I enjoyed my dinner experience at Sizzler Perris. The atmosphere was warm, clean, and welcoming. The salad bar food was delicious. The Management and waitress were attentive. They made sure we had everything that we needed. I'm not good with names but the managers name was Lynette and I don't recall the waitress name but I'm surely to be a regular at this location and I will submit the waitress name at a later date. Perris needs more restaurants like Sizzler.

We came to have dinner, we were indecisive to do fast food or not and decided to stop by Sizzler instead. What a great idea. The price of the food is excellent, we were greeted by the lovely Lynette at the front. The server Grace was so sweet and accommodating. Great dinner and overall experience. Definitely coming back!

Had a side of fried shrimp which was fantastic and a must along with a baked potato. The cheese toast of course is a cult classic and our waitress Dana was the best ever! My server, Dana, went above and beyond to make sure my dining experience was perfect. She was attentive without being overbearing, incredibly friendly and hilarious, and had the best recommendations from the menu. The food was fresh, delicious, and came out quickly, but what truly made the visit stand out was Dana’s outstanding service. She anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, kept our drinks full, and made sure we felt completely taken care of. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality these days, but Dana really set the standard. I’ll definitely be returning to this location, and I’ll be asking for Dana again!

It had been a long time since we last ate at a Sizzler, so when we spotted a sign on the freeway, we didn’t hesitate. Sizzler holds a lot of special memories for us from back home, and this visit brought them all flooding back. The service was excellent! Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. We had the pleasure of being hosted by Jathleen and served by Maria—both were exceptional, and we were very impressed with how well we were treated. There was also a gentleman who greeted us as soon as we walked in and made sure we were taken care of right away. The food tasted just as it did the last time we had it—delicious and nostalgic. The cheese bread is always such a treat! And the salad bar was impressive: plenty of choices, well-stocked, and well-maintained. The entire team made us feel truly welcome. This was my first time dining at Sizzler, and I had a mixed but overall positive experience. I decided to try the steak and unlimited fried shrimp combo. The steak was definitely the highlight of the meal—it was perfectly cooked to my liking, tender, juicy, and well-seasoned. You could tell they put care into how it was prepared. Unfortunately, the fried shrimp didn’t quite meet the same standard. It tasted overcooked, and there was a noticeable aftertaste that made me think the oil used might have been a bit old or overused. It wasn’t inedible, but definitely not as enjoyable as I had hoped, especially considering it was part of an “unlimited” offer. The salad bar was great, though. It had a nice variety of fresh ingredients, and everything looked well-maintained and clean. The desserts were also a pleasant surprise—simple, but satisfying enough to wrap up the meal on a good note. One thing that stood out was the ordering system. You place your order and pay at the counter first, then go find a table. It’s a bit of a different setup for a restaurant like this—more like what you’d find in a mall food court. It works efficiently. All things considered, I enjoyed the experience enough to consider coming back. The steak and salad bar are worth it, but I’d probably skip the fried shrimp next time. A solid casual dining spot with a few hits and a few misses.
