My Dad and I come here for lunch every week. Oscar is our server most days, and is the best server I’ve ever had! Management is so kind and accommodating, I find myself looking forward to the atmosphere as well as the food and people each week. We need more places like Stonehill Chilis in this world!

Had a burger last night at Stonehill Pflugerville Chilis'... one of the best burgers and fries I've ever had! Good job kitchen staff! It was exceptionally good!

Had the pleasure of being served by Nick and it truly made our dining experience exceptional. He was kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was just right. It’s rare to come across someone who balances professionalism with such warmth and authenticity. Nick went above and beyond, and we left not only full but also feeling really well taken care of. Highly recommend asking for him if you get the chance!

Zaden was our server today. Honestly the best service we’ve ever had. So kind so patient with all of our children. My family had him last week and we requested him this week super happy with his service. So attentive, such a hard worker. Exceptional service! Food was great, service was amazing, our waiter was fantastic, and kept up on everything, he even noticed that my tea needed more ice. Grew up going to the OG location in Dallas. The salsa still tastes the same, ohh so good. Service matches my childhood memories of the absolute best wait staff on the planet I tlremember from Greenville Avenue 40 years ago. Staff attentiveness, friendliness, and just being efficient at what they do is the main reason that the Chili’s branch in Limestone/Pflugerville remains to be the best among all the Chili’s restaurants that we have been to! Nicholas (Nick) was excellent, he is one of the best so far, always checking on us, making sure we are attended to, and all our requests met almost immediately. He is such a hard worker! We went to this location on Friday and had a great experience! The hostess Andrea was welcoming and asked us what seating table we preferred. Love that! Food was fresh and the hamburger was very juicy! The general manager was walking around helping and talking to everyone. He came to our table asking if we needed anything more than once. I was very impressed! Also the music was banging !! Love the variety!

Tonight I experienced old fashioned customer service! Unfortunately i forgot to get the managers name but it was a male, I explained to him that part of my order was incorrect. Instead of giving me a 10 question quiz he simply listened to what I had to say, let me keep the incorrect order, replaced what was incorrect about the order and threw in a few extra freebies! That's is the true definition of great customer service which so many people and places lack now a days. I really appreciates the kind gesture! Kuddos to the night shift manager!

I am writing this review for the amazing service we received today. While we were there, they experienced plumbing issues and had to shut down the restrooms and eventually the store. Of course right as the restrooms shut down, my daughter needed to use them. We had to go across the street to MOD to use the restroom. When the manager found out what happened, he came over to our table, apologized and comped our meal. I have never had a restraunt do this for us. It was incredibly kind and we did not expect it at all! We will go back to this location because of the service we received!

I can tell you that this is not this chilis I grew up with. After work neither of us wanted to cook and my baby’s “had” to stop at Ulta. Chilis is across from it so we got a quick dinner. The food is not what I remember. Tastes better, fresher, and cleaner tables. We each had a marg. Not sure what it was called but really good. And the best part. Our server Karen was so attentive and professional. Made the experience better 100% We will be back for sure I spoke to soon!! Did I mention they even include a free gift bag for bdays, Xmas, and other occasions?!! Just order something to go and u get a free gift bag!!

Very family-friendly for a sit-down restaurant. The food there is not Michelin star, but better than fast food and costs about the same. Far more options, also. I grew out of love with Chili's when I became an adult and fell back in love when I had kids I needed to bring with me 😂

Chili's is great for ribs, apps, and molten lava cake! Service was good, but our waitress had a LoT of tables and the atmosphere on a Friday night at around 6p-8p was loud and crowded. I guess I should expect that. But my major gripe is our waitress did a great job, but you could see she was juggling a lot of tables to serve!

Chilis has always been a great spot for lunch. Though I miss the older menu offerings, like their chicken Caesar salad. That’s been gone for a while. But I do enjoy their new items like the santa fe burger or the chicken crispers. Seems like they no longer offer corn on the cob as a side for the crispers? It’s sad to see those little things that made this place special all disappear. Overall still some great options to chose from. We’re a rewards member so we get free app or drinks with our meal each time. This location has friendly and attentive service. Good quality. And we rarely have to wait for anything. We frequent this location and look forward to next time.

Solid food choices. I had the $10 meal that was very good value with a soft drink, chili and chicken fingers that they call differently. I wish they still had Southwest Chicken with mashed potatoes on the menu that the discontinued a decade ago or so.

I am a sucker for chicken in waffles and love to check out different ones. These were really good only missing syrup! The service here was really good that night as well. Whenever I’m in town I will come back just for the service alone.

We walked in at dinner time and it was pretty busy. Our server didn't seem too interested or happy to be there that night. Just never know what people are going through. The chicken was a little bit dry. The beef fajitas were tasty. The rice was not good at all. We have had much better at Chili's in the past. We have been to a few of them over the years. Honestly the food was pretty okay! Molten lava DELICIOUS and a fun birthday song. Our server was kind and very helpful! The main problem with this experience was the payment terminal. It took us 45 minutes to figure out how to split the checks and we had to pay 5 different times. This was incredibly inconvenient and should not be the responsibility of the customer. Was excited to eat at Chili's. It has been a long time, many years since I'd last had Chili's. The restaurant was moderately busy but since it was me and my daughter, we didn't have to wait. The first thing I see when we are seated is the lady in an adjoining booth asking for a manager. I didn't pay much attention immediately after that but later on my attention is piqued. Our waiter comes and takes our order, Chips and Salsa, daughter has pizza with orange slices and a drink and I have a steak with fries and broccoli 🥦 and a drink. After a short time we receive our meals. We never receive our chips and salsa. I also noticed that there are no fries with my steak. Our waiter is now explaining to the lady who asked for a manager that the manager is unavailable. Again I try not to pay much attention to the situation but after seeing how screwed up my order was I could only imagine that she was having a similar issue. I didn't make a big deal about it, we ate, and I paid and we left. I don't think I'll be going back to Chili's anytime soon. I hope your experiences are better than mine.

Our server also acted as a bartender so his attention was divided nonetheless. When we could interact with him it was pleasant. However the runner never cleared plates I guess it wasn't in his job description. Also didn't get a refill on tea until the bill was already paid.

At this location, the food wasn't the best. When I got my loaded mashed potatoes, they were cold They reheated. That's not cool. The half rack of ribs could have used a little more barbecue sauce. The atmosphere was pleasant and lots of patrons.

First impressions are everything … and when you walk in and the hostess has a hickey the size of a golf ball on her neck (Calli)… and didn’t try to cover it with her hair or makeup … (not mentioning the rest of her attire), it just reflected poorly on Chili’s. Her nails were so long that she couldn’t type. She asked me my phone number at least 6 times … and I annunciated as best I could. I just about walked out the 6th time I had to repeat my number. Miranda, our waitress, came thru and bumped what would have been a rating of “1” to a “3.” Food was fine and we will order curbside should we return to that location. I’ve been to that location 4 times in the past couple weeks, but ordered curbside.

My husband and I ordered online. We both ordered Chicken sandwiches with a side of broccoli and baked potato soup. The sandwich was delicious the broccoli not so much, The broccoli was placed in the container with the chicken sandwich, which, of course made the bread soggy. The broccoli should be placed in a separate container. The fact that the broccoli was bland and not seasoned didn’t help! The baked potato soup was good.

Food is good and typically quick. This is one of my go-to's when someone wants to go out and I need a keto friendly option. Three stars today because of a payment issue. The bill was incorrect by about $12. When I brought it to the servers attention it was still wrong by about $4 but I didn't want to deal with it anymore so I just paid for it.

Chilis on 5790 Culebra review. Ordered appetizer of fried pickles for $8.99. The photo is what we got. Basically a dollar for each pickle. They had to audacity to ask for an 18% tip/gratuity. Really? On this? And a Togo order? Won’t be back.

First off let me start by saying when we walked into the restaurant the front door hostess just left us there. I walked up to them and ask do we need to get on a waitlist and she then stated no. She stated there was no wait let me see if a table is available. We waited about 5 minutes and then we were taken to a table that wasn’t clean. The other worker stepped in and said let me clean up for y’all. The moral of the story is if your going to be working at the front entrance have people skills because you set the tone of the atmosphere of the restaurant of making people fill welcome but overall our waiter was great….

My family and I have to find at Chili's hundreds of times and this is the first time I've ever had an experience that was so far out the norm that I had to say something. We all order the same things over and over again so believe me when I say, we totally know what to expect. We were running close to my lil ones bedtime so decided pick up was a better option then cooking...wrong. After a small wait, we got home and my meal seemed completely uncooked. My broccoli 🥦 was raw (completely) and my half rack of ribs (3 bones; not really a half rack in texas but that's another story), was so cold in the middle that there is no way it had ever seen the inside of a smoker or microwave for that much. On the bright side, my wife's steak was perfect. Spoke with the manager Jamie, who opted to send us a credit via email...haven't seen it so far but I'll update if it shows. Prob gonna take a break from Chili's for a moment anyways...happy eating

This review is for their to-go service..or lack thereof. While I was waiting inside for my online order, the pick-up area filled up with 8+ people waiting to be helped. The sole employee at the counter was on the phone, and while there were employees, including someone who appeared to be a manager, bringing orders to the shelf, they didn’t bother helping out by calling out names. I realized after I left that an item was missing. When I called, a manager said they’d refund me for the missing food, but I never got the refund. 😒

UNINVITED & ANNOYING guests at our table our entire meal. Upon receiving our drinks, there was a gnat hanging around, but once our meal came the gnat invited its whole family. I spent more time killing gnats at our table than eating my food. We finally decided to pack up and go. While speaking with the manager and making him aware of the experience he simply replied with “oh yeah, it’s been bad, we’ve had to close a whole section because of it, it may be because of the heat”… the table behind us chimed in with gnats swimming in their ranch as the manager politely offers a free dessert. Once he was told no he said ok and walked off. This was by far the worst experience. I would like to share, our waitress was very polite, attentive and was really good. 5 stars to our waitress, a big ol ZERO for the manager on duty.

I joined their waitlist using the app and received a text confirming I was on the list. After waiting 30 minutes, I went inside to check. The host told me I wasn’t on the list. I showed her the message, and she responded, ‘What do you want me to do? You’re not on my list.’ She offered no help, so I politely asked to speak with a manager. The manager told me I had canceled the reservation—which wasn’t true—then admitted there was a system issue. While she acknowledged my frustration, she said there was nothing she could do since other guests were also waiting. What made this especially disappointing is that we were celebrating my daughter’s graduation. I had been waiting longer than anyone else, but their solution was to put me at the end of the list and ask me to wait another 40 minutes. I understand that mistakes happen, but the host was just indifferent, and the manager seemed overwhelmed and unwilling to do anything to make it right. The lack of empathy and effort to resolve the issue initially affected the mood but thankfully we decided to go somewhere else and ended up having a great night after all.

I called in 5/18/25 to place an online Togo order. I was told I could do it online by an older woman or a soft spoken man (I couldn’t tell). I explained that I was having issues using a gift card so they explained they would find someone who could take my order over the phone. I waited about 20 minutes before I check to see if the wait was long, there was no wait. I waited 10 more minutes. At this point I just place the order on my phone and drive there to pick it up after another 20 minutes. I walk in to find it not too busy, no one on the phones and three people (older female and two younger females) at the Togo station (probably not who answered my original call) and I left with my order still on hold the entire time on my phone. I don’t think I need to explain further why I am upset.

Third time here and we've yet to have friendly service. Would have really loved chips for our guacamole. Don't buy the never ending chips and salsa because they don't refill them. Won't be back last try for Chili's. We were here a total of 3 hours. No refills on anything and food took forever. Very crowded and overly slow to get orders placed and filled. Food was ok. Edit from today over half the tables were empty, they made us wait for 30 minutes to seat us. Then when I asked nicely if they could seat us at a table and not at a booth as we had 2 handicapped individuals that have a hard time getting into and out of a booth, was told that the tables were closed and they couldn't sit anyone there....this maybe my last time going to this location ever. The only alternative was to wait until a regular table opened up...

I’m working in town and love going to this Chili’s. This weekend (Saturday 8/2/25) they had a new bartender named Bri. The food was great but my experience with this bartender was absolutely horrible. She was rude to my husband and son when taking their orders. The people that were sitting among us felt the same. I will be sitting in the booths or tables moving forward. Beware…she will make you feel like you’re some type of illiterate human being. Very demeaning.

Walked in 3 minutes late, friends had ordered my food and drink for me to sit and eat with them. GM didn’t want to let me in for “security” reasons and locked me out, she felt safe 3mins earlier, since they close at 10:30, WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. Also my friends food came out COLD. Mod Pizza next door has a whole lot better service.

This place needs to get it together. I placed the order ahead so I could get back to work on time. I had to wait an extra 15 mins for my order. A simple quarter pounder meal with no cheese, because I’m allergic to cheese. They messed it up and the food was cold. Then I had to wait an extra 15 mins for it to be cooked again. I just picked up my to go order. The restaurant didn’t look busy. I’m giving a 1 star for service. I stood there for several minutes and watched people walk by and ignore my presence. No one greeted me to say they’d be right with me or anything. It wasn’t until a group of employees walked to the kiosk with their manager to order food for themselves, that anyone acknowledged me. The person who gave me my order finally, she saw me standing there, made eye contact with me but walked past twice. This was pretty annoying as I am sick and just wanted to pick up my food for my children to be on my way. I’d say this isn’t the 1st time that a pick up for me took longer than it should have but this time several people saw me standing there and did nothing. Other times the restaurant was busy so I was patient but today there was no excuse when numerous employees were just standing around talking to one another.

⭐ 1 Star – Very Disappointed I ordered Honey Chipotle Mozzarella Sticks from Chili’s (Pflugerville location) around 6:30 PM on November 5th. I’ve always loved the taste here, but this time I was shocked to find a hair in my food. When I showed it to the front desk, they acted very casually and didn’t seem to take it seriously. That kind of response was really disappointing. I hope the management improves food hygiene and trains staff to handle such issues with more care and professionalism.
