I like the mystery of trying new flavors every other week. The hostess know my face and their customer service is amazing. I enjoyed trying different flavors. Their ice cream shop is family owned and their decorations are made by her husband mostly and totally click worthy. Give it a try. I wish they extended the hours for everyday but I understand due to covid. P.S Went back in July 2025 - same review as before. Really good local family owned creamery. Totally worth it.

Icecream to thrill your senses! A tasteful blend of flavors that shock you while keeping it within reason. There is something for everyone here. The owner is so enthusiastic about this that you feel encouraged to try it all. They offer samples so you know what you’re getting. Flavors rotate every two weeks to keep it fresh. Its all homemade. A hidden gem totally worth the affordable prices. Extremely recommended!

Omg I absolutely LOVE this place!!!!! The service is out of this world! The lady who owns the shop is so nice and easygoing, she offered me to try all the weekly flavors; I couldn’t decide because they all tasted AMAZING!!! Each flavor is so unique and they have new ones every 2 weeks. The shop itself is also very cute and aesthetically decorated. The prices are reasonable. I’ve been here twice and last time I had the Taro Boba which was good. I had the key lime pie and pandan coconut swirl and it did not disappoint!!! The atmosphere is family friendly and I will definitely drag everyone I know here to try the ice cream and chat with the owner. C: I wanted to give another update on this place 2025: The service is still amazing with patient owners offering lots of samples, ice cream is very tasty, affordable and high quality, and the vibes of the ice cream place are still very cozy. Supporting my favorite local ice cream shop!

The best Ice Cream Place in Plano!!! I cannot find any other place that makes this unique ice cream flavors in Texas. They change Ice Cream flavors every two weeks. They post it in their Instagram and Facebook. I will keep coming back to Sugar pine and will continue to recommend this place to every person I know. Sugar Pine Creamery was a delightful find on our way back from dinner. This cozy little ice cream shop offers a rotating selection of six unique, craft flavors that change regularly. I tried the Walnut Buckwheat Toffee and Almond Tofu Apricot soft serves, and they were the silkiest, creamiest I’ve ever had. Each bite was a perfect blend of creativity and flavor. Loved that neither of the ice creams were too sweet. The service was exceptional. They were friendly, welcoming, and generous with samples.

I have been trying to go to Sugar Pine for some time now and have now finally made it. They’re a small operation and have six flavors at a time. They create the flavors in pairs that go well together and I really like that approach. All the flavors are really unique and they only stay for a couple of weeks before they totally revamp the menu. They also offer drinks to help cleanse your palate. Their hours are limited, so check their hours before going!

The most incredible ice cream place in the area! The flavors are delicious and unique. The owners create new flavors every 2-3 weeks, which has me coming back often! The customer service is great too! They are so kind and let everyone try multiple flavors. They are so passionate about their family-owned business and make their ice cream in-house I have been here multiple times now and each time the flavors only get better and the staff is always so kind. I cannot recommend this place enough!!!!

Wow! Just wow! This is a hidden gem when it comes to ice cream and/or soft serve. My family has a craving for ice cream and it was late. Sugar Pine Creamery closes at 8PM and we walked in at 7:45pm. Instead of giving us the look, the son and mother offered us all of their flavors with a fantastic attitude. They were so friendly and helpful. Speaking of flavors.... Oh my goodness. Out of this world! Their flavors are thoughtful and perfect. They have the right consistency and the the pairing of flavors is something to try. They change their flavor every two weeks. We will be back. We have found our spot!!!

Amazing ice cream flavors! I love how creative they are with every rotation. Staff is always friendly, attentive, and helpful. Owners are super sweet and kind. Overall fun atmosphere, delicious treats, and highly recommended!

This place is really great. It's got a mom and pop ice cream shop feel, and the flavors of the soft serve are always super unique. Where else can you mix Taro with Milk Tea?! The toppings are well thought out, and while you might not find the exact topping you usually want with your ice cream, you will find a topping that goes with the unique flavors that you're seeing here. Well worth a stop in, the staff is always super friendly!

Limited number of flavors and from what I was told they change flavors every 2 weeks. The flavor options were interesting like spicy chocolate. We tried a couple of the combinations and they were ok. The lady was nice and would offer the samples of all the flavors up front. Then you can get a choice of topping on the order. Very limited seating capacity.
