We stopped without giving it much thought. The place is nice, but the service is disastrous; the waiter was unfriendly, even unpleasant. We didn't order an aperitif, yet it was served and charged for. A rather lackluster experience.

We had two experiences at this bar/restaurant. One as a bar/café; the coffees were good, but the servers weren't very friendly. The other as a restaurant. Again, the service wasn't perfect, but it wasn't unpleasant either. As for the food, the pasta was good, especially the amaretti pasta. However, the mozzarella wasn't very good, which was disappointing, and they offered dishes made with tomatoes even though they were well out of season (they weren't fresh or well-presented). Overall, it was quite good, but rather disappointing.

Lo scontrino inesistente ho fatto colazione tutto di bassa qualità e per solo 2 briosce e 2 caffè ho speso tantissimo

Metto una stella perché non si può mettere meno. Non è possibile attendere per un'ora al tavolo senza riuscire a fare un'ordinazione (cercando più volte di attirare invano l'attenzione dei poveri camerieri che sono palesemente troppo pochi in relazione ai tavoli e alla folla). Inoltre, nonostante altri 30 minuti siano stati impiegati per portare un espresso e un tè caldo, sia la tazza da tè che relativo cucchiaino erano sporchi; e meno male che la situazione igienica dovrebbe anche essere migliore data la pandemia (ma evidentemente non è così). Sinceramente non è un posto in cui tornerei e dalla qualità mediocre, non basta essere in piazza Vittorio per assicurarsi la clientela.

Ho chiamo in tabaccheria per chiedere un informazione, mi ha risposto un signore a dir poco sgorbutico mentre parlavo mi ha chiuso il telefono in faccia, non avevo capito quindi ho chiamato nuovamente e lui mi ha risposto urlandomi “ no non é caduta la linea ho staccato io NON FA PIÙ NESSUNO L’ABBONAMENTO CON LA CARTA SE È DISPERATA VIENI E LO FACCIO” tutto questo urlandomi al telefono per poi staccarmi nuovamente il telefono in faccia quando io avevo solo gentilmente chiesto un informazione. Consiglio vivamente a questo uomo di smetterla di lavorare a contatto con la gente perché non fa per lui!! E di fare un corso di civiltà e rispetto, ripeto non ho mai visto tutta questa maleducazione in vita mia!

Nessuno scontrino al mio e ai tavoli vicini. Più di dieci euro per due caffè e una coca cola in lattina. Caffè tra l’altro osceno

pensavano che fossimo turisti e volevano truffarci per una colazione abbiamo pagato 30€ e nello scontrino (che ci hanno messo mezz’ora a portarlo) non hanno scritto neanche cosa abbiamo preso

Nella notte tra l’11 e il 12 maggio stavo acquistando le sigarette alla loro macchinetta. Inseriti i 5€ continuava a dare zero euro di credito, senza che uscisse nessuno scontrino e senza aver selezionato nessun articolo. Mi sono recato da loro qualche giorno dopo per recuperare i 5€ e dicono che a loro non risultano contanti in più. (5 euro mi interessano poco ma è questione di correttezza).Se la loro macchina non funziona correttamente non vedo perché debbano rimetterci i clienti. (Sarò l’unico?). DISONESTI E ANCHE SCORTESI. Alla larga per sempre io e tutti i miei gruppi di amici nei paraggi e dintorni

I feel scammed. The lunch menu was not expensive, but drink prices were not visible anywhere. We were charged 5 euros for a small (33cl) can of cola. Almost half the price of a plateful of pasta.

Terrible place, €50 for an aperitif for 7 people. But the worst thing was that the drinks weren't accompanied by any kind of appetizer. Terrible, absolutely avoid. Unhelpful staff.

Everything sucks. I won't have such high expectations again; I'm disappointed. Not to mention the prices; they didn't give me receipts, nor did they give receipts to the neighboring tables. NEVER AGAIN!

I had breakfast with very low quality croissants and disrespectful service, I took 3 croissants 2 coffees 2 bottles of water 30 euros and when I asked for the receipt they brought it to me after half an hour and then gave me change (they thought we were tourists and wanted to scam)
