I was a little disappointed with how all the sandwiches were being handled. Before making my order the lady was working with ham (I’m w Muslim and don’t do pork) - she didn’t change her gloves and started making my order. The 2 knifes that they are using are being used for meat, Vegi, and pork items. It’s a little gross to me. I asked for the gloves to be changed but the bun was already handled with the gloves before. A little decency to change the bread as but 🤷🏻♀️. Please please please use multiple knifes specially if different types of meats are being handled and change gloves 😫The location I usually go to (which is under renovation right now) always has almost 6-8 knifes out which they put in a used bin once used for the customer and then im assuming they get washed and kept as new. A little grossed out, disappointed, and lost my appetite. Still took my food. :/ They were slammed and I understand it takes time. But take your time and do it right.

Absolute nonsense. Put online order in, went in, both employees were smoking pot, took 15mins to acknowledge anyone at the counter, spoke/understood 0 English, and then proceeded to hand over a burnt brick of a bread with a small amount of anything. (paid for extra meat and cheese) after 45 MINS sitting in the one table that didn't have trash and questionable substances on it. Love spending $15+ for this.
I will never return to this store again! Not only did they not make my sandwich the right way. I ordered one with extra meat and normally they put on the meat. But not this store. If you don’t have enough meat then just say call me or refund my damn money. Everything can be avoided if people just communicate. Like crap it’s not hard! When I called to ask to either make a new one or return my money. No one answered my calls and I have called over 10 times trying to get ahold of someone. Clearly no one wants to answer their phones or even the person at the end of the receipt. Don’t leave your number on crap if you’re not gonna answer the damn phone.
A brunch of young kids playing around. Hard bread. Smokey due to burning bread. Dined in yesterday and was annoyed by (workers) kids just loud playing around, no adult on site and all the tables were dirty. I will never come back to this location.
What I order and what I get, you got be kidding me,a foot long sub with only about 4 slice of cucumber. Out of all subway I have been gone to, this store give way less then others. See how skinny the sub is. Highly unrecommended.

I went to buy a sandwich, it was good, but the cookies were super hard, I couldn't even bite into them. If you're going to sell cookies, at least keep them fresh, not all hard and impossible to chew properly. They're awful. The cookies are stale; you can taste and feel them. They gave me old cookies. I'm so angry. It was a bad experience.
Horrible Service! They don't even acknowledge you. I literally stood at the counter n looked at the them while they talked and ecnored me. I was the only customer in the store. I would give NO STARS if it cave me the option. This is not the first time it been like this! Every time!
The last 3 times I've been here I've gotten terrible service. Completely ignored by staff. I came in at 8:30 this past Sunday and literally they didn't even acknowledge me. I came in to get an online order and they hadn't even started it. The kids were sitting around in an empty store doing nothing. I had to wait for two people to get there sandwichs and me to have to raise my voice to even have the kid acknowledge that I'd even said anything to him about a food pickup. Wouldn't even complain if this wasn't literally the 3rd time in a row at this location I had this issue. Their manager or regional really needs to come review this place. It's a MESS
Horrible service. The past two orders were online and when I got there, they hadn't even started the order yet. 45 minutes passed from the time I placed the order until they handed my my sandwich. And this time, they were out of everything. No flatbread. No avocados. No turkey. And they still managed to get the order wrong on BOTH sandwiches despite having it printed on the online order receipt. Three employees: one doing absolutely nothing. The other confused and slow. And the other didn't give a crap. Definitely ranks among worst-managed restaurants I've ever seen.
Frustrating Service and Misleading Prices There was confusion when it came to the employee taking the order like what bread and they would ask multiple times. Asked if they had a spicy cheese said no? Even tho they had pepper jack. Asked for all veggies processed to close the sandwich. Also their price on the menu is different than what they charge. The menu has it for $8.89 for a turkey sub footlong. They charged me $9.29. I asked about that and they said their prices changed a month ago. I asked if I can get it like that since they have it for that price and I got told no they don't control the price change. Maybe change your sign???
First time here, orderd online... Guy asked me if it was my order and proceeded to tell me they were out of chicken and rhe bread i wanted. I asked for a refund, he had to call his manager. He talks to his manager and his manager informed him there was more chicken and there was fresh bread already made, (in plain sight I might add) This guy doesn't not want to work here. The way he threw the sandwhich together, without adding my extras pissed me off the whole time he was preparing it. I refuse to eat this, and I will be bringing it back in for the manager. Literally the worst experience I've ever encountered at a subway. I hate I stopped here Edit/update: I took the food back to the manager just now and he gave a refund with no problem and apologized. I can appreciate that.
I sometimes stop by this store on Sunday mornings before work to buy a sandwich for lunch. Yesterday, on Sunday morning, the woman working there was very rude. When I tried to pay with my e-gift card, she told me that my card did not work. What upset me the most was not the card issue but her attitude. She acted as if helping me was such a bother. That same evening, just to check, I went to another Subway location in Carrollton and ordered a sandwich. At that store, my e-gift card worked perfectly without any problem. I don’t understand why my card didn’t work at your store. ? But what really upset me was the rude attitude of the employee.
After, reading the terrible experience from others about this location. It is clear why their rating is poor. I'm just trying to talk to someone about my online order. I've been trying to call them and no one picks up the phone. I can't pick up my paid order. Due to going to the wrong location. Not once, but twice!!!...I figured I get on here to see, whats going on. But it seems like I will not have success.
Do not try to order online and pick up here. I ordered a ham and pepper jack sandwich toasted with honey mustard, pickles, and banana peppers. Not only was it not toasted they put mayo, lettuce, and ham only. I ordered chips too but they seemed to get mad when I tried to grab them.
In the whole years I’ve gone to subway never have I encountered hair in my sandwich. I tried calling to notify and no one never answered. Never again.
First, of all order online and the order was not ready at the time promised. Secondly, the girl preparing my sandwich was touching over pan with gloves and went afterwards to add veggies to my sub without changing the gloves. Thirdly, when she handed me my order literally threw the sandwich to me making it fall on ground. When asked to get a refund because of her attitude I was told by a girl who claimed to be the manager of store and was extremely rude to me said It was my fault and refused to process refund or remake sub. Lastly, was told to call owner or manager by the name of Mariana Martinez and when I did o got no response other than please tex. Until now so refund no call back possible customer service from owners and managers . Will never order from this location again.
On July 7, 2025 went and purchased 2 foot long subs, took one to my mother, when she unwrapped it there was a spider that jumped out and ran across the paper. I went and took the sandwich back got refunded for the one sandwich. Pretty sure we wont be eating at this location again.

There was a young girl working there today that upon arrival she was just on her phone and touching her hair, she then proceeded to come up and asked what I wanted when I nicely asked to wash her hands as that super gross and unhygienic! She rolled her eyes and mumbled under her breath. I’m sorry but that is the number one thing you’re suppose to learn when you work handling food. Please get people with better customer service and common sense.
In the past 2-3 years, this location (Josey and Keller Springs). has really went downhill. The Portions have not only gotten smaller but it’s inconsistent. The “build” of the sandwich has gotten sloppier as well and the instructions I’ve given have not been followed a couple times now which means, I either (ordered) and had to still eat was given to me OR the person behind the line had to throw away a incomplete sandwich because their not working with pride and their full attention to hear the customers. Subway is a staple!!!! I was really hoping today’s order was great and it just slightly took my craving away. I will not be ordering or dining here again. *sad
I don't do this often but, suddenly, all the low reviews for your restaurant make sense. I come to this Subway because it's the most conveniently located to my home. I ordered a head online. I arrived at the location 20min later, go inside, pick up my order- no hiccups. I get home...hiccup. I ordered 2 of the sweet onion subs, but I ordered them with different builds. When I get home, both subs were built exactly the same. 1 had ingredients I didn't want, and was missing ingredients. The other was ordered with extra protein that wasn't on the sandwich. I took them back to the restaurant to be remade and everything went wrong from there. I gave both sandwiches back to the employee (Yamera). She never looked at the sandwiches; instead she immediately begin to argue with me that they were made correctly. Why would I be back if they were? She refused to remake the sandwiches. She even refused to add the missing ingredients to the 1 sub. She was not helpful at all. I chose to leave instead of arguing with her. As I'm leaving, she says to me "thank you for letting me make it right." She made nothing right. No manager was present, so there was no one else to talk to. This was overall frustrating. You only have 2 jobs; to make the orders right and provide good customer service. This team did neither.
