Gm and staff were on point. Food was good and quick. Definitely one of the best ones around, including all staff and GM.
Tonight was amazing at Chili's, The staff and GM are always the best part of our dinner. Service was speedy and fantastic, food is amazing as always. The GM himself is the BOMB! This location is my favorite Chili's because of the wonderful staff and GM. Good job Chilis and all staff!

I am writing this review for the amazing service we received today. While we were there, they experienced plumbing issues and had to shut down the restrooms and eventually the store. Of course right as the restrooms shut down, my daughter needed to use them. We had to go across the street to MOD to use the restroom. When the manager found out what happened, he came over to our table, apologized and comped our meal. I have never had a restraunt do this for us. It was incredibly kind and we did not expect it at all! We will go back to this location because of the service we received!
Went in late to get some food with the family and had a great time and the staff was great and helpful. Wasn't pushy because it was late, didn't feel rushed. It made the night a very special night. Thanks for being amazing
Haven’t been in a couple months. The service was even better than last time! Chilis in Stonehill continues to be the best around. Keep up the great work yall!
Fast and all correct. Alia was our server. She just got out of training but you couldn't tell. She did a great. Kudos to her and to her trainer!
The food was amazing but I wanted to give a huge shout out to our server Eva on 12/13/25. She was attentive, kind, and answered any questions we had with a smile on her face! This girl deserves a raise!!! She definitely brightened our day and made our dinner experience so much better!
Got drinks with ribeye steak was more on the expensive side but the food was very good and the drinks were fun.
Tonight I experienced old fashioned customer service! Unfortunately i forgot to get the managers name but it was a male, I explained to him that part of my order was incorrect. Instead of giving me a 10 question quiz he simply listened to what I had to say, let me keep the incorrect order, replaced what was incorrect about the order and threw in a few extra freebies! That's is the true definition of great customer service which so many people and places lack now a days. I really appreciates the kind gesture! Kuddos to the night shift manager!
A huge shout-out to the manager, Jaime Martinez, at the Pflugerville Chili's location. He is amazing! Jaime is super attentive and hospitable, making this large restaurant feel like a cozy, small-town spot. Highly recommend!

We walked in at dinner time and it was pretty busy. Our server didn't seem too interested or happy to be there that night. Just never know what people are going through. The chicken was a little bit dry. The beef fajitas were tasty. The rice was not good at all. We have had much better at Chili's in the past. We have been to a few of them over the years. This time it just didn't hit the mark.
Took a while for anyone to seat us, which was a little weird. We were 10 seconds from walking out and eating somewhere else. After that, the service was fantastic! This review is for their to-go service..or lack thereof. While I was waiting inside for my online order, the pick-up area filled up with 8+ people waiting to be helped. The sole employee at the counter was on the phone, and while there were employees, including someone who appeared to be a manager, bringing orders to the shelf, they didn’t bother helping out by calling out names. I realized after I left that an item was missing. When I called, a manager said they’d refund me for the missing food, but I never got the refund. 😒
This is the second time I visit this location. I got the same server. Oscar was his name. All I have got to say is I could feel you didn’t want to serve me. This place needs to get it together. I placed the order ahead so I could get back to work on time. I had to wait an extra 15 mins for my order. A simple quarter pounder meal with no cheese, because I’m allergic to cheese. They messed it up and the food was cold. Then I had to wait an extra 15 mins for it to be cooked again. I will make sure I avoid these chills.
⭐ 1 Star – Very Disappointed I ordered Honey Chipotle Mozzarella Sticks from Chili’s (Pflugerville location) around 6:30 PM on November 5th. I’ve always loved the taste here, but this time I was shocked to find a hair in my food. When I showed it to the front desk, they acted very casually and didn’t seem to take it seriously. That kind of response was really disappointing. I hope the management improves food hygiene and trains staff to handle such issues with more care and professionalism.
