Jack in the Box is the place to go especially the Pleasanton one In California they make the best of everything even the shakes.

Took advantage of a coupon. Service was fast and friendly and my meal was made fresh.

A VERY noticeable positive improvement! I don't know what has changed in management, but I have seen new employees & they are really good!

Jack-in-the-Box everywhere pretty much are the same this particular Jack in the box in Pleasanton California they are located at the corner of Santa Rita and valleyit's a good Jack in the box but sometimes the guys they forget things I opened my back to find a had the wrong sandwich they forget the straw they forget theranch and ketchup and things like that because they're moving too fastthey don't put quality in front of how quick you get your food and you know I want my food fast because it's fast food but also I would like to have all my condiments and a straw and the right burger that I ordered

It's a great place to grab a nice ice tea on a hot day… and the tacos you get 2 for I think it's a dollar or 2 for $2 it's worth it when you're starving and you don't wanna spend a lot of money.

This is clean and they are right on qith their orders and getting them out fast. Food was and is always the best fresh hot and made to order

Wow best Jack in the Box I’ve been too. The staff was so awesome...especially JeanCarlo (your service is what you would find at a high end restaurant...great smile too) You rock!!!! When I first walked in the decor felt like a little local restaurant not like a fast food chain. From the wicker bench in the waiting area to table decorations and more throughout. It felt like whoever ran it really really cared about the the level of service provided. From cleanliness to kind staff to dining room decor, thumbs up all the way!!! The kids and I really enjoyed it. Next time your in Pleasanton, a must stop if you like Jack in the Box.

Very nice staff but Wendy's and Taco bell taste better. But 24 hrs rules.

Similar to all the other burger places. I've withheld one star for finding plastic in the bun. The restaurant replaced the burger.

While grabbing a quick bite to eat I couldn’t help but notice one of the employees lending a helping hand to a gentleman in need. She noticed him before I an opened the door for him. After he placed his order she told him to sit down and she’d bring it to him. It’s soooo refreshing seeing there’s still folks that understand it costs nothing to be a good person. They got the order wrong in drive through. You don't know it's wrong till you get home. Not going back. I think they did it on purpose.

Asked for syrup for my mini pancakes and was given bbq sauce while at the drive thru, realized way too late.

Its nothing to write home about. Selection is better than most but it's the same thing in a different wrapper. I had breakfast and it tasted like Burger King. The curly fries are the same as Arby's. Maybe it's the funny commercials....oh and the bathrooms were DISGUSTING!

Friendly service and food to be as expected. I give it 3 stars because once in a while they are understaffed in the late hours of the night and will turn cars in the drive thru around due to a 30 minute wait time according to the drive thru operator

The young man taking my order seemed easily agitated and couldn't answer my question of "what kinda of drinks do you have that is not soda?". Food was hot but my Spicy Chicken Sandwich was a bit dry and not spicy throughout the sandwich

Every time I come down here late night like midnight it's closed. Ridiculous. People out here driving around wondering why they drove 10 minutes out of their way.

December 21st 2021 , almost 8 am, spent over 40 dollars, lady working by herself. It took almost 20 minutes to get my food.

They charged me for 4 sandwiches and gave me 3! Make sure you have all the items you ordered before you leave.

Ordered and paid for 12 tacos. Got 6. second star because the 6 tasted pretty good.

Normally I come here on my lunch, today there were 3 young boys eating outside and I had just seen 1 come outside the store as I walked up. (Not causing any kind of disturbance) To my suprise they locked the doors behind the boy as he walked out. And proceeded to just look at me as I tried to open the door. Horrible service as there were only 2 cars in the drive through and no attempt to unlock the door for a new customer 🤦🏽‍♀️

It says both online and in the app that this location's drive thru is open 24 hours, but I went there around midnight, pulled up to the speaker, and no one responded to me. I didn't even see anyone in the store as I was approaching or leaving

I love the place and ive been ordering for a bit but doordash they never ever provide sauces at all, and that makes the meal and ive made this complaint and the manager made it so i cant make notes anymore so im leavin my complaint here

Last few times I been there I went through the drive through and the employees were all quite ride and made me feel rushed even the guy taking my order told me to hurry up because he was closing soon when All I asked was for a second to see what my friend wanted idk why but last few visits haven't been to well hope they change there staff and find people who want to be there or at least act like they do..when around customers 🤯🤷🏽‍♂️ 😂

Late night, this place is horrible. I came the night before and they were awesome. Everyone was on board and ready to go. I go there tonight, the line was backed up for 10 minutes, from the time I got there (other people were waiting longer than me) when this woman comes out and says, "it'll be a 15 minute wait. Bear with us". If I was waiting there for 10 minutes, guess how long the other vehicles were waiting there before I got there?? I drove off unhappy and irritated because I was hungry. I hope when I go tomorrow night, the same woman is not working night shift

It's a flaming hot day I stopped inside this Jack in the box mostly to get a small bite a few tacos which was fine charged me via cash given about $2.25 in quarters and .84 applied to credit card that to was fine I proceeded to go to the drinking fountain only to add or get ice for my bicycle thermos to get the water I have colder the manager ridiculed me and scorned me for using their drinking fountain for ice only proceeded to inform me that's for people that pay for soft drinks when all I wanted was to get some ice added to my bicycle drinking thermos. I feel that was a little brutal as I'm trying to escape the 100+ temperature. I wouldn't recommend anyone trying to escape the heat a paying customer entering only to be spoken to about the use of their drinking soda fountain for ice.

Nice staff, but repeatedly I'm served poor quality food. Especially the meat. Pretty awful. Occasionally it's good--when it's fresh off the grill, but ever ordering special ways does not seem to help now. Sort of given up on them at this point.

They got all the orders messed up today. At that time the manager was Armando. I had a mobile order. At the drive-thru window, he said he can’t hear me and asked me to come inside the restaurant. What’s the point of ordering through mobile if I had to come inside and explain you my order. Also since they messed up the order they were handing out bags to every customer and asking them to see if it was theirs. Priority should’ve been cleanliness and safety rather than speedy service. There was an old lady who just left after waiting for a long time.

Never in my life would I expect this. I arrived in the drive through at 10:06 pm pulled up to the menu, there were 2 cars in front of me. I was asked for my order and stated to tell him item by item but there was no response. He asked again for my order so I repeated it which they were 6 different combo meals. At the same time I noticed the people in front of me getting out of there car. He repeated my order which two combos were totally wrong and I corrected him which he replied that's what you told me and I said no that's not what I told you. The screen went blank and he said tell me your order again, which I replied I told you twice but your not paying attention. Then I asked him to tell me what he remembers I asked to order and his comment in Spanish was to F÷€ my mother (yes I do speak Spanish as good as my English). Then the intercom went silent and I sat there. I seen the cat at the drive thru window yelling and shaking his bag out the window. This happened for a few minutes. While I was at the intercom 3 cars total pulled up behind me and left due to the long wait and no one moving. The 2 cars in front of me both drove off so I pulled up to the window, no one was there and I stayed there for about 3 minutes and no one came to the window. It seemed very odd not to see or hear from anyone as card were there so I called the police for a report to be made on what happened to me. While I sat at the window finally the manager vines from around the corner (Miguel I believe, need to check the police card given to me). He was still very rude, I asked why he did what he said and his best excuse was I was mad and fighting with the cars before you. I had my two sons in the car and at this time it is 10:26 pm (yes 20 mins no food, stuck in the drive thru and spoken to in a way that no one should). I told him I was waiting for the police since I called 911 he kept repeating he didn't care. The police came and asked my side of the story then had an employee open the door and the police spoke to the manager, got his full name and gave me his police car with the managers name to file a corporate complaint. Which I will do this week. This is by far the worst drive thru experience I have ever had and in such a nice city where I live.

I have had terrible experience at this location. Do not expect service past midnight on the weekdays and past 2 on the weekends. This location is will have staff on duty but no drive thru working late at night. There is employees here clocked in and not working. I see them on the POS system, (Point of Sale) clocked in. I have had this happen to me several times now and it is absurd. The employee I have seen time and time again not work but be clocked in is Rueban. I have pictures of the POS screen to prove it. Gonna let Jack know that you should change this location's hours.

I write reviews if it's good or if it's bad. Unforuntantley, this place is the worst I have ever been. I was waiting in line for the meal for 30 min. And after they said "i cant help you". Obviously there was no line after that

The woman at night always says they don't have shakes at this time. Come on, it's on your menu so serve it. Once I can understand, but three in a row? What we have here is someone who feels her customers are there to be lied to whenever she's too lazy to do her job..and who wants chunks of bad looking lettuce on their burger? When people feel they are too good to do their job they should be removed from it. The economy is in bad shape, you should be happy to have a check coming in at all.

Absolutely horrible service. I am a regular customer and for the past few days I've had a cold so my voice was a bit raspy. In the drive through they told me to "go to a different jack in the box" because of my voice. Even the manager wouldn't do anything about it.

24 hour drive threw ya right. I came I waited and even had someone who was outside confirm there was an employee yet I got zero service. Then I pulled back around and saw two employees both who ignored me.

On my receipt it says Employee: Walter, to the Managers please stop hiring people like Walter that cannot seem to take simple orders and answer simple questions. He doesn't seem to understand English well, stop hiring uneducated and unprofessional people.

service is slow.. food looks old. i had a dark brown and crunchy spicy chicken sandwich. fries were very salty. In my takeout i was given only one piece of napkin for my meal. takes a long time for drive-thru so i dont understand why the food quality is lower than other jack in the boxes

I work late and this is the only location in Pleasanton that has a 24 Hr drive through. After midnight is when I go there after my shift. Four out of the last 5 times I went there many lights are off and no one is there. One of those evenings the lights were on to the Drive through and no one answered. I went up to the window and saw a worker. She told me they were closed. What?? I said you are supposed to be open 24 hrs a day seven days a week. She just rudely repeated were closed and shut the window. On 3/20/19 at 12:27 am, every light was shut off. This location also will often will forget items. This is a terrible location. Will never come back.

Sunday 5:30 pm. Horrible service. Took forever to get my order taken with no one in the drive thru and 1 person ahead of me. The entire wait she was also chewing the other employee out for getting things wrong. Took over 25 minutes, good thing I budgeted an extra hour in the schedule.

Second time this has happened where I come to get breakfast in the morning only for them to tell me they're "closed" and it sounded like the guy fell asleep! Just went there on my lunch break a day ago and was the only recent purchase I made with that exact card. I had my bank call me and reported suspicious activity and unauthorized use for Apple pay I don't even own a iPhone and the bank confirmed it was from the recent purchase from this exact location some employee are trying to use people cards

Just went thru the drive thru & ordered taco meal. Asked for hot sauce, got none. Parked to go in & grab some but the doors are locked. Employees are just staring at me. Not only that but my tacos are cold & the line is too long to wait in again. Called but no answer. Wasted my money.

Got all the way to the window and received my food then drove away but look in the bag only to find out it was the wrong order. It was a ultimate cheeseburger with fries and those cheese potatoes or something. That's not what I ordered. I tried to go inside but the door was locked then I gave up. I ended up with more food I guess. Must do better than this guys.

I had never encountered this before and had to ask him twice to confirm that I, a paying customer, was being told I cannot order and pickup food but a doordash driver can. I just could not wrap my head around that - what logic could make this fast food store say no to customers who took the trouble to drive over to their restaurant? And to top it off, I had to wait behind 4 other cars in the drive through queue for over 20 minutes just so I could stew over it a little more. Get your act together Jack in the box!!!!! Not coming back again.
