Best Fast Food Salad in the industry. The strawberry summer salad is really good. If you're trying to watch your calories I recommend you tell them no cheese and no bacon. But otherwise that salad is the bomb and they're very generous with the dressings and the Crouton packet which I believe on this particular salad is nuts and pita

This place is perfect, just perfect. I'm inlove with Wendys food. Unlike other places, it actually fills you up and one burger will be enough for a cheaper price. They also have so many good deals that I'm inlove with. 10/10 highly recommend going there.

Needed to go here after Taco Bell wasted my time. Wendy's mobile app works. They have good deals. You show the cashier that you ordered and a couple minutes later your food is out. If only Taco Bell could take a hint.

I have been eating at Wendy's Petaluma location for 30+ years or so. It has been the ONLY fast food that's consistently kept its quality the entire time. Also my girlfriend and I like the fact their drive thru is open until 1am. (It's really useful for when you want to go get a drink but haven't had time to cook. Lol.)

Yesterday I pulled in the Drive-Thru @ 1:00 AM exactly. Emmanuel was there and took my order. I did not expect the customer service I recieved. He gladly took my order. I got the Large Chili with no onions and cheddar cheese. Well when he gave me the Large Chili I saw there was onions and I realized I forgot to ask him to NOT put onions. I have been going here a lot lately (don't judge me) because I've been dropping my son off at his friend's house nearby and we don't have a Wendy's in my town (Novato) anymore and I miss it. I love Wendy's so I'm biased and my review of their food is biased. I just wanted to say that the staff there has always been really nice and the service fast. Way better than your average fast food restaurant. They've been really friendly to me both over the speaker when ordering and at the window that I thought it was worth posting about. Good job Wendy's. Give these guys/gals a raise.

I placed an order on the Wendy's app for the first time. Drove up to the drive thru (restaurant still closed for inside dining) and was told to drive to the window. Waited a few minutes as the order was freshly prepared. Our order was correct and served with a smile and thank you. Great job!

One of the last Wendy's in our area. Was in a long line out to the street & they had that line moving. Everyone was nice, good was perfect, hot and tasty. Bathroom was even clean. Love me some Wendy's 🤘

So, Phet is the manager here he is nice and personable. I and my co-worker eat here about once a week. We get the 5 dollar biggie 🎒 bag. There is a sign on the door saying that it is a safe space for victims of anti gay/transgender bullying.

I'm visiting from Reno, NV and I've been here twice because it's the closest Wendy's near my hotel. I've been helped by such a kind older male worker, I'm not sure what his name is, but the way he presents himself it almost seems like he's the manager. He's got such a character to himself that comes off as distant, but once he talks with you he's so funny. I'd recommend this Wendy's, they get you in and out, and seem to pay very close attention to (highly care about) how much time people spend waiting for their order.

Where else can you go to get your kid a free frosty everytime you buy them something? It's been our favorite snack hangout two years in a row. I love Wendy's, I love the food there! This isn't the best Wendy's in the world, depending on when you go. But even when the food isn't amazing, it's still good, and the staff is plenty friendly.

It had been a very hot day for May & I stopped at Wendy's to get a chocolate Frosty......which was incredibly refreshing & perfect at that moment for sure.

I usually hit this place up after seeing a show in San Francisco. Never been inside; but the drive thru is pretty quick and they haven't messed up my order yet.

The gentleman working the counter was rude and unhelpful but the food was good. So I'll just assume he was having a bad night.

My secret to making Wendy's classic burger so yummy I won't eat it any other way. Ask for 2 packages of chili sauce which is usually used in the chili (they usually look at you funny since you didn't order chili)and put that on the beef patty. It makes an ok burger a hooray burger! Complete change in flavor profile and adds just a little heat. Try it!

The food used to be trash but now is actually good! Wish they would've kept it old school instead of rebuilding it and making it super modern. It is super hard finding an old Wendys with the 1990's chairs, carpet, and looks. That's unfortunate. Was hoping this location could be one of those few rare fast food joints that is still the OG of all Wendys buildings. Now it's just a modern fast food joint

Food was okay, tasty. Typical Wendy's fare. Drive thru employee wasn't very friendly or attentive. Was short with us when we asked for straw and spoon for frosty. Asked for ketchup and it wasn't in the bag.

The machines you self order at inside the lobby, took my order and my card payment but did NOT give the full order to the workers. It only passed on the frostie but did NOT include the hamburger. Needless to say it took a good minute for me to call up my bank account and prove I had paid. Never again. They should toss those machines out the window. While I was there I overheard another customer having similar problems .

Of all the fast food chains, Wendy's is by far my favorite. The food tastes better, the ingredients fresher and everything is prepared quickly. My town used to have a Wendy's but it closed several years ago. Now, I have to travel to a nearby town to enjoy a Frosty or other delicious fares.

I just go there for the french fries and "frosty" milkshakes, so I'm probably not the best person to ask about this place. 😅 The fries and frosties are good, though, and now this location accepts payments via smartphones, so if you have one of those, you don't need cash or credit cards to order anymore. It also has one of those soft drink machines with a lot of choices and mixing options.

If I'm in a mood for spicy chicken nuggets, Wendy's is my go to. Their burgers are OK. The staff at this location are pretty friendly and I've never had an order issue or even something just slapped together. It's gonna taste like any other Wendy's but this location is convenient.

My Sandwich was cold, even though it was the special. I'd say it's an average Wendy's, though I think they do better at most places considering it wasn't busy.

Customer service could have been better. Fountain drink machines weren't working properly and I couldn't seem to communicate that to anyone working there.

I hadn't eaten much at wendeys much in my life but in the last year i was staying in san jose for work and wendys was located conveniently next door to my hotel so it was a fast easy place to grab some junk food i figured and was surprised of some healthy food also on the menue like their chicken salad with fruit in it is great. The chicken sandwich supreme was very good as well and the 99 cent frosty all were excellent its now a regular stop for me if you never go there try them out it just might surprise you too

The guy that took my order was great, I believe his eyes were hazel. Now the tall white dude looked at me twice and didn't say anything to me, him and the black girl kept talking. The food was great though I love Wendy's.

The food use to be a lot better the fries were nothing like they use to be. Everything is more expensive. The drinks are smaller but cost more 👎

Food was ok but the men's bathroom didn't have any sort of soap dispenser which is pretty gross to consider how staff are supposed to wash hands after using the restroom.

Ordered a breakfast baconater, it was COLD. I asked if they could heat it up, the manager just happened to be at the window. He acted like it was an inconvenience and even said something like we can't, there wasn't a line behind my car and from what I could see, maybe 6 people seated inside. When he gave me the sandwich the wrapper was wrinkled up and the sandwich crushed. I didn't eat it. I won't be going back. I'm out $5. But it's difficult to trust a racist cook. Lol

This used to be my favorite fast food. Now it is garbage. I ordered a sandwich with no meat and got it back with meat on it. I ordered an iced coffee thinking it would be like at any fast-food place, but it's not, it's just coffee and ice. They won't ask if you want cream or sugar.

Attention to detail is diminishing. They didn't even ask if we wanted ketchup with our fries. The order taker talked so fast that he had to repeat himself on a few occasions. Burger assembly was sloppier than usual.

This place needs a major overhaul - it looks and feels like an old 80s Reno casino that desperately needs but can't afford new carpet and furniture. I think they managed to screw something up for the 3 people in front of me - cold fries, missing cup, etc. I got the wrong sauce for my nuggets. It is what it is. Set your expectations and it will be fine.

Also there was few napkins and only 4bags of ketchup that ridiculous. We are traveling from Seattle to LA Wendy’s burgers are tasty but their workers are not professional or bad service they provide. Seemed they bring their own stuff from their home that is why they are. The management should fire the workers in this shift as evening of aug 9, 2024 time of order 9pm

Got a Pretzel Baconater. Even loaded up with additional salt & pepper, this was the most tasteless burger I've had in 5 years. The pretzel bun is better than the regular bun at holding the condiment goo in, but it and the burger have no flavor.

We went here to get the new cold brew frosty and they had no idea what we were talking about, even though it was on the drive-thru menu board. At the window we tried to clarify that we wanted the cold brew coffee frosties and the lady was utterly confused, asking us if we wanted frosties or coffee. They ended up giving us two chocolate frosties and an iced coffee. We gave up and left. We also got the ghost pepper chicken sandwich and ghost pepper fries. Good heat on the sandwich but overall bland. The fries were disgusting; they were seasoned okay but they sat drenched in a puddle of oil, and the oil was where all the heat was. Gross. Overall a disappointment.

$6.48 for a teeny tiny DRY chicken patty on a stale bun with a dab of sauce and nothing else, not even a pickle or a slice of tomato.. never again.

Asked for fries with no salt because my fiance has a kidney condition and it was her cheat day so I thought we would lesson the salt consumption by asking for no salt on the fries and all we got was over cooked fries... They refried them and they where gross .. smh Wendy's you're better that check your employees at this location

We ordered our food and when we got to the window the lady gave us our order. When we looked, the order she gave us was wrong. We had told her and she told us that we never ordered what we thought. She told us we were wrong and instead of trying to resolve the issue she told us to go back in line.

Terrible service. One of the employees forgot to include the sauce, then got a snobby attitude after I asked for more. He only gave me one for a large fries and 10piece nuggets. What a rude person.

I've been going to this Wendy's for years but lately they've been making mistakes very often in about 3 out of four orders maybe they've just hired a bunch of new people or something but I've been really unhappy with their drive-thru lately hopefully they'll eventually open up their dining room

My kids wanted Wendy’s so we decided to go to the drive thru. Whoever was taking more order on 10/13/20 @ 4:45p at this location( Petaluma, Ca) Was so RUDE and disrespectful! He sounded so annoyed and so irritated that he was taking my order. The tone of his voice was irritating. It just changed the whole demeanor of my experience there. I was so offended that I couldn’t handle it anymore canceled my order. All I have to say is, “Dude, If you hate your job and life that much then maybe you shouldn’t work there.” Felt bad for my kids but honestly after that experience. I don’t think I ever want to go there again.

We went to this Wendy's in Petaluma because the line at the Wendy's in Santa Rosa was too long. Now I regret driving here instead on waiting for an hour at the Wendy's in Santa Rosa. They need to fix their soda fountain. Not only did this place get our orders wrong but their soda's were flat. Nothing like unexpectedly drinking a flat soda's when you're thirsty which ruined our lunch because we had nothing to drink with our food.

Tried to order the new cold-brew frostie, as advertised on the sign and attendee wasn't aware of the menu item. Also decided to try the ghost pepper fries to find a pike of soggy fries sitting in a pool of chili oil.

I got a baconader at wendy's, instead of what I asked for. I asked for a double bacon cheeseburger with everything on it no ketchup no mustard. Everything it means lettuce, onion, and tomato. It had nothing on it. Just the bacon cheeseburgers. I saw that my $2 coupon had expired so I said forget it just give me a double bacon cheeseburger with everything on it except no mustard , no catsup. I didn't see their mistake till I got home. I did ask for mayo and BBQ sauce. I put that on. They said I never reordered, and that I was talking to my daughter. She, and I weren't talking. She was on her cell phone. I remember saying give me a double cheeseburger with everything on it. Hold the mustard and catsup. I'm never going back there again. I'm not picky, but I expect to get what I order.

The drive through attendant at around 12:50pm today 2/4/20 was very rude. When i pulled up to the window, the guy couldn'tbe bothered to say hello and when he gave me my food, he couldn't be bothered to say thank you. Wendy's manager: Is this how you train your employees? Cashier hardly speeks English. Charged me twice for same meal claiming one card was declined... I defended them through every price hike, every limited-time gimmick, every time someone said “McDonald’s is better.” But whatever corporate demons took over in 2025 need to be exorcised immediately, because they have systematically destroyed everything that made Wendy’s special. Let’s go change by change so you understand how complete the betrayal is: The Buns – Absolute Trash Now They quietly swapped to some cheaper, mass-produced potato-flour abomination. These new buns are squishy, gummy, and disintegrate the second any moisture touches them. Pick up a Dave’s Single and the top bun turns into wet cardboard before you finish the first bite. They don’t toast worth a damn either—just pale, flabby bread that tastes faintly of chemicals and despair. The old buns were soft but had structure and a light sweetness. These new ones are what gas-station burgers use when they hate you. Shredded Lettuce Disaster Gone are the big, cold, crisp iceberg leaves that gave every bite that signature crunch. Now it’s pre-shredded confetti that wilts on contact with the patty and turns into green slime in ten seconds. It’s the texture of sadness and makes every burger feel like it was assembled yesterday. The BBQ Sauce Massacre The old BBQ sauce was smoky, tangy perfection. The new one is liquid diabetes—watery, cloyingly sweet, with a fake smoke flavor that tastes like someone set a plastic ashtray on fire. The “Honey BBQ” Saucy Nuggs taste like chicken dipped in melted Now-and-Laters. I miss being able to taste actual barbecue. The Rest of the Collapse Patties are thinner, grayer, and cooked to sawdust Fries are skinny, oversalted, and fried in oil that should’ve been changed last week Cheese doesn’t fully melt anymore—looks and feels like orange plastic Tomatoes are pink and flavorless, onions are basically air Chili got watered down so bad it’s basically spicy bean water Prices somehow went UP 20-30% while quality fell off a cliff Wendy’s used to be the one chain that actually felt “fresh.” Now every single thing they changed in 2025 made the food worse, soggier, cheaper, and more depressing. It’s not inflation—it’s greed mixed with incompetence. I’m not coming back until they admit they broke everything and revert every single one of these garbage changes. Until then, Wendy’s can keep their shredded lettuce, gummy buns, and candy-BBQ sauce. I’d rather starve than pay $15 for this garbage. Bring back old Wendy’s or just shut it down. This isn’t the Wendy’s Dave Thomas built—this is a crime scene wearing a red pigtail wig.

Haven't been to Wendy's in years, I came home for a few days and thought I would go through their drive-thru the other night cuz I hadn't been there in so long. Horrible mistake. Didn't even eat half of the food I ordered. Some weird black speckles on my hamburger & since when are we skimping on lettuce at fast food restaurants? I don't know maybe you guys were low on inventory and couldn't spare enough to actually make a decent burger.
