Never a line! Literally In N Out! I only gave 4 stars under food because as prices go up (just like everywhere else), we're getting less for the money we pay. The beef patties are very thin, but I understand that is done in order to keep the prices, omewhat, down. It's still my favorite burger joint! Always order animal style cheeseburgers! 😋

Omg, this is the first time I went to In-N-Out. The customer service was outstanding.It was also so clean, and the atmosphere was very good. When the food came, it was some of the best fast food I ever tasted in my life if your traveling, then you have to come to In-N-Out 5 stars, but I would say 6

Whenever I go to a In-N-Out, I usually do it late at night, after 10pm, and with this last visit it wasn't the exception, and I think it's at least my 2nd time at this location, but like the other locations I've been to, the service is good, personnel is attentive, and in this case, with the COVID situation going on, I noticed they were cleaning periodically the entrance doors as well as the restroom door The place in general is pretty clean, and, as I mentioned already, going after 9-10pm makes your dinner more enjoyable, since it's quiet and not crowded at all

We called the number and Gloria from customer service said that the buns were too sweet, but they had already sent them back before the new order came in so the stores had to close. Other than this the restaurant has always done well. This location has always gotten our orders correct and are quick to clean empty tables for us. Staff is always friendly and patient with my littlest sister when she orders for herself.

In-N-Out is hands down the best fast food burger in the world! I’ve ate at this location so many times and it’s always been good! I’m always on the go and eat in my car a lot, it’s smart of them to give you the option of how they want to package the food for you. Thank You to the staff! I’m forever a fan!

Being on the keto diet, in n out is perfect. My go to is a 3x3 protein style. Amazing, fresh beef, melting cheese, and crispy lettuce makes it the perfect pick me up/comfort meal.

Definition of southern hospitality. I went in 20 minutes before closing. I felt very welcome. Bathroom was 40 times cleaner than my room. It smelled nice not like some chemical fragrances. Food was top tier. Thanks

This cheeseburgers are great. The flavor of the meat is very tasty the fries are a great choice as well. There menu is simple: cheeseburgers, hamburgers, fries, beverages and milkshakes. You can't go wrong with any of those. Also, they have a unique sauce called spread that you'll get with any order. It's delicious.

My mom and I came in during a rush but still got our food pretty quick. Gloria, who took our order, was friendly and thorough. However, when she briefly stepped away to grab another customer something (literally less than 2 seconds) another employee, Ali, tried to take over and then berated Gloria in front of us when Gloria said she had it under control, which felt very unprofessional on Ali's part. On the positive side, Gloria remained very professional. P.S. Isaac was also helpful:)

Super quick service and they have the best fastfood burgers you will ever have. They put all their competitors to shame. Way better than BugerFi or Culver's.

Outstanding customer service as soon as you walk in the door. The person taking our order was patient and very friendly. Met Joshua in the dining area and he checked on us asking if we needed anything. Joshua was readily available when I had a question. While I was eating I paid attention to the crew working in the back. Not one of them was messing around and was very focused on their task and to customers needs. My wife and I were there 09/10 during lunch time. Joshua told me his manager that day was Brandon. Great job to everyone there and be very proud of your work.

Isaac helped us yesterday, he is the coolest guy! He is really friendly and is working really hard. He was paying attention to every customer and was so happy all the time. His positive energy lights up the whole place. The restaurant is really clean and the food was amazing.

Great place. Food was good for the money spent. Menu simply has burgers, fries, drinks, and shakes. Google the secret menu before you go, many customization options not on the normal menu.

In-n-out Burgers has top tier customer service. There has never been a time I've gone there and the employees were not on their best. The burgers are delicious, chef's kiss! When I ask for no onion, extra pickles; that's exactly what I get. The meat had to be seasoned by the ancestors because it's flavorful. The fries are nasty as hell... But if you've been a fan then you knew that already. At one point I thought they improved the fries, but I think I was really hungry so my judgement could've been off. Anywho, the burgers are great, the milkshakes are shaking and the customer service is amazing. 10/10, I recommend 👍🏾

Came in today for a homeschool field trip. This was so amazing! The location is so clean both inside and in the back. We were given a tour by Celeste and Jakob. My second in an out location reviewed. Good thing is consistency and the burgers taste fresh. The burgers, including toppings tasted fresh which was refreshing. Still figuring out if I like the fries but there was nothing wrong with them. Strawberry and chocolate milkshakes were good. They won't blow your mind away, but you can expect consistency and a good amount of flavor. This location gets busy.

I usually only get the burgers here cause I'm not crazy about the fries. I have tried the chocolate shake and it was good but I don't remember if it was worth the price. However, you can get a triple meat burger that won't give you food poisoning for like less than 10 bucks here and I don't know of another place that is as good that you can get full off of for under 10 bucks. Food is really good for a very reasonable price and that's basically impossible to find right now

This burger is known for their no-frills non-frozen burger selection with fresh cut fries, all with no additives. The staff at this location is armed with a great smile as they promptly take our order. The clean airy atmosphere with their iconic red and white decor is always refreshing after being in the car for hours. The only disappointment on this visit is how dry their fries are. We are on a time crunch and so I didn't ask about it. Thankfully their double-double cheeseburger and pickled mini peppers made up for the lack lustre fries.

First time ever I got the complete wrong order and since I’ve never received the wrong order I didn’t check it, ordered 3x3 double double w/cheese lettuce and peppers only didn’t get that, double double protein style also didn’t get that, I got the right amount of fries and correct drinks so I’m torn but mostly disappointed with the main reason we go to in n out the BURGERS

The burger seemed not hot enough, fries were dry and not fresh and too salty. If you get a drink please fill it all the way up to the top!

I’ve been hesitant to post a review for this location but I felt like it had to be done. Big fan of In-&-Out, however, this particular location continues to short me on the meat pattys and at times getting my order wrong completely. This has happened on numerous times and today (12/17/24 Transaction 4331) I just couldn’t hold back. Please double check your orders before you hand it over to your customers. Luckily this time it was only 3 meat pattys, but on other occasions I’ve been shorted 6 pattys and fries. Similarly, I always order a #1 and at times I’ve received a #2 instead. I try to check my order before I drive away but sometimes the lines are long that I don’t want to hold up the line while I check the order. It’s becoming a bit disappointing is all.

He did not have an outdoor heater or anything to block him from the elements. It was also windy out. I could not believe that the management would require an employee to stand out there. Treat your employees better!

The level of incompetence at this establishment is very low. I specifically asked for extra raw onions and extra while grilled onions, they did NONE. I even asked the server to verify my order was correct, he said YES. It was not. They need to pay more attention when fulfilling orders, this isn’t rocket science. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽.
