I got a large iced matcha latte. A young lady asked if I’m returning for a third one and gave me an amazing first impression of the place because of the professionalism and hospitality. Amazing place to get drinks and bagels

I want to enjoy this place soooo bad but the drinks are always awful, save yourself disappointment and money and go to Starbucks on campus instead for drinks.

Their espresso machine was broken… I waited in line for 15 minutes before finding out. It’s not that hard to make a sign!! Such as waste of time, it also smelled very bad like rotting food. Very disappointing 🤢
