Wendy's

I gave it 1 star because my aunt got the taco salad and I'm pretty sure she got food poisoning. She was very sick. The other 3 of us had other stuff and didn't get sick. The wrap wasn't that great, barely had anything in it, more wrap than contents.

Ordered twice today, lunch and dinner and both orders were wrong. At lunch they gave my lactose intolerant child a cheese burger with everything on it after I ordered a hamburger with ketchup only. Also the chicken strips I got at lunch were way overcooked and the tea tasted like soap. Then at dinner; which I didn't want to go back but others did, the drink my spouse ordered was wrong and received no fries with his meal. My potato was hard and gross and the chili i ordered had hard pieces on top like it had been sitting in the warmer for 2 days. Needless to say I did not eat my meal. This is the not the first time I have been disappointed, just the most disappointing.

Ordered egg and sausage croissant. The sausage was awful and the croissant was doughy. Awful sandwich.

No ice for the drinks, waiting 25 minutes for food in the lobby then they asked if I needed help after standing at the counter the entire time.

Normally don’t eat at Wendy’s and yesterday was a reminder just why not…….. The fries was literally cold, the chicken nuggets were soggy, and the fish sandwiches can’t even be explained. ( Just Nasty ) At the end of the day people work hard to be able to purchase a decent meal……… Not to work hard to throw their money away! This Place is a no for me and just remember you warned ahead of time before you consider eating here…. Have A Blessed Day

Waited 30 mins on an app order only to get my drink and told to move up to the yellow line. I literally order the spicy chicken sandwich combo and nothing else!!! Ordered at 8:30pm on a Tuesday night. It’s 9:10 now. This place isn’t even a year old here in town and already going down hill.

Prepare to wait forever just for them to give you the wrong food and drinks multiple times. The fries are old. No one comes to the window for most of the time you are waiting. They cannot handle more then 2 orders at time. Either not staffed up, not trained, poor management, or a combination of all three.

If I could give all ZERO stars I definitely would. The customer service is terrible. Don’t go inside because you will be ignored. Double check your order because it’s definitely going to be wrong when they give it to you. Drive thru wait is diabolical.

Standing in line waiting to place an order and he's on the phone chatting away and not saying anything or instructing his team to go over and do their job. Need to hire the right people that will set great example to their workers.

If I was “ shopping “ this store it would fail miserably, “ in a hurry order here” nope not today slow slow slow. The parking lot was full but the store was empty. Go next door

Never had issues with wendys before until this location. I ordered a burger and a drink. I never told them combo and they never asked. I pick up my food with no reciept and I drove off. They charge me for a combo and messed up my drink too. So everyone check you orders like other fast food places.

2 times I made order and first one they made mistake and add what I didn't ask and didn't put in my order what I ask. Second time I made an asap order and they even didn't prepare it, it was just 2 chili soup, I took it after 15 minutes. Food taste is good, but service needs an improvements.
