I hadn't been to this location in a while. They have remodeled and separated it into more divided sections. It looks smaller in my opinion, but it still looks nice. I have an oversized stroller and the table accommodated it's size. I enjoyed the burgers. We found out that the $6.99 burgers and bottomless fries were for the smaller version of the actual burger, which probably won't fill you up if you're hungry. The price for the regular size is $9.49. My son didn't eat his pepperoni pizza because it didn't look like his normal pizza (he's picky)! Their pizza is on what looked like sliced garlic bread. The peach tea is wonderful! We also had the doubler for the appetizer with cheese sticks and mushrooms for $7. It was good and hot, I just wish it had more. It's still one of my favorite burger 🍔 places, so I recommend it!
This was the best experience we have had coming to this restaurant! Bri did the best job taking care of us! She was the best!
I'm editing a past review, so I do hope it's seen because I had a great experience and, working in retail, I know that people tend to only leave reviews after having a bad one. I had made a mistake with my order and the manager Andy went very out of his way to help me out. I don't want to be too specific as I don't want anyone else taking advantage of the generosity in the future. Andy refused a tip or compensation for personally helping me so much, and since I work in customer service I can tell when someone truly wants to bend over backwards to make people happy. My last review was about how much I appreciate RR's attention to detail when it comes to food allergies, and this is also still the case. RR is my go-to restaurant as someone with celiac disease as I place where I can order food and not have to worry about it making me sick. This is very rare and very appreciated. Overall, will absolutely continue to patronize this restaurant.
I placed a to-go order online. The online ordering experience was great. I was able to customize everything the way we wanted. I ordered a veggie burger, a bacon cheeseburger, and a cheeseburger. The best thing about the packing was that each burger was labeled to clearly identify each one, especially since they looked identical. The one with the bacon clearly stood out. The veggie burger was for me, so I definitely didn't want to accidentally bite into the other one. The young lady who brought me my order was very pleasant. The food was very good as well. It was a great experience.
It had been a while since we had been here, even though it's the closest location it is still a drive to get here from where we live. We had business in the area and decided to go there for an early dinner. I also had an offer for a free burger combo for my birthday since I am a rewards member. We went in and were seated immediately. They had everything sanitized and seated people apart from each other. There were only about 10 people including us there. We ordered and the meals came out in a short time. I ordered the bacon guacamole burger combo and my wife had a veggie burger. They were cooked to order and were very filling. The waitress even gave us an extra order of the "bottomless fries" to take home with us. It was a great meal and a fine dining experience. We enjoyed it and will try to be back sooner than the last time.
Ate here for the first time in probably 20 years last week. Now that I work in Pearland Town center means I’ll be frequenting the many restaurants here. I’m eating here again today and eating the Blue Ribbon burger again too. This burger is amazing and the staff is pretty great too. Thanks to Naomi who pivoted my to-go order for an in-restaurant experience without hesitation or fuss. Thank you!
My Californian Chicken lettuce wrapped sandwich was a piece of art! Hot and fresh, too!! Service was fast. Love this place for lunch and My Husband Always gets a Monster Vanilla Shake! Sorry no pics, I scarfed it before I remembered.
It's a hit if you get Katrina. She was the best waitress there in a long time. She works Thursday thru Sunday. She got our order without attitude and kept the fries coming. Drinks were always full. The burgers were cooked just the way we asked. Just outstanding service and we walked in almost at closing. I hope she stays there for a while. Remember Katrina if you want to have a great experience.
An extensive menu of burgers and everything in it was available! Love the limitless fries option even though I never had to use it cos their portions are big and fulfilling already. Our server was such an angel! Genuinely smiling and happy! She made our first experience their a very pleasurable one. She was so attentive to our requests and very fast in talking care of them. The taste of their food is also to be praised. Their pricing are fair.
I was beginning to lose hope in finding a good burger around here. Thank you Red Robin in Pearland for coming to the rescue. Hands down the best mushroom and swiss burger I've EVER had. Service was quick and the staff is very polite. I can't wait to go back!
Me and my fiance love this red Robin they always have good service and great food, they always make sure to ask if we're good on refills or need anything or how we like our burger cooked. Very nice staff even though they seemed stressed and understaffed this last time we went they still served us with a great attitude and were very helpful and attentive.
Just amazing. Great tasting burger. Love the endless fries and i got a bottomless strawberry lemonade.. so good. I was there at a slow time and service was phenomenal. Very attentive.
Came in earlier today and was met with kind smiles all around! The host Steven was kind and helped us out with our seatings and brought good vibes and choices. Royal Robin and fries are the way to go!
Overall it was a great experience thanks to the manager who decided to comp part of my ticket, even though I told him it wasn’t necessary. My burger came out well done, even though I asked for “a little pink” as the waitress described it. I still enjoyed the burger and the fries. The manager just happened to stop by. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great burger.
This is my favorite restaurant and favorite location. The food is delicious and the decor is lively.
My first time to this location and I was very pleased with the food and service. The server came to our table to take our drink order at a timely manner. Our appetizer and food didn’t take long to come out, which I really liked. The server and runners would continuously come to our table to make sure we had everything we needed. Which I thought it was very convenient, when my sister’s food didn’t come out with the sauce she had requested. The gentleman came back right away with 2 sauces for her. I will definitely be back to this location.
Red Robin continues to impress. Specifically this location at the Pearland town center. they genuinely care and always provide excellent service and delicious food. We will always order here and I highly recommend trying them.
I’ve only eaten here a couple times, but I love it. I get the veggie burger and it’s delicious, it doesn’t taste like meat and that’s why I like it so much. Their sides are bottomless which means you can have as much as you want. Milkshakes are good too, I always go for the cookies and cream. Server is good. It’s a nice place!
Love the atmosphere here, everyone is always super friendly. Also the GM Carlos is always looking out and making sure we are having a great time. This is my favorite location!
First time here and the customer service was amazing and the food was really good and the deals you get for the food and little hidden perks they have using the apps is a real surprise. The fried pickle the fries and the burgers were all good and tasted fresh was really happy with how much food we got for the price we paid!!!
It had been a while since we last went to this Red Robin - and any other Red Robin in fact. With covid we just got used to cooking at home. Well we got very pleasantly surprised. Andy our server was great, the food was excellent. Each of us were happy with our burgers. Andy proactively refilled our bottomless sides. So gray job to the chef, Andy our server and the manager for having a nice crew! We’ll be back 😊
Ordered thru third party delivery. Ribs were TEXAS sized, perfectly cooked and flavorful, also came with fries and coleslaw. Coleslaw was mild and crunchy without being overpowered by vinegar. Also purchased smokehouse burger. Hubby loved it. Perfectly balanced. Will order again. Plenty of food.
Tiffany, our waitress was great. Super sweet and even though there was a problem with our order, they staff fixed it right away and even gave us some extra French fries. The food was great, we got burgers and they were very tasty. A big plus is it’s right next to Yonutz which is where we get our dessert. Thanks Tiffany and Red Robin’s!
Stopped in here once on vacation and we sat at the bar. We were immediately greeted by the bartender named Izzy. He was extremely friendly and helpful in helping us pick what we wanted to order. Food came out hot and fresh and he made sure our drinks were always full. We appreciated the service so much that we stopped in again before heading home, to our surprise Izzy was there again and made the experience that much better. He again was friendly and helpful and made sure our visits were awesome. He seemed to be the only one on the bar side that night and he handed everything so well. He was taking care of at least 7 tables and everyone looked pleased. He was very attentive to detail and made the experience better for not just us, but I’m sure he did for everyone else there. Will definitely be back in, if we are ever in the area again
Great selection of burgers with bottomless fries; drinks in the bar too. My favorites are the Banzai Burger and Margaritas. Thanks Trinity for the excellent service and reminding me of my membership in the rewards program. Got me a free Burger this time as was my birthday month. Manager Andy was also very kind and attentive.
My family would always go for my brother’s birthday and we’d always have a blast. We hadn’t gone in years but finally went this year and it was just as great as it used to be if not better. Our family favorite is the Onion Ring Tower, so good!
OMG! DELICIOUS. We came to this location because last week we had a VERY bad experience at our normal location. And this blew every other one out of the water. Fries were fresh and she brought a basket for every person with its own sauce! Our mushroom swiss Turkey burger was OUTSTANDING and loaded with tasty shrooms. So glad we visited this one. It was clean and fast. Kids meals are great portions and bottomless. Our server Amanda was FABULOUS!
Today I went for lunch with my daughter and not only was the food amazing but our service was phenomenal! Honestly don’t know why I haven’t visited this location more but it will be one of our favorite spots going forward. Our server Adrian was knowledgeable about the menu items and your system and was very helpful in choosing a fantastic meal. Manager (so sorry I forgot your name) was also courteous and welcoming. He knew how to assist his servers without trying to outshine them with a one time visit like most restaurants. He made himself readily available and in a very genuine way. We are already planning when to come next and who to bring because we enjoyed it. Brussel sprouts were delish, Burger way perfect and fish and chips were delectable, but what stole the show was the GARLIC FRIES.
UPDATE: I followed the instructions left in the business owner’s response. The Red Robin at the Pearland Town Center has been a family favorite for many years. We’ve enjoyed birthdays, treating our nieces and nephews, early dinner, late meals, and everything in between. The kitchen is phenomenal! The turkey burger is my go-to order. Such a great blend of spices. I had an unfortunate experience recently that was not handled correctly by the manager on duty involving the new changes to Happy Hour pricing. The advertisement for the happy hour was left on our table, which while being within the bar area was not considered the bar area technically, and was denied the happy hour promotion. The manager on duty, Stephanie refused to honor the promotion despite the error being on her lack of removing the promo or training her staff to explain the change to guests. I did all I was asked to as a customer, and felt punished for it. I tried being polite and calm about things, but was definitely pushed to sarcasm and rudeness when it was clear she wouldn’t, not couldn’t, offer any form of assistance. After a call from Carlos, the district manager, I have restored confidence in the organization, and do not want my one bad experience to ruin decades of enjoyment of this restaurant or the years of fun at this location. I believe the manager and staff will have the proper training to handle this and other changes going forward. I will, however, suggest that before ordering any promotional items, a specific question to confirm pricing and availability for that particular table should be asked. I know I won’t make that mistake again.
Best Red Robin ever. Food is delicious as always, but the real stellar thing here is the service. Everyone we interacted with on our visit here was courteous and friendly, especially our waiter, Jay. The manager here was super kind and accommodating. Our child has autism, and we forgot his noise-canceling headphones. The music was loud, and our child really struggled with sensory overload. We asked the manager, and he very kindly offered to turn the music down, something that he did immediately. Thank you so much for enabling us to have a lovely evening out as a family!
Very delicious burgers,big selection to choose from. Took us a little bit to get the one we wanted,we could eat all of them but we needed to head home. Got to make an excuse or we probably still be there eating those delicious burgers. Go to Red Robin and check out their menu while you try their draft beer, while watching baseball playoffs.
Red Robin is a great place for good food and drinks do tell and none alcoholic drinks as well and while dinning you can watch football games while enjoying good food and drinks.
Greeted right away my waitress, trinity was super nice, attentive and informed me about their rewards program so I got a free appetizer. I went with the classic onion ring tower they were breaded to perfection making. Every bite so crisp!!! The manager Jenny came around and checked on every table making sure everything was to our liking. Over all a great place
Huge shout outs to Gordon, the store manager, and the Red Robin restaurant staff for their service and flexibility in providing yummy hot burgers and chicken strips to our hungry marching band while at a recent local competition! The gluten free buns, veggie burgers and wonderful Avo- Cobbo salads allowed us to satisfy all dietary requirements in one order. And we can’t thank Gordon enough for personally delivering and ensuring everything was just right. We look forward to ordering again when in town and to seeing our CT Johnson shirt and photos hanging on the wall of Red Robin along side other schools.
Andy the manager was amazing! He was very friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The food was delicious and came out quick. This is an establishment I would come back to again.
This place is awesome. I agree with other reviewers that they welcome you as you are a special guest! The host and the manager, they greet you at your table with big smiles. The food is awesome, the onion 🧅 ring stack is delicious 🤤… and the burgers are outstanding! Highly recommended in Pearland Tx!
This Was A Great Experience. I've Heard Great Things About This Place So I Went. The Waiter Was So Sweet And Patient, We Ordered And Around 6 Minutes Later We Had Our Food I Was Shocked About Our Food Arriving So Fast. I Took a Bite Into My Food And It Was Very Tender And Cooked Perfectly It Was Delicious. And For All Three Of Us It Was Under 30$. The Waiters Were Nice, The Food Was Good, The Service Was Fast, The Food Was Cheap. Wish I Could Give 6 Stars
Customer service was beyond our expectations today. We were greeted with warm smiles from the hostess, waitress, to the manager. The staff continuously made their rounds and checked in on us throughout our meal. Just the interactions alone made our experience memorable. Cannot commend the staff enough. The food was hot and delicious straight off the grill. We asked for some pink and that’s exactly what we got. 10/10 will be back very soon!
I had an amazing dining experience there! The lighting was perfect! I hate eating in the dark. Our server Mr. Detrick (hope i spelled it correctly) was very attentive as well as the manager, other wait staff and hostess. I look forward to dining there again in the future. Mr. Detrick was so accommodating that (although being unemployed) his service and attention to detail encouraged me to give him a last bit of cash in appreciation for a great meal and dining experience. During this time, some people forget to be kind. It was greatly appreciated.
We ordered a salad and a burger. The lady from the bar didn't check on us much. When the food arrived, I couldn't eat mine because there was no utensils. When I ran out of the dressing, I had to ask the manager to help me. Our glasses were running low, and we waited and waited. I am a loyalty program member, but I couldn't pay on the kiosk. In the end, it was determined that my table number was wrong, that's why it didn't pick up our orders. All in all, food was good. But the service part was not great. I left a very small tip. -------(original comment) We had a Guacamole burger and a whiskey BBQ burger. Both were good. Garlic fries and sweet potatoes were good too! Manager was nice and helped when the system was not recognizing my Red Robin account.

This is our usual location for red robin. This is the first time we have gone this late in the evening and definitely felt rushed. Waitress wasn't rude but seemed irritated that she had to answer questions we had. Usually a pretty good location and the people are friendly.
I went in around 6 pm on a weekday so it was not busy and I was seated in the bar area. I had a great experience and everything was nice, especially the waitresses! I took off 1 star b/c the burger was way smaller than i thought it would be. However, taste and quality were amazing!
I was not expecting to see a Red Robin in this are. The wings and fries were really good. Chicken was buffalo style , spicy but not too hot and soft but crispy. Not like Buffalo Wild Wings and wings stop- where they have expensive prices for over cooked or undercooked wings
Great burgers, always a great selection. They have gluten free buns (for an extra charge), fries are always good. Shakes are good too. Never had anything i didn't like.
I've been twice so far and they haven't disappointed yet, so I have to give them 5⭐, especially our waitress who was excellent had lunch there Wednesday and it was good. A burger is around $14 and comes with "unlimited fries", or a nice side salad and couple of other options "no frills" just good food. I got the Whiskey River® BBQ Sauce burger and my friend got the Royal Red Robin with a fried egg on it.
I went here to try their garlic fries, but left disappointed. The atmosphere looked great and had music. The Togo service was at par. Overall would recommend sit down. 7/10
I have been here to Red Robin a couple of times and I have to say that it's really 5 stars but it is close. I feel like they definitely need to clean up the tables and floors a bit more.

We are visiting our daughter and her family here in Pearland and have eaten twice already at this location. 09/16/2016 - The first time was an awesome experience - which is why we chose it a second time. The first time, our server was very friendly and engaging and answered all our questions about their menu items. The wait wasn't long at all and the food was great! The on duty manager stopped by our table and checked on us as well. 09/21/2016 - 5 days later we were shopping at Pearland Center and decided to go to this Red Robins again. I'm not sure if this makes a difference but we were seated on the LEFT side dining area (as soon as you walk in) - last time we were seated on the right. The experience was like night and day. Although our male server was friendly enough, he wasn't as attentive. There were only 3 tables with customers on our side at the time so it wasn't like there was a lunch rush. This time we had coupons from the Pearland Center customer service stand and asked to use "their coupon" for an appetizer. The male server reacted with such hesitation and uncertainty about using the Center coupon that I suggested he verify with his manager. Of course it was accepted - that was a tiny bit annoying. I had asked for water this time after walking around the Center and the water tasted like it came out of a garden hose. The food though was still timely and delicious. But after serving our food, our male server didn't check on us until it was time to give us our check. I guess it's hit and miss anywhere you go and I would've given them 5 stars if the 2nd experience was consistent with the first. Perhaps we'll go there again before we leave to break the tie! My recommendations? Ask to be seated in the right side dining area (that might make a difference). Ask for bottled water, not tap. And if you're using Pearland coupons, show them before placing the rest of your order.
I really enjoy the food here and keep wanting to come back time and time again. The burgers are delicious and who can say no to bottomless fries and root beer floats?? But even though the food is outstanding my star rating goes down for the service relieved. Now I am not saying I only received mediocre service once but it is pretty consistent. I am always having to flag down a server, even if not my own, to order drink refills or more food items. The wait staff seems to be either very busy and overworked causing individual service to lack or they are just off in the corner socializing. Either way I don't think I should have to have my drink glass completely empty for at least ten minutes before I start waving someone down.
The food and service here is always decent. I’m not sure why but it ALWAYS stinks really bad. y’all need to fix this. It smells like sewer. We went last night and the smell right through the front door was horrifying.
Hi all !!! This week we we’re in Pearland,so we decided to eat at Red Robin!!!! We are a family of four. And this is our first time going to Red Robin, the first thing we saw that the place is clean. Not a lot of people inside so our food it was delivered fast that was nice. We order the Royal Red Robin Burger The Southern Charm Burger Cheesy Bacon Fondue Scorpion Gourmet Burger and Mozzarella Sticks And Bar Wings with Yukon Chips. Well first I don’t like that the price is is to high for the size of the burger. The flavor of the burgers where ok, the lemonade it was ok , the service it was ok we had two waiters one that brings the drinks and the other brings the food. I’m sorry to say this but is not the best food. Am I coming back? May be to try something different And I know some people are going to say “ this is a great place and the best food “ and is ok this is only my opinion and my experience of this place. I am glad some people like it but not me. and the total of the price $105 + tip.
Our waitress was very nice this time but the last time I went in which was only a month earlier my waitress was clearly overwhelmed and clearly did not like her job. Besides the service I'm writing this review because the food just is not that great at this location. Both times I visited my food is come out cold and I was unable to eat it. Had it not been for my last waitress I would be giving this place one star. She is the only reason that I can say I enjoyed my experience. I'm not really used to red robins not satisfying me so I'm not sure what's going on at this location but I hope that the food gets better.
The place was clean and not very busy however our food took longer than expected to come out of the kitchen. Burgers were okay. Nothing impressive and not hot. Chicken tenders were all you expected. Kids enjoyed them. Grilled chicken salad came out with brown avocado on it and a small dried piece of chicken. Server removed the avocado with a napkin in front of me at the tabel and walked back with new yet extremely hard non edible avocado. When I asked for more chicken and said I would gladly pay more for some she caught an attitude and paced off. 5 stars for cleanliness but over all experience was poor and will not be visiting again. Our least favorite review to date
I arrived after the lunch crowd, and the place was basically empty. Bar waitress never acknowledged me and never came over to greet me or take my order. The shift lead came and apologized, and he took my order. The food was good, but that will be the last time I come to the Red Robin!
Service has really gone downhill. We used to eat here all the time. Last time, we waited 15 minutes for our drink order, which they got wrong, and we had to wait another 15 minutes to flag our waitress down to fix it, the food order also had one completely incorrect plate, nobody refilled the drinks or asked us if we wanted more fries until we'd pretty much finished the meal. We asked for more fries, took another 10 minutes. Ready to pay the bill and the Ziosk was broken, and we had to wait to get the waitress again. All of this, and the restaurant really wasn't that busy when we went. We were seated immediately. On the bright side, the food was good, and the staff were friendly (when we saw them).
A couple months back I would have gave it a better rating however I think now either they change management and or they are short staffed. Took a while to get seated the guy at the front desk was trying his hardest to handle phone calls and to see people but it's definitely a two-person job for that. Also would take a while to get our food order give about a good 30 minutes and then unfortunately they would constantly mess up our order. Our server was very nice and try to accommodate for the inconveniences it was just not very good service I would try to wait about a month or so to get the kinks worked out.
Today was our last visit to Red Robin, at least at this location. The only reason we went is because my daughter wanted to for her birthday, because she loves the fries and their Campfire sauce. Unfortunately, bottomless sides doesn't mean anything if your server never returns after bringing your food. I tried to flag him down several times, but either he didn't see me or ignored me. The food we got was okay - it astonishes me to pay $11 for a hamburger that leaves me hungry, but that's sort of how things are right now. [We had a similarly bad experience at this location earlier, and gave them one last chance]
I love red Robin. I've never had any issues with service or food there or at any location. This one had a very strong mildew smell. It hits you the minute you walk in. Hopefully, whatever it is gets resolved soon.
Horrible dining experience! Ordered tsunami shrimp and got some dry version of flavorless popcorn shrimp. Came out so far behind everyone else's didn't make sense to send it back. Not 1 order at the table was correct.
This the longest wait I've ever had for my food. My waitress was awesome kept my drink full and checked on me often. But I've been here for almost an hour and haven't received my food yet. They are not very busy I don't understand. The manager came and apologized but I'm still hungry. Definitely need a better kitchen staff or at least better time management skills.
We have been big Red Robin fans in the past, but we won't go to the Pearland (TX) again. Last time, we noticed quality of food had dropped off. This time, our server never refilled our drinks, bottomless fries, or bottomless mac and cheese. We also didn't get the fry sauce we requested and he walked away when we tried to get him to the table. It is frustrating to pay for a meal that leaves you still hungry.
I use to really love Red Robin, but after my visit a few days ago, I don't think I'll be back. The restaurant was dirty, every table was covered in dirty dishes and trash. When we got seated it took the server forever to get drinks. Our food order didn't take too long. My biggest complaint is that it took over an hour to check out. They only have one server and we needed to split the check. We almost just walked out. There was no remorse on the managers face. I will not be back to this location. I hope management fixes this. Since the manager working that night wasn't helping much to fix any problems.
I love Red Robin but not the one in Pearland,Texas. Service was terrible. The waitress was slow in bringing our food. Sweet potato fries were cold and the buns soggy. I believe she waited to long to get the food. Restrooms were very dirty. Ordered shakes to go and waited 20 minutes because they said they lacked a bartender. I suggest you retrain your staff.
This location USED to be one of the best, now it is easily one of the worst. Tonight was no exception. Extended wait time just to get drink order in then incredibly overdone appetizers then another absurd wait time for lukewarm food. I spent an hour and twenty minutes total for a 6 topper service. This is service for burgers and fries mind you. Also, with RR new seating style, if you have children, you might as well be at chuck e cheese. miserable experience and high prices for lousy food and horrific service. I am so disappointed in this place. AVOID!
The burgers were good but unfortunately our appetizer was served last the waiter had forgot and served it to us while he was in the middle of sweeping. The waiter had barley checked on us and he told us that he was going to the bathroom so if we need something we should ask another server, I'm sorry I'm not walking all around the restaurant for a server we kept looking for our waiter and he had walked off to the back once again not checking on his customers. For how slow it was inside with having like 4-5 families it felt like we were being rushed, and not seen by our waiter.
My Grandson visited the Pearland Red Robin location on 05/14/2025.When he entered and asked the Manager if there was a outlet to plug his computer.The Manager became very angry and hostile,and hurled all manner 0f racial slurs at him.He then pushed him out of the restaurant. He had been in Sugarland helping to produce a film for a known Actor.He was dropped there by one of the producers to wait for his Mother to pick him up.She was on route from the Northside. Upon arriving she entered the restaurant looking for him and did not know that this incident has occurred. He had gone next door to Barnes and Noble.and when he noticed that she had gone inside Red Robin,stepped inside to let her know that he wasn't in there.The Manager and other employees attacked him verbally.They called the Police and had him arrested for trespassing.We are so confused because he is so mild mannered and has never been arrested in his whole life for anything
Absolutely horrible. Started off well - lovely hostess, manager came over to welcome us. Server was wearing a mask - difficult to understand her. Took at least 10 minutes before server arrived at table. Ordered drinks, another long delay. Then ordered appetizers and main course. As per Red Robin “they take allergies seriously”. As per Red Robin website - brussel sprouts are fried and topped with Parmesan, salt and pepper & to make them vegan, just remove the Parmesan. When they arrived at the table, they had flecks of white - asked the server, she said it might be cheese and we sent them back. Another order arrived and had same appearance, she checked with kitchen & they said they had been tossed in garlic butter. Later when the manager was questioned on this she had no sensible response as to why this branch is not following the national website. And they clearly are not concerned about dairy allergies. We were very rushed - had not finished the other appetizer and main courses were delivered. Mine was served cold. The server had no clue which burger was which. They supposedly have bottomless fries - I asked twice for more fries and they were never delivered. My bottomless drink sat empty for a very long time but was finally refilled. Server delivered someone else’s order to our table at one point too. The restaurant floor to the bathroom was very slippery and the women’s bathroom had toilet paper all over the floor. The entire experience was absolutely horrible and it will be our first and last time.
My 1st time here with guests and the restaurant wasn’t busy. With that said our orders were served with errors which included cold food. One of my guest had food prep. requirements which were virtually ignored. Also refills on drinks and bottomless food items were either served with major delays or not at all. Finally the staff seem either extremely overwhelmed, confused or incompetent. These issues were brought to the attention to the manager and after a brief attempt to defend the performance of her restaurant she offered us a semi sincere apology. Needless to say I won’t come back.
Tonight my family and I decided to eat here at Red Robin to celebrate my husband's and daughters birthdays. Upon arrival and being seated, we had to wait at least 10 min before we had to get a manager because we still hadn't gotten any drinks nor anyone to come to our table. Our food was delicious, however, I had gone and spoken to the female manager on duty and asked her if they sing Happy Birthday to guests. She stated yes, and I explained that it was my daughter's birthday tomorrow, as well as my husband's on Sunday, and asked if they would mind singing. She said no worries and even stated that they do a little ice cream sundae for the kids. After eating and paying our $80 tab, we waited at least another 10 min after our table was clean for them to come and sing for my daughter and husband. No one even did anything, and they just let us walk out the door. Poor service tonight and an even bigger disappointment that they couldn't even make a little girl happy. We will not be back.
I visited a few Sundays ago. My first time ever in a Red Robin. I was in for lunch with my daughter, my sister, and her daughter. The food wasn't bad. We all enjoy our burgers. Service not so much. Our food arrived in a decent amount of time. But during our visit, the team lead or manager or person in charge, offered our waitress a bartenders shift. It happened just a couple of tables over from us, and we overheard it. We got left in the dark. The drink refills never happened. The follow up on our food never happened. The drink I ordered for my daughter after her chocolate milk never happened. She got more chocolate milk, but that's not what i ordered. She wanted the Strawberry lemonade type drink they make. But I couldn't have it corrected because, where was our server. I was in the restroom when it came, and my sister just accepted it. Not impressed. Probably won't return. My sister didn't let me pay because she knew it would reflect my feelings
We just got up and walked out and will not return. We got there and ordered 2 drinks and 2 appetizers (chicken bites and chili fries). Not hard. 30 min later we were still waiting. Around that time the supervisor was going around to every table and asking how everything was going. After visiting the table next to us he looked at our table, said nothing and walked to the next table to ask how they were doing. What? Rude! We have a problem here. About 5 min later the kitchen manager came over and said that he was sorry for the wait. He immediately offered to pay for our drinks and our apps. He seemed genuinely concerned we had been there for a while. We told him about what happened with the supervisor a few min before that and he again apologized. Thinking it had to get better from here and appreciating the apology we waited for our appetizers again. We waited again for another 5-7 min and just left. Upon leaving the waitress said, “Are you sure you wanna leave? It’ll be right out.” It had already been 45 min. No, we don’t want to wait longer for food that really should have been out 30 min ago. We expressed our frustrations and said we were just going to leave. Her response was to blame the kitchen. Waist of time. I like this brand but won’t come to this one again and that’s a shame because I live above the shopping center. Had the experience been better, we might have come back often. Shame.
ordered $200 worth of food and none of the burgers had veggies(lettuce, tomato,avocado). none of the wraps had the requested sauces and the extras we paid for weren’t delivered either
Me and my wife went there on 03/09/2026 around 7:30pm. She order a burger and fries, and I got the hot wings, bone in. My chicken was literally freezer burnt. I Had them replace it with a burger and broccoli. So then The meat on the burger was overly salty and burnt. ……I would’ve even bothered getting my food replaced, but I’m a type 1 diabetic and took insulin already …..waste of 35 bucks!
Our waitress was horrible, couldn't even get our drinks before our food came out and then she couldn't remembered what we ordered. Had to ask different servers to help us. This restaurant has really gone down hill it used to be one of my favorites. Will probably not be coming back again unless they get new management who cares about their customers, the staff was even playing In the kitchen area.
Waited 5 minutes till the host greeted and sat us, then waited around 15 ish minutes before getting up and leaving due to no acknowledgement by staff. Multiple waitresses and waiters walked past us so they knew we were there as the restaurants wasnt that busy. As we left the female host without looking up from her Ipad said goodbye
My wife and me went there for lunch Saturday. We ordered two regular hamburgers, one order of onion rings, a sweet tea and one chocolate shake. The bill without the tip was $48 dollars. Then they wanted me to give them a $8 tip. Seriously, $48 for a lunch that would have cost me $24 at Whataburger!!! Never again will I go to Red Robin. I could have gone to Texas Roadhouse and got two steak dinners for $48.
Went yesterday July 19th for my daughter’s 9th birthday. This experience was a disaster. Service was terrible. We were told there was no more milk so the milkshakes we ordered were not going to brought to us which was fine. Soon after being told this, we started getting milkshakes. We ordered 3, 2 kids milkshakes and 1 adult. We received 5 milkshakes and none of them were what we ordered. We all ordered burgers, and requested no items on it like tomatoes and the pickled relish and they still came on the burger.When it was time to pay, server was not in sight. We called over a manager and explained. He gave us a discount and my husband paid. When i got home and looked at the receipt, we were charged for ALL the milkshakes, even the ones we did not order! We were charged for the “free “ appetizer that i was supposed to get free with signing up as the waitress suggested. And i was not charged my upgrade for my impossible burger which now makes me believe i have eaten meat ( i took home half of it and i am 99% sure this is meat. ) i have been a vegetarian for over 30 years and now i am frighten to see what’s to come tomorrow with my stomach. We usually love Red Robin but this experience was terrible and ruined my daughters birthday and possible my body for the next few days. Totally unacceptable!
Came to Red Robin with my kids. When we first walked in took a few minutes for anyone to realize we were standing in the front. Once sat our server came and took our drink order and I told her we wanted fried pickles. I even said it twice just to make sure. We ordered our food. We never got our fried pickles. The food was nasty. I had a Caesar salad as a side and asked for a fork never got the fork had to end up trying to eat it with a spoon. She never came back once to check on us or refill our drinks. I work in the food industry i understand sometimes they get busy but they were not busy at all. Just very disappointing to go spend money and it wasn’t worth it at all. I even tried to look for another sever or manager couldn’t see anyone on the floor so we paid at the table and left. I wish I could get my money back I won’t be back
Overpriced, Overyhyped and very disappointed. We had the buzzin chicken sandwich and a "BIG TAVERN" They were both bad. The chicken sandwich was covered in a buffalo sauce and wasn't tasty at all and the Big Tavern lacked sauce and was small. Let's say I wasn't buzzin after that experience and to pay nearly $14 for a sandwich is absolutely ludacris especially with that quality you can get better for half the price elsewhere. The server was kind but took to long to accommodate us, the sauces didn't arrive till after we finished the burger and sandwich too. A very very bad experience. If you're thinking to go please save yourself some $$ and from a truly disappointing experience. We will not be coming here again and I'd highly recommend you don't after reading this review.
I’ve eaten at several Red Robins over the past 10 years and this has to be the worst location I’ve been to. I was in the Pearland area yesterday for work and I just happened to be near this Red Robin so I decided to try it. It turned out to be a huge mistake!! I got food poisoning soon after eating their burger with some fries! And it turns out I’m not the only one that had this experience at this particular location!{look at another reviewer on here named Gina Summers} Her husband got food poisoning 5 days ago after eating a burger too!! Insane right?? I called later the same day and talked to some manager but he didn’t really offer a big apology. Just rude!!! Be careful if you eat here!!!
