...sometimes I need to get off the road. This Wendy's parking lot is a great place to kick it and unwind while drinking a rootbeer and chowing down a delicious bugger and fries . The food is great and service with a smile. restrooms clean. forget the cost, forget the homosexuality, forget about the purple windows?...This is a great place to get off the road kick back and have a bite to eat and unwind.
The quality of the food is great! There's always a line at yhe drive thru and that says something. I've yet to get a wrong order, they're really good about getting it right. Food is always on point here.
Food was fresh and hot and actually looked like the photo on the screen Staff was friendly and precise with my order no complaints I hope when I return again I get the same service
I was able to use the bathroom at this location without asking for a code or key. A real life saver.
I go here several times a week for lunch. Great food, there has been a few occasions where the fries taste stale but overall good food. Elaine that works in the drive thru is awesome, she is fast efficient and so friendly.
I gotta admit, it's been a long time since I've stepped into a Wendy's but this one did not disappoint! I experienced good customer service as I chose to dine in. Wendy's has a good selection to choose from, whether it's the value menu, or their 4 for 4.... The new Harvest Salad was the best! I was surprised on the quality and the amount of chicken that was in my salad. It's was delicious!! The salad dressing was low carb and tasty! Frosty's are only 50 cents right now and I was pleasantly surprised on it's size! It's bigger than the size from the kids menu. This restaurant is remolded, comfortable and plenty of room. It's location is right off the 57 freeway!
Always fast and accurate service. I love their food and the 4 for 4 is honestly such a great deal with good food! If you're really hungry though I suggest getting a meal as the 4 for 4 isn't usually super filling.
Their burgers are always spot on! I also bought a chicken sandwich that kills others like it! Keep up the fresh and quality of food! Kudos to your team!

The people are here we're really nice I told them that I went to a Wendy's abouttwo years ago and I had the worst dried out burger I ever had . they cooked it perfect and juicy the lady told me to ask for it with no salt then they will cook it fresh. I happen to like salt so I'm glad she made it regular salty and fresh 👌

Fresh and clean Wendy's and... so was there menu and food. Clincher, I don't usually eat fast food because it's not every good, or good for you. No inflammation from salt or stomach yuck. Good stuff! Try their candy cane shake.
This place is new so don't worry about it looking run down. The bathrooms are nice and it's in a convenient place for me as I work close by. We use the coupons from the mail all the time and it makes the price very comparable to other locations. We love how fresh everything always is! The staff was very nice and we didn't have to wait long for the food. It didn't seem like everyone was a zombie at this location. Frostys are the best! I'm not a fry dipping frosty man, but I love the frostys by themselves. I like that they have vanilla frostys but I usually just want chocolate
Very clean environment the bathrooms were very clean the dining area very clean the food was hot and tasted great! And the staff was very friendly! (: kitchen staff was helpful too! 10/10 ty! This was about 6pm on Sunday
U can never go wrong with Wendy's. Even if u have a picky eater this place has it covered. I love the chili salad, and a household fan fav is the apple pecan salad but the burgers don't stay far behind everyone loves these burgers 😋
The guy working the drive thru today 10/19 at 7pm has got to be one of the best I've ever experienced. He was so polite. Repeated everything back. Food is always good. And they good my order right.
i came here on a busy friday night and was met with exceptional service on the front counter. they made my order quickly and were able to get everything right. the lobby was clean as well which was surprising because there was a lot of people. i would visit this location again when i am in the area. there is also a lot of parking available at this location
Lali is very detailed she cleans the place like as if it was her home. I really recommend she gets a raise. I hope the manager sees this. She’s very kind and she works diligent. It’s the reason why you guys are one of the top Wendy’s hire more people like her.
Mateo was very nice and polite he gave me a large soda And I forgot to ask him with extra ice and he had no problem, adding more ice for me with a smile and he made sure that I had a straw just overall was very nice and I had a good experience with him
Placed a mobile order, the line was packed, but moved decently. I used points for a baconator and wife tried the new mushroom burger. It tastes even better when it's free! Ha! Wife loves the burger muenster cheese and a delicious sauce. We bought the 2025 frosty keychain as well. They worked well in 2024. Why not do it again!
I haven't been to Wendy's in years and it happened that I was in the area and was craving for some ice cream and I remembered the soft ice cream they have so I tried it again ... yummy perfect as it was warm yesterday. Good area too ...
Food is great however the service is really slow due to the servers standing in the back talking & talking for quite a while... Not very attentive to the customers waiting to order.
I ordered delivery from this place and at first they completely messed up my order. I ordered three items and I only got delivered one. Initially I tried calling them and no one answered. I tried calling corporate and no one answered. I sent them an email and no reply so I ended up just going back to the location a couple days later and talked to the manager there and the manager was very helpful and corrected the order for me and gave me the other two items that they had missed. So their customer service is very very good.
Their $6 Biggie meal is still a good value even though it recently went up from $5. I got a chicken BLT, fries, nuggets, and a frosty. The fries are bit too much in the end.
This location is average. Off to the side by the freeway.. a cool spot to come if your looking for cheap food.. I love the salads and the chili..they have a value menu to choose from
Over all, this is a good Wendy’s. The only gripe I have ,is that the service can be very slow. Anywhere from 5-10 minutes to order your food, and another 20-30 minutes to receive it. It’s too pricey for the time you wait and quality of food you receive. If it’s busy in the drive thru, I’d avoid it all together.
So my recent experience was not so good. It was around 1:30pm on a Sunday 10/7/18 and there was only one cashier. The line was long at the drive thru and inside was a line as well. The guy at the cashier seems to be out of it. I asked for 3 cups, he gave me one. I asked for 2 more, he gave me just one. I stopped then. Next guy behind me also asked for his money back because of the long wait. They messed up 2 orders as well. This is in a span of 20 minutes. The staff needs more training on customer service and food service. The place is nice. I've been coming here for a while now. I'm giving 4 stars still as it might be an isolated situation.
The employees are respectful and try very hard to get your special order just right no matter how complicated it is. Restrooms are clean and restaurant is clean. The only complaint is there are homeless in the area that do hang out there so sometimes it is hard to find a seat.
Older ladies working there doing their best to juggle drive thru and walk-ins pretty early in the morning. Forgot our hash-brow. things, but immediately replaced them no questions asked. Even offered to make them fresh. I know it's the customer service thing to do, but it always makes me happy when they actually offer instead of just grabbing some already made and tossing them in a container. The only complaint I have is the homeless guy hanging out in the parking lot. He was shouting crazy shot, and that's no one's fault but his own, but it still kind of put a damper on our visit :/
Food was delicious and order came out correct. Took a while for them to get my order in drive thru but came out fast after that. There was a long line of cars so whats a extra 10 minutes to get everyones order right. Workers were polite and obviously trainees which is why i was okay with waiting a little bit longer.
I tried Wendy's for the first time last night. I ordered thru their mobile app thinking that it would be quicker. It wasn't. They seemed confused and it took much longer than it should have. The manager was very nice and apologetic. I was disappointed in having ordered the baconator, and received it with lots of lettuce on it (not what I ordered). I'll be giving them another chance and hope this was a fluke.
Everything was wonderful here the service was outstanding orders were made perfectly. The only reason why I don’t give a five star is because one of the restrooms was down and there was a big line of people.
Ordered late night food, they just really took long and forgot my honey mustard. But other than that the food and service were good. Thank you for being open late guys 👍

Spicy chicken sandwich and baked potatoes never disappoints. However, this trip we did need to return our food as sandwiches, fries and cheese sauce was cold. We bought $60 worth of food.. staff was willing
This is kinda a Hidden Wendy's. Set up nicely for Drive thru and pick up orders. Doesn't appear to really have any indoor seating. Came late but, the order was spot on, food was cooked well. The parking not very good and the lightening in there very dark. It share entrance with hotel and kinda on a hill so lower car like mine scrapped when leaving the drive thru but food was good so I'd go back if I was in area.
Food was great however, do not label something spicy unless it is actually spicy I felt really let down after ordering the spicy honey burger. But still if you don't like spicy food, the burgers are amazing
This joint is ALWAYS understaffed with 15+ min wait for the drive through. Never open on time and often gets my orders wrong. Spend your money elsewhere if you're hungry.
We ordered the 4 for $5, the double stack with bacon is delish& the chicken nuggets are a good deal,but I was disappointed we got old fries & No chocolate frosty!! When we were trying 2 order we had to wait 2 order & we could hear laughing & the person was talking & distracted!!
Don’t know if this was just bad timing but drove through this location for breakfast with a colleague and got to the field and both of our orders (verified correct orders by receipt) were missing both requested items and standard items - no bacon on all bacon egg & cheese sandwiches, no sauce, etc. Drive through was rushed with limited interaction from the staff.
AC was out so it was hot at 10:30 am
I come here frequently for pick-up orders since I live nearby and my kids like the chicken nuggets. Food is pretty decent and we prefer it over some other fast food chains, but the food takes very long to come out (typically 10-20 min). Even when I do Mobile orders through their app and say "make food" when I'm minutes away from arriving, I often end up still waiting. Today it took 20 min from when I hit " make my order" on the app.. and waited 10 min at the cashier for it to come out. The food is fresher than other places but they are what appears to be short staffed at all times. One additional worker would really make a difference.
Yesterday I went to Wendy's for dinner . The restaurant was clean , but it was very cold inside . The air conditioner was on . It was colder inside than it was outside in the rain . No napkins , had to ask for them . Got hot food , but by the time you got to the table and was eating your food , it was cold . Restrooms could use some help . No toilet paper or paper towels . Toilet would not flush . As many times as they came out to wipe down a table , they should include a quick look in the restrooms. Overall I give them a 3 star , but please work on it . Sorry no pictures , had to eat fast as I explained above .
Their childish marketing finally got to me and I tried Wendy's for the first time in over 10 years. I was very pleasantly surprised with their $4 meals. I had the cheeseburger deluxe meal and thought it was delicious. While I was there waiting for my order I noticed an ad for a Smokey mushroom burger that sounded so good. I decided to go back the next day for that. When I finally got it home and took a bite I felt very let down. It was so bland. I should have just ordered another 4 dollar meal instead. It was way cheaper and more tasty. I haven't been back since. At least at McDonald's I know what to expect. Nothing against Wendy's itself but I find Kurt Kane's marketing strategy very irritating. I want to hate Wendy's but the people working here are too nice. Probably the friendliest I've ever come across at any day food place. Totally different from the company's Twitter persona.
This particular Wendy's is just OK. Inside the restaurant doesn't feel real clean and the service is uneven, some workers are better at customer service than others. I blame a lot of this on the Pandemic, it just seems a lot of workers in the fast food industry nowadays are new and not well trained in customer service skills.
I like the food but not the service here. We ordered 6 of same combos, and I made a special request with no veggie on one of them. When I picked up the burgers, I asked which one was the one with no veggie. The bad news was they didn't even know. I had to open and touch almost every single one of them to check in this COVID time. Then some kids were missing a piece of nugget while others found extra in the fries. Again, in this COVID time, I couldn't just grab/swap food. Again, the food is good. Just didn't like our dine in experience.
I bought a breakfast burrito was terrible. It is a overhard egg, a sausage cut in half and thick fries in a flour tortilla. Wow that's no a burrito 🌯. The coffee wasn't bad. The staff was great. Sorry but best fast food breakfast is McDonald's.
The lady at the drive through window did not give me a receipt and over charged me. I sent an email complaining still waiting for a response
The back of house staff was very loud and could be heard from the front. Lots of beeping and machine sounds can be heard as well. I think this wouldn't have been as noticeable if there was music playing? Or if there was background noise of people talking. In addition, the lobby was very well kept aside from a single cup of coke sitting out alone at a table. Unfortunately, this location was not busy inside as most customers opted for a drive-through. Nothing spectacular with my food, but overall, the experience was what you can expect from a Wendy's.
Food is good. I would rate it one below the best out there, inout. It is a little too expensive I think and at this one we had to wait a while to get our food. Our table was messy so we moved to another one which was a little bit less messy. Staff service is a little on the weak side, but it does look like they're trying They have a great selection of drinks. I wouldn't hesitate to go back for another free treat n review. Happy eats!
Some people do not need to work in the fast food place and if they don’t wanna serve you the right way, I order the crabby patty meal, and the girl decided not to give me the ice cream and she was being rude and she was laughing at me
Went thru the drive thru and got all the way home just to find part of my order was missing. Always double check your order before you leave. It sucks and I drove to get the food but had nothing to eat after empty the bag. Lost money and time.
I ordered last night at the drive thru only to find out they forgot one of my burgers. The line to return at the drive-thru was way Long so I tried going inside but the doors were locked, no dine-in. I have been trying to call them since but they do not pick up their phone. They never provided me with a receipt either. I am hoping to be contacted here to make it right.
Came for lunch yesterday. 9 minute wait in drive thru (11:19 am arrival). Burger was gross. Should have skipped the double chocolate chip cookie. It was disgusting. As usual, the frosty was deliciously refreshing.
Long lines plus one register equals slow service. The Coke Freestyle machine had a long line as well; People have trouble choosing when they have too many options, even more so when some of the options are unavailable. At least the burgers are good.
Very disappointed in this location. I hardley ever eat here, its just not as appetizing, and after my last visit, it just assured me. There was nothing wrong with the food. It was actually good. The service was just horrible x not only for me, but for other people that were waiting there too. I had made my original order thru the drive thru and they didnt give me my whole order so I turned it around. Mind you, they werent busy at all. So I go inside to ask for my missing food. The cashier was helping a person who was upset that the cashier didnt apply a coupon he gave him, and they had him waiting for a long time. Finally they helped another man infront of me and he was getting bad service, and there comes my turn and the cashier asked me to go to the 1st man to have him go back up and get his money back from the coupon. The man was older so I went and told him and the man was clearly upset and didnt want to get back up from eating his food to go and get what he was supposed to get discounted originally. Then they took a long time to give me food that was already supposed to give to me. It was just a mess. I will just stay away from here. Not happy at all.
I love Wendy's, but this location is a let down. Lately the food and service has been below mid. I order pick up thru the App. My orders are always messed up, missing items or the wrong item. And the food is cold and stale at times. I'm changing locations, this location is not worth it.
False advertising They gave me a menu 4for $4 and 5 for $5 they asked me what I wanted and then informed me that the menu was old that is why they handed it to me asking me what I wanted to order on the specials! 4 for $5 and you were not allowed to pick the sides that they had listed! The nuggets tasted like they had been old oil and tasted really discusting.
Heavier set lady at drive thru on April 29 2021 at around 250 pm was rude. Don't be at drive thru or work there if you hate life or your job. I didn't say anything cause I had my son in my car. Last time I will ever go there.
Hours online for Saturday says 3am. I pulled up and the lights were already on.. As I pulled in the driveway all the outside lights went off. And there were still 5 cars in the parking lot. Employees side.. I thought that was rude.
Took 32 minutes in the drive thru and line wasn’t even long. Can definitely look at what they are doing as a restaurant to speed up the service in the drive thru. Also, not good for employees to argue with customers
Was the 3rd car in line and I waited 20 mins to get my food. When I got up to the second window 4 or 5 workers were standing around joking and laughing. The kid gave me my order and said "here you go". No "sorry for the wait" or anything. Trash.
Dining was closed at 7pm due to short staff. Drive thru was available but line was extremely long and was not moving at all. Called to find out what was going on and the Employee had a poor attitude. I understand her frustration. This is poor management. This is not the first time it's taken extremely long for "fast food" service due to being short staff...
Long lines that take forever to move. Waited 20 minutes and only moved 5 car lengths without reaching the speaker. Left because it wasn't worth waiting. Others left as well due to how slow it was. Note this was around 11pm on a weekday as well.
The closing employees at this location are lazy and unprofessional as it gets. I deliver for Postmates and I just had to cancel the order because these guys wanted to close up shop before 1am. In the food industry, you never turn a customer away simply because it's "close enough" to closing time. I was ready to order and sitting at the speaker BEFORE 1am... I should have been able to order my customers meal. It was 10 nuggets, large fries and a it cheeseburger. They could have had it made and ready before I was done paying for it. There's no excuse for this lazy work ethic and the children behind the counter need to be educated or let go.
Terrible service the cashier rude takes for ever helped like 10 cars in the drive through and I'm pretty sure she did not care about me so nope. I love Wendy's just not the ppl who work at this one . RUDE. MY VISIT WAS TUES AUG 17,2021. AT 3:28 I LEFT. THANK YOU FOR NOT SERVING ME MY KID AND I WHERE STARVING. Ordered a sour cream & chive baked potato w/butter & the Italian chicken cheesy sandwich. The potato was dry, no sour cream & no butter & the Ital Chicken had tons of breaded chicken w/min cheese, no marinara sauce, & none of the other cheese advertised. The bun was sad as well. It was late & tasted like it had been under the warming light for hours. Yuk on all accounts :(
The drive thru is awfully slow and they close the dining room for takeout at night. So this makes matters worse with a slow drive thru. I advise ordering delivery online unless you like to wait in line at the drive thru. It wouldn't be a problem at the drive thru if they weren't so slow at night. Avoid at night if you see a line and you can, unless you like waiting.
Drove 7 miles because this Wendy’s closes at 3 AM on Friday, drove up to order and it was just silent. Meanwhile I can see a girl in there by the pick up window and there’s about 5 cars parked on their parking lot. Didn’t take my order nor the car behind me.
Terrible customer service. Tried ordering 7 times or more... tried giving me the wrong order. Wanted me to yell at them but I wouldn’t because I have a baby sleeping. They kept talking so loud at me in the drive through they woke up my baby. I just left. Called the manager and she didn’t resolve the issue at all.
If u can give a 0 star I would ! Employees were rude and I was overcharged . my order was 100% incorrect and employee was upset about me saying something. never will be coming here again
Store very clean. Food was, however, really awful. I went at 12:35 p.m. for lunch. Ordered single hamburger combo. Hamburger meat looked and tasted like it had been cooked hours ( or days) ago and was not even barely warm. Fries were limp, oily, and cold. Wow, it's been a long time since I have been to a Wendy's. First time experiencing such horrible food. I ended up throwing most of it away. This was, by far, my worst fast food experience in years so I guess this will be my last visit at this location. BE WARNED.
Their ordering system for drive thru seems to be down quite often. My wife drove their a couple of weeks ago with same issue and today, same thing. Waste of time going to the restaurant and they can't take an order. What gives with this location? You can't run a business with these issues. Edited 12/29 - Went through drive thru this evening. Saw other cars ahead. When I got to the speaker, the guy said "we can't take orders because our system is down". WT.. That was the last straw. I will NEVER go to this facility again. Who ever owns this franchise should seriously be aware or if you know of this problem, you'll need to fix it or you'll keep losing customers!
Will not go back after getting an undercooked grilled chicken sandwich. I had to send in complaint on their website, as no one answered the phone. I was offered $6 as a refund...what a joke. They didn't even address the half raw chicken. I should have reported it to the Department of Health.
This place deserves 0 stars. Waited 40 minutes in the drive thru lane. When we finally got to the window the worker tried to give us someone else's order. When we told him it was wrong and then told him what we did order the kid LAUGHED and said, "That was a really long time ago, I'm going to have to take your order again." 🤦 That was when we left, drove across the road to Little Cesar's and had our dinner 2 minutes later. Ridiculous. Fire the manager at that store and hire someone who will actually train their staff.

This particular Wendy's is the worst restaurant I've been in! On Friday June 3rd, we walked into the restaurant and no one was at the front counter. We waited for 5 minutes, and then we called out to get someone's attention. But no one answered. Only after a car pulled up to the drive through, did 3 people come out of the back. And even then we had to wait until they waited on the drive through and dropped fresh French fries. And then were told we missed breakfast by 5 minutes
The order was a cluster duck from the get go. I tried ordering through the app, it wasn't working. I showed it to the "manager" but she had no idea what she was doing. I tried getting the offer that was offered through the app since it wasn't working. She said she would take care of it, then started charing me for a different item. End result out of the whole fiasco, I only got half of what I was trying to order. Instead of the 2meals that we're supposed to be ordered, I got half of one, charged individually. NOT WORTH coming back to this location.
Beware!! this Wendy’s did not return my credit card at their drive thru, this is the 2nd time at a Wendy’s my credit card was not returned at their drive thru - you get the food and drinks and you get distracted and they actually keep your card !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I should have learned from the first time but this is now a pattern !! I wonder if it’s an organized scam at Wendy’s drive thru!! I’m beyond upset at replacing my credit card again it’s beyond inconvenient!!!!!!!!!!!
Left out a Ghost Chicken sandwich on my Wendy's app order. It's not the first time. I live in Hacienda Heights and it's too far to return. Plus no one answers the phone when I called. I suppose whenever I go there I will have to pull over to make sure they have included all of my food.
I went inside to order as the drive-through line was excessively long. The wait wasn't bad, I felt sorry for the counter server as she was by herself. So I tipped her $3. The worst food I've ever had there ever,I threw it out. the chicken burger was dry and cold,the fries were like cold cardboard. The only thing good was the shakes. A waste of $28!!! Horrible food ever
I received terrible service today at this location on today's date 11/07/23 @9:41 am to be exact, the "cashier" who attended me was extremely rude and disrespectful, no customer service whatsoever, felt hostile just being there, she was very rude and handed me condiments with such a bad attitude and when I asked for my receipt she became even more hostile towards me and the very end with a very serious attitude asked me sarcastically "anything else?" Without even asking me in the first place if I would like anything to begin with. Cashiers name was Rena. I definitely recommend she re taught what customer service actually is and disciplined for being disrespectful to a customer bringing this location business.
The lady at the drive-thru has thrown my food at me on two separate visits. I was friendly and made no special requests so not sure why she did this except she's rude to all customers? I believe she was the supervisor as she was wearing a different uniform. Not only do they not cook their fries long enough so they are always soggy but that lady has no reason to be so nasty with the customers who are paying her wages.
waited 30 minutes at least for some not only cold but also unsalted fries and cold nuggets and I'm pretty sure I got a small frosty instead of a medium there was 5 cars so it wasn't that busy. If im waiting that amount of time I expect my food to be burning my mouth hot or at least warm man come on. This happens every single time I go top which is why I haven't been in months but unfortunately you were the closest option open that I know I'd eat.
The floor was super sticky. The staff solely focused on the drive thru. I can understand the fact that they are short staffed but really. Also they were out of chocolate for the frosty and it didn't even seem like their frosty machine was even properly temping correctly.
I was there just to get a simple order of chicken nuggets and fries combo I watched them take fresh fries and dump them in with old fries I told the cashier that I wanted fresh fries so she snatched the bag from me dumped the fresh nuggets and old fries. I watched the drive thru cashier take another batch of fresh fries and dumped them in with the same old batch of fries and then served them to me at that point I asked for the manager I told her what I saw and I will never come back here she apologized and she wanted to offer me another batch of fries I said that was all right but you might want to advise your staff if the fries are old dump them. This is a big corporation and getting a new supply shouldn't be that difficult. Teach your staff customer service and lose the attitude when a customer asks for something fresh.
They have horrible service food is nasty nuggets are soggy and they rush you out of the drive through. I asked for extra crispy nuggets and the lady had an attitude and proceeded to give me extra soggy nuggets and extra crispy fries as well. 😩 its only wendys so i just took my L and didnt make it a big deal but go somewhere where your money is valued and you will get what your paying for
Im a fan of Wendy’s .. But in thin location I ordered 2 full combination orders with 2 large drinks .. but I picked up the order at the drive through and I asked for ranch for the 2 full combos and the attendant made a big deal that I had pay extra which I was ok with .. he refused and I was like I’ll pay for it but he still was a total duck about it
When ordering my food, I requested fresh food. I was told I would get fresh food. Emily took my order & had an issue with me coming back and asking for the drink I wanted due to their machine being empty. She gives me old food. I tell her the food isn’t fresh as requested. It’s not even hot it’s warm. She says “that’s because it’s been out for a while.” so, when I request fresh food, that means give me something that’s been sitting “out for a while?” I gave her the fries back. I tried handing them to her in her hands, but it was like she didn’t want to take them back, so I held them in mid air, and then she finally took them back.. I wanted to hand them to her. She then takes them and dumps the fries that I give back to her into the fryer and tries to give them to me again. I asked her “are those the same fries I gave you?” She says “yes.” I then askfor a refund because now you’re being very disrespectful and not giving me what I’m paying and asking for. She refuses to give me a refund. Another employee begins to make fresh fries. While that is happening, I asked Emily for a carrier for all four of my drinks. She has an attitude doing that. She takes her sweet time and does other things besides giving me a cupholder which would’ve took her all of two seconds. So I leave the drinks on the counter. I come back I see the cup holder, and I also see my drinks scattered across the counter. I noticed how differently she was treating the other ethnic groups of customers than when it came to me and my sister who are of color. If this employee has an attitude against certain ethnicities, then maybe she should be sweeping and cleaning tables or be fired. Instead of working the register where she encounters customers of different ethnic backgrounds. I absolutely do not like the way that me and my sister were treated by her. Especially since we came in with a positive attitude and we said “hello how are you?” before we ordered our food. I’m not sure if you guys get that many colored customers. however, that shouldn’t matter and differ how we are treated as paying and respectful customers. I would like a refund for my meal. The first act of disrespect, I asked for a refund and Emily refused to give it to me. My sister brings back her food that isn’t correct, nor fresh and requested a refund and it still wasnt given. I found out when I got home that I was given spicy nuggets instead of regular again, as requested.
