I stopped by Panda Express recently, and ask always enjoyed the experience. The food was hot, fresh, and tasty. Veggies were not soggy and were also not undercooked. The portions were generous, the staff were friendly. It’s great to see them offering healthier options like grilled teriyaki chicken and steamed veggies. Whether you're dining in or grabbing something to go, Panda Express is a great choice for a quick and satisfying meal. I’ll be back again soon!
Still yummy but has lost some of its charm. Food used to taste better. Teriyaki chicken tasted burnt last visit.
Clean quick and respectful just don't expect them to always have what you want ready. They wait too long to restock entree's. And they overcook the fried chicken used in several entries.
Our first time eating Panda Express. My wife ate the broccoli with beef felt the broccoli was cooked right (done but not over cooked) & the beef Ok. My Honey sesame chicken missed mark. The green beans were equally cooked right yet the seasoning/sauce on the chicken wasn’t to my taste. Both of us had the fried rice as our side dish. It was OK. The restaurant was clean & employees helpful.
The customer service was not good at all. I placed a mobile order and when I got home I realized that they had given us two orange chicken plates rather than one orange chicken plate and one mushroom chicken plate. I called and the woman on the phone said that "she was sure that she put mushroom chicken" but I could bring the wrong order back and get the right food. When I brought the plate back she tried telling me that the food we left at home was mushroom chicken, she gave me the right food but then kept saying that she did put mushroom chicken and started trying to argue about it with me, asking if the other boxes had zucchini and saying they were almost out of mushrooms so we got the mushroom chicken there just wasn't much mushroom. hey so i think i know the difference between deep fried orange chicken and pan fried chicken with mushrooms and zucchini. Not once did the employee say sorry for the wrong order, just argued. This is not the first time i have had a bad experience, I once ordered sesame chicken and when I got home I realized that they had given me walnut shrimp. I am ALLERGIC. I called and no one answered, I emailed corporate and no one answered. I never got a refund or other food that I could actually eat. So I guess the only way to get the right food is going back to the store and argue with the employees about it.
Here's the order when I got home. The manager literally forgot to complete the order AFTER asking if we wanted to wait for the new chow mein. Today I tried Panda again, showed the picture to the same person, she replied, "I don't remember you" and curtly walked away. Wow. If it weren't for my kids, I would never return and talk real smack about the service.
For the life of me I do not know why I keep ordering from them. Even if you put please do not forget teriyaki sauce it will continue to forget it. If you're looking for dry chicken and rice with no teriyaki sauce this is your place
Absolutely horrible. Waited for 45 minutes to get the food. Employees move with no urgency. All they do is say one minute. Everyone worker here needs to be fired and they need all new people in here stay far away
Consistently over 30 minutes late in catering orders. Do not order food from here if you want it hot and on time.
I ordered one plate with rice and orange chicken through the drive-thru. When I got to the window, I was told the total was $24, which seemed high for one meal. After paying and checking the receipt, I realized I was charged for two plates, but only received one in the bag. I went inside to get this fixed and waited about 20 minutes just to be told the charge would be refunded in 1-3 business days via email?? I never received the refund. Very disappointing experience. Overcharged, wasted time, and no follow-through on the refund.
I waited until my 3rd visit @ this location to write this review. Every visit they have been out of nearly all the menu items. Chicken and Mushroom is my favorite. This was not available all 3 visits. Whomever, is ordering the supplies is awful at their job. One of the most popular items, never available? Each visit was @ different times of the day and day of the week. I will not return. 3 strikes!!
Incredibly rude staff!!! They are so disrespectful in that drive through! I gave them my order and the woman aggressively repeated it back and also had my order wrong. I just said “oh yeah that’s not right, I think you’re going to fast.” She kept cutting me off when I’d tell her what sides I wanted. I would barely be finished with my words before she’d ask me another question. Once again, she relayed my order that was wrong… When I told her my order was still wrong, she responded to me with the “Are you okay?!!!” “Alright okay whatever!” Very loudly like I was doing something wrong. I find that gross and disgusting. Why does she think she can talk to people this way?? What type of question is that and why are you even talking to me like that as a paying customer???
I’m so sad! I’m not sure what happened. After years of being great panda express, this location is battling it out with Gulf Breeze for the worst panda express in the nation. Don’t get me wrong, the staff is wonderful! Always super friendly and kind people! The food has been just short of inedible the last three times I’ve been here. Sometimes completely charred black, sometimes it is seriously underdone and today it is nearly tasteless. I really hope that quality control can be done here and save this location.
Serious safety issue found in my order!! I ordered from the Panda Express on Airport Blvd in Pensacola on 10/20/25. After finishing my meal, I discovered a small METAL shard at the bottom of the Styrofoam container (it looked like it could be from a chafing pan or similar kitchen equipment). I immediately tried calling the restaurant to report this so the team could check their equipment and food line, but no one answered. Food safety issues can happen anywhere, but responsiveness matters. I’m posting this so management is aware and can inspect equipment, retrain staff on container checks, and improve phone responsiveness. Zero stars for this experience.
I placed an online order through the DoorDash app at Panda Express, well in advance. I’m writing this review hungry and frustrated because my order still hasn’t arrived. Dashers keep changing, and when I asked one of them why it’s taking so long, he told me the staff are prioritizing walk-in customers over online orders. My question to management is simple: why are online customers treated as less important? Am I not just as valuable as the people inside your store? It’s unacceptable to wait over an hour for food that was ordered ahead of time.
The employees were arguing at the cash registers. They continued to argue very loudly. I was asked what our order was I said that we had General Tso chicken, spicy orange chicken and beijing beef. The cashier said they didn't have General Tso chicken. So I don't know what they gave us.
I usually don’t have a problem eating here I get it before work a lot. But I went in and ordered a bowl with orange chicken and chow mein. Within two hours after only eating less than half of it I was sick to my stomach. Up and down all night sick. All symptoms point to food poisoning. Not sure if the food was leftover from the day before considering the chow mein was so dry and hard. The girl at the front was sweet though.
Absolutely hate this place unfortunately my family loves it but after tonight everyone agrees not to order again from Panda Express. Ordered a few meals online and received nothing but veggies no beef in the beef and broccoli at all and had maybe had 1- 2 pieces of small chicken in each chicken item ordered, unfortunately Uber eats doesn’t care and the company will tell you to call Uber eats. Which refunded me 2$ on a $30+ order. Never again such a waste of money me and my family threw the food out and went to McDonalds instead
I don't know what they replaced the Angus pepper steak with. One thing is for sure...it isn't beef. I couldn't chew or tear apart the meat with my hands. Every single piece was like that. This is the 2nd time within 2 weeks that I ordered the steak and it was like that. It used to be real meat and I enjoyed it but this isn't what they say it is and I will NOT order from Panda again. See for yourself.
Got a big plate, a bowl and an side entree of black Angus steak. The side entree was just under $7 and I expected a reasonable size side. Instead I got a small, maybe half a measuring cup size container. I could have just gotten a plate rather than a bowl and would have gotten more food for only $1 or $2 more! Heck, could have gotten another bowl altogether for the same price. On top of it, it was only half way filled! I mean that's crazy. The teriyaki chicken I got on the big plate (got two orders), didn't have any teriyaki sauce, not on it or on the side... I therefore just got "chicken". My container had only about half the chow mein it should have and the black pepper chicken (my third entree for the big plate) was also only halfway filling the container. The only thing good we got was the bowl for my wife. I made the order with Uber eats, but they said they couldn't do anything about it. My recommendation is if you do go there, verify you're at least getting the food you paid for and not getting the scraps they had leftover.
