If you go before 11am, you get the best burgers. The manager is there, friendly and on top of it. I know most people are in the mood for breakfast, but they serve their burgers all morning as well. You get menu picture quality 👌

I want to give 5 stars to an associate named Javier that works at this location due to the fact that his service was the best and also because he was the only employee working. He took my order, refilled ice on soda machine, went to grill & made my order then bagged it up in a timely manner. Although it didn't seem that busy during the time I visited last Saturday I just feel Javier deserves 5 stars for being the only employee working at the time & still delivering excellent customer service & preparing my order in a timely manner. There is no immediate way to stop cancel or retract an order. I called this location and they advised me to ask the store if they would fulfill the order. The other store refused , but the suggestion lets me know this is a great location with customer service 💯

Today my love for Carl's Jr. Was restored. I had such a fantastic person help today. I had some issues with my order and the lady working the drive through around 4 pm on Monday took care of me with the upmost respect and it really made me feel the spark for Carl's. JR. AGAIN. if you haven't tried this location out yet please do. I'll be back just because of how I was treated today. !!!

I’m not a fan of having to go park when I’m in the drive thru and there’s no one behind me. I’m sure it has to do with how long it takes to make the food. I ordered 3 of the same burger and have been sitting here almost 10 minutes… and like I said no one else in line. Drive a little farther and go to Wendy’s or The Habit. The cashier was nice so that’s a good thing.

Good location...has a drive thru and a nice patio area. Good views. Good standard Carl's Jr. fare. Eggs in the breakfast burrito were fresh tasting. Good coffee. Good service and clean. All good here!

the group of boys working didn't seem to care too much about my order or the one in drive thru. the fries were barely warm / filled up. i should've gone back but the burgers were made hot and correctly so I guess that made up for it.

I am not sure if this place is going to shut down or not but it is ugly experience 1. Drive through but then I was asked to park in front to wait, I already did not want to park but wanted to go through as normal . Had to wait to get my order, behind me a big van tried to reverse and I tried to reverse to get out. 2. I placed 2 orders : a Big Carl double combo and a chicken swiss bacon, it came out not double Big Carl but regular Big Carl, $2.00 different but they charged me for double Big Carl! I did not open the bag to check because they stuff 2 combos in a tiny paper bag , open the bag you think you just got food from trash bin that people throw away somewhere! The picture look so fresh so good. Should drive back to ask give me back $34, too tired after a day, decided to eat junk food was a hard choice and end up being cheated and food look like trash!!! Now need to cook since can not eat 2 nasty look burger, no more mood to eat Is there anyone already file or complaint or sue them about picture for advertisement different from what they are selling? If somebody there I will be im What a nice place to fuel your anger!!!!

Okay, but it is very expensive in 2 hamburger from the famous Star Pago, 38 dollars, I think it is a lot, the truth is, for 2 hamburger combos.

I was discriminated here. Everyone else had their food take to them except for us. We were told it was no longer breakfast, but the person behind us was able to order breakfast still.
