This place is fantastic! Only con is : they don’t have Tamarind flavor YET. Here’s hoping though! Anyway, I got the Mexicanator ( comes with pickles) Angelina was super awesome! ( She needs a raise!) she was so friendly and made my order amazing too! She was also the first to tell us about the punch card they have ( if they don’t tell you ask about it) anyway.... Y’all definitely need to come check this place out! Especially in this hot Texas weather.

Best shaved ice in Pflugerville with flavors like Blue Bubble Gum and for me the awesome Mangonator umm hmm good and the freez Peanut Butter. Great customer service with Robert and Ruthie as the owners.

Saw this place on my way back from the grocery store and had to bust a U-turn to check it out! Best to park in the back because that's where the entrance is. The people working there were super friendly and were happy to show me all that they had! I ordered a slush with the extra sweetened creme and I nearly crashed on the way home because it was so good and I couldn't stop eating it! Definitely a great spot to satisfy the sweet tooth!

This is one of those hidden treasures. Little hole in the wall places. I gave 4 stars because it could be cleaner but I’m a very ocd person. But my feet were really sticking to the floor. The place is still really good though. I’m gonna go back again. I highly recommend trying this place

Really should not have ordered sugar free "wedding cake" but can't knock them for my own choice. Also the sugar free banana smells horrendous but actually tastes pretty ok

This was always my favorite place to visit in the summer, but I went a couple weeks ago and was super disappointed to see they removed the drive through. Now it’s dine in only which is less convenient (especially with kiddos) and takes a longer time. They were very busy and there wasn’t enough tables and chairs for all the people waiting for their orders so people were standing awkwardly in between tables. It took about 15 minutes for my blue coconut snow cone to be ready and there wasn’t enough juice to cover all the ice in the middle 😢

Good snow comes and usually decent service, except for today: the last day they’re open for the year, and they closed two hours early with the woman walking out right in front of me. Really a disappointing experience.

Our first visit. We got a cotton candy and a dreamsicle, both with cream. They tasted the same. It was busy and seems popular. Clientele was surprisingly more adults than littles.

My family and I have enjoyed Frost bites for years. However, today was a completely different experience. My son and I ordered two large sugar-free shaved ice and waited 30 minutes before realizing the workers forgot our order. When I brought it to their attention, they laughed and acted like children. I understand that mistakes happen, but for employees to laugh at the customer when they are bringing a mistake to their attention- is absolutely unacceptable. And to make matters worse, we ended up tossing the shaved ice drinks in the trash due to the fact they tasted like pure chemical. Such a waste of our time and money.
