QB Ristorante was a pleasant discovery! The food is truly excellent, with the scallop tartare standing out as one of the best dishes I've ever tasted. The service is impeccable: the staff is friendly and professional, always attentive to the needs of their guests. From the outside, the restaurant might not look particularly inviting, but once inside, you're pleasantly surprised: the atmosphere is charming, welcoming, and meticulously crafted. I absolutely recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy excellent cuisine in a pleasant atmosphere.

Excellent seafood restaurant. Their raw fish is definitely the best I've ever found in the area. The cuisine and service are excellent, and the attention to detail in selecting ingredients is truly remarkable. The menu varies based on what's seasonal or available; if it's on the menu, it's because it's fresh and delicious. The price is fair for the quality, and the wine cellar is extensive and impeccably selected. The only downside is the location: it's on the outskirts of town, there's no outdoor seating, and from the outside, it looks rather bland. That said, I must say that once you step inside, the atmosphere inside is very charming and pleasant.

The only certainty is that whatever time of year you go to this restaurant, you will always find an interesting menu, masterful execution of the dishes, courtesy and professionalism in the service... what more can I say... oh yes... even the wine list always has new and delicacies for all palates. From the menu, the excellent tuna tataki with mango sauce and caramelized onions with soy, and the delicious skewer of scallops and prawns with potato mochi and bitter orange sauce... the tagliatelle with dried tomato pesto, pistachio and octopus are delicious... highly recommended.

For two, we spent €110 for lunch, including: - 2 appetizers - 2 first courses - Locally produced bottled wine - Water - 1 dessert - 2 coffees The place is small, but while that may be a drawback, it's still very clean and well-maintained. The table service was perfect.

I was impressed by the cuisine: fresh ingredients and an unpredictable menu; authentic flavors, clearly showing that nothing was "pre-made." Furthermore, finding a place that treats seafood so well in the area is rare. Fair prices, excellent wine selection, limited seating, and attentive service; the location isn't breathtaking (they're in Ponderano), and perhaps the decor could be improved, but no one takes away the 5-star rating for the cuisine. Highly recommended for lovers of good food.

I ate at this restaurant for Easter a few years ago...what can I say? The dishes were delicious and meticulously prepared. The menu is certainly original and unlike the usual Easter menus. The presentation is sophisticated, as are the flavors. The freshest seafood appetizers, the first and second courses were impressive, and the dessert...perhaps the best I've ever eaten. The staff and owner were extremely kind and helpful. The place is small and intimate, decorated with great taste and elegance.
