The food is absolutely delicious, several vegan options to eat and drink. Portion sizes are apt. I hope they grow further and they can improve the ambience. For the size of crew they are working with you might have to be patient but the food is worth the wait. 👍👌

I had a Matcha Mint Latte, very good. Also, the avocado toast which was delicious. The ingredients tasted fresh. I will be coming back to try more.

I can't say enough great things about Ynot Organic. Delicious, healthy food, and amazing service! As someone who has many dietary restrictions I appreciate there signage indicating the use of their ingredients. I have been on the Central Coast for 13+ years, Ynot Organic is my #1 spot to eat on the Central Coast. Try it..you will love it

Such a great place! Had the quinoa bowl the first time and just had the pesto shiitake sandwich on gluten free bread, quality, wholesome, super yummy food. Their immunity boost juice is such a pleasant burst of energy. All of the food is Vegan and you can make the smoothies vegan by adding agave instead of honey, if you aren't vegan, you can leave the honey in and the bee pollen. Order the fennel slaw as your side, it is to die for! Staff is excellent.

Fantastic vegan fare. We both decided to try the street tacos and were not disappointed. As good or better than the reviews I read. Can't wait to go back and try other stuff.

This place is rad. I'd visit again. I got a very nice lunch to split with my brother. Two sandwiches and two smoothies for $36. The vegan BLT is savory with several good unusual spreads inside it. I've had at least 15 different vegan BLTs before and this one was a yummy version with the core elements done well and a very original twist. After just half a smoothie and half a sandwich I was pretty full, which is rare! Compostable to-go containers. They use bee products but are otherwise vegan and offered to substitute. I appreciated the friendly welcome and one staff member even helped me carry the food to my car! Close to Pismo and Grover beaches; perfect stop on my trip down from the Bay Area.

A typical vegetarian family tired of eating mediocre and overpriced vegan/vegetarian food, but this place did not disappoint! The food was flavorful and properly proportioned. Their outdoor seating decor is also unique, we quite liked it!

Second time visiting ynot and extremely happy with the delicious food! We got the shiitake sandwich and the mexi bowl, lentil soup and a green smoothie and the flavors in everything was on point!

I love this place so much. It's all vegan and you wouldn't know it, full of flavor. Only caviat is that they're way way way overpriced for what you get, but that doesn't effect my rating just how often I go. Their deserts are also amazing but again overpriced for small portions.

We've gone back several times now. I'd recommend the Mexi-bowl and the dairy free ice cream that's basically some kind of magical rendition of a peach through some fancy machine is WAY better than regular ice cream--like it's really good. Andrew clearly really enjoys what he does.

I love this place! I've been here a few times and I've never been disappointed. I reccomend the golden smoothie bowl. But everything I've tried is great! To top it off its organic. Definitely worth your money.

Our first trip here was today. Ordered an iced latte and a smoothie, both of them tasted great. There service wasnt bad, not slow, but I wouldn't say they were fast either.

Tried the Acaí smoothie. 4/5 for the taste. 4/5 for the price. Understandable. Small shop. Organic stuff is expensive. But, YAY Compostable Plastics!!! Thank you for using those for your to-go ware! 5/5 for the speed. Wish it was just a tad faster but I understand. 3 other customers came in after me. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Got my 1 smoothie after about 8 minutes. Overall good. Would recommend to my vegan friends.

Took my mom here for a birthday lunch and ordered the mexi bowls. I'm vegetarian and lactose intolerant, she's lactose intolerant as well. It was so nice to know that anything on the menu was safe for us both to enjoy and having an abundance of choices not just one like at most restaurants. The portions were good sized, we each ate half and had to save the rest for later. Everything in the bowl was fresh, I appreciated that, and it tasted great! There was a lot of flavor and I came away feeling satisfied! I know my mom enjoyed hers as well and was looking forward to eating her leftovers. I'm sure she'll be asking me to bring her back here again someday soon! 😊

Y-Not is an absolute gem for people looking for organic vegan food. I am working my way through eating and drinking everything on the menu. I love the avocado toast with a side of snap peas on toasted sourdough. It was delicious and beautifully presented. The latte and green drink are enough reason to order daily. The bowls offer very tasty selections, and I love the Tempeh / BLT. The two staff are always a pleasure and service is quick. The premises are impeccable and asthetically pleasing. As a long term vegan I am deeply grateful to have Y-Not available.

This gem is a green as the lettuce. Tucked away in the nooks of the Central Coast is this dope all organic and vegan cafe. Whipping up homemade ice cream, coffee, smoothies, sandwiches, soups and more. My friends and I had just came from parlaying at Cal-Poly and one of them recommended this place as she dined here prior with and only said great things. . It took me a while to glance over their extensive menu, there were many good options. All guilt free of course, so it was hard to choose. I ultimately decided to order the California BLTA and it came with a side, I chose roasted potatoes (not pictured) My friend ordered one of their specials, the stuffed avocado which honestly stole the show on presentation alone. Filled with quinoa, laid on a puddle of jalapeño aioli topped with grape tomatoes and sweet potato and garnished with pumpkin seeds…BRUH…this is the meaning of food is life. It tastes good and is good for you. It was lightly seasoned and refreshing. The aioli wasn’t overbearing and the avocado was firm enough to hold its shape when cut by our spoons, but not under ripe. . I highly suggest and recommend eating here. Service was friendly and accommodating. The staff greets every person that comes through the door, they are quick to resolve any requests and we even got to meet the executive chef/owner and he gave us free chocolate chip cookies. 10/10 experience and will definitely dine here again. . The second time I dined here I got the street tacos & a cup of the lentil soup. Both were divine. As always the presentation is intricate & inviting and the flavors were warm and the tacos assumed the taste of meat minus the guilt. They were mini corn tortillas, with the first layer being crumbles of chorizo tempeh in a brown sauce, avocado lime crema, radishes & garnished with micro greens. It also came with a side of beans. My cronies wanted dessert & ordered one order of each of their ice cream flavors: pistachio, vanilla bean and chocolate I hardly had space after such a hearty healthy entree, but ate as much vegan ice cream as I could since being lactose intolerant has deprived me of the tasty treat for some time. I can’t rave about this place enough. Definitely a must visit for vegetarians and vegans alike or anyone with an open mind and open palette.

This place is amazing. Should have one of these in every city in America. The 100 bananas up top on the display case upon entry is chapter one of a great novel I’m looking to read all the way through. No pics this time as it didn’t last long enough for one. Tried black bean beet burger, mushroom sandwich, green bowl, portobello sandwich, and dessert platter. All the entrees were money. From taste, to texture to how it leaves you feeling good, loved it. The platter had a very rich Chocolate torte and plain cheesecake with berry sauce, so if you like decadent, that’s right up your alley. The vanilla coconut ice cream was a bit lighter and lovely. Looking forward to trying everything on this menu multiple times.

Absolutely the best place for smoothies, and the soy chorizo tacos are the best anywhere. The price for everything is very reasonable. My wife and I love this place and the owners are fabulously wonderful people, they treated us like we were family and made us feel special. Thank You both for the awesome restaurants you have brought into our lives.

Love this place! So many yummy options! Our family had bowls, toast, smoothies and tea/coffee. All were very good. Love the interior decoration also. Definitely recommend this place! Not always easy to find vegan places and very glad we found this one!

My partner and I are both vegan and whirl in a vacation in oceano we found this place really close to our Airbnb. We went for dinner and the food was phenomenal. We got the tacos and mushroom sausage sandwich. Both were 1000/10. Would definitely come back.

This all vegan menu is full of so many choices. Food is a normal portion, clean tasting and has so much flavor.

We love Y’not Organic and go there daily when visiting Pismo. The California BLTA is maybe the best sandwich ever. We also love the tacos and juices and the deserts are delicious. We love checking out Vegan restaurants when we travel and this place is at the top of our favorites list!

What a lovely find for healthy vegan food. I had the mexi bowl which was fresh and delicious. The service was very friendly and efficient. I loved that the cutlery and plates were reusable.

Great place for delicious, healthy vegan food. We struggle in this area (SLO, Pismo, etc) to find fresh, vegan food and Ynot is basically the only place you can come that checks all of the boxes. They have delicious bowls, smoothies and sandwiches. (Don’t come if you’re looking for vegan junk, you won’t find it here).

I will start off by saying that the smoothies here are incredible tasting and the food is very healthy and tasty. However, the pricing is a bit outrageous, even if the ingredients are top-notch imports. I spent $11 on a small smoothie. I can't see this place being successful due to traffic reasons. You hardly notice it at all even when you are almost right in front of it.

If you're looking for great plant-based food this is a fantastic place to eat. The menus are broad, healthy, and delicious. On top of that, the service is always top notch.

Acai bowl was awesome and I super duper highly recommend their smoothie bowls! The lentil soup was really watery which makes it feel like it's totally not worth the money because I could just drink a lot of water and go somewhere else and buy 3 cans of beans for the same price so I currently am not recommending the soup unless they thicken it up so that it's more fulfilling.

Stopped here on a road trip. I don’t often go to vegan/vegetarian places, but this was a pleasant surprise. Had the mexi bowl and latte. Real friendly guys and food was reasonably priced and light but filling and with good flavor. Latte was very good too!

Excellent healthy vegan options. Amazing sourdough bread used in this sandwiches. BLT and Mushroom sausage were yummy. A real gem. It’s was a little cold I side but outdoor seating available which is nice. I should have prefaced I’m not vegan and truly enjoyed this plant based place.

This place was amazing! The tropical smoothie was a win with our 3 year old! We also loved it, so fresh and delicious. We also had a vanilla late which was so good. We tried their lentil soup and it was so flavourful! We will be back! Thank you!

My second time visiting and both times, food was fresh with layered flavors. Today was the avocado toast and golden bowl. Something you would expect to see on a 5 star restaurant menu but it’s affordable and has options for everyone! Ps..my husband isn’t vegan and he couldn’t even tell there wasn’t animal products in the meals.

Food was really good. I had a bowl and my wife had the "blt" and we also ordered vanilla cream smoothie. All of it was good and freshly made. The "blt" tasted more like an egg salad sandwich? But it was really good, either way! And the bowl was delicious. It was exactly what I was looking for "nutritious and delicious" I'd say a 4.5 overall, but did 5 stars cuz it won't let u do half stars.

The hotel I was staying add had very bad vegan options so searched the area and found Y Not. This is possibly the best vegan restaurant that I have ever been to. Firstly, it was easy to find and park. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The choice of food is perfect with a wide range. Everything is organic and the majority is vegan. They also cater for those who are gluten free. There was so much I wanted to try but I have to comment on the cashew bread putting. You have to try it. It is a 5 hour drive away from where I live but I will choose to take short trips up there because of Y Not. If you are vegan.....you have to try it.

Vegan cafe in a strip mall location. Notable in that they are one of few vegan food options in Pismo Beach so it's important to support this yummy place! The smoothies and bowls are amazing for breakfast - giving you much better energy for the day ahead than the greasy diner food down by the pier. Also try the chocolate chip cookies made without refined sugar. They are less sweet but somehow more delicious than what you're used to!

I was also surprised that the burger was so beet red. I don't really like beets, but I was very pleasantly surprised there was *no* detectable beet flavor. In fact, the vegan burger was absolutely delicious! It included lettuce, tomato, grilled onions, avocado, all served within a sesame seed bun. For dessert I tried the cheesecake and the chocolate torte, which was too much for one person, but I had to use up my $20 certificate and I just brought home leftovers. The cheesecake was based on their house made cashew cheese and topped with fresh puréed blackberries and a blackberry. The chocolate torte was pretty much like the cheesecake, except for the addition of chocolate. Both were excellent desserts, but I think I liked the simplicity of the cheesecake a little better. By all means get the chocolate if you are in the mood for chocolate and something a little richer! Everything, including the sides and dessert tasted very flavorful & fresh. I will definitely be coming back here a lot!

Everything is good here, but especially are the desserts and the smoothies. The Green smoothie is my favorite. They also apparently sell some high quality local wines (the self is in the back). Keep in mind that their cashew milk is not sweet at all, so if you are used to oatmilk or almond milk - ask for some sweetener with your latte.

My husband and I absolutely love this place! The food is consistently fresh and delicious, and the staff is always welcoming and friendly. Omar, in particular, goes above and beyond — he’s incredibly helpful with recommendations and always makes sure everything is perfect. YNot has truly earned our trust and has become a go-to staple for us!

The cheesecake was very good but I didn't expect it to be so small. I put my fork in for scale. About a third of the size of a regular cheesecake.

Great vegan food place which is a little expensive and portion size was small. However the staff and owner were very sweet and accommodated my special Jain vegan diet, made me a custom BLT tempeh sandwich. It tasted great

All great options for healthy food. You rarely find such places. All organic and good gluten free options. Quality is good. Yes price is bit on a higher side for the break fast. Would've given 5 star had quantity was matching price for organic food. Service was fine, they could do it bit fast

Delicious food and you feel great after eating it, but I took off a star, because today (11/15/20), we went in to eat and the manager was angry, rude, and had a disgusting attitude toward the very nice girl working with her. They had a morning rush and the employee who wasn't the manager made a minor mistake. The manager made her come out to us and try to get us to pay for the minor mistake while the manager scowled from behind the counter. I hope that manager reads this and realizes she should've come and talk to us herself and not sent that poor girl out twice. The manager needs to find a new job or get an attitude check. The other employee busted her tail, was incredibly kind and deserves to be treated with respect.

Four stars, because I couldn't figure out for the life of me why the food was SO acidic/tasted like straight apple cider vinegar. My friend suggested to not get the pickled onions on the BLTA. I hope it helps next time, their food looks and tastes so good otherwise! And their green juice is sooo refreshing!

I had the Brown Rice bowl. It was one of the most beautiful plates I have ever had. Great colors, all the micro greens were bright and fresh. I normally look for a meal with a meat main ingredient. These flavors were good. There was quite a bit of rice that the miso sauce mixed and flavored well. I got it to go and the container was surprisingly heavy. So guys take a date here, you will get filled up and it is some where she might appreciate more than Taco Bell

Visited this place twice. It is a nice quiet place, close to US 101. A must visit for vegans/vegetarians visiting Pismo Beach or driving on 101 close to Pismo Beach area. The food here definitely deserves 5 stars. The flavors, the clean ingredients, and the variety of healthy options you have in the menu is amazing. Loved the smoothies, mexi bowl, California BLTA sandwiches, Quinioa bowl, and garden salad with tempeh. During our recent visit we felt the place was understaffed. We had to wait for close to 10 minutes just to place an order, not because there was a line at the counter, but because the cashier was busy helping the kitchen staff fulfill the previous orders. So I would give 5 stars for food and 3 for service.

My daughter loved her smoothie bowl, my other daughter had a cup of lentil soup which was a nice sized portion for a cup. I had a pumpkin spice that was a bit to strong and somewhat bland for me. I was really shocked by the service directed at us in particular. The cashier was almost overly sweet to the other patrons (regulars?) but when I ordered she was standoffish and barely looked at me. When the food was served to us, I went out of my way to say thank you and she again, barely acknowledged me nor returned it with a response. Maybe she was having a bad day but the difference between the service towards us and the other patrons was night and day. I dont know what we did or said to warrant the cold shoulder but it was kind of a bummer. 🤷‍♀️

Love coming here for fresh, healthy options. My go to is the avocado toast with gluten free bread and the green smoothie. This order is the tacos and a chocotein and golden green smoothie. I would also highly recommend their lentil soup and their breakfast oatmeal! You can’t go wrong!

My daughter loved her smoothie bowl, my other daughter had a cup of lentil soup which was a nice sized portion for a cup. I had a pumpkin spice that was a bit to strong and somewhat bland for me. First time I went there the staff seemed friendly. However, I was NOT impressed with the prices of their menu choices. I got the kiwi smoothie and it was way too expensive. It could of been a better experience for me.

14 bucks for a tiny sandwich and disappointing cabbage salad. I ordered the shiitake pesto sandwich and while it was delicious it was really small, like comically small compared to the blta sandwich my partner got,

Didn’t really enjoy our Mexi bowl or Porta open sandwich. Yes everything is vegan and organic, but the bowl was cold and ingredients felt random and didn’t add up together ( couldn’t even tell if it’s Mexican or Asian food). The ingredients on the sandwich didn’t taste fresh, and we have had better vegan food compared to here.

Highly overpriced regular food, mostly bland tasting; now considered "fancy " organic vegan food. Most organic sadly is not even organic nowadays. Humanity has lots touch with reality.

I forgot to ask them not to include the kale. Before my allergic reaction (which required Epi) I did think the taste was good. If I return, I’d obviously get another drink and different meal.

I've been getting the Avo toast here for years, and it's so tasty. Recently they have started using ridiculously small bread for the toast - like they are taking a baguette and slicing it lengthwise. Why?!? If you need to raise your prices to be able to provide normal size bread, do it. This is just super disappointing.

Excruciating slow service and açaí bowls are very bland. Lattes tasted like watered down coffee with milk. Maybe other menu items are better, but with the combination of slow/poor service (not even an apology for the long wait - although we were the only ones sitting in there) we will not be back!

It seems none of the reviewers understand veganism. This is definitely NOT a vegan restaurant. They serve bee pollen and honey. You have to specifically ask them to not put honey in your $10 shake. If you care about animals then avoid this spot.

Was excited for this place but their mango turmeric smoothie was 90 percent turmeric and neither of us could eat any of it. When we returned the bowl and told them about this, they just shrugged 😅

I've been going here for awhile but the last 2 times I got a smoothie from there it was blended entirely way too much. I rarely get smoothies and love them as a treat but what I got was a watery warm liquid that I threw away half way. Idk if it's someone new who doesn't know how to make a smoothie but it's just ridiculous. $10 for a smoothie that's not even a smoothie is a major disappointment.
