I ordered 240 breakfast tacos to cater an event. My expectations were definitely exceeded. I was happy with the speed of service, the ease of service and the cost. Not only that, but I had no tacos left over after my event. I would definitely do it again if I’m catering another event. Thank you all for making it easy for me! Great job.
Unfortunately ordered online and it processed my payment and gave me a pickup time of 10:30pm but then arrived at the store and all doors were locked and had to go through drive thru to be told they were closed. There were also three cars behind me so I am sure they had the same issues. They couldn't refund me my money and I had to call corporate. Called and they took my info and they told me someone from customer care would contact me about my refund. It has been two days and no one from corporate or this store is of any help. Buyer beware if you order online. They will take your money and you may or may not get your food. Will come back and update when and if I get a refund so that you can have an idea of the time-frame customer service will correct the issue. Update. Got a phone call and we negotiated so I could pick up my order instead of a refund. 5 stars because their employee Gabby took initiative and resolved the issue.
They practice great social distancing here so my boyfriend an I had to try. Everything is boxed or wrapped made to either take with you or to stay and eat at the tables also to patio. Once outside the patio the doors lock for safety so you walk around to leave or to re enter if needed loved it. All tables are at a great distance, no overcrowding. Food still great, no salt for the margaritas (safety) but still delicious Love the new flavors the Pistachio margarita wasn't bad at all They don't mix the liquor in for you but still delicious I shall return soon
TC @ WB&1825. Last couple of visits weren't great so haven’t been in a while. But I was craving those torts so I lit a candle, said a prayer, crossed myself and hoped for the best. Well, instead of me repeating my order 50 times at the drive-thru, the young man on the intercom repeated my order twice, and got it right both times. Got up to the window and there was "Carter" (don't know if that was his real name, he could've just been undercover). Greeted me, very polite, verified my order, took my payment, and checked my bag, TWICE, to make sure it was right. And it was. Two must be his lucky number. Food was hot, good, right and quick. Guess I'll see TC & Carter again. Soon.
Went to eat a bite before having a drink... I was taken by how fast and very courteous the cashier was. .it was cool. Then he had my plate of fresh n hot wit all the sides and even a extra sour cream along with the salsas(yeah buddy). Then the meal was excellent... the cashier's name is Jay yell and he's the shift lead... ask for him. Great job great service!!!!

Drive through only. Vagrants walk up to cars in the drive through line otherwise it's everything as you would expect. Fresh hot meals and quick service. Would've gotten 5 stars if they offered more than drive through only (it's not the pandemic, this location has randomly done that for years and years)
I hadn't been to this location in several years, as another location is closer to my residence, but I was nearby and this location was more convenient on 11/26/2023. The location was very clean, and the salsa bar had recently been refilled. The food was what I expected from Taco Cabana, decent and consistent with other locations. The downside of the visit was having to wait several minutes for someone to take my order at the counter as well as a longer than expected wait on the food to be prepared...not too untypical for fast food restaurants in the post pandemic era.
The food is TASTY - especially the enchilada soup😋, the brisket tacos 😋😋, & the breakfast tacos 😋😋😋; the margaritas are cold, tasty & reasonably priced (even cheap during happy hour (2pm - 5pm)). For TexMex food quite good‼️ 👏🏽🧅👍🏽🌶👏🏽🌮👍🏽🌯

A late night pit stop to get something to eat after watching a movie. The screen at the counter was promoting a chicken fajita melt taco and it looked so good we had to try it, so we added a quesadilla to share and a lime margarita for me and a fountain drink for my wife who was driving. The taco was pretty good, it had lots of melted cheese which I like and the frozen margarita was refreshing though there wasn’t much tequila in the drink. The quesadilla was not so good. The order taker at the counter was grumpy but the server who delivered our food was very nice. The restaurant served its purpose, we had a snack after the movie and could now go home and relax for a little while so the food could be digested.

I picked up a delivery for doordash. I stood at the counter for 10ish mins before an employee came from outside to assist me. Meanwhile there was SIX OTHER EMPLOYEES RIGHT THERE not one of them offered to help or even acknowledge I was standing there. The employee who helped me his name was Micheal so thank you sir!
It's always super, super busy no matter what time I've gone. It always seems like they are short staffed because you'll wait a while for your food! The food is 'usually' decent but lately, it's been pretty low end... my guess is that they are super busy and they are rushing to serve. I bought an enchilada plate and the cheese was not even melted whatsoever and the sauce was blah.. very disappointing because that was always the go to plate, definitely not what it used to be. 😏

We haven’t eaten at TC in a long while, so my daughter and I stopped by for a quick bite. We ordered two bacon and egg, one steak fajita, and one carne guisada, along with a small chips & queso. Unfortunately, the carne guisada taco was very disappointing. When I opened it, there was only a single small piece of meat and the rest was just sauce. At $4 per taco, I expected a more generous portion. On top of that, the chips that came with the queso were stale. Also, the salsa was bland lacking any real flavor or spice. I did bring the issue to the cashier’s attention, and they replaced the carne guisada taco with one that was properly filled. I appreciate the quick response, but overall, it was a letdown considering the price. I hope this was just an off day, but honestly not sure we will be going back.
I used to live in Austin several years ago and went to this wells branch location all the time... Let me tell you, It has really gone downhill. The place was filled with smoke, the cashier did not understand how to take an order or how to enter it in the system, no trays, no forks, the salsa bar was pretty sus. Patio doors lock behind you when you go out. They gave our food to other people so just Torta and nachos took 25 min ... The one redeeming quality, is the food is still tasty... if they get better staff it could be amazing again ... Pretty sad because i used to love Taco Cabana
I always get the chicken fajita taco plate and it's usually pretty well the same. The last couple of visits the chicken had seemed dryer than normal. Their in house made tortillas are the best part of Taco Cabana and they are always good. They have some decent salsas on their bar as well. Not the cleanest place for sure. I go here when I feel like a quick, decent chicken taco.
This location has been poorly managed for many years...wayyy before the pandemic. The food is pretty good but the wait time is horrible. When you finally make it to the ordering box, they immediately tell you to hold even when the line is short. Today I ordered breakfast around 9am but couldn't order coffee because they were out and taking forever to make more. What restaurant/fast food joint doesn't have coffee for breakfast...like you didn't know you were running low??? Its always something with this location.
We stopped in for a late snack (9:50 pm). When we pulled up to the drive thru. It took about 2 minutes for someone to acknowledge us. When they did, the person taking the orders said "it will be 10 to 15 minutes before we can take your order, we are doing a cashier change". Do what? Whoever heard of such a thing. You pull the employee and their drawer, put in a new balanced drawer and let the new employee take over. We backed out and went in. What a mistake. The restaurant was filthy and all of the employees were in the back. Once they noticed the guy ahead of us and us. They took our orders. They made his order and away he went. We stood around for about 5 minutes. I finally asked where our order was. They manager said "oh". He finally made our order and handed it to us. No sorry for the wait, thank you or good bye. We went to our vehicle to eat. The tacos were saggy and cold and pretty much tasteless. It was like they added water to the meat to try and hydrate it again (after setting to long). We would definitely NOT suggest this location in the evenings. Bad Bad Bad
I hate that this place just keeps sliding off the cliff. Their food was always good. Service is so bad. I seriously felt like the staff was trying hard not to have eye contact with anyone. Took away the condiments station. Getting sauce now is impossible. I still like their food but will wait until I can go the the round rock one. I hope they can get it together someday soon.
I love their tacos, but we just sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes! No way out with a line behind and the cashier was super nice about my complaint. When I asked for a manager, her response was, "What would you like me to do about it?". I offered a suggestion to put a sign out saying that the wait time was 30 minutes. I asked for a gift card, waited about a minute while the manager disappeared from sight and then decided I was not going to hold up the line! So DISAPPOINTED!!!

Employees here hate their life. I’m very respectful in the drive thru and the employee taking my order keeps cutting me off and being disrespectful. As a fast food restaurant. The employee needs to be fast. There’s no reason to rush the customer
Deer cought in headlights. This is the greeting you will receive from this very very relaxed paced location. The lines inside can become long for no reason at all. The cook staff are engaged in task, but the front order desk staff need caffeine and lessons on how to smile and greet arriving guests. The food is great!... But a little speed and polish will go a long way.
Not very busy but super behind on making food. Was told to wait in a parking spot while they finish cooking chicken. After 10 minutes had to go in and remind them I was there. 10 minutes later worker gave my food to the person sitting in their car next to me. Luckily, she noticed it was way more food than she had ordered and asked us if we were waiting for food.
On multiple occasions, this particular location has been extremely slow and got the order wrong. Waited over 30 minutes for fast food and the enchiladas were over cooked and too hard to eat.
Enchilada was unedible either it was old but it was hard as cardboard. Had to wait over 10 mins for cold unedible food smh.
The Asada taco had absolutely not flavor. And was super chewy. The queso was good. But the chips looked and tasted like they were dunked twice in the fryer.
Cashier has to be high i had to give him a simple order 3 times and ordered coffee and got a large drink cup.
I'm so sad to say the trust is completely gone for this location. I've been coming here at least once a week all summer this year. It's either Carne Guisada for breakfast, or the 1/2 lb chicken fajita family meal for lunch/dinner. I like consistency. I chanced it today to see if they sell the fajita meat only on it's own. They said they can sell the 1 lb with tortillas without the sides. Great. After all that was said and done, I received the same 1/2 lb portion that I'm used to getting with the family meal, sold/charged as 1 lb. I've lived in this neighborhood for a long time. It was the sentiment that kept me coming here despite all the mishaps and occasional bad orders all these years. This one did it for me. I can nurture food sentiments elsewhere.
The steak fajita was some mystery meat. Did not taste or look like steak. Buritto had more beans than ground beef. Rice was clumpy and cold. Guac was salty.The tortillas are still store made and fresh. Only 3 or 4 people working and that included the manager. Do better and dont pass off steak for unknown meat.

Literally every single time I come here there is a problem. Last time I went I waited 10 minutes at the drive through speaker and no one acknowledged me. I finally got up to the window and the person said "sorry...my headset was turned off." It took almost 30 min. to get my food. I called corporate to let them know and they did nothing. Not a sorry..noda. Today I went and got to the drive through speaker and cars started lining up behind me. After 5 minutes someone came on the speaker and told me that the drive through was closed because they were rebooting the computers and I needed to come inside. So all of the cars in the line had to REVERSE back out. Insanity. This place is also consistently out of product. If there is a worse managed restaurant, I have yet to see one.
The manager on duty (guy wearing grey company shirt) was rude while working the counter. The employees in the back look disorganized. Tacos were thrown in the bag halfway wrapped. And to top it off there was a panhandler in the restroom taking a bird bath. Floors were sticky. Absolute dumpster fire of a location.
If we could only give 0 stars, I would 100% do that. We were in the drive thru ordering and as most places I am sure hearing through a headset was difficult. We see the price and try to confirm the items because it seemed too low so before pulling up we wanted to make sure all our items were accounted for. When we ask how many of the items we had we were told “just one” and we respond saying “we want two”, the employee then goes on to throwing a huge sigh and stops midway of her starting to go off. First of all, we are going as consumers, nothing is given for free. Second, if she had taken the time to confirm our order in the first place then she wouldn’t have felt “frustrated”. Then she starts trying to speak Spanish, assuming ethnicities which is again wrong. If anything, she should’ve asked us to pull to the front because it was hard to hear. The service was terrible and the sad part is that the staffs attitude was enough for us to not even get our food because we were afraid it would’ve been messed around with. How sad, based on the reviews from other consumers it seems that this location needs a whole staff AND management change. Service will take down an establishment and that’s exactly what’s happening here.
My daughter and I tried to eat here a couple weeks ago. It was an hour before the dining room closed. There were 2 female employees in the kitchen deliberately ignoring us. A man they obviously knew walked in and they greeted and served him. We stood there patiently for a good 20 to 30 min. before heading to the next closest location.
This place has slipped greatly over the past year. I eat here about once or twice a week. Service used to be great. They knew me. The food was always prepared in a timely and tasty fashion. Now it is just one of the worse dining experiences. They are always under staffed. The tea is filled 25% of the time. After 9PM the lobby doors might be locked. This is because they can only handle drive through at this point. On that note, late night drive through people should know they will not have breakfast items available. Keep driving north to the Hesters Crossing location. They should have the full menu quickly prepared.
First of all, if you expect to get a 5 star review, you should try to serve your customers food, that they paid for. Ordered my meal waited about 20 minutes watching others served before me.. ok it happens. But when I hit 30 minutes I decided to ask. The manager said did you place an order? Highly upsetting. I would give a negative rating if it were possible.
I am a customer of Taco Cabana & on this day I have decided that I will never go back to this restaurant due to the very bad customer service. This employees do not seem to know how to read a very simple order such as a potato, bacon w/ x bacon, cheese & sauteed onions. I mostly get this order done wrong by this employees. Today, for the last time, I went to Taco Cabana, a woman took a few minutes to approach the register, did not acknowledge I was waiting, made faces as if her bra was bothering her as she took my order which not include the sauteed onions & red peppers I requested be added to my tacos as she responded, okay. Although Drive Thru was busy, there was only one customer inside, ahead of me. This time I checked my food before leaving due to I noticed the receipt did not include the sauteed onions & red peppers. I opened the bag & sure enough the order was incorrect, again. I left the food & I requested a refund. I am one that does not care about getting free food due to mess ups. I want my food done right the first time & I definitely want my moneys' worth & good sound customer service. I wasted 10 minutes of my morning w/ a once again wrong order but, never again.
Worst vegetarian bowl I've ever been given from this place. My black beans were burnt and hard as small rocks. I couldn't believe I was actually served this slop in drive thru. My rice was also dry and in chunks. The quality was the poorest I've ever had .
Ordered food online on Wednesday. Arrived to pick up food and was told staff did not arrive so the location was closed. That was fine considering weather however I was told to take it up with the online ordering service. I have called since Wednesday and I was forwarded to a voicemail each time. It is Tuesday the following week and still no response. Called the taco cabana order was placed at and I was told to call the following day and my order would be made from the other night. I called this afternoon and was left on hold for 10 minutes when I attempted to call back the restaurant would not pick up any of my calls.
Waited 50 mins after placing an online order. The people in the restaurant said it was what it was and offered no apologies. Yet the drive thru was running through no problem.
This place was the worst! When we arrived in the drive through there was a line so we knew we were going to have to wait which is fine. However, 10 min later we finally had our order taken, and when we pulled forward there was only one car left in front of us. After arriving at the window we waited 20 min just to get our items and they still didn't put two of the items we ordered in the bag. When we went inside to retrieve the other items they said they didn't make them so we had to wait another 20 min and they still didn't give us one of the two. We will not be returning to this location.
I LOVE Taco C. It’s always been my favorite drive through Tex-Mex. But this location is awful. It took an hour to get my food and then the entire order was incorrect. I know staffing has been an issue for a lot of places, I’d be fine with the wait if the food was correct and warm. I’ve been here three times since moving to the area in July, and it’s just not worth the drive anymore. Always wrong, always cold, always a long wait.
The service is pretty slow and I understand that everything is made fresh but when you can walk in, place an order, DRIVE next door and fill up your car, grab a snack or two and come back and your order still isn't ready?! Yeah definitely need to work on speeding up service here even with online ordering it's still painfully slow Edit: Ok, I'm never coming back to this location! It's always slow, there's always a line and the managers are very rude and pushy! I walked in and was immediately told there was a 30 minute wait!
Ordered 5 tacos (3 bacon, 1 potato & 1 chorizo) in the drive thru. After the longest wait in line, we receive our order & drive off, and surprise all 5 tacos were bacon.
Walked in and it took 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge I was there, when manager finally came and asked what I wanted she had an attitude like she didn't want to be there. Food was cold and tasted like burnt oil.
I'm done with this location. I've pretty regularly hit this spot over the past couple months on my way home from work and they consistently get my order wrong, forget sides (both requested and the ones LISTED ON THE FREAKING MENU), and have some of the slowest evening staff I've ever seen. I've literally spent 30 minutes in the drive through at 7pm only to get up to the window and see 3 employees standing in the prep area just chatting.

I use one star because I can't put none. They took my online order for curbside and when I went to pick the order, the door was closed and the line in the drive thru was super long. I waited there assuming I'll get my order there and when I talked in the microphone, i was told they decided to close earlier. So, basically they didn't care about the customers. Terrible service. I will never go there again and I'll make sure corporate is aware of this.
We came in and waited 10- 15 minutes for them to take our order. They kept passing us but just rudely stared at us (FYI, we are 100% average/basic looking people). We kept telling ourselves they are probably understaffed and/or overworked. But they kept passing us, staring at us with hate.. & never took our order. Just leaving Taco Cabana at 3:34PM 12/03/2024. They seemed to be short staff which was no problem very understandable. After seeing the employees run around attending the drive thru for 10 minutes and not even greeting us or attending their front counter customers or their multiple delivery service orders.The heavier set Mexican lady that was manger who had black glasses and brown hair had an very rude attitude and insisted on changing me extra .40 cents on upsizing my drink with my combo to a medium when I told her I wanted the size that comes with the combo. When I confronted her about it she tried to act very confused and didn’t seem know understand much english so I let it go because it was .40 cents and then after Me and my friend went to the condiment section we saw a medium sized roach laying in the red salsa. When I mentioned it to the Manager she shrugged it off. I asked her for her name and she refused to give it to me. Once I saw another employee walking past I asked them for their Manager’s name. The employee told me that her manager’s named is Wendy and that she’s always in a bad mood. Not to mention the food was cold and not even good. Won’t ever be returning to another Taco Cabana after this experience. Would not recommend.
Today's visit made me sick on my stomach. I stood at the register a good 4 minutes before anyone said anything then I noticed a roach crawling by the register. I wasnt trying to be loud and grab everyone's attention that there was a roach very visible. I told the lead guy he ignored the hell outta me, I told another employee she looked at me crazy neither one of them stopped to even try to remove it. Yuck. I'm assuming the heavy set guy was the manager in charge in which he walked past me and I tried telling him as well but he tried to keep walking until I got louder and said SIR THERE IS A ROACH CRAWLING AROUND he finally said where I showed him and I told him at this point I will never eat here again because yall didnt even care about the roach so I'm almost certain if it crawls on food or get in food yall won't care. I totally lost my appetite. A friggin ROACH. I will be uploading my video and pictures to their fb page and whatever will let me load it. Absolutely no care or no concern and that bothers me as a customer!
Why isn’t there an option for 0 stars??? First off I want to say I wish I could give 0 stars, when we entered the white lady at the front huffed under her breath “ omg” as if she had an issue that we walked in. Second, we ordered our food and it took over 40 minutes to get our food and sad part about it was….. we were the only ones there. Fast food is for convenience to your customers who are trying to get in and out!!!!!! 1 employee working on cleaning and the other 3 just walking around trying to make themselves seem useful… what seems like centuries our food finally came out and our tacos were just threw together , queso spilled everywhere and my moms cabana bowl that had chicken was colder than a night in December. You think if they took so long the food would at least be fresh. I wanted to get my money back just for my cabana bowl, but she tried to make it seemed she refunded the money to the card , but what did you even refund if I payed with cash?? Lord this place is going down and down as the days go by. The other time I was here they slammed the drive thru door on a lady’s face because she wanted her food to be remade.. didn’t even try to give her money back. After today I’ll go else where. Customer service is something y’all lack and need more training. Honestly hire anyone here like just look at them 💀 Oh and why is the trash overflowing and food sitting in the middle of the floor , I can only imagine they don’t wash there hands before they leave the restroom. I use to come here as a kid and the fastness and respect from the manager and employees back then were amazing. How do you have a whole employee walk out of the door and says she quits because y’all are horrible And no I don’t care about no apologies and feed back that you’re going to give you’re “employees” who are barley making it. If you knew better you do better . Bless y’all
Service here is so slow! I waited in the lobby for about 10 minutes to have someone take my order or even greet me. And then after I order I have to wait another 30-40 minutes to even get my food. And when I speak to someone all they say is “oh you haven’t gotten your order yet” I don’t understand at all how and why this place can’t get a simple order together. And when you see the manager she’s just walking around, she threw my food down on the counter and didn’t say anything into a minute later and half my order was missing too.
I just went for pick up at 11:40 AM. I ordered four tacos and I left with two. They probably didn’t even charge me for the four because they take my order correctly . Please focus on the drive-through.
The person taking the order at the drive through didn't know the menu. They insisted an item that did not come with cheese had cheese on it, so they didn't "add cheese", and of course, when I got home, the item in question did not have cheese. Additionally, I made the mistake of assuming the order had all of the food (rookie mistake, so that's on me as much as the restaurant, I guess), but 2 items (about $8 worth of food) was missing. The drive through line was very slow, and the restaurant was unable to make any menu item containing something "fajita style" (chicken quesadillas, beef quesadillas, etc.). Overall, I wouldn't recommend going to this Taco Cabana. If you have a "craving", check out one of the many other Taco Cabanas in the area with more efficient and capable staff.
I was going to do my survey and when I went to scan the QR code, it stated that I had already taken the survey. This was very concerning to me! I called the store and spoke to the night manager and he could not figure out why my survey was 100% complete. Seems to me that the day crew (Chelsea) was taking her own surveys! Not a good thing if you want true feedback of what I experienced.
I ordered the dozen Taco box breakfast on December the 10th 2024 at 9:20 in the morning I've been calling since then and nobody's answered when I receive my tacos they were soggy my bacon was not cooked properly am I chorizo tacos were the soggiest of them all and my potatoes/egg . This is very unacceptable. ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️
Placed an order through Uber eats. My driver messaged me after waiting at the store over 20 minutes that the store told them my order had already been picked up by someone else. This is untrue. Three other drivers tried it picking up my order before it was ultimately canceled after waiting OVER TWO HOURS. They made a mistake by giving my order to someone else and instead of remaking the order it ended up being canceled. This location is ALWAYS a disorganized mess but I’m mostly angry because I’ve had the flu for a week and haven’t eaten in a week and chicken flautas is the only thing I’ve even partially wanted. This location is a joke all the time though.
The most incompetent cabana in Austin. Never get the order right. Make me wait outside in my car for 20 minutes while it's 104* for a drive through order. Only for me to have to come inside and inquire about my order, that had been sitting on the counter waiting for ANYONE to bring out to my car for 15 minutes. Way to burn my whole lunch break and then not even apologize when I asked for a refund. An absolute clown show
Worst customer service. The store forgot items and said they could only issue a refund with my receipt. When I returned in person, the store manager acted as if I didn't call him 5 minutes prior. The store manager demanded the order back or pictures proving items were missing. He then accused me of saying I didn't receive any parts of the order to the ENTIRE STAFF! It was humiliating. All I requested was a refund for missing items, not the entire order.
Horrible service. I have been to this locating a few times in the past month and every time the service is so slow. Today, I had the worst experience I've ever had. The customer service was the worst. After sitting in the drive thru for over half an hour (only 3 cars in front of me), I ended up leaving without food. They took my payment and then informed me that what I ordered and paid for wasn't available. Will never be returning to this location.
Went for Mother's day for my wife something quick ,we thought. Told us 10 minutes on steak for our order then salsa bar was smaller then I remembered. Selection was minimal. Decided to eat on the patio to brighten the day . The door locks behind is and we have to go back to main entrance to enter and exit . I should of known better. When I walked it was already a angry customer waiting on his order .
Pull up to order tacobreal quick no one came to window at all waited 7 minutes no one and because I trying to get something quick I could only a few minute. The second day had same ideal and they made up to bring my order out which nothing hard two breakfast taco so I pull to front of store the lady never came out to give me my taco so I got out my car went in. She wouldn't come to counter to serve me and someone from back finally came up gave me my order that was just sitting there getting cold and this was after 5 minutes of me standing there no apologies or nothing
The food is great. The location Manager Wendy is not. This person does not understand customer "service". In response to an incorrect drive through order (2 tacos) they gave me 1 of the wrong type. The I went inside the store cashier got me two new tacos. The mistake I made was to ask for a refund as well - I had been there about 20 minutes. The manager Wendy appeared to argue with me about the $4.27 refund. She finally refunded my money, walked up to my bag on the counter and took out one of my tacos, saying I had only paid for one taco so I only get one. I was shocked. I paid for two tacos as I do almost every day. This was by definition, theft. Wendy became hostile and aggressive, and then refused to tell me her name, refused to give me franchise owner information or even the corporate guest relations number. She then disappeared into the back and would not come back out. This is the worst customer interaction I have ever had. I have attempted to contact the corporate guest relations team. I hope the reason I have not hear from them is because of the holidays. Save yourself the frustration and go across the parking lot to Jack in the Box or the QT location. Cheers!
Tacos on tiny tortillas. Small quesadilla had 10 total pieces a meat. Way over priced for what you get.
Sat there and ignored me for close to 5 minutes. Young man in the back did acknowledge me but the pregnant looking manager did her best to not. Waste of time. Nobody was even in the store. Crazy
Placed my order thru the TC app. Went to pick it up curbside. Parked and called the number. No answer. Called two more times and still no answer. Walk up to the door. Locked. Get in my car and drive to the drive thru. Guy tells me to back out and go to the side door. Pick up my order. Get home and take out order. My steak fajita cabana bowl only had the some steak fajita, pico and sour cream. No rice, beans, lettuce... Called the store. No answer. Completed an online form. No response. Will not go back.
To be in a prime location this place is beyond slow! Why are you taking 40 min to a hr to prepare meals that are supposed to be fast to prepare!? What kind of bs is that ? Who runs this place ? Management how do you not see a problem with the establishment ? Its dirty in the sitting area,the workers look lost, it takes long get your food and you don’t give me all my sides and condiments. If you need someone to work there to get it together I’ll happily volunteer to be manager. The organization sucks ! Wait time sucks ! Cleanliness sucks ! Food sucks! Do better 😒
Unless you aren't super hungry, and have an hour to waste getting your food, to get your food correctly, and to get your entire order... avoid this location! Ordered 4 taco combos and 4 carne guisada tacos. We were almost given the order for the person waiting in front of us, only got 8 of the 12 tacos ordered and the dr pepper was carbonated water with a squirt of syrup. Hubby went in to get or 4 missing tacos and it took an extra 20 minutes to get those 4 tacos. It was pure chaos inside with 4 employees working. 1 working drive thru, 1 working the grill, 1 making the orders (who was completely clueless), and another working the front register. The person making the orders had no idea what they were doing and jumped from their primary task to other tasks. We were there a total of 55 minutes. Try the parmer/ mopac location. Maybe you'll get out in less than time.

I am over this place. I order from this restaurant couple times a week and without a fail, my order is wrong. Today, after I got the wrong salsa and was told by a team member that it is the correct salsa but I don’t argue with him and I just go into the dining area and get the correct salsa. I got home and I was missing two slices on my fajita. Ohh and no pico.
Went for breakfast and it was warm...I like my breakfast hot. Cleanliness could have been better.
I’ve been here for 15 minutes and not one single customer has been served in store or in the drive-through. I tried to drive-through and had to reverse out. I’ve tried in-store and now I’m leaving empty-handed. Just close the store already.
They have 1 cashier working the drive though but he doers not come to inside counter. They should just close the lobby. After waiting 10 min to place order with five taco cabana employees working we left to get lunch elsewhere. It was also the dirtiest Taco Cabana I have ever visited. Stay away from this dump!
I ordered a large drink (44oz). When my ordered arrived, all I got was 1 can (12oz) of the wrong drink. I ordered a diet Pepsi and I got Diet Coke. And they think supplementing for 1/3 of what I paid for makes things even?? Not to mention the wrong meat in my tacos!! What makes anyone think red meat is a good substitute for chicken??? Worst assumption made by any fast food restaurant.
im just leaving taco cabana in pflugerville. i ordered a cabana bowl with a taco and nacho and i was just told i cant order it. i have to order breakfast well i took that answer but because i was stuck in the line i still had to wait and went online and saw i could place the exact order online and pick it up. when i asked the checker why they lie to me he told me a that his shift lead said they couldnt. once the shift lead came to the window she then tries to take my order through the window and tells me that she can make it now. at this point i dont wont it and i ask for her name she refused to give it but gave me her manager name that should return to work tomorrow. come on TC i thought yall were better then this.
The food is decent, this isn’t a review saying don’t go to taco cabana… just don’t go to this one. First experience we got delivery. The delivery driver picked it up and then dropped the order stealing our food. Not TC’s fault, that’s on Door Dash… but when we went to go get the food, not realizing it had been stolen the manager was rude and accused us of lying or deliberately choosing a bad delivery company (that’s never been a thing??). Second time, we ordered curbside so as not to repeat the delivery fiasco. We called and they said they need 10 mins to finish the chicken. No prob. 25 mins later they still hadn’t brought it out. We went in and asked about it. The girl said nothing pointed to the bag. Got home, food was missing. I had to go back and get it, again.
The way the food looks is how it actually taste 🤢, nor it is fresh taste like it has been out all day. I ordered inside and the place was not clean, nor was the salsas, and pico de gallo filled up and the counters look like they have not been cleaned the whole day. Workers (Lazy people) on their phones and just lingering around. No ice in bins for drinks 🤦🏽♀️ Please do better or at least try to seem you care about the people who keep you from even having a job in order to have money.
We ordered & our number was never called. Our food was waiting for I don’t know how long. I ordered the beef fajita bowl & there was hardly anything in there. My friend ordered Queso & it came with no chips. Come on I thought y’all were better than this!!! At a time like this restaurants should be providing great food & service…..
This location used to be one of the best ones they opened. Came here about 3 weeks ago and food was tasteless and cold, but still thought let's give it another try. The food still didn't have flavor at all and to top it off the rice was not evan done. The rice was still white and hard from not being cooked all the way. Think we're done giving them chances since it doesn't appear to be getting any better.
