We went the day after Valentine’s day and it was amazing! The decor was super cool and the food was one of the best. The food came fast and not super expensive for a night out. We were attended by waiter Alex. One of the best night out dinner.

My husband ordered an old fashioned, and it arrived with smoke, creating such a dramatic and classy presentation. Later, he switched to a passion fruit mojito, which was fresh, tropical, and full of flavor. We came in to celebrate my husband’s birthday and she went above and beyond in making sure we had everything we needed throughout the whole night. My family and I couldn’t have felt more grateful for the excellent service. The only thing I would appreciate and believe would make this experience 100/10 would be the choice of music the “DJ” chose to put after the show at 11pm. He could have used more modern songs.

Lo de Alex never disappoints. Excellent service, amazing food, and a chill yet classy vibe. Every time I go, the staff is6 quick, the drinks are on point, and the music has the perfect flow. You can tell they pay attention to the details and really know how to treat their customers. One of the few places that consistently delivers quality. 100% recommended.

Service was great, food was good, I would recommend the croquetas and the jarrete. The maduros were also especially good. Only con is that they charge service fee, credit card fee and gratuity automatically which makes your bill go up a bit at the end.

From the moment we walked in, the ambiance took our breath away—so beautifully decorated, warm, and inviting. But the real star was the food! Everything was absolutely delicious, from the signature cocktails to the mouthwatering desserts. We highly recommend trying the croquetas, fritura de malanga, and garbanzos fritos—each dish was full of authentic Cuban flavor and perfectly prepared. A huge shoutout to our servers, Lázaro and Marlon, who were so attentive, kind, and informative. Their service made the experience even more special. And to top it all off, there was a talented photographer capturing the night—such a great touch! We’re already planning our next visit. Lo d’Alex is a true gem—highly recommended!

Today was our first time here and let me tell you that EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT!!! From the food to the drinks to the atmosphere, it was absolutely amazing. The Band Afro 23 was live and it felt really nice listening to the live music and enjoying our food. I loved the decoration, there are red roses hanging from the roof with little string lights that make the place feel so fancy and romantic . The bathrooms are at another level of cleanliness and they even have brand name perfumes if you want to smell good. We really enjoyed our experience here!!

Yobal is hands down the best server ever. Attentive without being intrusive, super kind, and made our whole dining experience feel special. Our drinks were always full, the timing was perfect, and he genuinely cared that we were enjoying ourselves. Service like this is rare—ask for Yobal if you can!

While they did bring it, we had to wait about five minutes for sharing plates and cutlery—even though the waitress was standing nearby talking with a coworker and was fully aware we needed them. I eventually had to ask someone else for assistance. What disappointed me the most was when my son personally told the waitress that it was his birthday, and she responded with a cold, emotionless “happy birthday.” No effort, no warmth, no acknowledgment beyond that. We went in expecting warm, charming service—especially during a celebration—and instead left deeply disappointed. When the busser brought dessert, I again mentioned it was my son’s birthday. Let’s start with the positive. The restaurant’s decor is beautiful I didn’t mind the music and when we went it wasn’t packed. We ordered croquetas to start and they were tasty. I ordered the burger without onions which I clarified twice and it still arrived with onions. I decided to not say anything and just remove them myself. When I tried the burger it was so salty I couldn’t even eat half of it. The fries tasted exactly like the ones you buy in the frozen bag. My husband liked his plate which it was the steak and egg with rice. He said he wouldn’t ask for it again that it was ok. I didn’t ask for dessert just because the fact that the server wasn’t even concern with my plate being almost intact. That showed me that she didn’t care if her guests enjoy their experience or not. I am not sure if I’ll return and try other things I just hate spending money on bad food. Oh and the small/ personal bottle of water is $6 😬

I visited the restaurant for the first time. I had review the menu on-line and the Churraco was 28 or 29$. I verified the menu I was given and I saw thr 29$. When the bill came it was 35$. I questioned it and the waiter insisted it was the only menu they had. It is not about the price, it is about the misleading conduct. Second. I order a mojito for one of the show singers. I didn’t ask for an extra shot of Bacardi and they added without my requesting it. My budget for the night was exceeded. The service was great, but I didn’t like what happened come bill time.
