It is a good fast food restaurant and the staff is very friendly and nice. The only thing is that they are closed on sundays and I understand why, but it is just unfortunate.

They usually mess up our meals when we order. However, if I catch it before I leave they are friendly about fixing it. I highly recommend checking your order before you leave. Otherwise, the food and the staff are great.

It's located at a nice big rest stop. The food is good, what you'd expect from Chic-fil-A. Usually a bit of a wait, not because of staff but they're just Usually busy towards the end of the day.

Love chick fil a! The quality is there, but sadly not the menu as its a rest stop chick fil a, with missing items. Still, great food!

Chick-Fil-A waffle fries will always have a special place in my heart!! Ordering, service by the staff, and my overall experience was good. I think the atmosphere outside of the restaurant quality, lacks because it's in a service area. Yes, it is a service area but I expect a lot cleaner, especially since this was just renovated recently.

people complaining about the workers sound entitled af. these kids are worked non stop because of how many customers they get on a daily basis, they’re probably exhausted. let them rest for a second. the food was decent for me, i probably wont come back again during rush hour tho

Shortly after opening...I went there and stood on line for 20 plus minutes. After walking 100 feet to my car to sit down and eat..I noticed no fries as ordered. I had to go back inside and fight the crowd and ask a disgruntled looking employee for my missing fries. He offered no apologies or care. I did get my fries which were not hot at all. Lunch was ruined by the time I got to eat it. All cold.

👎🏼 Roast beef sandwich was pathetic because it had only one single piece of sliced meat. In my lifetime of buying sandwiches I have never received such a skimpy portion, on excellent mini-hero.

Got the spicy chicken sandwich quite disappointed. The rolls suck they fall apart in your hands. They flake and crumble apart. A piece of cheese is thrown on the top of the chicken, not melted or anything. The fried outside of the chicken was fine but I forgot since it's been a long time that Chick-fil-A steams its chicken or something so the chicken itself was kind of soft and mushy. Never again.

Slowest chick-fila place I have ever been. The person giving out food slowly. The bottleneck is bringing food to counter yet they are waiting for the slow person to get to it.

I was at service area on the NYS thruway that happens to ha e a Chick-fil-A. I did not eat at it because I do NOT like their food. The one urem I used to like from their chain, they stopped making. Their coleslaw was delicious.

Their is nothing more I hate than Karen's and people who are rude to food service workers as I was at one point one myself. What is frustrating is when I politely ask for my order to be corrected and the workers give me an attitude for doing their job. I understand people have bad days and are stressed but projecting that energy to back to me when I was very polite was really disappointing coming from chic FIL a. All I ordered was a combo meal, another side of large fries and a brownie. They forgot my order and I was only given the one side of fries instead of 2 without any napkins and random mixed sauces when I asked just for chic fil a sauce. Cool, I'll just go and ask them for it to be fixed, no big deal. Unfortunately they look at my receipt and said I was only given one fries and looked at me like I was a stingy customer. I didn't even argue with them, raise my voice or give any faces/attitude. To top it off the other tall black lady with a tattoo on her neck gives me the order of fries in a mocking way by being really extra putting the fries in the bag like a gift then grabbing the fries from my hand and putting it inside as well (she did it in a mocking way as if I was a pampered princess).. despite it, I say thanks and she just ignores me and walks away. I just wanted to get what I paid for, eat and go to work.. not deal with them being rude when I was being nice to them..
