Delicious ice cream!!! It's our family's favorite ice cream shop! ❤️ The girls are kind and ready to offer advice on all the desserts (cakes, crepes, milkshakes, as well as the many ice cream flavors). There's also a small outdoor area with tables and chairs. 100% recommended 😊

Delicious ice cream. Air-conditioned, located in the center of Pianezza. Comfortable outdoor seating to enjoy their products.

I prezzi non sono troppo alti e la qualità del gelato è comunque buona. Non mi sono trovata affatto bene per quello che riguarda la consegna a domicilio: visto che si paga il servizio al momento il cui si ordina, mi aspetto anche il gelato mi venga recapitato a casa, non importa se è un terzo piano e non ha l ascensore. Spesso chi consegna trova scuse che non esistono per non salire e ripeto pagando il servizio non lo trovo affatto corretto.

This was my first time at this ice cream shop. Some of the flavors are good, with a nice texture; others are tasteless, with a very long flavor. The service is expensive and helpful, but the atmosphere could be more refined.

It used to be better, but now it's half melted and the flavors are barely noticeable, and in the height of summer it closes too early. To those who say it's the best gelato in Pianezza... well, it's the only gelato shop at the end... and the hours say it's open until midnight, but by 9:30 it's already closed.

Ice cream can't be sold in these conditions! I wonder why people who sell food don't try what they're selling. Maybe it was a terrible day, but that's not the case.

A real disaster! The quality is now just a memory! The ice cream was sold almost melted, so much so that as soon as we picked it up, the whipped cream fell to the floor. The ice cream in the nearly empty tubs was semi-liquid, and the ice cream in the full tubs was barely solid. We expressed concern that the ice cream not only wasn't good but that the proper storage conditions hadn't been respected, but they told us the refrigerator temperature was correct, so why was it so melted? Moreover, in front of the ice cream shop, there were traces of ice cream everywhere... and on a day that wasn't even warm... 24 degrees. We informed the staff and threw the ice cream away, obviously paying 6 euros for two uneaten ice creams. We won't be returning.

I hate to leave a negative review, but unfortunately the gelato isn't as good as it used to be. I noticed it last year, and this year, unfortunately, it was confirmed. The gelato tastes terrible; it tastes very chemically based. I can't understand how I can get gelato in Druento and when I get home it's still excellent and firm, but when I get it here, less than a five-minute drive away, it's soggy, it tastes more like a milkshake than gelato. Total disappointment. It's a shame because it's the only gelato shop in Pianezza, but I won't be going back.

Disappointing, the quality isn't the same anymore, the staff isn't very friendly, and today they hit rock bottom: a strawberry and lemon cup with several pieces of Styrofoam inside. When the clerk returned with the pieces of Styrofoam in her hand, she repeatedly replied, "I don't know what to tell you." I also asked to speak to the owner, but she wasn't there. You've lost a customer, and not only that, unfortunately for you, there are excellent ice creams nearby!
