The food is usually good. only once in awhile the food is burnt or hard. Service is alright. Bathroom is okay. Atmosphere is great and clean.

Food was hot and fresh and a comfortable relaxing atmosphere. Quick service and friendly staff. I love this place.
Customer service is wavering. Cold, non- fresh fries and not passing attention to the order, especially when you repeat that you don't want cheese. I hope it gets better for others. I'm done
This is one of two options of Jack In The Box when I am at home. This location always has a clean dining room, clean restrooms, and friendly service. The drive-thru is speedy service too. For all us locals, everyone has their favorite item from the vast menu that is made to order at any time of the day or night. This particular visit, I tried a new chicken sandwich called The Cluck. I had the deluxe version with all the extra items in the sandwich. I enjoyed it. Jack is great for any foody call day or night. 👍👍
Fast, efficient, I can always expect the same food everyday
I always get the Munchie Meal even if it doesn’t show up on their menu anymore, which is confusing. Even if the prices have gone up, it’s still one of the best value meals out there. Especially their tacos, they’re so good and so cheap it’s crazy.
This Jack in the box opened up, I came for dinner on a Sunday Evening.. 6 cars in drive- thru I was already dreading it. To my surprise it went fairly quick... Hats off to the employee's that worked that night. 👏👏👏👍 great job people!!..... I love when I see teenagers doing their jobs and doing it well. Good training to the managers....👏👏👏
Was going to go to jack but I went to wienerschnitzel instead. I wish I would have went to Jack in the box instead of wienerschnitzel. Horrible food,it had to much fat.
I’ve came here a couple of times they been messing up the orders. I asked for an order around 10pm and the lady who took my order took it wrong. Had to drive back from my home to get it. She was only trying to replace me with the sandwich so I asked her for new fries as the other ones were cold already. Not sure why she didn’t offer to make the whole order instead of just trying to replace the sandwich only. Also before that. They also forgot my drink so I had to get out to go ask for it as they had already closed the inside I had to wait outside. The next day my man got food poisoning. Not sure if it was that but that’s the only thing we had that night. We didn’t order the same thing and always eat the same thing. This day the only thing different was Jack in the Box. So I think what ever is going on in there needs to be supervised and or so re check orders and listen when ordering.
Good food, but I’ve gone twice in the last week; both mornings i told the system was down and they weren’t able to take orders. It’s the only jack in the box that’s close, I just wish I could actually order from them when I go.
i was standing there waiting for my order and i saw her yelling at her coworkers and when i got my order she was looking at me in disgust like i did something wrong to her like bro huh?
Detestable Mercedes, a rude throwing things just for asking her about something. I think she shouldn’t even be in front house because she doesn’t even have the charisma to be helpful.
This place always seems to mess up my orders and I never learn my lesson going here always missing items
Food was disgusting i ordered chicken sandwhiches that looked like they had been sitting on the counter for a while and 2 out of 4 chicken sandwiches were just smashed. They got my order wrong as well I ordered halfsies fries and the gave me 2 extra tacos instead. And the tacos were good as always but I'm never coming back to this location.
It took a while to finally have someone come to the counter to help, and when she did she was very rude. She really made it seem like we were an inconvenience. Once we got our food the hamburger and egg roll were both cold. Overall not a good Jack in the Box. I've been to so many with much better service.
i can’t stand leaving bad reviews for places but you guys really just can not get yourselves together. this entire place is so unorganized, i had two people talking to me at the same time over the speaker giving me attitude treating me like i was stupid because i asked a question about the menu, and then when i pulled up to the window nobody could do their job. not only did they try and send me off without my food without telling me to park anywhere, but they also forgot one of my drinks because nobody at this window is paying attention. you guys need to figure out better positions for your workers because the people at the window know nothing about what they’re doing
so I went to Jack in The box at this location 2560 N Perris Blvd Bldg X, Perris, CA 92571 why is it when I order food they can't even pay attention at 10:25 p.m April 13th 2025 girls can't even get my order right this is why I hate going back The night shift manager needs to come back Luz is to blame she babys these ladies at night and they act smart especially one girl with the mask on on her damn phone
Third time this month they’ve messed up my order it I’m missing something. Also they had no teriyaki sauce or buttercream. My teriyaki bowl keeps getting emptier and emptier it has very little food now. I’m very upset, not sure if I will be back here now.
I just went to jacks tonight grabbed food for my family and they gave me a open and bad avocado sauce I hope the employees really really check their products when handing it out to customers very disappointed I was looking forward to the avocado
