No one ever greets customers walking in and if someone does it's a lady from the back of the kitchen no one can see or thank. And orders just take way to long thanks to door dash...

When I arrived the doors were being held open with chairs. There was a faint smell of bad oil. When the lady came to get my payment there was sauce on her hands, no gloves, and she did not wipe her hands before using the register. I don't usually post negative, but someone can get sick. I at 2 pieces of chicken and had to throw the rest of my order away. NEVER AGAIN.

Ordered from door dash they didn’t put my Ranch in the bag no ranch at all…. Minus we’ll have thrown the whole meal out. Do better wing stop

Very frequently mess up orders and bad customer service. Have had to go back and get items that weren't in my bag multiple times, even after asking them directly if everything is in the bag. Today, I ordered Large Fry (Regular Seasoning) in my order and received Lemon Pepper fries... absolutely ruined and a waste of my SIX DOLLARS.

Very bad customer service. The guy up front was not helpful at all. Need more friendly people. They told me they were going to change my order and ended up telling Me that they "forgot".

She did this with 5 different customers and then when it comes time for me and my pregnant wife to get our food and I ask for a side of ranch she immediately tells my wife it’ll be 2 bucks. What the hell?? You’ve got to be kidding me. Now that is top notch discrimination right there.
