Wow! Most restaurants claim to be 24hrs but that is not. This is truly a 24hrs place. Nice crew..I love here so much.

I do not eat out often, but I've eaten here a few times per year during my 12 year stay out in Perris. They have always served me fresh hot food and correct orders when I came pregnant and picky. The customer service was always a 5. So overall a lovely fast food meal.

This is one of two options of Jack In The Box when I am at home. This location always has a clean dining room, clean restrooms, and friendly service. The drive-thru is speedy service too. For all us locals, everyone has their favorite item from the vast menu that is made to order at any time of the day or night. This particular visit, I tried a new chicken sandwich called The Cluck. I had the deluxe version with all the extra items in the sandwich. I enjoyed it. Jack is great for any foody call day or night. 👍👍

Long drive thru wait but the food was spot on! I got the sourdough jack an the sourdough had that crunchy crispy toast to it an the produce was ripe an curly fries crisp.

This is your standard JIB, just the only one in Perris. Plenty of parking. Reasonably fast drive through. Good service. Standard food. Nothing particularly special other than it's the only JIB I know of in Perris. If you are in the neighborhood and crave something from Jack's, this is your place.

We had a large order. While they didn't have a couple of items we normally get at another Jack in the Box they did get our order correct. Big plus.

I always get the Munchie Meal even if it doesn’t show up on their menu anymore, which is confusing. Even if the prices have gone up, it’s still one of the best value meals out there. Especially their tacos, they’re so good and so cheap it’s crazy.

This Jack in the box opened up, I came for dinner on a Sunday Evening.. 6 cars in drive- thru I was already dreading it. To my surprise it went fairly quick... Was going to go to jack but I went to wienerschnitzel instead. I wish I would have went to Jack in the box instead of wienerschnitzel. Horrible food,it had to much fat.

The customer service was pretty good but you not get the spicy chicken combo sandwich. The chicken is basically just chicken crust. The tomato is thicker than the Patty.

I bought food for my fam, and jalapeños which looked empty and bad. I showed the supervisor and did not even let me explain when very rude way said "we don't make them"

The food is good they are quick making orders they just don't execute them as they should(one time we had a bun missing from our burger)

It was ok i wanted a shake and the person working cash register i ordered a milk shake at 12:00am and she just said no because it was to early so i got a iced coffee but wad still mad they dident give me my shake altho the other day there was another person working i ordered a shake at 9:00am and gave it to me.

I ordered iced mocha coffee and breakfast Jack sandwich. Coffee was creamy and tasty as usual, but egg was overcooked, kind of dry...a bit disappointing.

This used to be my favorite jack n the box but it no longer has plug in or public electric resource so customers can't look forward to sitting and relaxing and with quit time being able to do homework or study online while sitting and sipping on a milkshake. It seems to me they just want your money and to get rid of you as they're earliest convenience. The foods. Or as fresh tasting and the front grass area smells of sewage. No longer integer in the stores located at Perris blvd& Orange, nor the location at Ramona expressway& Harvel Rd.

The membership line moves very slow because people using their credit cards don't know how to use it. Cars drive to fast to get in to the car wash line. Some of the vaccuum lines don't work. People play their stereo to loud in the stalls

15 dollars for the snoop's munchie meal just for it to not include the spicy chicken sandwich. I was wondering why my box looked empty because the damn sandwich was missing.

Food was good drive-thru is slow there was a communication problem at the menu board. I ordered two chicken sandwiches and I got 1 instead.. So pulled up to the window and I had to correct the order after I paid it's annoying because they stare at you like it's your fault, but you know it was their fault the volume on their headsets need to be adjusted.

My children are Jack's customer's. I only pick up and deliver at there request. As for my self, I prefer home cooked meals. Jack in the box is my kids go to fast food restaurant. I do not know the names of the ladies who manage this location but they sometimes recognize us at the pickup window and they show love. We have been going to this Jack location for atleast 8 years. The ladies work hard and do a wonderful job 👏. The staff is young teenagers, they come and go, so thank you ladies for all the years of great service. The line is always to long so as a angry black man I gave the line 3 stars. Nothing personal.

Usually, the food is pretty consistent. There was only one time I ordered two tacos and they both didn't have meat in it.. unfortunately I didn't find out until after I got home to eat it and I didn't want to drive back because I didn't think they would believe me. I was very sad and disappointed. Maybe I should have driven back to tell them.

I’ve came here a couple of times they been messing up the orders. I asked for an order around 10pm and the lady who took my order took it wrong. Had to drive back from my home to get it. She was only trying to replace me with the sandwich so I asked her for new fries as the other ones were cold already. Not sure why she didn’t offer to make the whole order instead of just trying to replace the sandwich only. Also before that. They also forgot my drink so I had to get out to go ask for it as they had already closed the inside I had to wait outside. The next day my man got food poisoning. Not sure if it was that but that’s the only thing we had that night. We didn’t order the same thing and always eat the same thing. This day the only thing different was Jack in the Box. So I think what ever is going on in there needs to be supervised and or so re check orders and listen when ordering.

Cashier didn't pay attention to my order, forgot to give me a receipt, & her customer service could improve.

The morning Manager -Agasii is rude to staff and customers, even the door dashers, anytime I come into this establishment. The night shift is great and makes your experience a better one. I recommend coming in than.

I went to get the new Cluck chicken sandwich and it was disappointing. It was nowhere as big as it looked in the commercial, It was regular chicken sandwich size. There was barely any sauce on it, it was dripping off of the sandwich on the commercial. I should have asked for extra sauce or JUST GONE TO POPEYES. And my fries were not hot. This is why I barely eat fast food anymore..

Usually I love this place, they usually get my order right. Today however they got my order wrong, which was no biggy cus it's an easy fix. My problem was that I knocked on the door and they left me standing outside, no one acknowledged me, responded to me, nothing. They ignored me. I had to call them to get them to acknowledge me and that ain't cool, to be ignored like that.

Good food, but I’ve gone twice in the last week; both mornings i told the system was down and they weren’t able to take orders. It’s the only jack in the box that’s close, I just wish I could actually order from them when I go.

They always mess up my order, one time they even gave me a chicken sandwich with no chicken. And they got mad because I went back and told them.

I called about old food they asked for me to drive back and get my order replaced. I live 7 minutes away. Call corporate on these lazy people.

The garden salad I ordered on the 8/7/2023, the regular one, had the quantity of a side salad when I paid for a regular size salad.

Poor customer service and attitude provided by the manager. I nicely asked for one more pump on my Caramel Ice Coffee, and she replied by saying I would have to pay more because she already put 3 pumps. This tasted like pure, raw coffee to me. I've been to other locations and they don't have a problem giving you one more.

False advertising. Says they're open 24 hours, 7 days a week. But every time I try to get at coffee & breakfast sandwich between 5-5:30 a.m., they're always not taking any customers. They even have the open sign on, and people in there working, but talking half the damn time. What's worse is that months ago it wasn't like this, you could go in anytime, anywhere and order as you please. Step up your game Jack.

Bad experience, I believe its the cook that took forever to make the food. I was the 2nd car on drive-thru and it took over 23 minutes before I get up to the window to get my food. When I drive up to the window my food was not ready I still have to wait another 4 minutes before the cashier could hand my food to me. I was on my way to work and was hoping to hop in and out of the drive through. It was not the first time that this location takes a really long time for a drive-thru order. First time I thought maybe the cook or staffs having a bad day. I tried again a week later, and still experience the same thing, so I stop going to this location for fast food drive-thru. I went to Carl's Jr. over Jack in the Box, because of their delay and time consuming orders with my drive thru experience. UPDATED: 01/24/2020 So I received a reply from Jack in the Box for my comment, however, I also received some coupons in the mail about the Buttery Classic Jack Combo for $6. I went back to the drive thru again to see if anything has change. The time in the drive-thru was lessen by half (about 11 minutes) this time. I mention that I am getting the Classic Buttery Jack Combo and have a coupon for $6 meal. The young man did not know how to enter the coupon code of my order $6 plus tax. I was charged $8 and some change instead of the coupon for the combo meal. I know not everyone is perfect, but I give it another try and instead of time taken from its $$ taken from me instead. I will definitely avoid this Jack in the Box location for sure and will advise people I know to be aware of this location with drive-thru time and using coupon for combo orders.

Food was cold. The egg roll was fried and refried until it was just soaking in grease. And the fries! What is it with fast food places and cold fries?? This place had like 6 cars in the drive thru and tons of people on the inside and the fries were cold and old...how could that be??? I not the only one ordering french fries...am I?

I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru to ordered an ultimate bacon burger. The ultimate cheese burger had no bacon on it. I drove back thru the drive thru to advise the manager about the situation. She did not seem to want to help me. She asked me for my recipe and the burger. I have both to her. She dug through the burger with her fingers, looking for the bacon. After not finding the bacon, she gave me a new burger that had a tiny bacon. It looked nothing like what is advertised as the ultimate cheese burger.

The food was done fast and the line was getting long so I figured we would get home and have some hot fresh food but as soon as we left the drive thru we noticed we ordered 10 orders of tacos and 3 kids meals and 2 adult meals we checked the bags to find 2 tacos and everything else but missing 8 tacos and I parked and called no answer called over and over still no answer went to door just got ignored couldn't check my receipt to see if I got charged because they didn't give a receipt WTH so I get home and all 5 orders of fries are old and so hard and dry this is so nasty, I pay hard earned money to get hot food not old dry food someone never picked up so they threw the fries back in the heater SMH

They gave me the wrong order and when I informed them about it they told me to wait for the correct food. How rude, instead of asking if I wanted to wait 10 minutes they told me to wait. I then stated I'll just take the wrong meal because my daughter was hungry. They gave it to me without correcting the amount charged so I ended up paying more for food I didn't order. Worst service ever received.

Last time buying everything here... It's always something and most of the time it's all bad smh employees are nice but the food in it's entirely awful 😞 I wish I could give the 0 star's.... They got my order wrong as well I ordered halfsies fries and the gave me 2 extra tacos instead. And the tacos were good as always but I'm never coming back to this location.

It took a while to finally have someone come to the counter to help, and when she did she was very rude. She really made it seem like we were an inconvenience. Once we got our food the hamburger and egg roll were both cold. Overall not a good Jack in the Box. I've been to so many with much better service.

i can’t stand leaving bad reviews for places but you guys really just can not get yourselves together. this entire place is so unorganized, i had two people talking to me at the same time over the speaker giving me attitude treating me like i was stupid because i asked a question about the menu, and then when i pulled up to the window nobody could do their job. not only did they try and send me off without my food without telling me to park anywhere, but they also forgot one of my drinks because nobody at this window is paying attention. you guys need to figure out better positions for your workers because the people at the window know nothing about what they’re doing
